Hi booking tickets airlines through this come company call onetravel .I call them many times no one pickup phone .i email them no one answer me .they fk cancel my ticket with no reason This scamming company. I'm not recommend.

Terrible business. I booked a flight to Tel Aviv from Berlin. On the page, the only information that appeared was that I was booked a flight with El Al, a major international carrier. It provided me no information about baggage fees. I looked up El Al's policy and it said I could check in two bags. When I arrived at the airport in Berlin, the ticket agent said we were actually on an UP flight, a low cost carrier operated by El Al, and that we would have to pay for baggage and because we were not offered the opportunity to pay for baggage online, we'd have to pay double for two bags. Because there was no other option at the time, I paid EU$125.14 for two bags. If OneTravel had provided accurate and clear information on its website about 1. who the carrier was, 2. about baggage fees I might've booked a different flight or at the very least been able to pay for the bags before hand. Due to extremely poor information provided on your site, information that I think most customers would find essential, I'm requesting a refund of the baggage fee I paid of EU$125.14. Don't waste your money.

I booked a flight on onetravel.com and got a booking number and everything. I got calls later from unknown numbers saying my card was declined. I found out the card company marked the charge was fraud. I got a call on a number i did not put on record. The first guy said he got the number from my bank but that number is not on my bank account.. These guys were in India and said they were with the fraud dept. I said why would your guy lie about the number he said the have search tools to look up numbers. I said again why would he lie. His name was Boris and said he was in charge and that there is no company rule that says they can not lie to customers. I questioned how it made sense that you're the fraud dept and telling customers lies. He became rude and nasty and I was rude back. He hung up. WATCH THIS COMPANY!!

You know how pissed off I am?? Pissed off enough that I actually went out of my way to look up this business, which is the parent company of OneTravel.com. Now let the fun begin... First of all - if you are thinking of booking your next vacation through them, please look at all the previous ONE-STAR reviews and understand that you will be better off taking your money and setting it on fire because that is exactly what you're doing when you do business with these people. Click the back button and go to Expedia or Orbitz instead. Please. There's absolutely no accountability and no interest in resolving any issue, your call goes straight to a call center in India where they will literally read scripts back to you or put you on hold for a minimum of 20-25 minutes at a time. My hold time was 37 minutes before they hung up on me. Twice. If you are on the phone with them trying to resolve an issue, DO NOT LET THEM PUT YOU ON HOLD and ask them for their first and last name so you have a point of escalation when you call back after you get conveniently disconnected :) You wanna know what they did to deserve my love? I booked a trip through them in May 2016 and my return flight got canceled and rescheduled for the following day. I had checked in the morning of my flight through my American Airlines app with no issue and I made the 75 miles trip to the airport a few hours later to catch my flight. When I got there, what did I see? My flight had been CANCELLED. I went to the gate and asked an attendant if it had been rescheduled and they confirmed that since I had booked through a third party company, the cancellation notification had been sent to OneTravel.com so they can let me know that my flight has been rescheduled. Did I hear anything from One Travel?? NOPE!! I called and got put on hold for 37 minutes the first time and then she hung up on me. I was so angry that my fiance had to call back so everyone can feel safe, they put him on hold once again for 23 minutes and we got disconnected again. They kept trying to blame American Airlines for not notifying me but we both know it's not AA's fault since they are only contractually obligated to contact the individuals or agency who directly booked the seats from them and in my case, it was sorry ass OneTravel.com on my behalf. Because of their failure to notify me of my canceled flight, I had to spend additional $$$ on car rental, gas money and overnight accomodation. If I would have known that my flight had been canceled BEFORE I left the hotel, I would have easily saved myself money on the car rental mileage or at least not go over budget. Screw you, OneTravel.com

From a search on Kayak.com, I ended up booking with OneTravel, owned by WK Travel in Las Vegas. During booking my return segment from Honolulu to LAX aboard Sun Country Airlines, I was presented with an opportunity to pay $30 to upgrade from basic to standard economy. Since a carryon bag is $30 with Sun Country, it was a no-brainer. The only problem is that the e-mail from OneTravel mentions nothing about my payment for this "upgrade." They keep telling me to call Sun Country. I have, folks. They say there's a code on my reservation, placed there by OneTravel, blocking them from doing anything with my booking. So it's a pig in a poke. I'll see how much I get ripped off for when I get to the airport. I've wasted 4 hours on this "support" charade. My second call to support had me on hold for over an hour. Then they hung up. I tried chat, and it was a circular conversation. I asked to escalate. Nothing. Then they dropped off the chat. I just hope better care is taken of the airplanes than the passengers!

Ya. What everyone else said. not worth the headache. Thankfully, the tickets are legit.

I echo the other 170 complaints on the Las Vegas Nevada Better Business Bureau and specifically join the several who have called these people thieves. To say their website is misleading is an understatement. The site claims only 2 tickets left at a particular lower price, which is a lie, as shall be more fully set forth below, in order to create a sense of urgency. On the lead page of the site, they promise the best flight prices anywhere. It is not until one is on the page with just a handful of tickets left, at good prices, where the fine print which you cannot see unless you scroll past a number of purported tickets one is not interested in. Then there, it says "disclaimer" in the tiniest font ever. Then you are taken to a pop-up menu which explains fees for canceling in the 24 hour window. In still other locations on the site where lawyers have created language that denies their liability even for their own negligent actions. My own personal story is that on July 25, 2017, I purchased 2 "tickets" from Oakland CA, to Stockholm and then Malaga Spain for $1,875.00 with a promise that I could cancel within 24 hours. I did cancel with at least 4 hours to spare. According to One Travel website they're not selling tickets, they are selling opportunities for the consumer to make an offer at that price, which isn't guaranteed. When I called to cancel I was cross examined, and then told I couldn't cancel unless I said the following magic words " I agree to pay the $75 per ticket ($150.00), when at the time I believed that one could cancel for no charges. Naturally I didn't see the hidden statement on their site. SO I did not agree to say the language they wanted, (that wasn't on their site, even in fine print that one has to say I agree to pay.....). Clearly since they have my money and they are in the position of power and if their site says they get $75.00 per ticket, I could hardly complain if they off set this fee against the refund to me. I tsaid within the 24 hours, not less than 30 times to an employee and then to his supervisor that "I cancel". I was told that if I didn't say I agree to the $150.00 charge that they would go ahead and buy the $1,800 plane tickets anyway and essentially "tough luck". My view after wasting no less that 2.5 hours trying to go after my money that their only purpose is to skim the top off of actual ticket prices, and let the chips fall where they may. It did not say on their site any where, that a consumer is obligated to affirm that they agree to pay the $150.00. I don't agree to pay taxes either but obviously as in the case here, I 'm in the inferior bargaining position and they get paid. Before contacting pay pal to reverse funds, I contacted Co. again. After substantial arm twisting they say I will now have to pay $250.00 per ticket, because it's already been ticketed. I advise One travel they could simply sell the ticket again. I advised them that if they have any loss, it is as a direct result of their own failure to cancel or to choose to not buy when they say they did. I recommend one avoids this sham company doing business in the U.S. but really located in India. I had the same issues the multiple other complainants with being put on hold when I called to complain.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. This is the WORST company I have ever booked with. I was "notified" that our flight was cancelled via email and was directed to contact them via phone to book a new flight. I have called this company multiple times to get this straightened out. YOU CANNOT REACH A HUMAN BEING! I REPEAT HUMANS ARE NOT AVAILABLE TO TALK TO. I now am supposed to be leaving for my trip in 1 week and have no return flight. This company is a total sham, they will take your money and leave you in the dust. Oh one correction, when I got sick of waiting on hold after 2 HOURS, I called back and pretended i was going to book new travel, surprise surprise, my call was answered in 1.5 minutes. When I explained what I was calling for I was instantly transferred back to the the black hole that is their customer service. F__ U_ ONETRAVEL!!! aka Wk Travel #frauds #terriblecompany

I purchased airline tickets through OneTravel which is DBA Wk Travel Inc. Due to an emergency medical situation, I had to cancel my flight. I kept calling the number listed on my confirmation tickets (5 times in one day at all different hours of the day) and was put on hold for at least 25 minutes each and every time I called. I finally had to just hang up each time. I can't imagine how long I would have actually had to wait before I got to talk to a real person. This is customer service AT ITS WORST and I would never do business with them again. I finally just called the airlines directly and they took care of it right away. Poor customer service certainly doesn't bring back business. I don't know how they are even still open. I'm sure I'm not the only person that has gone through the same thing with this company. This was just one of the problems I had with this company. They also had to change my flights due to some airlines changes, which is understandable. However, they changed them to give me a 10 minute layover instead of a 90 minute layover. If my original flight was even 5 minutes late in taking off, I would have missed my international connection. I did reach them that time and had them change it to something else to assure I wouldn't miss my connection. It was like pulling teeth trying to get that taken care of. I highly recommend NOT doing business with this company. You will be very disappointed!!

Company is making fake bookings for rooms not even available then not notifying customers that they have no reservation. Completed by booking on Onetravel.com for a reservation for 2 nights w/ car rental. Received confirmation booking, then a week later get notified my card could not be charged so the hotel portion wasn't booked? Not sure why the card would be declined, let alone why just the hotel portion would be cancelled and the car rental remained if my card was truly declined (which I knew it wasn't). Then I asked why I couldn't just provide my card information again and he stated I would need to rebook online and he would cancel my car reservation, but there was a penalty which of course sounded ridiculous so I asked if my card was declined how would I be penalized and charged? He then agreed and cancelled it so I could rebook without a fee after I argued with him. I re-booked my reservation, received my confirmation email, etc. and decided to do some checking on the car rental just to be sure since I was skeptical of Onetravel.com at this point. The car rental agency then indicated the car reservation was around $15 more than what my confirmation from Onetravel said even though the terms & conditions for one travel said it included taxes and fees (just not extras - which I didn't have). So I emailed onetravel asking them why this was, and they responded several days later with a generic email cancelling my car reservation portion of the reservation only. Nothing else, no inquiry as to if that is what I wanted or anything. Okay fine, I would rather book it myself at this point since I am done dealing with onetravel as they have over a 40 minute hold time every single time I call and clearly they cannot communicate via email for my customer service requests. So then today I decide to double check my hotel portion since I had not seen my card charged for the amount of the hotel yet which I found odd and sure enough after waiting for 45 minutes they inform me the reservation was cancelled because my card could not be charged. I asked for the code that was returned on the card declination and then after speaking with a supervisor (Carl) he indicated the real reason was because the hotel was overbooked and the hotel wouldn't honor the price that onetravel had on my booking confirmation so they cancelled it and just said "your card wasn't charged what's the problem?" The problem is, it is now 2 weeks later and I have no reservation, they didn't notify me, and now the prices are double or triple as the date is quickly approaching for my trip. I was trying to speak with his manager, but when he said his manager's name was Rufus Taco, I knew it was going to be impossible to get any type of service from this company as he was full of it. So not only did they not notify me I had no reservation, they are still, TODAY, listing that hotel as available and they have told me the hotel will not honor their prices so they just tell the customer the card cannot be charged. I asked why they were doing this and he then repeated "your card wasn't charged, what's the problem?". This is absolutely ridiculous. I am glad I have no reservation with them although it is costing me twice as much to book a room now because it is now two weeks later and the prices have shot up, but hoping others don't end up getting to their destination to find out they actually have no reservation after all. Stay far away from this website onetravel.com and their company Wk Travel.
