We have never used destination in Florida or even a travel agent. I would never do it again. at first our agent never got back to us and I finally had to contact the supervisor. The supervisor was a little bit better but not that great. I wasn't thrilled with what they do because I do most of it including dining. I did most of it and she didn't do what she was suppose to by saying it was my son's birthday. Our travel agent that never replied as well as sent the wrong information to us after the fact that she wasn't suppose to be our agent. It was awful and I was so disappointed that even though the supervisor took over; the other agent got our money. If I had known that by the way she didn't plan it because we switched it. We would of went with a different company. It was much easier to do it myself without hassling to make sure that someone is doing their job.

I can't thank Pam Mikhail from "Destinations in Florida" enough. I hadn't been to Disney in almost 30 years.... and never as an adult actually planning the trip. I had NO idea what I was supposed to do. Pam handed everything to me on a silver platter. She was patient, kind, so informative and helpful. We found her and her company online in hope they could assist us with navigating the confusing world of a Disney vacation. Pam did that and more. She educated me in the ways of Disney, cut through all the crazy stuff and helped me nail down one of the best vacations we've had as a family. She guided me through all the meal reservations and gave us some of the best meal experiences with characters I could have ever hoped for. She helped me navigate the fast passes, making sure we had time to get from one end of the park to the other in time. She also helped me make the most of my use of the fast passes so they wouldn't go to waste on a ride you wouldn't need them for. She was so knowledgable - there is NO way I would have been able to plan this trip without her. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone. If you are planning a trip to Disney, reach out to Destinations in Florida and ask for Pam Mikhail. She's a gem! Thank you, thank you, thank you Pam!!

I am in the process of booking my first trip to Walt Disney World and I have to say that so far....so GREAT!. I have three young kids and a full time job and do not have time to check for changing prices and the best deals so i thought it would be helpful to have someone help me out. Our agent Loretta Garcia is always available when I have needed to call regarding changes to our itinerary and has been very patient with all the questions I have had (never been to Walt Disney World). I feel that this has been by far the most relaxed and calm I've ever been while planning a vacation. I can't wait to finally have it all booked. I will definitely be using DIF again, possible for a cruise!!

Do not use this company! Book the trip yourself and save yourself a lot of heartache. I thought it would be nice to use an agency to book a flight and Disney tickets for a weekend trip with my husband. The booking started off great, but the agent didn't book my flight until 2 days after we talked so the price changed to $100 more on my chosen flight. She did not call me to ask if it was ok to book the more expensive flight. Then she promised that we had confirmed seats on both flights when we did not. Now we have to get seats at the gate. The final issue was that my husband's name was spelled wrong on the reservation which caused a ton of trouble and I had to call the airline to fix EVERYTHING MYSELF. What is the point of hiring someone else to book your trip when you end up fixing all of their mistakes in the end? What a miserable experience. I am not the kind of person who leaves negative feedback about a company but this was terrible. Use someone else or do it yourself.
