He was the "Money" man of boxing for a reason — and it's all because he made a billion dollars from career earnings, according to Forbes . He's even talked about being a billionaire before .

Mayweather may now be retired, but he still works hard and spends hard. After all, this is a man who once bought the ultra-rare $4.7 million supercar Koenigsegg CCXR Trevita (one of only two in the world) — but that isn't even his wildest purchase.

Mayweather showed off an $18 million watch called "The Billionaire" on his Instagram page , once had ambitions of buying an NBA team , and his emerging real estate empire could include the impressive skyscraper One Vanderbilt , a 1,301-foot structure in New York City.

He has personally-branded private jets, goes on holidays in the Caribbean , has a private chef on 24-hour call, and seemingly so much money he doesn't even mind paying his fans $1,000 to troll 50 Cent on social media.

So we all know how he lives. But what about where he lives?

The retired boxing champion bought a $25 million mansion in Los Angeles in 2017 — and property website Trulia provided Business Insider with a number of photos.

Mayweather's impressive LA home includes a candy shop, a 12-seat cinema, and a wine rack with 225 bottles.

In 2017, Mayweather spent a small part of his fortune on a $25 million mansion in Los Angeles. The 6-bed, 10-bath property is located in Beverly Hills, an area made famous for its palm-lined Rodeo Drive, expensive shops, and movie star neighbours.

This is Mayweather's home whenever he stays in LA.

Here's what you'll see when you step inside — you'll probably immediately notice the wine rack to the right.

It's big enough to fit 225 bottles, and is protected by a series of glass doors.

The wine rack leads into this massive kitchen, where Mayweather likely calls up one of his personal chefs to cook him some of his favourite meals, like turkey sausages which he likes for breakfast, oxtail which he likes at 2 a.m., or spaghetti bolognese, which he frequently ate in the build-up to the McGregor bout.

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are probably served up here, a dining room with large windows and a floor-to-ceiling mirror that surrounds a big fireplace.

Here's another look at that pool. The area surrounding it is so big, it looks perfect for a barbeque — and, considering how much Mayweather loves barbeque sauce, he no doubt gets one of his chefs to grill up some treats.

It's definitely big enough for a pool party — and considering Mayweather's taste for an extravagant affair, he has probably hosted one or two.

After a big day, whether that's chilling by the pool, coming back from a night out at Sunset Boulevard, or even a heavy gym session, it's time to unwind. If you're a guest at Mayweather's mansion, that might mean going to sleep here. There are six bedrooms in total.

The undefeated boxer, Floyd Mayweather, has just picked up an $18 million mansion on a man-made island on Biscayne Bay, Miami Beach. The sporting legend already owns property in Las Vegas and California; however, he has now re-added Miami Beach to his portfolio. 

Towering three stories above the Atlantic shores, the contemporary kingdom spans almost 11,000-square feet whilst including a 5,000-square-foot rooftop terrace with visions across the surrounding neighborhood. 

With an arty facade and modernist interiors, the mansion is counted with the world’s best homes – and among the most impressive in Miami Beach. 

Floyd ‘Money’ Mayweather is best known for his former career as a professional boxer – competing between 1996 and 2015. Crowned as the ‘Fighter of the Decade’ by The Ring , Floyd famously retired with an undefeated record and fifteen major world championships under his belt. 

He now works as a boxing promoter and was welcomed into the International Boxing Hall of Fame this year.  

While the home’s exterior is something to behold, the interiors are equally as magnificent. Floyd Mayweather isn't only one of the most accomplished professional boxers in the history of the sport, he's also one of the most boastful flexers of all-time . On any given day, "Money" Mayweather can be found on social media showing off his material possessions, making sure that the world gets a good look at his million-dollar watches , his fleet of luxurious cars , and his out-of-this-world mansion. 

The boxer has a fight scheduled with YouTuber Logan Paul , which he references in his latest Instagram Live stream, and he's likely training hard for the bout, but in his spare time, Mayweather felt like doing some flexing. Going live for his millions of followers, Mayweather started by showing off his cars, walking through his garage and pointing to several Rolls-Royce models, a few Bentleys, a couple of Mercedes-Benzes, some Lambos, and a number of Ferraris. Once he was done giving a tour of his garage, Floyd walked inside his palace and continued the walk-through .

Right when you walk in from the garage, you can enter the pool area on the left. He proceeded to move upstairs to a living area before stepping into one of the most luxurious bedrooms and bathrooms you'll likely ever see.

Boxing legend Floyd Mayweather has mansions in Beverly Hills, Las Vegas and, now, Miami Beach. The undefeated fighter just dropped $18 million on a waterfront stunner on Palm Island, a man-made island on Biscayne Bay.

The purchase comes about a year after he sold his other place in Miami Beach — a modern, box-like abode on a different island a few miles north in La Gorce.

Spanning three stories, the sleek house offers indoor-outdoor living with a nearly 11,000-square-foot floor plan and a 5,000-square-foot rooftop deck with views of the water and city skyline. Decks line the top two levels, overlooking a patio with a pool, spa, and a private dock that can store a 100-foot boat.

In addition to nine bedrooms and 10.5 bathrooms, the modern mansion saves plenty of room for amenities, with a movie theater, gym and game room. A sweeping staircase and elevator navigate the home, ascending to an owner’s suite with hardwood floors and a spa bathroom.

Built a decade ago, the property sits on a third of an acre and includes four garages and a driveway with room for six cars.

One of the world’s wealthiest athletes, Floyd “Money” Mayweather went 50-0 during his boxing career, with lucrative pay-per-view victories over Manny Pacquiao, Oscar De La Hoya and Conor McGregor. Earlier this year, he came out of retirement to fight YouTube personality Logan Paul in an exhibition bout.

His Beverly Hills home is even bigger. The half-acre estate, which he bought for $25.5 million in 2017 , includes a 15,000-square-foot mansion, guesthouse and 20-person theater.

Dina Goldentayer and Ana Viyella of Douglas Elliman held the listing. Tanasha Pettigrew of Galleria International Realty represented Mayweather in the deal, which was first reported by the Real Deal.

Constructed in 1992, the house includes six bedrooms and 10 bathrooms. The world champion enjoys a lot of the mansion’s amenities including a movie theater, an impressive wine cellar that can store 225 bottles, a large kitchen, a well-designed dining area, a large snack station containing a candy shop, a four-car garage, and a spacious backyard that has all the capacity to host a decent swimming pool party.

INDOOR POOL AND SPA -- it looks like something you'd see in an upscale Vegas hotel ... only it's just for Floyd.

COURTYARD WITH FOUNTAINS AND FIREPITS -- so many statues and pieces of expensive outdoor art ... including a replica of the Versace logo.

MAIN CLOSET -- This is incredible.

Rows and rows and rows designer clothing and shoes line all of the designer shelves in Floyd's place.

Dozens of pairs of Louboutin shoes, tons of Birkin bags, jackets -- Floyd says his goal is to "make sure it always looks like Neimans."

There are so many shoes in his closet, we couldn't even keep count -- HUNDREDS of pairs.

THE ELEVATORS -- Floyd has several elevators in his pad ... it looks expensive with wood panels. Probably special buttons. It's gaudy.

THE GARAGE -- Floyd has a famously HUGE collection of whips, including a couple of Rolls-Royces, Bentleys, Bugattis and all sorts of rare vehicles ... some cost MILLIONS.

But, get this ... Floyd says despite all of the fancy rides, his day-to-day car ... is a Dodge Ram 1500 truck.

"This is my favorite car I drive right here -- I like to be low key."

Sure ya do, Floyd.

The interiors, which feature wood flooring and floor-to-ceiling windows, include a two-story foyer with a glass-lined staircase, an open living-dining room leading to an outdoor area, and a roomy kitchen with white-lacquered counters. Four bedrooms, including the master suite, round out the living space. Designed to maximize time spent outdoors, the residence has a sprawling roof deck with a kitchen and space for entertaining. Take a Tour of Floyd Mayweather’s $18 Million Miami Beach Mansion

Boxing legend Floyd Mayweather has booked his next exhibition match after knocking out MMA fighter Mikuru Asakura and will face YouTube star Deji on November 13 in Dubai.

Floyd Mayweather has homes in Beverly Hills , Las Vegas, and now Miami Beach. With a roughly 11,000-square-foot floor plan and a 5,000-square-foot rooftop terrace with views of the ocean and city skyline, the three-story modern house enables indoor-outdoor living. Decks go along the upper two stories, overlooking a patio with a pool, jacuzzi, and a private dock large enough to accommodate a 100-foot yacht.

The purchase adds to Floyd Mayweather’s collection of opulent residences, which includes a $25 million property in Beverly Hills with a theatre for 20 guests and a $10 million stunner in Las Vegas with a whole wall of wine. We wouldn’t expect anything less from the highest-paid athlete in the previous decade.

The 5,000-square-foot villa, completed in 2011, is hidden away in a particularly lush section of Palm Island and has 10,853 square feet of indoor living space, however, the roof deck adds 5,000 square feet to the total. The symmetrical façade is highlighted by a complicated entryway, which includes a double staircase, upper and lower double doors, tropical planting, and a pergola perched above.

A strikingly white doorway on Palm Island is flanked by white, Grecian-style stone plinths and enters onto an ultra-modern interior. The sleek, spacious home, lined with hardwood, has nine bedrooms and 10.5 bathrooms, and is designed for fluid indoor and outdoor living: decks encircle the top two stories, and the mansion’s centrepiece is a 5,000-square-foot rooftop terrace overlooking the lake and the Miami cityscape.

Interior elements include glossy marble tile floors, a beige colour scheme, tray ceilings, and wood-framed doors and windows; the rule of thumb is an indoor/outdoor lifestyle, with optional glass walls extending to the outside living areas. A soaring staircase and elevator lead up to an owner’s suite with oak floors and a spa bathroom. The top levels are accessible via stairs or elevator, with the owner’s apartment featuring hardwood flooring, neutral hues, and a massive bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath overlooking the harbour.

There are also a movie theatre, gym, and games area, as well as a private dock that can accommodate a 100-foot yacht. You may go between rooms and levels using either the sweeping staircase in the centre of the home or if there has been a large brawl, the elevator. Plank hardwood flooring and balcony access are included in several of the nine bedrooms. A pool, a grill with a bar, and a pier are among the outdoor attractions.

Floyd Mayweather has four garages to store his remarkable automobile collection, as well as space for six cars on the driveway. The outside patio area is built on a stone deck and has plenty of space for socialising, as well as a pool spa and access to a private deck that can accommodate a 100-foot yacht.

Much like the Elitserien Finals, we have a bit of an offense vs. defense match-up in this league Final.  While Ufa let their star top line of Alexander Radulov, Patrick Thoresen and Igor Grigorenko loose on the KHL's Western Conference, Mytischi played a more conservative style, relying on veterans such as former NHLers Jan Bulis, Oleg Petrov, and Jaroslav Obsut.  Just reaching the Finals is a testament to Atlant's disciplined style of play, as they had to knock off much more high profile teams from Yaroslavl and St. Petersburg to do so.  But while they did finish 8th in the league in points, they haven't seen the likes of Ufa, who finished 2nd. 

This series will be a challenge for the underdog, because unlike some of the other KHL teams, Ufa's top players are generally younger and in their prime.  Only Proshkin amongst regular blueliners is over 30, with the work being shared by Kirill Koltsov (28), Andrei Kuteikin (26), Miroslav Blatak (28), Maxim Kondratiev (28) and Dmitri Kalinin (30).  Oleg Tverdovsky hasn't played a lot in the playoffs to date.  Up front, while led by a fairly young top line (24-27), Ufa does have a lot of veterans in support roles:  Vyacheslav Kozlov , Viktor Kozlov , Vladimir Antipov, Sergei Zinovyev and Petr Schastlivy are all over 30.  In fact, the names of all their forwards are familiar to international and NHL fans:  Robert Nilsson , Alexander Svitov, Oleg Saprykin and Jakub Klepis round out the group, all former NHL players.

For Atlant, their veteran roster, with only one of their top six D under the age of 30 (and no top forwards under 30, either), this might be their one shot at a championship.  The team has never won either a Russian Superleague title or the Gagarin Cup, and for players like former NHLer Oleg Petrov, this is probably the last shot at the KHL's top prize.  The team got three extra days rest by winning their Conference Final in six games, and they probably needed to use it.  Atlant does have younger regulars on their roster, but they generally only play a few shifts per game, if that. 

The low event style of game for Atlant probably suits them well, but I don't know how they can manage to keep up against Ufa's speed, skill, and depth.  There is no advantage to be seen in goal, with Erik Ersberg and Konstantin Barulin posting almost identical numbers, and even in terms of recent playoff experience Ufa has them beat.  Luckily for Atlant, Ufa isn't that far away from the Moscow region, so travel shouldn't play a major role. 

I'm predicting that Ufa, winners of the last Superleague title back in 2008, will become the second team to win the Gagarin Cup, and will prevail in five games.  They have a seriously well built team that would honestly compete in the NHL.  They represent the potential of the league, while Atlant represents closer to the reality, as a team full of players who played themselves out of the NHL.

Out of the Centre

Savvino-storozhevsky monastery and museum.

Zvenigorod's most famous sight is the Savvino-Storozhevsky Monastery, which was founded in 1398 by the monk Savva from the Troitse-Sergieva Lavra, at the invitation and with the support of Prince Yury Dmitrievich of Zvenigorod. Savva was later canonised as St Sabbas (Savva) of Storozhev. The monastery late flourished under the reign of Tsar Alexis, who chose the monastery as his family church and often went on pilgrimage there and made lots of donations to it. Most of the monastery’s buildings date from this time. The monastery is heavily fortified with thick walls and six towers, the most impressive of which is the Krasny Tower which also serves as the eastern entrance. The monastery was closed in 1918 and only reopened in 1995. In 1998 Patriarch Alexius II took part in a service to return the relics of St Sabbas to the monastery. Today the monastery has the status of a stauropegic monastery, which is second in status to a lavra. In addition to being a working monastery, it also holds the Zvenigorod Historical, Architectural and Art Museum.

Belfry and Neighbouring Churches

Located near the main entrance is the monastery's belfry which is perhaps the calling card of the monastery due to its uniqueness. It was built in the 1650s and the St Sergius of Radonezh’s Church was opened on the middle tier in the mid-17th century, although it was originally dedicated to the Trinity. The belfry's 35-tonne Great Bladgovestny Bell fell in 1941 and was only restored and returned in 2003. Attached to the belfry is a large refectory and the Transfiguration Church, both of which were built on the orders of Tsar Alexis in the 1650s.  

To the left of the belfry is another, smaller, refectory which is attached to the Trinity Gate-Church, which was also constructed in the 1650s on the orders of Tsar Alexis who made it his own family church. The church is elaborately decorated with colourful trims and underneath the archway is a beautiful 19th century fresco.

Nativity of Virgin Mary Cathedral

The Nativity of Virgin Mary Cathedral is the oldest building in the monastery and among the oldest buildings in the Moscow Region. It was built between 1404 and 1405 during the lifetime of St Sabbas and using the funds of Prince Yury of Zvenigorod. The white-stone cathedral is a standard four-pillar design with a single golden dome. After the death of St Sabbas he was interred in the cathedral and a new altar dedicated to him was added.

Under the reign of Tsar Alexis the cathedral was decorated with frescoes by Stepan Ryazanets, some of which remain today. Tsar Alexis also presented the cathedral with a five-tier iconostasis, the top row of icons have been preserved.

Tsaritsa's Chambers

The Nativity of Virgin Mary Cathedral is located between the Tsaritsa's Chambers of the left and the Palace of Tsar Alexis on the right. The Tsaritsa's Chambers were built in the mid-17th century for the wife of Tsar Alexey - Tsaritsa Maria Ilinichna Miloskavskaya. The design of the building is influenced by the ancient Russian architectural style. Is prettier than the Tsar's chambers opposite, being red in colour with elaborately decorated window frames and entrance.

At present the Tsaritsa's Chambers houses the Zvenigorod Historical, Architectural and Art Museum. Among its displays is an accurate recreation of the interior of a noble lady's chambers including furniture, decorations and a decorated tiled oven, and an exhibition on the history of Zvenigorod and the monastery.

Palace of Tsar Alexis

The Palace of Tsar Alexis was built in the 1650s and is now one of the best surviving examples of non-religious architecture of that era. It was built especially for Tsar Alexis who often visited the monastery on religious pilgrimages. Its most striking feature is its pretty row of nine chimney spouts which resemble towers.
