Qatar F1 Grand Prix

I have just returned from the Qatar Grand Prix booked with Elite Sports Travel and what a weekend it was. Communication from the team was top notch throughout and the standard of accommodation provided was excellent! Tickets at the track were great and the added bonus of complimentary Geneva motor show tickets were a nice touch. All the excitement of the sprint weekend rounded off what was a brilliantly organised trip. Would not hesitate to use these guys again!

An Elite Company

If you're considering booking with Elite, then do it. I really cannot recommend them highly enough. I've just got back off the Neil Reynolds road trip with games in Vegas, LA & SF. All of their staff were really friendly & helpful (as were all of the clients on the trip), the hotels were excellent and everything was pretty seamless. Neil himself was a lovely guy, engaging, professional and friendly, with no heirs or graces. He knew everyone's name earlier than I did ! Elite are a quality operation.

IPL Visit May 24-30 2023 India - Thaker

WE always wanted to go and see IPL in India and hence searched for a good company. Elite sports met all our criteria and booked our trip for 3 Adults to Ahmedabad for Playoff and Final in May 2023. I would recommend his company to anyone as they were very honest and no hidden costs. Treatment of Customers both here in UK and also in India was excellent

Bucket List trip to Lambeau Field!

I always wanted to see a game at Lambeau Field and decided to try out Elite Sports. Cannot recommend them highly enough. The itinerary was spot on as they were able to include the Thursday Night game in Chicago. The hotels were exceptional, fantastic locations and extremely comfortable. We had a hiccup with a couple of things, but the team were extremely responsive and sorted out what could be sorted. They stayed in contact despite timezone difference and reassured me. Tickets to the games were first class and the experience in Green Bay was second to none! Ama ing seats... Won't hesitate to use these guys again.

A brilliant trip

We had the most amazing experience going to the 2020 Superbowl with Elite Sports Travel. The team are true professionals and couldn’t have been more helpful. Just knowing that everything was taken care of and well organised - from flights to hotels to tickets and even entertainment – made the trip so enjoyable. All we had to focus on was buying as much merchandise as we could fit into the cases, eating, drinking and watching the game. Wonderful cricket tour to New Zealand

We had a wonderful, enjoyable cricket and sightseeing tour to New Zealand, despite our entry to NZ being delayed by Cyclone Gabrielle. John was a wonderful host from start to finish. The itinerary was well planned to ensure there was plenty to do on our non-cricket days. John made sure that the inconvenience of our delayed arrival to NZ was kept to a minimum and, at the end, he made the sacrifice of remaining in NZ after his departure date to look after one of our group who had fallen ill and had to go to hospital. Superb customer care! I would highly recommend Elite Sports.

Watching the IPL in Delhi & Mumbai

My son and I wanted to see the IPL - and while we were bound to school holidays, EST arranged a tailored trip for us. We travelled to India for eight days and watched two IPL games, one in Delhi and one in Mumbai. It was a fantastic trip - full of exciting sightseeing trips and cricket. We enjoyed the whole experience and collected impressions and memories that will stay with us. John @ EST was excellent, he managed to put the trip together accommodating our wishes on very short notice. The local guides were outstanding - we can highly recommend EST and will definitely book with them again.

Super Bowl 56 Los Angeles

Just back from a fantastic trip to the Super Bowl at Sofi Stadium with Elite Sports Travel. This was a once in a lifetime trip with all the hassle of getting flights, sought after hotel rooms and those all important tickets taken care of. Not only that but they organised some money cannot buy, exclusive events with some of the well known names from the UK’s coverage of the NFL (namely Jason Bell, Neil Reynolds and the Around the NFL podcast team). Entrance to pre match hospitality was also included. The overall organisation by Elite was first class. Going to a Super Bowl is an incredible experience. This was so good that a once in a lifetime trip may have to be more like a three or four times trip!

A fantastic trip from start to finish!

A fantastic trip from start to finish! The Neil Reynolds West Coast NFL Road Trip in association with Elite Sports Travel, was a most professionally and efficiently organised tour with excellent and friendly staff and a super host in Neil Reynolds. Locations and hotels were very good and of high quality, transport was comfortable and timely and all queries were most effectively and promptly dealt with. From making initial contact, to the farewells 10 days later in Heathrow, everything ran very smoothly and we felt that we were in safe hands at all times. We highly recommend Elite Sports Travel to anyone and look forward to travelling with them again in the future. Thank you to all in Elite and to Neil Reynolds. You made the trip very special for us! Barbados for 2nd Test Match

I booked my trip of a lifetime/bucket list trip to Barbados to see England play cricket. I was travelling alone so the decision to use a Travel company made sense, and I took a lot of time to decide who to use, but could not have been happier I chose ES. I cannot praise John and Ben enough. John was so good and patient in answering my (many) pre-travel questions very promptly and with a lot of detail. Ben attended some of the Test Match, was really helpful and great company. Overall I would thoroughly recommend ES and when finances allow will definitely look to book another trip!

Superbowl LVII:

Superbowl LVII: Where do you start, the trip with Elite Sports Travel was a once in a lifetime, albeit working on making that at least twice. All at EST were brilliant hosts over the course of our week long stay in Phoenix, from the hotel being on the grass at TPC Scottsdale allowing us easy access to the Phoenix Open Golf prior to the Superbowl, the Friday night event with famous faces from the world of NFL and Saturday night ITV shiny floor shows. It was a blast from start to finish and if you're thinking of going anywhere in the world for any Sports event I would say, push the button. Working desperately hard now to find a way to Superbowl LVIII, or Las Vegas F1 or the Cricket or The Masters and if I manage any of them ill be going with Elite Sports Travel. Totally recommend them without any hesitation whatsoever. First Class from start to finish.....

Perfect IPL trip for my dad

I contacted Elite to organise a bespoke package for my dad to visit India to watch the IPL, something he had wanted to do for as long as I can remember. John and Ben were both so helpful, prompt with their responses and created the perfect itinerary for my dad who had never travelled this far solo. He visited two cities and saw 2 matches on his trip, which was the perfect amount for him. Everything was seamless from start to finish and my dad couldn’t praise the people enough who looked after him whilst in India. He enjoyed his time so much he is talking about going back this year. Would not hesitate to book with Elite again and cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you for looking after my dad and making sure he had such a memorable experience!

We were due to take a trip to Sri Lanka…

We were due to take a trip to Sri Lanka for the cricket tour but the Covid virus meant that it was all cancelled a few days beforehand. Elite have processed our refund very efficiently and have been really friendly and professional to deal with throughout. We will be rebooking a similar tour with them as soon as the crisis has passed.

Elite did a wonderful job of setting us…

Elite did a wonderful job of setting us up in a great hotel, walking distance to the beach, and tickets to watch the Super Bowl Champion Chiefs beat the Jaguars in Jacksonville. Wonderful time and would recommend their services to anyone.

Superbowl. Everything was so well organised. Kept fully informed from first contact to the day after the event and beyond. All of the Elite team, Ben, Lee, Sven and Virgyl were professional and friendly. The hospitality events were second to none. Good merchandise goody bag. Great hotel and transport to and from the game. Couldn't have asked any more of them. We had a fantastic time, because Elite Sports Travel delivered at every turn. Outstanding trip of a lifetime…

Outstanding trip of a lifetime experience attending Super Bowl LIV in Miami. The team at Elite Sports were brilliant throughout the whole process from always keeping me updated regarding the booking of the match tickets, the meet and greet on arrival at Miami airport, the delivery of the tickets to myself and also put on a great night on the Friday for all guests. All these little things really did make a difference and gave me piece of mind. Thank you for all your help throughout and looking forward to booking my next sports trip through Elite soon.

Merseyside Derby Hospitality

A superb day out. Arrived at the hotel and was sat at a table with a great 3 course meal. Great video of past Derby games on big screen and Phil Neal in attendance. Complimentary coaches to Anfield were highly organised. Seats great at the ground, followed by return coach to hotel. John kept us informed ahead of the game and requested feedback after. Excellent service!

My wife and I have been on several of the Buffalo Bills bus trips with Elite, and they are always AMAZING! The trips may seem a little pricey, but they are worth every penny! The seats are always great, staff are always fun and helpful, and the tailgate food and drinks can't be beat. You can't plan this quality of trip on your own, and not having to worry about the driving is the best, (especially getting out of the parking lot after the game!) Thanks for an always memorable time, can't wait to go again this year! Go Bills Go!

I honestly was a little apprehensive about dealing with a company out of Canada. Nothing against Canada, but never came across this before. I must say that I was totally impressed with the customer service that Neil provided to us regarding our trip to Cleveland to see our Chiefs play. (A birthday celebration for my husband.). Neil was so polite and answered my questions and explained the e-ticketing process thoroughly! Our trip overall went so smoothly from booking at the Hyatt Regency Arcade, which was very nice and tickets to the football stadium. Everything we wanted to see was within walking distance. Patrick, Tim, Austin, were cool and did a good job and the the megabus was comfortable, hotel was excellent, and the Packers game and HOF experience was just amazing:) A few small things could been better, but overall a positive experience:) Thanks Patrick, Tim, Austin for giving me a piece of mind on the Wednesday, when I misplaced my CDN passport, and the guys were nice enough to go back onto the bus and find my passport:) That was great customer service and the bus driver Julie did a very good job driving us through 4 states and some crazy Chicago traffic. Everything was super organized and well planned, the bus left right at the scheduled time, food, drinks and games were all out and set up at the tailgating area right when the buses arrived and the seats were great! No complaints and I would definitely book another tour with them.

My 5 friends and I had a great time with Kelly and Neil as our hosts. There was as much food and beer included as you could eat/drink. Drinks and food arent served on the bus to and from Buffalo, but you can bring and enjoy your own food and beverages. I highly recommend Elite!

Yesterday we went to the Bills vs. Red skins game and we had the best time! Kyle and Mitch were so amazing, they were so friendly and so helpful, we couldn’t have asked for better hosts. The tailgate was so fun and they really made the bus ride down fly by. It was so well organized and we were able to just relax and have fun without having to worry about a thing. All and all this was an amazing experience and our group will be recommending this to all our friends! We will be doing this next year for sure!

Austin did an incredible job with our weekend trip to Atlanta to see the Braves play the Nationals. The hotel (Marriott Northwest Galleria) is within walking distance to the ballpark but also offers a shuttle. There are plenty of places to eat and a lot of activities for young kids too. The seats that Austin was able to provide were "exceptional" and beyond. I highly recommend Elite Sports Tours to anyone looking for a fun sports filled weekend. I have traveled with them in the past to Buffalo Bills home games and the experience has been nothing short of electric. We booked a Montreal Canadiens vs Buffalo Sabres weekend get away with the help of Neil O'Sullivan (Mar 22 - 24, 2019). We stayed at the InterContinental Montreal and the accommodations were splendid. Very clean room and "top shelf" hotel staff to accommodate. The Concierge staff were extremely friendly and helpful directing us to see attractions. As for the game itself, excellent tickets 15 rows up, centre ice at the Bell Centre. Very impressive. First time to the Bell Centre and what a great experience. We will definitely book through Elite Sports Tours Inc., again. Highly recommend their services. Thank you Neil O'Sullivan for all your assistance and follow up to ensure our get away weekend was first class.

Was very disapointed in the trip to Buffalo for the Patriot's Game. First, they added a second stop in Vaughn. Second the tailgate was not in the same place. It was on a gravel parking lot that did not have the atmosphere of previous years. I left my wallet in the stadium and asked them to wait a few minutes to see if I could track it down. They left without me but luckily I caught up to the bus on the highway. The trip home took over five hours due to the three stops and a change of drivers in Vaughn. Won't be back

Austin was great. As Packers fans living in Houston, I wanted to surprise my son with a Green Bay Game road trip to Dallas to watch the Packers. He provided us with a very comfortable hotel conveniently located near AT&T stadium in a section behind our team and competitively priced versus the on line rates. This trip could not of been any better!!! We had Packer fans all in our section and many in our hotel. We will use again soon for a trip to Chicago to watch our Blackhawks soon.

Every year I attend at least two Buffalo Bills trips from downtown Toronto. I have never once been disappointed. Elite Sports Tours has perfected the Buffalo Bills tailgate experience. Also, our tour guides are always top notch especially Shane on our last trip. Keep it up Elite!

Neil from Elite Sports was AWESOME!!! Seamless and easy process from start to end. Neil booked an incredible NE Patriot game experience for me and my son. We had a great time and had incredible seats for 9/22 Jets game.

Went to Rams at Seahawks. They did a great job, they gave me choices of what seats in my price range and set up everything. They followed up before the game to make sure I understood how the virtual tickets worked and were there for any questions. Over all they made our experience great and I would not hesitate to use them in the future again.

Great experience with Elite Sports Tours and specifically Austin. We did a couple of games at the fabulous new SunTrust Park for the Braves/Nats series and our seats were awesome! Booked for NHL All Star weekend. We got tickets to skills competition and All Star game. Seat for skills were great. Got All Star game were incredible. The were issues with our skills competition, Elite contacted us let’s us know we were getting different tickets. Both sets of seat were very close to each other so no issue. Wow DUSTIN and AUSTIN were the absolute best tour guides ! From the punctual timing in the morning to the evening they made the ride enjoyable and engaged . Despite a blip with one passenger on the way home , the remained in control . I would highly recommend this tour to anyone . Upon arrival in the morning the food was ready and waiting and the drinks were cold and flowing . The walk was so close to the stadium and everything was insanely organized and thorough. I have had the pleasure of participating in 3 Elite Sports Tours trips. Two football and one hockey. Both football games (Bills vs Browns & Bills vs Steelers) were the most fun I have had going across the border to a Buffalo Bills game...ever. And the hockey trip was an absolute riot that will likely turn into an annual event with our large group. The bus is ALWAYS on time, clean, comfortable and fun. The EST staff are funny, engaging and professional (ask for Pat unless you're allergic to fun). No time wasted in picking up fans en-route to the event. HOCKEY: We just got back from a 2 night stay in Montreal to see the Maple Leafs play the Canadiens. From start to finish EST made this an awesome trip. We were able to set up a group name that guys could call in and reserve on their own. The bus traveled safely through an awful snowstorm to get us to our destination. EST set us up with an awesome pregame party at La Cage in Old Montreal and tickets together at the game. All while capturing us along the way with professional equipment so we could prove to friends and family back home that we were still alive and truly having fun. Having done it multiple times I know how much of a pain It can be to organize these kind of trips on your own. Fronting money, finding tickets, securing a hotel, making reservations, and transportation can be a nightmare. That is where Elite Sports Tours are truly the best. Great job Mitch/Cole! Having never seen an NFL football game live, I decided to book my first one with Elite Sports Tours. Placing my order was simple, I called up, gave my information and received a prompt email confirmation about the Buffalo Bills game on December 29th. Our pick-up location was at the Burlington location (Tucker's Marketplace parking lot). We were told which bus # we were on, as there were multiple. Emails were sent leading up to the date reminding us on what was needed (passport/SIGNED waivers/ETC) and how to download the digital tickets. For security, I guess you can't print out tickets anymore so I copied them to my Apple Wallet. Our bus captains, Mitch and Cole did a great job with the rowdy bus guests, we were across the border into Buffalo very quickly. The weather did not cooperate, as it rained the entire day. The New Era Arena is outdoors so we came prepared. Upon getting close, the buses parked at a reserved tailgate restaurant lot where burgers, hot dogs, pulled pork and wings were ready for us. This along with all the Bud and Bud Light you wanted were included in the price! The tailgate was open until about 30min before game time. NOTE: Once the game ends, they gave us 20min to get back to the bus and they depart; plan accordingly! Security and Ticket Validation went quickly, no purses or backpacks allowed unless they are see-through. Seats were in the Bills end-zone (Section 125). Overall it was a fun experience and I would love to plan another event with Elite in the future.

Neil did a great job organizing out trip to Toronto to see the NY Yankees play! Our hotel, the Novotel Toronto Center, was perfect. Very nice room. Great hotel restaurant plus a plethora of other restaurants directly across the street. We had a brief twenty minute walk to the stadium. Our seats were right behind home plate. I wrote a review about this trip at the end of September, shortly after arriving home, and I called it the trip from hell. That hasn’t changed, but Steve and Toni Goodman have gone the extra mile to make things right with all of the passengers on the trip. Most of the things that happened were out of their control–train breaking down, our bus having problems and missing a day of sightseeing, but I will still travel with them. I met a lot of new friends and enjoyed the time we spent together — which is half the reason I go on bus trips, the other half being the sights we see. This setup may promise a chilly procedural drama, but “Julie Keeps Quiet” instead emerges as a character study, at once detached and markedly intimate, and laser-focused on its heroine as she blocks out the surrounding noise to find her own path through a difficult, potentially damaging situation. It’s a sombre affair, reflected in the overcast grays and slate blues of Karakatsanis’s restricted color palette, disrupted only by the blurred, citrusy yellow of flying tennis balls. (Sport, if not an uncompromised pleasure, is a constant, therapeutic escape.) But the arc traced here isn’t a hopeless one: Julie’s silence isn’t presented as ruinously consuming or calcifying, but as a coping mechanism that enables this already introverted adolescent to find some measure of social stability.

As such, she’s both passive and palpably, feverishly agitated — morally preoccupied with the kind of analytical self-scrutiny she prefers to bring to her game. That makes Julie a tough character for any actor to crack, let alone a non-pro, but Van den Broeck’s remarkable performance never wavers in either its physical poise or its clarity of expression beneath that self-imposed stoicism. Securely steered by van Dijl, who himself never strays into either overstatement or self-conscious austerity, she’s vulnerable enough to draw viewers into her turmoil, and reserved enough to keep the truth just out of reach, at least for the time being. Resisting the catharsis one typically wishes for in stories of abuse and trauma, this subtly imposing debut reminds viewers that victims can’t be pressured into sharing their stories without due time, consideration and quiet.

Brilliant service. Fantastic holiday.

We can’t thank John, Nicola and the Elite Sports Travel team enough for organising a truly memorable holiday for our family. They arranged a bespoke itinerary for our trip to California including great baseball and basketball tickets. Also, arranging other non-sporting tours so that we could make the most of our trip. They kept us informed all the way through the booking process and seamlessly arranged all the transfers, tickets etc. It was a holiday of a lifetime for us. 100% recommend Elite Sports Travel.

Superbowl Las Vegas :)

Superbowl Las Vegas :) Absolutely first class service, from start to finish. I use quite a lot of various hospitality businesses, but Elite have gone right to the top of the list. From the pre-event communication, to the reception at the airport - and every event was planned / timed, and executed perfectly. A Superbowl in Las Vegas was truly a "bucket list" experience, but the Elite team have truly made is something I will never forget. Massive thank you to Ben, John, Lee, Jake, Sven & Virgil. Absolutely brilliant, and could not recommend these guys enough. 10/10.

If I could give 10 stars....

If I could give 10 stars, I would. The care and service we received was of an unbelievably high standard. When our luggage was detained at Mumbai, John and his Indian colleagues chased it every day and ensured it was delivered to us even though we had moved a 5 hour drive away. The hotels and trips organised were luxurious and personal and we were supported every inch of the way. I am already asking about our next trip and we only got back yesterday.

Super Bowl in Vegas

Just back from a 4 day Super Bowl trip to Vegas with the Elite Sports team. From the original booking, sorting ticket upgrades, pre-game events, hotel, logistics and game day itself, the delivery from Ben and his superb team was flawless throughout. This was our second trip with Elite and it won't be our last. I can't recommend these guys highly enough.

Cricket tour of Hyderabad for first test match

This is the second time we have used Elite Travel for an overseas cricket tour. The first was in New Zealand in February 2023. The bar was set high in New Zealand and Elite Travel maintained its high standards in India, with a guided tour of the city of Hyderabad and superb tickets in a hospitality lounge with a great view of the play. Personalised travel provided from our hotel to and from the ground. I would recommend Elite Travel without hesitation.

India, Purrfect!

Fourth Cricket Test, Ranchi and Golden Triangle. I would just like to say that I had a wonderful holiday. Your itinerary worked exceptionally well and delivered everything I wanted in a busy but ideal timetable. And we saw a Tiger! Nicola was a great support in the run-up to the trip and dealt with my enquiries efficiently (and patiently 😊), and in a friendly manner. John was helpful, well organised and knowledgeable in Ranchi. A great combination of efficiency and just being a really nice bloke. The guides we met at all the destinations were knowledgeable, fun and very professional, not forgetting our driver who was friendly, helpful, reliable and hard working Please pass on my thanks to all concerned. Super Bowl LVIII

Can't thank Ben, John & the team from Elite enough for an unforgettable week in Vegas. They even managed to provide an extra quarter of football! From booking to the flight home, the whole trip ran smoothly thanks to the friendly professionalism of the all the guys.

IPL in Ahmedabad

Incredible trip organised through John watching IPL in India. Everything went smoother than could be imagined. 'Elite' in every sense of the word with private transfers between every destination in an air conditioned car with ice-cold water topped up each time. Incredible, Will book again.

Cricket Tour of the West Indies

A wonderful trip arranged by Elite Sports Travel. We were looked after really well. Everything organised and in place for us. We were on holiday from when we left home until we returned. The hotels chosen were wonderful, the transport to the sports venues worked really well and extra excursions were arranged for us. Nothing was too much trouble. We wouldn't hesitate to use Elite again.

New Zealand v England Test Tour 2023

First time on an organised cricket tour. Wonderful trip to New Zealand taking in two test matches. Very well organised and even disruption caused by Cyclone Gabrielle was handled smoothly. Hotels were top notch as were the included excursions. Can’t write a review without mentioning John, he was the perfect host and nothing was too much trouble. The biggest compliment we can pay is that we will definitely use Elite again.

Antigua and Barbados Test Match Tour March 2022

We booked our trip to see the 2022 West Indies v England first two test matches in Antigua and Barbados through Elite Sports Travel as they had provisional packages advertised on their website way ahead of other tour operators, including competitive provisional prices and some very good reviews of their previous sporting events. Elite kept us fully informed of the likely dates and venues which were eventually confirmed by the West Indies Cricket Board, the firmed up costs were considerably higher than those provisionally advertised but we were offered and accepted lower cost options (still considerably higher than the original provisional costs). Whilst we had a good overall holiday we had a number of unfortunate experiences; *Durations at Antigua / Barbados - being informed a few days prior to departure that we would be transferring from Antigua to Barbados a day early cost us our only cricket free day in Antigua, separated us from fellow guests and missed the experience of a small plane transfer. We did however arrange and fund a driver for a half day tour of Antigua on the transfer day morning. *Itinerary - late delivery of merchandise and more importantly the itinerary was not ‘several weeks before’. *Departure Lounge - as instructed in the itinerary we made our way to Lounge 1 at Gatwick but were refused entry as apparently did not have correct entry class level. *Antigua - Tradewinds Hotel - on arrival at the hotel we were taken outside by the manager to be informed there was an issue with our room and were told they were trying to find us an alternative hotel for the night. This was eventually resolved after some 4 hours. The hotel were very apologetic and kept us informed. We did however end up with a nice room. *Antigua Day Trips - Despite asking some weeks prior to the trip, no options of day trips were suggested or offered. *Barbados - Time Out Hotel - on arrival we were initially informed that we only had a room for one night (separate booking for the ‘extra’ night), the room was very poor and the hotel generally had a ‘low end’ feel. Again we managed to get the room issue resolved and got a better room from the second night onwards. *Hotel Water Supply - no water in hotel for a day (no shower, hand washing and toilet flushing), general very low water pressure. Eventually resolved, Elite could have checked that the issue had been resolved. *Barbados Day Trips – On arrival at Barbados the transfer company provided details of proposed excursions but all those on non-cricket days were already fully booked up. We did however eventually independently manage to arrange trips. *Elite Representation (Ben) - no Elite presence for last 4 days. *Group Activities - no ‘non cricket day’ group activities offered. *On the day of departure the hotel demanded that we pay them for our stay as they had not been paid, after numerous telephone conversations John and Ben told us to refuse to pay, we were concerned that the hotel would deduct the cost from our credit card as we had given them details on arrival. We asked that Elite pay and seek a refund. Eventually the booking company Elite had used settled the bill just before we left. A stressful last day. *We appreciate that a number of the issues we encountered were outside of Elite’s direct control but overall felt that what Elite were offering on their website had not been met and did not represent appropriate value for money. We could have booked through another operator with the added advantages of all inclusive food & drinks, special guest speaker evenings, being all together in one hotel etc for a similar or less cost. *We would however say John was excellent and enhanced the Antigua experience being present as we arrived at the cricket ground each day, mingled amongst us and escorted us onto our mini buses each evening. *We would also say the taxi transfer companies Elite employed throughout the tour were also excellent. *Ben sent a message to some of the travelling party expressing concerns over receiving complaints from some of the party and understandingly asked that we inform him of any issues as early as possible, we replied outlining the issues covered on this review and he promised to come back to us on everything in due course, some 4 weeks later we have not heard back from him. Perhaps this tour was not one of Elite’s high-end packages but we felt it fell short of what they advertise on their website namely; ‘Our mantra is to under promise and over deliver. We want to deliver an experience for our guests that makes you feel like we have put on the VIP treatment just for you and your tour companions. We want you to feel special’. ‘Anyone can book you some flights and hotels. We know you can organise that yourself with a bit of searching. We do organise those things, but we also do a lot more’.

Naturally we are disappointed that you remain unhappy with some of the experiences you encountered on your holiday to Antigua & Barbados with us last month, despite the communications both in person at the time and subsequently on your return with myself and the team. There are a number of issues you have raised and we have addressed each of these with you in detail elsewhere. However, I would like to address the issue of your accommodation options again as this is where the most significant failings occurred. As a provider of premium sporting experiences, we very carefully choose hotel partners that can meet the expectations of our discerning clients. Normally this means properties at a 4 or preferably 5-star level. In your case, you requested we source much cheaper accommodation options to meet your budget, which despite our reservations about the quality of the providers, we did for you as an exception to our normal policies. Unfortunately, this turned out to be a bad move for you (and us) as you have detailed, where you were let down by both hotel providers for a whole host of reasons. We are always learning from the experiences of our valued clients and your experiences shape the way we operate in the future. To that end, we will no longer compromise on the minimum standards of our hotel partners at the expense of budget. We prefer to work with carefully selected accommodation partners in order to guarantee the best possible experience for our clients, and will in the future stick to our preferred hotel partners. I would like to apologise again for the problems you encountered on your holiday Paul. Whilst fortunately complaints are rare, I do recognise that there are things we can do better next time. Super Bowl 2024 and Neil Reynolds Road Trip December 2023

I have now been on a number of trips with Elite, and cannot recommend them highly enough. In any line of business, there are few that can truly claim to be first class in their field....Ben, John and the team deliver first class service from the time of booking, on travel day, through the trip itself and all the way until you get back home. Both the Neil Reynolds Roadtrip and Super Bowl were up to these exceptional standards. Everything was managed, superb events arranged (with past and current players) and the perfect balance achieved between group events and your own time to explore. Nothing is too much trouble for the team. And a great team to be around

What service!

Not the usual client, as we live in France, but we wanted to go on the Neil Reynold's Road Trip, as the three games just happened to coincide with my wife and my teams as well as Bills @ Chiefs, which was set to be the game of the year. What can I say. Amazing service, and the on site organisation was great. The Elite Team were amazing, very helpful, knowledgeable and fun to be around and Ben even managed to organise a Patriots win, don't know how he did it! It was great to meet Neil and Julie, and to be able to chat football for a week! Might not make it in 2024, very busy for us, but we will be back for the NRRT, and would whole heartedly recommend to anybody who wants to go to not hesitate, worth every penny!

Great cricket and tour of New Zealand

Travelled to New Zealand on 12th Feb for the two test series. For me I was doing the South Island tour after the tests finished. The organisation and guidance we received throughout was first class. Everything worked like clockwork. We were unable to visit Napier because of the cyclone. Elite quickly added another great activity. All the activities were of a high standard and worth doing. Hotels and transport connections outstanding. I would recommend Elite Sports Tours whole heartedly. Brilliant.

Fantastic trip!!

We cannot recommend Elite Sports Travel highly enough! Our recent trip to see Lakers v Celtics and then Lakers v Nets was a present for our son's 21st. We all had an amazing time at the basketball and sightseeing in NYC and Boston. EST were fantastic throughout; John's attention to detail and support through the whole trip were outstanding. A wonderful experience for us all.

Around the World in 3 months

I have just returned from a 3 and half months sporting trip; this was fully organised by Elite Sports travel. They organised the whole trip and it was 5 star, they did all of the tickets, hotels, flights, transfers and it was absolutely superb. I can't stress how good these guys are, to organise such a bespoke trip and for everything to go so well is credit to you guys. Thank you Ben, John and Nicola and the rest of the team. Where do I start?! Just back from Super Bowl LVIII in Las Vegas and I can honestly say it couldn’t have been a better trip. The Elite Sports Travel team yet again delivered an incredible experience from start to finish. Everything from the drinks events, hotel, airport transfers, celebrity guest appearances, game day hospitality experience (I could go on) was first class. Nothing is too much trouble and Ben, John and the rest of the team are always on hand to help with anything you need. It gives me huge comfort to travel with such a professional company that takes such pride in the delivery of their trips. They take everything personally and that’s what sets them apart. This was my 6th trip with EST and there will certainly be more to come. If you’re thinking of booking a trip, do it!
