The UGC has approved 162 universities/institutions for providing vocational courses that are related to different sectors. Most UGC-approved institutions have similar B .Voc course eligibilit y criteria, however, there can be differences in private institutions. Annually, many colleges and universities publish Bachelor of Vocation admission notifications through their official websites. In general, admission to B Voc courses is offered either based on entrance test scores or through the direct admission process.

Based on the Entrance Test

Many universities administer their entrance examinations for Bachelor of Vocation admissions. Candidates need to clear the cutoff of these entrance exams to gain admission. Priority is given to candidates with higher marks, and seat allocation is determined based on their chosen course preferences.

Direct Admission

In the case of direct admission, the candidates need to apply for admission to the B.Voc course by filling out the admission application form of the concerned university. The institute releases the merit list which is prepared after considering the marks scored by the candidates in their qualifying exam (Class 12). Candidates coming within the merit list are given admission provided they fulfill the eligibility criteria.

Several university-level entrance tests are organised to shortlist the candidates for admission to the course. Candidates need to submit the application form and appear in the entrance test. Marks obtained in the entrance test are used for preparing the merit. Those, shortlisted through the entrance examination are offered admission to the B Voc courses. UPCET : Uttar Pradesh Combined Entrance Test (UPCET) is an entrance exam conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). It provides admission to various undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in colleges and universities in the state of Uttar Pradesh, India.

IPU CET : Indraprastha University Common Entrance Test (IPU CET) is an entrance exam conducted by Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University ( GGSIPU ) in Delhi, India. This exam is held for admission to various undergraduate and postgraduate programs offered by the university.

AMUEE : The Aligarh Muslim University ( AMU ) conducts entrance exams for admission to various undergraduate, postgraduate, and diploma programmes offered by the university. Its application forms are generally released in February.

JMIEE : Jamia Millia Islamia Entrance Exam (JMIEE) is a university-level exam conducted annually between March and April. Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI ) is a central university located in New Delhi, India.

The Bachelor of Vocation cutoff is annually released by the respective colleges that offer these courses. This cutoff is determined by the entrance exam scorecard, which is accepted by the university. The BVoc cutoff is subject to annual changes, influenced by factors such as the number of available seats and the total number of applications received.

There are two components of the Bachelor of Vocation curriculum namely, general education and skill development. The details of the syllabus are determined either after considering the National Occupational Standards (NOSs) or if the NOS is not available for a specified trade, the Bachelor of Vocation syllabus is determined after consulting the industry experts.

(Hons) / BCA / BIT of minimum three years full-time from a recognized University with Mathematics/ Statistics as one of the subjects or B.E./ B.Tech from a recognized University. Candidates belonging to general and OBC category need to score minimum 60% marks or 6.5 CGPA on a 10 point scale. Candidates belonging to SC/ST category need to score minimum 55% marks or 6.0 CGPA on a 10 point scale. You are not eligible to apply for NIMCET as you haven't studied any of the above mentioned courses. Throughout the MA Tourism, Hospitality and Event Management programme, you’ll cover essential concepts of management, including business strategy, operations management, project management and cross-cultural leadership. Programme Structure

This 18-month MA Tourism, Hospitality and Event Management programme consists of four terms. During its first three terms the programme will cover fundamental topics such as marketing planning, strategic approaches in tourism and hospitality business, operational management, cross-cultural management, event management and entrepreneurship. Students will also attend modules on academic research methods, and you will study the German language alongside your master’s degree subjects. On your final term, you will research and prepare a dissertation on a topic of your choice.

For Berlin , teaching takes place Monday to Saturday, with morning, afternoon, or evening sessions.

For Paris , teaching takes place Monday to Friday, with morning (9-1pm) and afternoon sessions (2-6pm).
