Midtravel is essentially in between stock and long travel. It's a loose term to me. Parts should include upper control arms, longer front coilovers, longer rear shocks, new leaf pack, extended rear brake lines. The only difference I see between a suspension lift and mid travel is quality of parts and usually a leaf pack instead of an add-a-leaf.
