Arrive at Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi International Airport in Guwahati, Assam. Meet and greet by the tour representative and transfer to your hotel. Check-in at the hotel and freshen up. Guwahati to Shillong (Meghalaya) via Umiam Lake

• Followed by this, check-out of the hotel and be ready to commence a 99 km drive to the beautiful hill station of Shillong in Meghalaya. The entire drive would take around 3-4 hours to complete.
• En route, the gorgeous lake of Umiam, also known as Barapani. Barapani is the largest artificial lake in Meghalaya. Whereas, Umiam is known for its picturesque surrounding which includes Sylvan Hills.

When you will arrive safely, our representative will pick you from the Airport/Station and will take you to the hotel for check-in. He will help you with the check-in and to your rooms. Kaziranga: Sightseeing

Early morning second day, we will travel to Karizanga after luscious breakfast. After safely arrive there, we will go visit the Karizanga National Park which is also known as the home of One Horned Rhinoceros. You can take pictures with the Rhinos and then we will go to our hotel for Check-in. The evening will be free to wander. So if you want to see Kaziranga, you can go around otherwise you can just stay at the hotel and take rest. Everything will get smooth by the end of the day, so don’t get worried about tiredness and chill with us.

Karizanga-Shillong: Tour

Keep your eyes open for heartwarming views of animals around

The third day we will officially visit one zone of Karizanga national park while riding an elephant. We will see a lot of other animals of the park including Hog deer, Swamp deer, wild Buffalo, and tigers if you get lucky. There is also a good range of water animals and birds in the park. Later we will get back to the hotel for breakfast and post a breakfast we will travel to Shillong. Shillong is also called the Scotland of the West with an altitude of 4900ft. On our way to Shillong, we will be visiting Uniam Lake which is a majestic placid lake and surrounded by Sylvan Hills. Reaching safely in Shillong we will check-in the hotel and take rest for the rest of the day. You can again take the day to break as your own. We will stay overnight in Shillong.

Cherrapunjee: Sightseeing

• Nohkalikai Falls

Observe the beauty you encounter and capture it

On day 4, after a scrumptious breakfast, we will travel to Cherrapunjee which is said to be the World’s most wet place. The place is having beautiful breathtaking views you can never forget. There you will also enjoy the majestic views of Nohkalikai Falls. Water and water everywhere. There are caves like Mawsmai Cave that you can go into and explore it from inside. On our way back to Shillong in the evening, we will visit Elephanta Falls and Shillong Peak. Later we will go back to our hotel in Shillong and stay overnight. You want to enjoy like this then join us on this voyage.

Shillong-Guwahati: Sightseeing

Happily, enjoy the evening with sound and light shows

The next day we will visit the Don Bosco Museum and Ward’s Lake respectively after the tempting breakfast. After the visit, we will head back to the hotel and process the check-out. We will then drive to Guwahati and check-in the hotel. Later in the evening after some rest and lunch, we will go see Kalakshetra. This is one of the best show of sound and light you can enjoy that presents the Assamese history and culture. Later we will come back to the hotel and take rest for the night.

Guwahati: Sightseeing

The 6th day we will go and visit Assam State Museum with full of Assam history. Then we will move to visit the State Zoo that is also a Botanical garden following with the visit to the Regional science center and the Sukreswar Temple which is the 6th Jyotirlinga of Shiva. Then later we will suggest an optional Golden sunset cruise on the Brahmaputra which will be afforded by the tourist himself and you can pay for that at the moment. We will then head back to the hotel and take rest for the night. All the awesome adventures you can do with us.

Guwahati: Sightseeing - Departure

On the last day of our trip, after a delicious breakfast, we will hit the roads again and visit Kamakhya Temple, Tirupati Balaji Temple, and Nabagraha Temple. Cancellation Policy & Payment Terms

• If the Guest decides to cancel the tour for any reason whatsoever then s/he shall give a written application to the Company within specified time limit along with original receipt issued by the Company. Such cancellation will attract cancellation charges stated hereunder.
• Cancellation charges will be calculated on gross tour cost and the cancellation charges shall depend on date of departure and date of cancellation
• Cancellation charges for any type of transport ticket are applicable as per the rules of the concerned authority.
• Air tickets issued on special fares are NON REFUNDABLE and Guest shall bear cancellation charges.
• Any refund payable to the Guest will be paid after the Company receives refund from the respective authorities. The Company deducts processing charges from the refund to be paid to the Guest.

Payment Terms

• Airlines/Room up-gradation and complimentary will not be entertained during the tour unless if specified at the time of booking.
• There is no refund for any services not utilized during the tour.
• Security deposit is required either in cash or credit card by hotels which is refundable provided no room incidentals are incurred. This security deposit is not included in this quote and must be paid by the guests/corporate directly to the hotel when checking in.

Arrive at Guwahati Airport or Railway Station and transfer to Shillong. En route, visit the stunning Umiam Lake (Borapani). Spend the evening at leisure exploring the Police Bazaar. Overnight stay in Shillong.

After breakfast, visit Laitlum Canyon, known as the amphitheater of Meghalaya. Proceed to Dawki Island on the Umngot River, where you can enjoy boating, kayaking, and zip lining (at your own cost). Visit the cleanest village in Asia, Mawlynnong, and the famous Double Decker Living Root Bridge. Overnight stay in Mawlynnong.

After breakfast, explore Jowai's Phe Phe Falls and Krang Suri Waterfalls, which are considered one of India's most magical waterfalls. Afterward, visit the Garden of Caves and Arwa Caves, followed by the Seven Sisters Falls. Check into your hotel in Cherrapunji for an overnight stay.

Arrival in Guwahati

As soon as you reach the Lokapriya Gopinath Bordoloi International Airport, Guwahati or the railway station you will be received by the Swan Tours representative who will further accompany you to the first location in a transfer on a drive that is Shillong that lies among the seven sisters of Northeast. After reaching Shillong that is also known as the Scotland of the East, you will go out on a short visit to the largest artificial lake that is the Umium Lake followed by boating to spend quality time at leisure. Undergo the check-in formalities in the hotel that are pre-booked followed by an overnight stay!

Shillong to Cherrapunji (Excursion)

Enjoy having the early morning breakfast and buck up to go out on an extremely wonderful excursion to the wettest land in the country that is Cherrapunji that is also known as Sohra which receives even ad plentiful downpours throughout the year followed by the elephant waterfalls, nohkalikai falls and Mawsmai cave, and 150 Mtr cave while returning back to Shillong. Shillong to Mawlynnong

Wake up to the morning breakfast and meet the new day with your departure for the cleanest village in Asia that is Mawlynong. Shillong to Kaziranga National park

Wake up to the morning breakfast and get ready t to proceed for catching insights of the wonderful fauna species in Kaziranga on a jeep safari or elephant ride that lets you explore a lot of animals namely, One-horned Rhinoceros, Wild Buffalo, Hog Deer, Swamp deer, red-headed bill and various flora as well. Get back to the hotel and stay overnight after having dinner.

Kaziranga National Park - Dirang

Start the day with the morning breakfast and start with your morning journey to Dirang after checking out from the hotel. En-route cover Tippi that is situated on the banks of the mighty river Jia BHorali at an escalation of 190 m. You will get to explore wonderful orchids in this place which Arunachal Pradesh is especially famous for. You will be going through enchanting falls and sceneries and after reaching the hotel, you will have lunch and check-in the hotel. Watch out the local apple baby room, kiwi ranch, dzong (fort), warm water springtime after lunch followed by an overnight stay!

Dirang - Tawang

After having the morning breakfast, you will carry out a guided drive to Tawang that starts with the check-out from Dirang. On the way stop by to cover the Sela Pass that is situated at an elevation of 13, 700 feet above the sea level followed by other sightseeing spots like, the kiwi garden, warm spring & Jaswant Garh. After completing the check-in formalities take rest in the hotel! In the evening head to the Tawang Monastery and PT Tso lake followed by an overnight stay!

After getting treated to the morning breakfast, you will start with sightseeing in and around Tawang that is one of the most beautiful places in Arunachal Pradesh. Start with the lakes followed by bird watching and also cover the 300-year-old Tawang Monastery that is locally called Gompa. It is the largest in India and the second largest in Asia after the Lhasa in Tibet. Have lunch and go out for some shopping where you will be delighted to count on some of the local items that are special out there followed by the Craft Center and traditional Monpa Village. Stay overnight after dinner!

Tawang to Bomdila

Start the morning breakfast and get along with the day with your drive to the next amazing location in Northeast, bomdila. This place is elevated at a height of 8000 ft followed by the snow-filled peaks and exotic greenery. Soon after having lunch, visit the GontseRabgyaling Monastery from where you get the panoramic views of the sceneries. Stay overnight in the hotel ater checking in at Bomdila!

Bomdila - Bhalukpong

At Cherrapunjee visit the Limestone caves and the waterfalls. You can visit Arwah Caves, Nokalikai Falls, Mawsmai Caves, Eco Park, Bangladesh View Point and Thangkharang Park. Later drive back to Guwahati. Evening is free to enjoy the Rover cruise in the mighty river Brahmaputra. Night, stay in Guwahati.

Arrive at Phuentsholing from Guwahati - Day 4

Phuentsholing – Thimphu (179 kms / 5 – 6 hours drive) - Day 5

Morning transfer to the capital city Thimphu through the mountains, this journey is of almost unbelievable beauty. The road leads from the northern Indian tea plantations through endless turns, hair pin bends and daring stretches carved into the mountain rock via Chukka to Thimphu. Check in the hotel. Afternoon you can relax and in the evening spend some time in clock tower square and brisk walk around CBD. Stay night in Thimphu.

Thimphu Sightseeing - Day 6

When in Thimphu you got to prepare for surprises where this unique capital has no traffic lights but adopted its own version of the British – Indian colonial times traffic policemen who can startle you and memorize others with his elaborate hand gestures, sometimes he may be signaling stop when it looks like go but don’t worry you can observe the flow and notice his smile as you stare at him. Thimphu – Paro Valley (65 kms - 1 hour drive) - Day 7

Morning drive to Paro valley and visit the National Museum housed in a round fortress called as the Ta Dzong considered being one of the best natural history museums in Asia where it has a fine collection of natural and historic artifacts. Just below Ta Dzong lies Paro Dzong. Afternoon visit Paro Penlop Heritage Farm house, Kyichu Lhakhang, the monastery dates back to 7th century and is one of the oldest and most sacred the ruins of Drukgyel Dzong, a 17th century fortress that used to keep invaders from Tibet and in 1951 the fort was destroyed by fire. Night stay in Paro.

Paro Taktsang (A day long hike) - Day 8

Early breakfast and start your world famous “Tigers Nest “or popularly known as “Taktsang” one of the popular spiritual heritage sites. It was here that the great tantric master Guru Padma Sambhava flew in from Tibet on a tiger to bring Buddhist teachings to Bhutan. Overnight at hotel in Paro.

Paro – Phuentsholing – Bagdogra (4-5 hours drive) - Day 9

Day 03 Cherrapunji - Mawlynnong(82km/2.5hr) - Shillong(78km/2.5hr)

Today we will go for a day trip to the Mawlynnong village and Dawki. We will visit the cleanest village in India Mawlynnong and go for a short trek in the Single-Decker Living root bridge located nearby in the Riwai village. You can also have a lunch of authentic Khasi dish and ride on the top of a sky walk to enjoy the bird eye view of Bangladesh. Later we will go for boating in the Dawki and enjoy some water sports and spend the night in a hotel at Shillong. The evening is free for shopping in the Shillong.

Day 04 Shillong - Kaziranga National Park (182km/5hr)

Today we start early and drive to Kaziranga National Park. It is around 8 hrs drive and we have our lunch in a roadside eatery. On reaching Kaziranga check-in at a resort. You can feel one with nature here and spend the night comfortably in a cozy resort. Note: Kaziranga remains closed from May - October.

Day 05 Kaziranga

On the day 5 of our 10 days Sikkim Assam Meghalaya tour we experience a close encounter with the wild animals at Kaziranga. Today we do early morning Elephant Safari and afternoon Jeep safari in two major ranges of Kaziranga namely Western range and Central range or vice versa. In between we also visit Kaziranga orchid park and tribal villages.

Day 06 Kaziranga - New Jalpaiguri via Guwahati

On day 6 of our Assam Meghalaya Sikkim tour, we drive back to Guwahati after breakfast. Had lunch in a roadside Dhaba and drop you at Guwahati railway station for the onward journey to NJP railway station.

Day 07 NJP(New Jalpaiguri) - Gangtok (118km/4-5hr)

On arrival at the NJP railway station, our representative will meet you and drive to Gangtok. After reaching Gangtok check-in at your hotel. In the evening, take a leisurely stroll through the bustling streets of MG Marg market in Gangtok. Indulge in shopping for local handicrafts and souvenirs, and treat yourself to the delectable flavors of Sikkimese cuisine.

Day 08 Gangtok

Today we go for sightseeing in the Gangtok city, state capital of Sikkim. We take you to the highest viewpoint in Gangtok Tashi View Point after that we visit Ganesh Tok and Hanuman Tok . Later we visit Ban Jhakri Falls Park , Bakthang Waterfalls , Enchey Monastery and stop at Namgyal Institute of Tibetology and Do drul chorten to acquainted yourself more about Buddhism. Later end your day with a visit to Gangtok Ropeway and return to your hotel for a comfortable stay.

The day 9th of the Assam Meghalaya Sikkim tour is the most wonderful one. Today we drive to see snow-covered Nathula Pass , Tsomgo Lake and Baba Harbhajan Mandir situated 54 km from Gangtok. It requires 6 - 7hours to complete the whole trip. Nathula Pass is located in China's occupied Tibet Autonomous Region border. We drive through a part of the old silk route to Nathula Pass. In the evening return back to Gangtok.

* Entry permit is required to visit Nathula Pass and Tsomgo Lake.

Day 10 Gangtok Departure

It was great all around
