We operate from two locations - largely on Chapora River Morjim in North Goa and from Panaji (Brittona Jetty) offering an array of activities for the adventurous traveler.

Goa house boat

I visited Goa in December 2015 and got a recommendation to stay at a houseboat. I heard about the houseboats in Kerala but in Goa? So I decided to reach out to the published number and the initial experience on the phone was amazing. I decided to book for one night and the pricing was extremely reasonable to fit my moderate budget. I boarded the boat and it was mesmerizing from the time I boarded. Staff welcomed us very humbly. There was warmth and home like feeling on the boat. Towards the evening the view started to look greater. In the evening there was a party and the crowd was amazing. There were painters painting on one side, music was amazing and drinks and snacks were icing on the cake. Boat started sailing for the sunset cruise. Sunset from the boat was breathtaking. We were in an awe! Party went on till late night. Dinner was served. My daughter is a painter, she joined other painters and started making and learning the art. The mood was so Awesome that we didn't feel like sleeping. We were sitting on the roof top and enjoying nice breeze and music. Oh, did I mention, there was live music and musicians were amazing? We had a late night and then we crashed in our rooms. We woke up fresh in the morning. Went straight up to the rooftop restaurant. Breakfast was served and boat started to sail again for a morning cruise. We had our breakfast while enjoying the views and wildlife around the banks if Chapora river. We didn't feel like checking out but unfortunately we had to because our booking was only for one night. It was an awesome experience and I will go there every time I go to Goa. The owner Mr. Sanjay was funny and a good singer himself. He was a great company at the party. Thanks Mr. Sanjay for showing such a great time. I may not be a good narrator as you can see from my review :-) but we had a hell of a time on this "Lost Paradise in Goa".

It's an Unbelievable experience!!!! Fantastic service.....Indeed 'Heaven on Earth'......If one is in Goa, being a Goan or Tourist this fabulous experience is a MUST. This was my fourth visit to the boats and can never have enough of them. Great hospitality , energy and breathtaking views . The gentle ride for the relaxed mood on the houseboat, the fast paced catamaran for the adventurer in you... in the month of February I visited lost paradise boat I was not knowing about this thing but when I entered I was like wow rooms are pretty much good interior of the boat is good specially Mr sanjay bhai is taking care of me not only to me with all his guest where there in the boat he had given me his jetskey to drive alone I will recommend to my friends about this for sure really enjoyed chears to sanjay ones again

This was the second time we went with Sanjay on his boat (the first was in April 2015)and what an experience ... It is a must do in Goa ...the kids love it , the sunset is out of the world and the water activities are mind blowing ... Will highly recommend and will do it everytime we go to goa ...
