Our entire trip went off without a…

Our entire trip went off without a hitch. On 2 occasions I was unable to find the person we were supposed to meet and the situation was promptly resolved by calling the numbers you gave us. Everyone of the people involved with us were polite and pleasant.

Super trip!

Trip to Kenya was great! This is my third time and it just gets better!! Goway ( Gina) did a wonderful job and answered any question we had promptly. Our driver/guide , Mita, was a great driver and super quide who always checked that I had the best lighting position possible for my photographs. From initial planning, customization to meet our preferences, and flexibility when things did not go as planned, we thank you. Many apologies for our frustration at times, especially with the misunderstanding and miscommunication in Madrid. We were very annoyed and might have overreacted about the hotel. Many thanks for the reimbursement and understanding. The hotel is in a great location and the people were very friendly and accommodating. Once in Portugal, everything else was right as planned. FRBTravels in Egypt 2024

I just got back from with my group of 24 to Egypt. This experience literally was everything I had dreamed about. Egypt was my number "1" on my bucklist. Everything went smoothly. The tour guides Remon and Ahmed were always on point. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Especially Ahmed Ged. He knew all the history at every place we visited. He was very passionate in his explanations. The river cruise was the highlight of our trip. This was an incredible Experience and luxury at its finest. It is service like this is the only reason I book all my group trips with Goway. The only group agent I have used on all my trips, Dubai, Greece, Egypt and next Brazil. Is Keren Samuel. She is the only one who makes sure my trips are customized the way I want them to be. She is my agent. Goway Group Air department my only agent I work with is Cathy Leong. She makes sure our group air is taking care of. Even in situations where someone in our group missed their flight. She immediately helped find alternative solutions for them. Customer service speaks volume when booking your trips through Goway. I highly recommend them for all your trips.

Goway did an excellent job with EVERYTHING!

Goway did an excellent job with an 10-day Egypt tour of 20 guests. According to the guests, everything was "seamless" in terms of the arrangements and accommodations. More importantly, they ALL stated that they had a wonderful time with a mix of organized tours and "on your own" time. The local tour operator was extremely knowledgeable, accessible, and friendly! I look forward to using Goway again.

Goway and our Maldives adventure

After years and years of delay, thanks to the pandemic, my wife and I finally visited the Maldives. Goway was very helpful every step of the way. We originally wanted to go to Bora Bora but switched venues and Goway did not miss a beat. Their whole team is very knowledgeable and quickly assessed great options that fit in our budget. We were very pleased with our resort (Kuredu) in Maldives. It was hot when we arrived in late April - stifling actually - and with all the restaurants and common areas open-air at Kuredu it was too hot for us. Only our room and the restrooms were air-conditioned…thank goodness! The sand floors in the restaurants were fun but not good for my wife dressing up in heels which she likes to do. With the transition to the off-season, they had a few restaurants closed for “deep cleaning” and there was minimal evening entertainment which was disappointing. However the resort itself was beautiful and it certainly did not look 30 years old! They did a wonderful job keeping up with maintenance and making it look fresh. Snorkeling was easily the best I’ve ever experienced and I have snorkeled in Seychelles, Bora Bora, Fiji, Mexico and Cook Islands. Customer service on every level at Kuredu was 5-star; everyone was very friendly and helpful. The 5.8 Undersea restaurant on a neighbouring island was worth every penny, with the food and service equal to the incredible under water experience. Although it is a very long way to travel from Canada, we were very happy with our adventure and the help and advice we received from Goway Travel. We recommend Goway and will certainly be using them again in the future.

Fantastic experience in Africa

We arrived home exhausted after a 40 hour journey but so satisfied with the trip. It was really wonderful in every way. The game drives at Kapama and Savanna went way beyond expectations - the quality of the interactions we had with the wildlife and the up close viewing was awe inspiring. Our videos and photos are wonderful! It was so moving to see how well my mom was treated at each of the places we stayed. Savanna Lodge in Sabi Sands was a particularly superb experience that we will never forget. Their acknowledgment of mom’s 90th birthday (which had both of us in tears) was a real highlight. In addition to the staff at the various resorts, who were all bending over backwards for us, we met lovely people working for Thompson’s at each location, and one of them even made a special trip back to the Zambia-Zimbabwe border to retrieve a Visa card from another driver’s van, where it had dropped out of my pocket, returning it to us later in the day at our hotel. We were so grateful! Our internal flights ran smoothy and without delay, our bags always came through and there were wheelchairs available for mom when she needed them. All in all a fantastic experience.

All arrangements were seamless

All arrangements were seamless. Each one of our tour guides was knowledgeable, friendly and eager to please. Domitur was a good choice to provide these services. Our accommodations were excellent, especially Hotel Atlantico in Ponta Delgada. The one exception was our room in Tivoli Marina, Portamao. It was worn and lacked storage/counter space. The grounds were lovely tho’.

Happy 65th Down Under

I had a wonderful time on my trip to Australia. I was in Adelaide for a few days visiting a couple of friends. Then flew down to Kangaroo Island which was spectacular! Bush tucker, sea lions, majestic views, and saw some kangaroos, koalas, and an echidna. Smooth sailing on the ferry ride back to Adelaide. The train ride from Adelaide to Melbourne was great. Bus tours along the Great Ocean Highway, Penguin Parade (so cute). Free tram service in the DT area of Melbourne, made getting around very easy. Another trade to Sydney to stay in The Rocks for 4 nights. I toured the Opera House, took a luncheon cruise on Sydney Harbour, and took a bus ride to my old stomping grounds at Bondi Beach. All in all had a wonderful time! Thank you GoWay for putting the trip together for me!

87 Day Tour-Southeast Asia

In mid-October 2023, we had a wonderful couple reach out to us to arrange an itinerary for their dream adventure; touring four countries in Southeast Asia- Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, and Thailand, for 12 weeks. Their desired departure date was the first week in January, 2024. Time was of the essence! We contacted one of our preferred partners that we knew specialized in FIT destinations- Goway travel. To our delight, we were instantly connected with Heshan Fonseka, who would be our Asia specialist to work with. When we mentioned the 2 ½ week time constraint to Heshan and he said, "No problem, it's still doable." With our clients desired tours and expectations, Heshan began forming the itinerary immediately. As the weeks went on, the tour and flight confirmations came in, and Visas approved, all of the blanks were being filled. Two weeks before departure, and with our client's excitement and anticipation, the 87-day itinerary was complete. The departure date was Jan 04, 2024, and off they went. Throughout their 87-day journey, they shared immersive photos and comments of their epic adventure, summing it up with one of their many comments, "This trip has been first-rate!" Thank you Heshan and Goway travel, our clients dream vacation wouldn't have been possible without your assistance, expertise, and first-rate tour providers and accommodations. Thailand, short but sweet

We were extremely pleased with our Thailand trip and with the ease of working with Goway. We decided, just a few days before beginning a business trip to Bangkok, to add a short excursion to sample at least part of Thailand. Goway was able to quickly incorporate our rough ideas into a smooth and flawless itinerary. We were especially impressed with the efficiency we encountered during the trip. The guides and transport were always on time and that entailed multiple segments each day. Your guides were knowledgeable and fun to be with. We are not usually high-end tour people, but we can easily get used to this level of service! Some of the highlights for us were, in fact, the quieter part of the trip. We appreciate nature and especially bird watching. There were a number of moments that were special, including a slow-paced visit to a coffee plantation and a leisurely canoe ride in the Chiang Mai portion of the trip . My first group trip with Goway

This was my first group trip with Goway, and it worked out perfectly. I had a group of 27, and every detail was worked out. Dubai was an amazing destination, and Faheem (the tour guide) was phenomenal in staying on top of all of the group dynamics and getting everything accomplished. The Goway staff was professional in all their interactions. Specific requests by my clients were passed along, and the hotel was able to accommodate them. I will be using them again for my next group.

Great Experience

I used Goway Travel to take my birthday trip to Fiji this year. It was my first time using their service. I was very satisfied. They created a great experience for me. I will use them again! I do have two takeaways that I think could have made my experience more satisfying. My first was the check-in time at the resort. I arrived a 8:00am and check-time was 3;00pm Also i had a very long layover on my trip back home. I do know that these are basically things out of their control. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

I traveled to Australia in March 2024…

I traveled to Australia in March 2024 and had a wonderful time! All transfers from airports to hotels and from hotels to arranged excursions went flawlessly. I was provided an emergency number and email in case of any problems. As luck would have it, my flight from LAX to Sydney was canceled due to airline issues and moved to the next day. I contacted the emergency number and they were able to let the hotel and transportation company know about the change. My trip was planned around what I wanted to do and see. I would recommend Goway Travel for your travel needs!

Greetings. We have made it back home safe and sound. I wanted to thank Frank (Goway Travel) for everything you did to make this trip possible. Africa at it's best!

We just returned from a fabulous trip to Thailand. This was our first time booking with GoWay Travel and we couldn’t be happier. From the initial contact with our travel advisor, Taryn, to the follow up phone call once returned home, every person and aspect of their customer service and care is phenomenal. Cristy in the Groups Department

I am writing to you to point out Cristy Patterson in your groups department. Her hard work and dedication saved our last-minute Germany group of college students. The amount of effort and her commitment to making this happen was unbelievable. The outcome for this group was perfect because of her. We work with many tour operators and know to find someone like her demonstrating extra effort is hard to find. You are very lucky to have such a dedicated team member. I look forward to using her for all future groups.

Go Away, GOWAY Travel!

My travel agent used this pathetic company to arrange my flights from Canada to Iceland to Norway and return. Big mistake! First, they said Porter would interline my luggage to Icelandair in Toronto. NO, it will not. Porter is not a member of Star Alliance so passengers must hump their bags themselves to where they check-in with Icelandair. There are no signs from domestic Porter pick-up to international Icelandair drop-off at Toronto Pearson airport. When questioned, GOWAY Travel finally admitted they were wrong, and I would have to transfer bags myself. Sure, I can do it but why pay GOWAY Travel to give incorrect flight info? Useless group. GOWAY Travel’s return arrangements were much worse. My Icelandair flight from Oslo to Reykjavik departed and arrived on time. But had the GOWAY incompetent agents booked me on the next Icelandair connecting Reykjavik-Toronto flight? No way! Instead of booking me in FI603 they booked me on much later flight FI605. I spent hours in the Saga lounge as FI603 left for Toronto and FI605 remained in the flight lineup. But then FI605 was late departing Reykjavik, was late arriving in Toronto causing me to miss my connecting Porter PD179 flight. It was the last one to Ottawa, so I slept overnight in the airport. Next morning I had to pay full last minute price for a new flight to Ottawa. No help from GOWAY Travel, of course. A complaint to the Canadian Transportation Agency is pending. GOWAY Travel agents to whom I spoke had limited knowledge and/or experience making coherent flight arrangements. Apologies are useless. Agents are not available if you run into travel trouble. I suspect many of their positive online reviews have been arranged. This is an amateur operation in Toronto. GO AWAY, GOWAY Travel!

Christopher Mutuku - 5 STARS Tour Guide

I just returned back from our African trip with GoWay and I wanted to give praises to our Guide Christopher Mutuku from Sense of Africa. I can honestly say that our trip was simply amazing, all because of our wonderful guide Christopher. His knowledge of the country, the culture and the animals was unbelievable. He took the time to educate us on all the things and made learning so much fun. We spent a lot of the time in the jeep and he encouraged us to ask all the questions. He has a sense of humor that made our jeep time so much fun. By the end of the safari, we were all experts at naming the animals and describing the details and habits of each one. He has a gift for sharing his love of his country with others. He went above and beyond each and every day to make sure we were all taken care of and were ready to have the best day. He truly is a difference maker and we were so blessed to have had him as our guide. We came home with memories to last a lifetime thanks to Christopher. Sense of Africa is blessed to have such a talented, knowledgeable, warm hearted, funny, caring and remarkable guide in Christopher. I can't wait to come back and have Christopher again as our guide.

Peru & Mexico Trip

We've used Goway many times now and always had the most positive experiences - This time, we had the pleasure of working with Luis Lagunes. On a kickoff call Luis received our interests, provided expert local wisdom, and guided us to review some amazing experiences we didn't even know about! Normally we review the itinerary provided and make several changes but Luis quickly put together an incredible itinerary that hit on all of our desires and it was one of the most efficient trip planning ventures we have had. Kenya safari paradise!

I wanted to reach out to Goway to express my thanks for providing our safari with such a wonderful group of people who made our trip unforgettable and just an all around amazing experience! Maisilyn, Freddie, Daniel and Christopher were all lovely people, and so very friendly and helpful throughout our tour. Our jeep's guide Christopher was the absolute best! He was the point person for the overall group and he did an excellent job of driving, coordinating the jeeps, dealing with the lodges, and game driving! He was able to show us the big 5 within our first two days of game drives, allowing us to capture beautiful photos of all the animals. He also has extensive knowledge of animals, birds and plants on all the reserves we visited. I can now tell you about the 3 different types of giraffes, the difference between a white and black rhino, the two zebra varieties, point out an Egyptian goose, the hunting patterns of a pride of lions, and the list goes on! It made the trip even more fun to learn all about what we were seeing. As we drove from one reserve to the next, Christopher answered our endless list of questions about where we were, the towns we drove through and the culture of the people. It is evident that Christopher has genuine love for what he does and it shines through in how he treats all of his customers. He is passionate about making sure everyone is taken care of and has a wonderful time. Thanks to his great service, I came away from the trip feeling blessed for all that we saw and experienced and I am already figuring out when I can come back again. Thank you again for facilitating the trip of a lifetime (so far!) with this professional and dedicated group of people.

Wonderful Italy vacation

Amazing time in Italy

You are never alone when traveling with Goway.

We were well taken care of with Goway's representatives in Egypt. They were knowledgeable and lovely people who made the experience something special. We felt as if we were honored guests and, as such, were given extra attention, concern and care. Amazing Trip to Fiji

My family and I just returned from Fiji and had an absolutely wonderful time! Every single detail of the travel arrangements went beautifully. Rosie Travels, Go Away's partner in Fiji, was excellent to deal with and very efficient and organized. All of our drivers were very professional and picked us up on time. All flights went smoothly and ran on time...give or take a few minutes here or there. Our luggage arrived where it was supposed to. The accommodations were all perfect and suited our needs very well. Huge thanks to Go Away Travel for all that the team did to ensure that our trip was a memorable experience. We are so very grateful for the wonderful memories that we will carry with us for always.

Croatian Rhapsody

20 days in Korea and Japan

this was our first booking through Goway. We put together a highly customized and private, as opposed to group tour, three week schedule covering Japan and South Korea, two countries we had not been to before, and we relied heavily on our Goway liaison for advice. It helped that she had lived in Korea. We are both in our early 70's and the trip went exceedingly smooth from the rail, road, and air transportation down to the hotel service levels and, importantly, their strategic locations for easy access to public transport and food venues. The itinerary we selected was busy but the built-in occasional slack afternoons allowed us to always catch our breaths again and do some exploring on our own. We deliberately went off the beaten path to an extent in Korea and Goway's knowledge made this a success. With perhaps one exception, our personal guides turned out to be excellent, and their care for us in two cases went well beyond expectation both in Korea and Japan. Kudos to Goway for working with such good local partners. When we had to choose group tours, e.g., DMZ in Korea or Mt Fuji in Japan, the providers had everything buttoned down for us. It helps that both countries are renowned for their efficiency and precision. We had left home on 5/3 full of high expectations but also with some anxieties and we retuned on 5/23 with more great memories and experiences than we can digest right now. As that old Sony commercial put it: "when the kids ask where the money went, show 'em the movie".

Fantastic experiences!

I used Goway travel for a Portugal trip. They were fantastic in providing a great boutique hotel close to shops and the waterfront. The tours were really great and I got to really see Lisbon and the areas around it. I traveled solo so it was nice to have airport pickups and tours lined up. From the moment we spoke with her until the very last day of our trip, she was with us every step of the way, ensuring our journey to New Zealand was nothing short of magical. Paula truly went above and beyond to tailor every aspect of our honeymoon. She took the time to understand our preferences, interest, budget constraints, and crafted an itinerary that felt like it was designed just for us. Her attention to detail was impeccable and she had a deep knowledge for New Zealand; recommended hidden gems and local experiences that we would have otherwise missed. One of the highlights of our trip was the personalized touches that Paula included; such as surprises from the hotels, tour guides, and the little extras that make us feel incredibly special throughout our honeymoon. My first family trip to Japan

Awesome trip to New Zealand and Australia

We just returned from a trip from New Zealand and Australia. We worked with someone from Goway to plan our itinerary. Natasa was very helpful and patient We did many changes to the original itinerary and we were able to put together an itinerary that allowed us to go to places we were wanting to see and also to fit our budget and timing. Maria is The Best

Maria helped us with hotels, tours and transportation for our first trip to Japan. We wanted a blend of booked tours and open time and she mapped out a wonderful itinerary for us, got us rail pass vouchers which were waiting for us at the hotel, and made our trip smooth and fantastic. Machu Picchu, a trip of a lifetime!!!

My kids and I just returned from seeing Machu Picchu, one of the Seven Wonder of the World. Machu Picchu thanks to Virginia Dameno of Goway Travel. I would have never been able to plan this trip on my own as I have vacations to Europe. Virginia explained all the moving parts to going to Machu Picchu. It’s not as simple as flying directly there and visiting it. For us, we had to fly to Lima, where we spent the night, then fly to Cusco, drive 2 hours to Sacred Valley to acclimate to the high altitude for 2 nights, then take the train to Aguas Caliente where Machu Picchu is located. We toured Machu Picchu in the afternoon and returned the following morning. After seeing Machu Picchu the second time, we returned to Cusco for 2 nights via train and 2 hour drive. Virginia was very patient with me as we planned the 4 hotels and tours that best suited me and my adult children. Virginia was also very accommodating as we made some last minute changes the week prior to the trip. The best part of all was Goway arranged travel agents to meet us at every stop. When our LATAM flight from Lima was cancelled while enroute to the airport, the travel agent worked diligently to get us on a flight earlier than LATAM had rescheduled us for. We would not have been able to do this on our on. Machu Picchu is amazingly beautiful!!! Sacred Valley and Cusco are also very interesting to visit. They both have their own unique charm. Despite me having a brief bout of altitude sickness, seeing Machu Picchu more than made up for the little inconvenience. I highly recommend Goway Travel. I plan to have them arrange my trip to Rio de Janeiro and Iguazu Falls as soon as we decide on the dates.

OVERALL: The GoWay experience was really great. No hiccups with schedule or drivers and everything went so smoothly. All six of us said our vaca was at least a 9 out of 10. It was a great overall adventure. Some surprises included the monkeys playing and moving all around us on multiple occasions as well as getting to watch a Costa Rica Nicaragua qualifying futbol match in a bar in San Jose!

My first group tour and everything was perfect! The tour content, the accommodations, the different foods were first rate. The tour guru Collen from Kiboko was an excellent guide, driver and friend to us all. He is very knowledgeable, pleasant and funny who entertained us all with his smile and helping hand! Our tour group was small with only 9 travellers and proved to be the best companions and new friends for laughing and joking and eating and drinking! Highly recommend GoWay Tours and Kiboko Tours for the very best tour experience! Will definitely use GoWay again. No surprises. Exactly as itinerary states. Fantastic, indivually tailored trip to Jordan

Our entire trip (8 days) in Jordan in May 2024 was fantastic. Our itinerary was well adapted to our specific interests. We had a wonderful variety of historical sites, hiking, city, desert, nature reserves, religious sites, and even some relaxation (at the Dead Sea). We definitely felt we experienced the highlights of Jordan, even on a relatively short trip. The communications was excellent from the time of airport pick up to our send off at airport security, and all points in between. Each handoff from handler to driver to guide was seamless. Our driver was marvelous: clear, kind, conscientious, patient, so knowledgeable and helpful, and wonderful at helping make a few adjustments to our itinerary that made our trip even better. (For example, we were able to add in a stop for my son to hike the Siq Trail at the Mujib Biosphere Reserve, which he loved.) We appreciated and enjoyed all our accommodations, which were quite varied but all very comfortable and surpassed our expectations. All our guides were organized, knowledgeable, accommodating, and really quite fun. I appreciated the Wild Jordan nature shops at Mujib and Dana Reserve for getting gifts & souveniers, and also the stop in Madaba at the Tree of Life Mosaic school, where I bought a mosaic. I felt no pressure to do buy at any of these places, which I also appreciated. We were struck over and over again how welcoming and kind everyone was to us. I don't think I've ever been anywhere that I have felt so welcomed as a tourist. Our favorite spots: Mt Nebo, Petra (including museum), Dead Sea, Madaba (including archeology museum), Dana Biosphere (including hikes), Wadi Rum (including hike), Citadel in Amman, Karak Castle -- okay, pretty much everywhere we went.

Happy customer

We have used Goway Travel three times so far. The first time was in March 2023, when we went on a safari. We used Goway again in March 2024, for a trip to Hong Kong and Japan. Since we are very happy with the service from Goway, we are now back for our next trip in July. Ankita has planned an amazing trip to Athens, Santorini and Crete. Emma's and Goway's local knowledge was invaluable!

We just came home from an month in Thailand and thoroughly enjoyed the whole trip. Everything worked perfectly - from flights to hotel transfers to tours. Emma at Goway did an amazing job of tailoring our trip to our preferences (e.g. smaller boutique hotels, choice of tours) and all of the local guides were great. A couple of highlights were the 3 day/two night Elephant Hills Jungle Lake Safari and our stay at Zeavola Resort on Koh Phi Phi in our Beach Bungalow - right on the beach. We loved it all and Emma's and Goway's local knowledge was invaluable!

Australia/NZ and Italy trips

Australia/NZ and Italy trips. We have used GoWay twice with different specialist agents for a 6 week trip down under last winter and then 3 weeks in Europe in September. Both agents were friendly, listened to our requests and responded quickly to all our communications with them. Super trip!

I just got back from with my group of 24 to Egypt. This experience literally was everything I had dreamed about. Egypt was my number "1" on my bucklist. Everything went smoothly. The tour guides Remon and Ahmed were always on point. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Especially Ahmed Ged. He knew all the history at every place we visited. He was very passionate in his explanations. The river cruise was the highlight of our trip. This was an incredible Experience and luxury at its finest. It is service like this is the only reason I book all my group trips with Goway. The only group agent I have used on all my trips, Dubai, Greece, Egypt and next Brazil. Is Keren Samuel. She is the only one who makes sure my trips are customized the way I want them to be. She is my agent. Goway Group Air department my only agent I work with is Cathy Leong. She makes sure our group air is taking care of. Even in situations where someone in our group missed their flight. She immediately helped find alternative solutions for them. Customer service speaks volume when booking your trips through Goway. I highly recommend them for all your trips.

Goway did an excellent job with an 10-day Egypt tour of 20 guests. According to the guests, everything was "seamless" in terms of the arrangements and accommodations. More importantly, they ALL stated that they had a wonderful time with a mix of organized tours and "on your own" time. The local tour operator was extremely knowledgeable, accessible, and friendly! Goway and our Maldives adventure

After years and years of delay, thanks to the pandemic, my wife and I finally visited the Maldives. Goway was very helpful every step of the way. We originally wanted to go to Bora Bora but switched venues and Goway did not miss a beat. Their whole team is very knowledgeable and quickly assessed great options that fit in our budget. We were very pleased with our resort (Kuredu) in Maldives. It was hot when we arrived in late April - stifling actually - and with all the restaurants and common areas open-air at Kuredu it was too hot for us. Only our room and the restrooms were air-conditioned…thank goodness! The sand floors in the restaurants were fun but not good for my wife dressing up in heels which she likes to do. With the transition to the off-season, they had a few restaurants closed for “deep cleaning” and there was minimal evening entertainment which was disappointing. However the resort itself was beautiful and it certainly did not look 30 years old! They did a wonderful job keeping up with maintenance and making it look fresh. Snorkeling was easily the best I’ve ever experienced and I have snorkeled in Seychelles, Bora Bora, Fiji, Mexico and Cook Islands. Customer service on every level at Kuredu was 5-star; everyone was very friendly and helpful. The 5.8 Undersea restaurant on a neighbouring island was worth every penny, with the food and service equal to the incredible under water experience. Although it is a very long way to travel from Canada, we were very happy with our adventure and the help and advice we received from Goway Travel. We recommend Goway and will certainly be using them again in the future.

Fantastic experience in Africa

We arrived home exhausted after a 40 hour journey but so satisfied with the trip. It was really wonderful in every way. The game drives at Kapama and Savanna went way beyond expectations - the quality of the interactions we had with the wildlife and the up close viewing was awe inspiring. Our videos and photos are wonderful! It was so moving to see how well my mom was treated at each of the places we stayed. Savanna Lodge in Sabi Sands was a particularly superb experience that we will never forget. Their acknowledgment of mom’s 90th birthday (which had both of us in tears) was a real highlight. In addition to the staff at the various resorts, who were all bending over backwards for us, we met lovely people working for Thompson’s at each location, and one of them even made a special trip back to the Zambia-Zimbabwe border to retrieve a Visa card from another driver’s van, where it had dropped out of my pocket, returning it to us later in the day at our hotel. We were so grateful! Our internal flights ran smoothy and without delay, our bags always came through and there were wheelchairs available for mom when she needed them. All in all a fantastic experience.

All arrangements were seamless

All arrangements were seamless. Each one of our tour guides was knowledgeable, friendly and eager to please. Domitur was a good choice to provide these services. Our accommodations were excellent, especially Hotel Atlantico in Ponta Delgada. The one exception was our room in Tivoli Marina, Portamao. It was worn and lacked storage/counter space. The grounds were lovely tho’.

Happy 65th Down Under

I had a wonderful time on my trip to Australia. I was in Adelaide for a few days visiting a couple of friends. Then flew down to Kangaroo Island which was spectacular! Bush tucker, sea lions, majestic views, and saw some kangaroos, koalas, and an echidna. Smooth sailing on the ferry ride back to Adelaide. The train ride from Adelaide to Melbourne was great. Bus tours along the Great Ocean Highway, Penguin Parade (so cute). Free tram service in the DT area of Melbourne, made getting around very easy. Another trade to Sydney to stay in The Rocks for 4 nights. I toured the Opera House, took a luncheon cruise on Sydney Harbour, and took a bus ride to my old stomping grounds at Bondi Beach. All in all had a wonderful time! Thank you GoWay for putting the trip together for me!

87 Day Tour-Southeast Asia

In mid-October 2023, we had a wonderful couple reach out to us to arrange an itinerary for their dream adventure; touring four countries in Southeast Asia- Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, and Thailand, for 12 weeks. Their desired departure date was the first week in January, 2024. Time was of the essence! We contacted one of our preferred partners that we knew specialized in FIT destinations- Goway travel. To our delight, we were instantly connected with Heshan Fonseka, who would be our Asia specialist to work with. When we mentioned the 2 ½ week time constraint to Heshan and he said, "No problem, it's still doable." With our clients desired tours and expectations, Heshan began forming the itinerary immediately. As the weeks went on, the tour and flight confirmations came in, and Visas approved, all of the blanks were being filled. Two weeks before departure, and with our client's excitement and anticipation, the 87-day itinerary was complete. The departure date was Jan 04, 2024, and off they went. Throughout their 87-day journey, they shared immersive photos and comments of their epic adventure, summing it up with one of their many comments, "This trip has been first-rate!" Thailand, short but sweet

We were extremely pleased with our Thailand trip and with the ease of working with Goway. We decided, just a few days before beginning a business trip to Bangkok, to add a short excursion to sample at least part of Thailand. Goway was able to quickly incorporate our rough ideas into a smooth and flawless itinerary. We were especially impressed with the efficiency we encountered during the trip. The guides and transport were always on time and that entailed multiple segments each day. Your guides were knowledgeable and fun to be with. We are not usually high-end tour people, but we can easily get used to this level of service! Some of the highlights for us were, in fact, the quieter part of the trip. We appreciate nature and especially bird watching. There were a number of moments that were special, including a slow-paced visit to a coffee plantation and a leisurely canoe ride in the Chiang Mai portion of the trip . My first group trip with Goway

This was my first group trip with Goway, and it worked out perfectly. I had a group of 27, and every detail was worked out. Dubai was an amazing destination, and Faheem (the tour guide) was phenomenal in staying on top of all of the group dynamics and getting everything accomplished. The Goway staff was professional in all their interactions. Specific requests by my clients were passed along, and the hotel was able to accommodate them. Great Experience

I used Goway Travel to take my birthday trip to Fiji this year. It was my first time using their service. I was very satisfied. They created a great experience for me. I will use them again! I do have two takeaways that I think could have made my experience more satisfying. My first was the check-in time at the resort. I arrived a 8:00am and check-time was 3;00pm Also i had a very long layover on my trip back home. I do know that these are basically things out of their control. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
