SEA VIEW EXPERIENCE ”

Everything was quite doing well. The manager was very helpful and even gave me 2hrs extension for my checkout. Even there was an internet problem during the last night, all their staff was there to help me out. But the housekeeping never really cleaned the room not unless I watch him do it one by one. Not even take out trash or replace the toilet paper. Also, the doorman who is assigned to take my luggage during checkout tried to assault me and is forcing me to take pictures kissing him. This is very inappropriate behavior for any staff especially on a hospitality business. Thank you.

-front desk didn't want to scan my passport immediately and told me to pick it up in the morning (late checkin at midnight) RED FLAG -aircon is quite hit and miss, it took about 15 minutes to even warm up -TV is fully analog. In 2023 that's really sad No USB port either -Lights didn't activate on wall switches. Had to switch each one on/off individually -asked front desk to help arrange a cab to the airport, was told to do it myself using an app. -no visible room service menu or times it is open -bathroom sink is dangerously close to bathtub opening. Could hurt someone
