2021’s event featured Horst Schulze, Co-Founder of the Ritz Carlton Hotels as the Keynote Speaker and 52 acclaimed hospitality leaders from every continent except Antarctica. Opening Remarks were delivered by Dr. Jeffrey O, President and CEO of the International Hospitality and William “Chip” Rogers, President and CEO of the American Hotel and Lodging Association. Thousands of delegates were in attendance from 105 countries.

International Hospitality Hall of Fame™

IHI has created the International Hospitality Hall of Fame to celebrate hospitality luminaries for their significant contributions to the field of hospitality. Honorees will be inducted into IHHF every year. IHI plans to build the Hospitality Hall of Fame Center and Museum which hospitality professionals and students from all over the world can visit to learn the rich history of hospitality.

Julian Star®

IHI is partnered with its sister organization, the American Hospitality Institute (AHI), to foster excellence in the hospitality industry. IHI and AHI have launched the Julian Star® Award to recognize excellence in the hospitality industry. The Julian Star® is awarded to hospitality establishments and hospitality practitioners who demonstrate exceptional customer service. Less than 1% of nominees will receive the award yearly. Covering all segments of the global hospitality industry, the Julian Star® is the first and only award of its kind.
