Refund Policy

Feel secure with our refund policy:.

If you book a charter and we must cancel due to inclement weather, we will try to reschedule your charter to another timeslot.  If we are not able to reschedule, then a refund of your deposit will be issued.  Cancellation examples include high winds (over 20mph), colder temps (below 55 degrees) and high rain chances (over 80%).

If you need to cancel your boat charter due to any reason, we need at least a 72 hour notice in order to receive a deposit refund .   If your notice is less than 72 hours, the deposit refund will be forfeited.

If you cancel your charter within 24 hours of pickup, or if a no call-no show scenario happens, we will charge your credit card on file the total price of the boat charter.  There are no exceptions!

**Please Note: A credit card transaction fee will be taken out of the  deposit, if you cancel your charter. We appreciate your understanding.

What to Bring

What to Bring on

• Alcohol is fine, so bring cocktails if you wish.  No glass beer bottles, but wine and champagne bottles are ok.  Please NO LIQUOR WITHOUT MIXERS (NO SHOTS). No Red Wine. 
• Bathing Suits, Sunglasses, Hats and Light Jackets in the winter months.
• Lotion Sunblock Only - NO SPRAY SUNSCREEN ALLOWED !  Please, NO Glitter, Tanning Dyes, or Oil Sunscreens - they will stain.  Just plain old regular sunscreen, please and thank you!

Food Choices:

You may bring food on the boat, but please do not bring foods or drinks that can stain the floor and seats.  Sandwiches , charcuterie boards and fruit & veggie trays are examples of food that work great on this boat - Please no Red Wine!  Thank you for your consideration!

We have provisioning options from Mortons and local liquor stores.  If you would like something ordered and delivered to the boat in advance, please let us know.  

The wind, boat wakes and waves can make it difficult to eat while the boat is in motion, so we will be sure to anchor the boat and have a picnic on the water.  Our 2Hr Sightseeing & Sunset Cruises will not provide enough time to anchor and pull out food, so please refrain from bringing food on these quick trips.

If you would like to take the boat to a waterfront restaurant, this is an option, but it will take over an hour off your boat time.  Our Half & Full Day Charters do include this option, or please call if you are looking for something specific and we can arrange a customized cruise.

What a lovely time! The staff at the bar on the main floor was amazing. The guy playing sounded good but we honestly had a blast on the main floor and saw the beautiful bay and gorgeous sunset.

We’ve been visiting Siesta Key since 2001 and this is the first sunset cruise that we’ve taken. It’s very reasonably priced. $30 per person. There is a cash bar and light snacks and they too are very reasonable. It truly was an enjoyable evening.

Went on the Sunset Cruise with out of town friends. This was our fourth trip. Very enjoyable evening. Beautiful warm evening and gorgeous sunset. Cruised by beautiful homes on Siesta Key and Bird Key Island. The so singer performed throughout the whole cruise with music that fitted the event. Overall well worth the $30 cost.

FunBoat 38′

FunBoat is our original boat and mothership of the fleet located in Siesta Key. She is a 38’ long 12’ wide custom built skiff, with a Bluetooth stereo system, spacious seating, plenty of room to dance, and a bathroom. She is very maneuverable, drafts very little, and runs our scheduled dolphin tours everyday. Although we keep the capacity at 36 on scheduled tours, she can hold up to 48 people and is available for private charters.

Beach Cat 26′

Beach cat is a 26’ long 10’ wide custom built power catamaran located in Siesta Key. The cat hull establishes a great ride in rougher seas. She is our secondary overflow boat on our scheduled trips daily. Beach Cat has seating capacity for 20, Bluetooth stereo system, a bathroom, and is a great choice for medium size private charters

Blew By You 27′

Blew is our little FunBoat located in Siesta Key. She is a 27’ long 8.5’ wide custom built skiff drafts around 6”. Blew is the boat of choice for bachelorette parties and smaller groups for custom private charters. She has a capacity of 12, Bluetooth stereo system, she does not have a bathroom (but is capable of fast runs and can get into restaurants on the water for a bathroom break) and is the perfect boat for sandbar trips.

This is a 4 hour boat tour departs from Casey Key taking you through the water ways and sand bars, and tiki bars of the Sarasota and Venice areas. You will get a chance to see some amazing mansions while touring the calm intercostal water ways. While being driven by one of our u.s. coast guard licensed captains.

We operate catamaran boats which are super stable and all boats have sun shades, and have marine restrooms.

On the tour you will get a chance to experience the wonders of the ocean. It very common on this trip to see dolphins, manatees, and lots of other marine life.

Not only will you get a boat tour but you can also explore the semi-private beaches that you truly can only easily visit by boat. There are ample options to collect sea shells and even find shark tooth fossils right on the beach.
