What is the yeti warranty policy.

All products manufactured by YETI are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for 3-5 years purchased after Jan 1, 2012, activated upon purchase. Proof of purchase is required. This warranty applies only to the original owner. This warranty is void if the cooler is used commercially (a for-profit business), structurally altered, or subjected to stress beyond the physical limits of the materials used in body or components, or is damaged as a result of abnormal use. Normal wear and tear is not warranted. This warranty does not include any manufacturer responsibility for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of the cooler.

How did the company get the name ‘YETI’?

The YETI (abominable snowman) is the legendary ice monster from the frigid lands of perpetual snow in the Himalayas. Despite years of searching by Sir Edmund Hillary and his crew of Sherpa mountain guides, firm proof of the YETI’s existence remains elusive. Like the YETI, these coolers are tough, hard-wearing, and adapted to harsh environments. We may not have found the YETI, but we make a really great ice chest.

What is a YETI® Tundra® Cooler?

The YETI Tundra was created to solve the age-old problem of subpar coolers failing in the field. Tired of busted latches, bowed-in lids, and melted ice, brothers Roy and Ryan Seiders set out to make a superior hunting and fishing cooler — and YETI was born.

Tundra and Roadie® coolers are rotomolded, which is the same process used to create whitewater kayaks. And we designed the coolers to keep ice longer — a lot longer — by pumping them with over twice the insulation compared to most ordinary ice chests. The result is a cooler family with a dramatic durability and ice retention advantage over most any other cooler on the market.

Tundras are great for hunting, sport-fishing, camping, boating, rafting, tailgating, paddling, and barbecuing. Oh, and beer drinking, too. There’s even the Tundra 250 and 350 for commercial uses, like oil & gas, construction, and medical industries. The Roadie is BYOB’s new best friend.

What does rotomolded mean?

The rotational molding (also known as rotomold) process is a high-temperature, low-pressure plastic forming process that uses heat and biaxial rotation (i.e., rotation on two axes) to produce hollow, one-piece parts. The YETI cooler mold is loaded with polyethylene in powder form. The mold is then placed in a large oven while it rotates on two axes at different speeds, which helps prevent powder from accumulating in one spot. The polyethylene melts and adheres evenly to the wall of the mold. Once the polyethylene is melted, the molds are pulled out of the oven to cool. And once cool, the ice chest is then removed from the mold. It’s kind of like a huge, spinning Easy-Bake Oven that cranks out coolers instead of cakes.

The process has inherent design strengths, such as consistent wall thickness and strong outside corners that are virtually stress-free. The rotational molding process gives the coolers one-piece construction and unmatched durability.

How strong are Tundra coolers?

Our coolers are stronger than this grizzly and this guy . They also survived battles with fireworks , a slingshot , and a stuntman excursion . So we’d say pretty damn strong.

What does “Grizzly-Resistant” Mean?

Our hard-sided coolers were tested by the Interagency Grizzly Bear Committee (IGBC) , a U.S. Forest Service Department of Agriculture Committee that works in both controlled and wild settings with grizzly bears.

The IGBC publishes minimum design and structural standards, inspection and testing methodology for bear-resistant containers. YETI Tundra met the IGBC requirement both in the engineered test and the live bear test. The IGBC officially approved the YETI Tundra and Roadie for use on public lands and national parks occupied by grizzlies.

How long will YETI Tundra hold ice?

There are many variables that will affect ice retention, so this is a difficult question for us to answer. Variables that can affect ice retention include the ice quality, ice quantity, type of ice (crushed, block, cube, dry), outside environment, exposure to direct sunlight, etc. Which is to say there’s a lot you can do to affect the longevity of your ice.

Over the years, we’ve received many different reports from YETI users in the field regarding ice retention. Some customers have reported having ice after their two-week trip on the river while others have said that their “crappy brand X cooler will hold ice better.”

Because of the large number of variables, as well as the lack of an industry standard for measuring ice retention, claims that place a definite time (5, 10, 14 days) are often based on testing conditions and not real-life situations.

In the end, the Tundra offers up to 3 inches of polyurethane foam insulation, combined with a freezer-style sealing gasket. Beyond that, everything else is out of our control. But if you can minimize the negative variables that affect ice retention, YETI coolers can’t be beat.

Can I use dry ice in my YETI?

Absolutely! The thickness of the walls, coupled with the amount of insulation make YETI dry ice–compatible.

When I threw a bag of ice in my Tundra and my cheap cooler, the ice lasted longer in my cheap cooler.

A small amount of ice is not a good indicator of how well your ice chest can retain ice due to excess air space within the cooler. Excess air space hurts ice retention. To maximize ice retention, fill your cooler to the top with ice and products. In addition, if the ice chest starts out warm, a small amount of ice could initially melt faster in a YETI cooler than a thinner-walled cooler.

Best ice retention results are achieved by filling the ice chest completely with high-quality ice, which means using block ice that’s well below freezing temperature. In addition, maximum ice retention can be attained by pre-chilling your cooler. This will sufficiently cool the insulation and inside of the cooler, which helps the thick polyurethane walls work for you, not against you.

YETI Tundras have up to 3 inches of polyurethane foam insulation, which is significantly more than most common ice chests. If you use enough ice to chill the walls, YETI will most definitely outperform the competition.

Will my YETI keep my hot items hot?

You might be surprised to read this, but YES. The same insulation and thick walls that keep the cooler cold also keep the heat.

What size Tundra should I buy?

The Tundra series matches closely (usually within an inch) with many popular coolers that have been on the market for years. However, the quart size of the Tundra will be a bit lower due to the thickness of the walls and amount of insulation. Another thing to consider when choosing a size is that you want to fill the cooler with as much ice as possible, minimizing air space to achieve maximum ice retention. So if you only have a small number of items to keep cool, you would want to choose a smaller ice chest and vice versa. Pretty simple idea, but check out our rough guidelines for finding the appropriate size coolers for your needs.

How do I clean my Tundra?

For general cleaning we recommend using soap and warm water.

For a more thorough cleansing and problems with strong odors, use a solution of warm water and bleach (6:1 ratio) with a sponge or mildly abrasive rag. Odors can easily get trapped in hard to reach areas such as around the gasket and drain plug, so be sure to thoroughly scrub those areas.

For tough stains and very foul odors we would recommend cleaning your YETI with a high pressure soap spray found at a local do-it yourself car wash.

What is a YETI Hopper®?

It’s the ice-for-days, tough-as-nails soft cooler. The YETI Hopper is built to go the extra mile with its extremely portable design and construction. It’s leakproof, puncture-resistant, able to keep ice for days, and ready to hit the trail, boat, or blind. This is one soft cooler that’s anything but.

How long will the Hopper keep ice?

The Hopper, with its welded DryHide™ double-TPU Shell, thick ColdCell™ Insulation, and waterproof HydroLok™ Zipper provides serious cold-holding power. But due to all of the variables that affect ice retention, and because every adventure is different, we believe it is misleading to make specific claims about how long a cooler will hold ice.

When I threw a bag of ice in my Hopper and my cheap cooler, the ice lasted longer in my cheap cooler. Why?

Just like the Tundra, the Hopper is designed to keep ice colder longer, but there are many variables that can affect your ice. This includes the ice quality, ice quantity, type of ice (crushed, block, cube, dry), outside environment, exposure to direct sunlight, etc. Because of the extensive factors and no industry standard for ice retention, we don’t make specific claims about how long your ice will last in the Hopper. But we’ve done extensive testing on how to make your ice last longer, with everything from using rock salt to pre-chilling your cooler.

What size Hopper should I buy?

The Hopper was engineered for portability. Any size is the perfect on-the-go cooler for kayaking, floating the river, or short camping trips. Something to consider when choosing a size is that ideally you would want to fill the cooler with as much ice as possible, minimizing air space to achieve maximum ice retention. Therefore, if you only have a small number of items to keep cool, you would want to choose a smaller cooler or vice versa.

How many cans will fit in my Hopper?

With plenty of ice to help chill your drinks, here is the number of 355 ml cans that will fit inside the YETI Hoppers. Ideally you want to have an ice-to-contents ratio of at least 2:1 (reflected in the below quantity).

How do I clean my Hopper?

A mixture of dish soap and water should do the trick. Rinse with fresh water and then thoroughly wipe the inside dry with a cloth or paper towel. Leave the HydroLok™ Zipper open for several days to ensure all moisture has dried. Taking care of your HydroLok Zipper is also extremely important. Each Hopper comes with a small tube of lubricant. Make sure you apply this lubricant following cleaning, before storage, and anytime the zipper feels stiff. Make sure your zipper is always free of dirt, grim, or other debris for maximum performance and life.

Always store your Hopper in the fully closed position, making sure the inside is completely dry.

WARNING: Do not machine wash. Do not dry in an oven or clothes dryer.

Why is my Hopper so stiff and hard to open?

Like a good pair of boots or a quality baseball glove, the Hopper takes a little time to break in. The extremely durable materials of the Hopper can make it feel rigid when first put into action. Loading and unloading contents will become easier as the materials relax with use.

The HydroLok Zipper is the best cooler zipper in the world, and with a little care and maintenance can last a lifetime. We recommend long-term storage with the zipper in the fully closed position to help protect the U-Dock™ seal. We also recommend regular application of the included zipper lubricant — especially when putting into storage — by carefully applying the lube to the U-Dock front, back, and inside.

What is a YETI Rambler®?

YETI Ramblers are over-engineered, 18/8 stainless Tumblers, Bottles, and Colsters®, designed with double-wall vacuum insulation and a No Sweat™ Design. The Tumblers will keep your soda, beer, smoothie, or mixed drinks cold twice as long as plastic cups. The Colster is like a steel bear hug for your cans and bottles, while its Load-and-Lock™ Gasket keeps your drink in its place. The Bottles go wherever there’s a need for ice-cold or piping-hot beverages. Their Over-the-Nose™ Technology makes for easy loading, drinking, and cleaning. How long will my Rambler keep ice?

Due to all the variables that can affect ice retention, we can’t guarantee a precise amount of time that your Rambler will hold ice. However, more ice is better when it comes to your Rambler Tumblers or Bottles. We suggest filling your Rambler with as much ice as possible.

What's the warning label and instruction for use for my Rambler bottle?

Warnings and Care and Use instructions are dependent on the lid or cap being utilized. Rambler® Bottles are not intended for use with carbonated beverages or for storage of perishables, including food and drinks that will spoil. These items can cause pressure to build up over time which can result in the cap being difficult to remove; or, forcefully eject and cause injury. The Rambler® Straw Cap and Rambler® Straw Lid are not intended for use with hot beverages. Please see below warnings to ensure you are using your Rambler® Bottle and cap as intended.

Is there a maximum temperature limit for hot liquids when using the Ramblers or Rambler Lids?

Yes, we recommend temperatures to not exceed the limits below when using the following Rambler drinkware items and lids. Our Ramblers lock in hot temperatures, so please, always open carefully. Do not overfill. Hot liquids must remain below the solid ring located beneath the threads. Keep hot liquids out of reach of children.

Do not use the Rambler® Jr. 12 oz Kids Bottle with hot, carbonated, pulpy or perishable beverages. Over time, food and liquid can cause pressure to build inside the bottle. If pressure buildup occurs, the cap can be difficult to remove; or forcefully eject and cause injury.

What size Rambler should I buy?

How do I clean my Rambler?

The Rambler Tumblers, Lowball, and Bottles are all dishwasher-safe. You can also clean your Rambler with dish soap and warm water. Do not use bleach or abrasive cleaners. For a more thorough clean, remove gaskets, wash, and dry separately before reinstalling.

Our best-selling  Colster® Insulated Can Cooler (375ml)   and Rambler® 26oz (760ml) Bottle with Chug Cap are the only YETI ANZ products available for customisation. Any product that is customisable will have our customiser option available at the collection page and product page view.

What Process Is Used On Customisation?

We use a laser-marking technique that creates a permanent finish on the exterior of your  Colster® Insulated Can Cooler (375ml) or Rambler® 26oz (760ml) Bottle with Chug Cap . That means as long as your customized YETI is in one piece, so is your customization. This process creates the most premium, durable finish, which won’t crack or peel off over time. It will also keep your  five-year warranty  intact and ensures a quality customisation process.

Please note any customization done to your product outside of YETI will void warranty.

How Long Does Customisation Take?

Our production timeline shifts daily depending on overall order volume. We process all orders on a first-come-first-serve basis, and we promise we are working as hard as we can to get your order in your hands as quickly as possible. Once your custom order is in we aim to have your order dispatched within 7-10 working days.

Is Colour Marking An Option Or Is It Just Engraving?

Laser engraving is the only option.

Can I Mark Both Sides Of The Rambler?

Yes. For an additional fee of $5 per unit we can mark the back side with the same or a different design (e.g. logo on one side and a name on the other). You can mark the front of the product for a marking fee of $7 or both sides for $12. 

What Is Formal Monogramming?

For three-letter monograms, YETI uses a formal monogram format. This means that the last initial will be displayed in the centre position. All you have to do is enter your initials as first, middle, last, and our systems will take care of the rest.

Can I Add My Name To The Back Of A Licensed Yeti Image?

What Are The Fees Associated With Customisation?

There is a $7 marking fee for the front of the product for all monograms, text, or any of our design gallery images. If you would like to engrave the back of your  drinkware  theres an additional $5 fee added making the front and back fee a total of $12.

How Many Units Can I Order?

You can order up to 49 units per product.

• I'd consider this cooler a practical expense for most people who take their lunch to work or stroll out with a six-pack from time to time, but it also holds up for long days on a boat in the beating sun.

We all know Yeti for the brand's signature grizzly-bear-proof coolers , if not the decal stickers adorning nearly every pickup truck from the Redwood Forests to the Gulf Stream waters. Now, they're making an almost indestructible lunch bag. Though, in all fairness, I don't think it'd hold up all that well to a grizzly.

Remember those coolers from back in the school days with packing foam for insulation and cheap liners that began de-laminating after the first spill of something sticky? The Daytrip is not that lunch bag.

If you own, or have ever held any of the brand's soft bags like the Camino , you'll have an idea of the construction of the Daytrip . To be blunt, even at the cost of sounding trite (and morbid): It'll outlive you. 

This is a lunch bag and there's nothing truly technical about it. Apart from the magnetic "Thermo Snap" seal, it's just some very high-quality materials designed and put together smartly. A waterproof outer lining and heavy-duty nylon straps, together with a food-safe inner lining and foam insulation, make this a rugged bag for things both hot and cold.

If you really want to keep it cold, you'll probably want an ice pack or two. I haven't used one yet, but the two-pound, quick-freezing Yeti Ice seems to be the favored ice pack of choice among early users and reviewers of the Daytrip , and seeing as how it fits perfectly inside the bag, it makes sense. That said, I just stuck in a couple of small ice packs I'd gotten from a delivery box and they worked just fine.

My field notes

This particular Daytrip saw everything from mud to blood and beer, with not a stain. It didn't keep things cold for as long as I'd want it to, and in hindsight, I decided cooler packs would have been a good idea. I use them now and it makes all the difference, though you still might not get freezing cold temperatures.

As an experiment to see how cold the Daytrip would get, and stay, I sent a friend home with a couple of pints of ice cream surrounded with cheap ice packs and by the time they got home from a 30-minute subway ride, they were desperately rushing to their freezer to salvage it. But I would hardly call that a flaw; I've tried to keep ice cream in many other coolers, including the Yeti Tundra, and I've never been able to keep it fully frozen.

Otherwise, without any ice or ice packs, bottled beverages stayed cold for a few hours and still cool for a while after that, which is not bad at all for a little lunch box.

And, as you get on in the day, there are several loops for the little metal buckle so that you can compress it as you remove and consume its contents, which is great for hiking or being on the move. And once it's empty, at which point it only weighs all of 1.1 pounds, you can stuff it into a backpack or shoulder bag with relative ease and forget about it.

Over the course of five years or so, how many lunch bags would you throw out, either due to separation at the seams, a de-laminated lining, or an insurmountable amount of mold or mildew? You might not want to send your kindergartner (or even your sixth-grader) off to school with it, but if you're not prone to losing things, and if you take your lunch to work or school (or wherever you regularly go), this bag is a sound investment. If you need a little tote for your beer or soft drinks, it's also worth the investment. If you ever head to the beach or park with a few snacks, the Daytrip is still probably the best lunch bag for you.

Pros:  Sturdy, stain-resistant, magnetic seal, adjustable closure, easy to clean

Cons:  Still need some sort of cooling agent to keep things truly cold, perhaps price (but again, how many $20 lunch bags might you buy in a lifetime?)

The Yeti DayTrip is a new lunch bag by Yeti that is extremely durable and has some serious insulating power. But is it worth the high price tag?

The Yeti DayTrip is actually a surprisingly impressive compact cooler bag. It can keep ice for over 24 hours, fits a 6-pack of beer perfectly with ice and is rugged, durable but flexible. It also packs away smaller when no longer needed. This is a great lunch bag and worth the price…if you can afford it

In this Yeti DayTrip review we’ll look in detail and the features of this little cooler bag, why it’s so great and then you can decide you if you want to purchase one or if you would prefer something more affordable.

Price – This Ain’t No Cheap Lunch Bag

First we need to talk about the elephant in the room. The Yeti DayTrip is not cheap. Coming in at around $80 this is the most expensive lunch bag on the market.

But Yeti are known for well designed and over engineered products that last an extremely long time. The DayTrip is no exception to this rule.

It has a very stylish design, but also an extremely functional design that adjusts in size based on how much you have packed in it.

It has extremely good ice retention for a cooler of this size and it is made with very durable fabric that is leak proof and abrasion resistant. It feels extremely rugged which is something that I like.

The Yeti DayTrip Lunch Bag is THE BEST lunch bag on the market (no question about it).

It's sized for personal food but features thick insulation that will keep ice for up to a full day. It expands to fit all your lunch and folds down to a super compact size for easy storage. An expensive lunch bag, but well worth it's price tag

Over 24-Hours Of Ice Retention

There have been a couple of ice retention tests done on the DayTrip and each of them suggest that if this lunch bag was full of ice it would keep ice for over 24-hours.

This ice test showed it keeping ice for 22-hours and it was only partially filled with ice. So in good conditions it could easily go a day or more.

The Yeti DayTrip uses Coldcell Flex Insulation which is lightweight and flexibly folds over. It offers great ice retention for something so small and lightweight – weighing just 1.1 lbs when empty

The insulation is flexible enough that you can bend and manoeuvre the material easily and you don’t have to worry about breaking the insulation.

Some Amazing Features For Such A Small Lunch Box

For such a small little bag the DayTrip is packed with some pretty cool features that make it more than just your average lunch bag.

This cooler is compact but a decent size for a lunch bag. It can fit a 6-pack of beer or soda with room for ice and the Yeti 2 lbs Brick fits perfectly in the bottom to keep it cold whilst leaving room for your lunch and drink bottle.

Cold and Hot Storage

The DayTrip can be used either to keep items cool or to keep items warm.

Got some leftover pasta that you want to keep warm until lucnhtime? Warm it up in the morning and put it in your daytrip and it should keep a lot of it's heat until lunchtime.

The DayTrip is durable enough to handle warm food in a container without melting, but I wouldn't go pouring boiling water into it.

Adjustable Grid

The locking mechanism for this cooler is unique in that it has 6 loops down the face of the cooler and a metal clasp on the lid.

Based on how full the DayTrip is you can easily adjust the size by choosing the appropriate loop.

It can be tall enough to easily fit a water bottle, or can fold down to a more compact size if you just have a little bit of food in there or a couple of cans.

The metal clasp locking mechanism takes a little bit to get used to using, but once you work it out it’s fairly easy, even though it can be a bit stiff at times.

Thermosnap Closure

The lid of the Yeti DayTrip has a thermosnap closure mechanism.

Magnets at the top of the lunch bag naturally snap together creating a tight seal, helping to keep the cold air in and the warm air out.

The DayTrip opens wide at the top allowing you to easily pack and access your items.

While this seal isn’t completely leak proof if you were to turn the bag upside down it does help to keep it sealed and keep out leaks when upright.

It also closes by itself if you leave the bag open, so even if you forget to close it yourself your items will stay cool.

Fold and Go Packing

When you’re done with the DayTrip or finished your lunch for the day it folds down to a very small size.

This makes it easy to carry around in a larger back or means you can easily store it without it taking up much space.

Water Resistant Durable Exterior

The material of the DayTrip is made to be durable and abrasion resistant, but it is also made to be water resistant keeping any water from leaking out of your cooler but also keeping items in your cooler dry if it happens to be left out in the rain.

Leak Proof Liner

The liner of the cooler is also leak proof, meaning this lunch bag won’t leak when standing up.

The opening at the top is 100% leak proof, so don’t go tipping it upside down when its full of water, but if you’re using it normally and keeping it standing upright it won’t leak water.

Food Safe Material

The interior is made from food safe material which I believe is BPA free. Your food can come in contact with the DayTrip and be completely fine to eat.

This is great for packing things like fruit and veggies which don’t need to be put in plastic, saving the world one plastic wrapper at a time.

Fits a 2 lbs Yeti Ice Perfectly

The DayTrip is designed to be the perfect size to fit a 2 lb Yeti Ice Brick flat across the bottom.

Throw your Yeti ice brick in the freezer overnight, put it in the base of your cooler in the morning and it will keep your items cold all day while hardly taking up any room.

Designed Perfectly For 6-Packs Plus Ice

The size of this cooler perfectly fits a 6-pack of beer or soda with room left over for ice to keep them cold.

Great for going over to a friends house, heading out to the game or keeping your drinks cooler wherever you decide to travel.

Easy Top Carry Handle

The carry handle on top of the DayTrip is strong and can handle any weight you put in the bag without breaking but it’s also comfortable to carry.

Firm enough to hold its shape but soft enough that it doesn’t dig into your hands.

Wide Base For Easy Upright Standing

The DayTrip has a wide bottom base which means it easily stands upright and is unlikely to tip over even if your car.

This helps keep your contents secure and also helps to stop the cooler from tipping over and leaking.

Alternative Lunch Bags Worth Considering

To be completely honest there isn’t really anything in this ball park at the moment when it comes to extremely durable lunch bags that can keep ice this long. Yeti are pioneering this space and I’m sure some copycat competitors will bring a product to the market soon.

For now the biggest competing products are slightly larger soft sided coolers like the Yeti Flip 8 or the RTIC Day Cooler 8 which serve a similar purpose but are of a very different design.

RTIC Day Coolers

RTIC make some amazing coolers that are on-par with Yeti in terms of quality but are sold for a much cheaper price.

They have a range of soft sided day coolers that are a similar capacity to the Yeti DayTrip. However, they have a very different design.

If you want a high quality lunch bag/cooler that is going to last you a while then I recommend RTIC over the bags below. It's more expensive that generic brands but it's not as pricey as Yeti.

Bagmine Insulated Lunch Bag – Under $10

I found this Bagmine Insulated Lunch Bag which has similar functionality to the Yeti DayTrip and is under $10.

Now it’s obviously nowhere near as good at keep ice, nor is it as durable. But it’s a viable alternative for someone just wanting a cheap lunch cooler with some size flexibility.

Black Insulated Lunch Bag

The other lunch bag I found was this black one which is a bit more expensive, but also a bit nicer looking.

It has a similar share to the Yeti DayTrip and comes in multiple different colors. It has a hand carry strap and is large enough to fit your lunch and a water bottle

HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR WARRANTY CLAIM

Submit a warranty claim by sending an email to the customer service team at [email protected]. In this email, please advise the YETI product you are experiencing issues with and request a Warranty Form. If possible, please also provide the team with any images or videos that will help demonstrate the fault. A YETI Outfitter will then work with you to gather more information about your warranty issue. If covered under warranty, we will then arrange the return of your product. Once the warranty item is sent back to our warehouse, a solution will be arranged.

LIMITED WARRANTY

We take pride in the products we make and warrant to the person who originally purchased the product (“you”) that all YETI products will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for their applicable Warranty Period, subject to the below conditions. In order for your warranty claim to be approved, the following conditions must be met:

• You must have purchased the product from us directly, or a YETI authorised dealer;
• You must provide proof of purchase
• The faulty item must be returned
• You must have used the product only as intended and in accordance with the product’s care instructions

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

How to return a product.

• Have your original order number (usually starting with 'GBP') and email address at hand
• Returns are accepted within 30 days from receiving the order, providing they are unused and in their original packaging

We want to be sure you’re as happy with your YETI products as we are. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund within 30 days of your purchase, provided it is unused and is still in its original packaging. For products purchased from an authorised dealer, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information.

INS AND OUTS OF THE YETI RETURN POLICY

Refunds will be returned to the original form of payment. YETI does not offer store credit or gift cards for returned products. YETI does not accept returns on customised products or items purchased outside of YETI.com.

At this time we are unable to process exchanges. If you would like to change the product you ordered, we would suggest processing a return and placing a new order.

All merchandise must be unused and undamaged and returned in its original packaging for refunds.

We now offer free returns for all mainland UK customers with Royal Mail.
