I had paid for my holiday, but three weeks later, I still had not received my booking confirmation. I called three weeks later, spoke to a few advisors, and also sent an email asking them to confirm my booking, but to no avail. I spoke to Carl in customer services, who took responsibility for finding out why I had not received my booking confirmation and dealt with the matter accordingly. I am very pleased with the outcome and how Carl handled the situation.

EXCELLENT service!

The team at Plan My Tour have been FAULTLESS!! We needed a last minute holiday after we could not attend our originally planned holiday (booked separately). Jennifer was so accommodating, professional, and listened to what we needed. She got us a holiday within budget and with expert communication throughout. The whole team made sure we had everything we needed and all the paperwork was complete (and this was into the night, past 10pm). Could not recommend enough, the team have been brilliant (Ron and Carl too).

Ben saved the day

This company my mom booked a holiday with them 2years ago and had to cancel twice do to covid. I then get a phone call on Wednesday 16th March to say we had to book a holiday by the 20th March as our flights would expire with Ryanair I have phoned everyday 2 and 3 times a day and nobody has phoned me back. I then phone again this morning and was told that somebody will ring me back let's see shall we they have had £2800 off my mom and no holiday.Isn't it amazing when u put a bad review up u get a phone call straight away thank u to Ben who has sorted this problem out so to Ben I will give him a five star review but not for the company. The five stars are for Ben and his great customer service.

Rip off company

Rip off company Booked a Christmas break to Egypt, arrived at our hotel checked in then immediately checked out again. Rooms were filthy and in a state of disrepair, food was awful and the all inclusive drinks had to be paid for even though we paid for all inclusive plus which was sold to us by misrepresentation. Complained to plan my tour within 48 hours of checking out but been told we won’t get a full refund because we didn’t call whilst still at the hotel. Honestly wouldn’t have put a dog in the rooms they gave us.

I had paid for my holiday, but three weeks later, I still had not received my booking confirmation. I called three weeks later, spoke to a few advisors, and also sent an email asking them to confirm my booking, but to no avail. I spoke to Carl in customer services, who took responsibility for finding out why I had not received my booking confirmation and dealt with the matter accordingly. I am very pleased with the outcome and how Carl handled the situation.

EXCELLENT service!

The team at Plan My Tour have been FAULTLESS!! We needed a last minute holiday after we could not attend our originally planned holiday (booked separately). Jennifer was so accommodating, professional, and listened to what we needed. She got us a holiday within budget and with expert communication throughout. The whole team made sure we had everything we needed and all the paperwork was complete (and this was into the night, past 10pm). Could not recommend enough, the team have been brilliant (Ron and Carl too).

Professional with good industry knowledge

Mr. Austin Tylor of Plan My Tour send me some good information about various travel packages, although I have not joined the travel packages he recommended (my friend had already found some other trips), I would highly recommend Mr. Austin Tylor's for his professionalism and industry knowledge. By the way, I would also like to take this opportunity to point out that, I talked with some other travel agents at Play My Tour, one to two travel agents that I had communicated with, they tended to take a long time over the phone to understand customer's concern and to resolve customer's problem (such as the request to email boarding pass); the whole process on the phone was time consuming, in summary, certain travel agents need to improve their listening skills in understanding customers' concerns/ requests, as well as to shorten the turnaround time in handling customers' enquires/ problems.
