Plans for next year’s Lisbon festival are well underway after the 2021 edition of Rock in Rio Lisboa was cancelled earlier this year as a result of the coronavirus pandemic.

Rock in Rio Lisboa is aiming to return to Bela Vista Park for its ninth edition from June 18-19 and 25-26, 2022, with the likes of Foo Fighters, The National and Liam Gallagher (who will all play on June 18) as well as Duran Duran, a-ha, Xutos & Pontapés and Bush (June 25) all confirmed on the bill.

The festival has now confirmed that Post Malone will headline on June 26, 2022 – the final day of Rock in Rio Lisboa 2022. Support on the day will come from Anitta, Jason Derulo and HMB. The line-up for the June 19, 2022 date of Rock in Rio Lisboa, however, has yet to be announced.

Tickets already purchased for the cancelled 2020 or 2021 editions of Rock in Rio Lisboa will be valid for the 2022 festival. All information regarding tickets and the festival itself can be found at the event’s official website .

This latest festival booking for Post Malone follows on from the recent news that the rapper/singer will headline Lollapalooza Chicago in July . Miley Cyrus, Tyler, the Creator and Foo Fighters will also top the bill at the event. After getting the go-ahead from the city of Chicago on May 13, Lollapalooza will return to Grant Park for its usual four-day festivities between July 29 and August 1, 2021.

Lollapalooza is known for its multi-genre, diverse lineups and 2021 is no exception. This year’s lineup features something for everyone, with performances from both established and up-and-coming talent including Young Thug, Alison Wonderland, LAUV, Kim Petras, Omar Apollo, Ashe, LP, Jacob Banks, Olivia O’Brien, Trevor Daniel, and more.

The show was incredible!! Everything was lit and pumped got the crowd hyped and engaging!! Every single person who preformed was great and Posty was AMAZING live wow!

However, the pauses in between the artists really killed the vibe!! Next time don’t have too long pauses inbetween people will just have to wait to go to the bathrooms/buy drinks. Or at least make sure something is entertaining meanwhile (just having a DJ playing or the cool light show or something)

It was the best experience i've ever had. The show started with a dj after a short time a upcommimg star came. He made the fans go off. After an hour of performing, there was a break. Everyone was exited for Post Malone, but an other rapper came up. There wasnt much people who were excited to see him and the crowd has lost all patience. We wanted to see Post Malone!

So half an hour of just chillimg, the lights turned off. We heard the start of "Broken Whsikey Glass" and every one flipped out.

The man himself, Post Malone came out. I was so happy i had to jump. All of his songs were good but there were even better when its live performed. I will never forget this event and im happy that this was my very first comcert.

Amazing performer. I didn't know what to expect since this was the first time I went to one of his concerts. I went for 21 savage but I knew some of his songs and I was excited. I can say that at the end of the concert he was MUCh more entertaining than 21. He was charismatic but calm. He had this happy and serious feeling and it was so chill but hype at the same time. it felt really personal when he pointed out people in the crowd, sang songs to us and performed his heart out. I definitely want to see him again now that I'm more familiar and know more of his songs.

Post Malone 2023 tour: Ticket prices, UK dates and when general release go on sale

The american rapper and singer recently completely a tour of australia and new zealand and is now bringing his brand of music to europe and the uk.

Fans of Post Malone will have a spring in their step today as the performer has announced he is heading to the UK to play a string of shows.

The American rapper and singer recently completely a tour of Australia and New Zealand and is now bringing his brand of music to Europe and the UK.

Announcing the dates on Twitter, the artist wrote: “Twelve Carat Tour is back.

“Europe & UK see you soon :)”

When are the UK tour dates?

He will kick off his tour of the UK in London, before heading to Glasgow, Birmingham and Manchester with a brief trip to Dublin in between.

Dates announced so far in the UK and Ireland are:

4 May – The O2, London 6 May – The O2, London 9 May – 3Arena, Dublin 13 May – OVO Hydro, Glasgow 14 May – Resorts World Arena, Birmingham 16 May – AO Arena, Manchester

The artist will also be touring Scandinavia – Oslo, Stockholm, Copenhagen – and Germany, the Netherlands and Switzerland during his time this side of the Atlantic.

What’s the deal with tickets?

Presale tickets will be available from today at midday and general sales start on 3 March, also at 12 noon, available through Ticketmaster .

Presale prices at the O2 in London range from £266.75 to £442.75 for VIP packages which include a VIP gift.

Those lucky enough to secure them will not only see Malone’s Twelve Carat Tour but also his support act Rae Sremmurd.

What can fans expect?

Malone released his fourth and most recent studio album, Twelve Carat Toothache , in June 2022.

A review by NME described it as “another step up for Post Malone”, adding: “It’s a record that feels distinctively, inimitably him and succeeds in his goal of sharing his truth.

“Couple that with his recent comments that he’s also found happiness and it seems like everything is back on the up for Post Malone.”

Malone became a father last year, welcoming a baby daughter in June 2022 with his fiancee Jamie.

Post Malone comes to Portland in November, tickets for ‘Twelve Carat’ tour on sale Friday

Internationally celebrated American rapper and record producer Post Malone is coming to Portland’s Moda Center as part of his ‘Twelve Carat’ world tour on Thursday, November 3 at 7 p.m . The tour was announced today and tickets will go on sale this Friday, June 17 , starting at around only $73 per ticket .

Post Malone will be joined on his tour by 23-year-old West coast rapper and singer Roddy Ricch, whose career took off when his 2018 single “Die Young” made it to Billboard’s Hot 100 list. Ricch’s 2019 debut studio album Please Excuse Me for Being Antisocial quickly reached number one on the US Billboard 200.

This will be Post Malone ’s first tour since the cancellation of his 2019/2020 tour due to the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. Twelve Carat Toothache, his first major album release since 2019, will be the headlining feature of his ‘Twelve Carat’ tour dates. Post Malone announced the title and release date for his upcoming fifth album, Austin , on Tuesday (May 16). The MC’s follow-up to 2022’s Twelve Carat Toothache will drop on July 28 and be preceded by the single, “Mourning,” which is due out this Friday (May 19).

Tickets for the tour will go on sale beginning with a Citi presale beginning Wednesday (May 17) at 10 a.m. local time, with additional presales taking place throughout the week ahead of the general onsale, which begins on Friday (May 19) at 10 a.m. local time here .

Before he hits the road, Posty is slated to receive the Hal David Starlight Award at the 2023 Songwriters Hall of Fame Induction and Awards Dinner on June 15 in New York.

Produced by  Live Nation , seats for his 12-show run sold out in such venues as the 43,661-capacity Rhein Energie Stadion in Cologne, Germany, and the 48,300-capacity Deutsche Bank Park in Frankfurt. The tour includes his largest-ever U.K. headline show at the 48,256-capacity Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London. Travis continues to be represented by James Rubin at WME.
