I would like to thank you for this holiday. It is fantastic organisation. I would especially thank you for our guide Rocco, he was fantastic and showed us so much extra things. He is the nicest guy ever and looked after us like king and queen. Also the Calipso is fantastic , we have snorkel with Turtle, with Marine Iguana and Penguin and lotts more and only halfway. Thank you David Burch September 2023 0.0
Hi Elizabeth, We have returned from our trip to the Galapagos Islands and I wanted to let you know it was a great trip. The response from the travel agency was always quick and to the point. We were guided through Quito airport and picked up on the Galapagos end. The boat (Calipso) was comfortable and steadily brought us from island to island. The staff was not only very friendly but also thoughtful. The guide was excellent, knowledgeable and never in a hurry when we saw something interesting, and the food was good and plentiful. All in all a wonderful, enjoyable, trip and highly recommendable! Thanks, and kind regards, Marleen van Muijlwijk February 2023 0.0
Calipso trip was amazing. I can’t say enough good things about the crew, the food, the knowledge of the guide, everything. They were always most concerned about safety. The panga drivers are top notch and one day in an area where we snorkeled and there was more current and rougher waters one of the crew stayed with me and held my arm the whole time so I felt completely safe. If I could afford it, I’d go back in an instant!!! Loved it Karen Lutz July 2022 0.0
Thank you so much Diana! I just wanted to say on behalf of the two of us that we had an AMAZING trip! Thank you for setting everything up and for making the arrival and departure so seamless! We cannot thank you enough :) Jenna Solomon May 2022 0.0
Diana, I completed the two reviews. Everything went just as planned. We had a great vacation. Thank you for all that you did for us. Chad Weeks August 2021 0.0
Hello Lilian, I spent 8 days aboard the Calipso motor yacht and what a fantastic experience! Chef Darwin's food was fresh and gourmet quality. Our Naturalist Guide Eduardo was incredibly knowledgeable on every aspect of the Galapagos and fun to be around. The cabins with full windows were so charming and kept immaculate. Loved the different towel creatures each day! And every member of the ship crew made sure passengers were happy and safe during the excursions. Also, Lilian at the Galapagos Travel Center did a great job answering my questions and went out of her way to make sure my trip went smoothly. Finally, the Calipso is one of very few boats that does NOT charge a solo traveler extra for having their own cabin (subject to availability)! The entire trip was a dream come true for me! Thank you again for your excellent service! Rebecca Law March 2021 0.0
Hi Dani: Just a note to tell you that my wife and I returned yesterday from our 8 day Galapagos tour on Calipso. It was everything we hoped for. The boat was a really nice experience (except for two rough nights) and the crew was terrific. The guide, Martin, was very knowledgeable and friendly. All of the staff had smiles, were always helpful, and were very concerned about the safety of all of us. The food was buffet style and of very good quality and preparation. Lots of fresh fruit juices with most meals. Overall, the trip was a good value for the money in a pretty expensive environment. Thanks for your help. Len (& Liz) Banco Len Banco January 2020 0.0
