We booked a 10 day trip to Italy with Christy from the North Coventry location, I can't say enough about how great a job she did. Starting from the driver meeting us at the airport in Rome and ending with an escort from our hotel to the airport She thought of everything and every little detail. Hotels were great, tours were exactly as advertised. We couldn't think of anything that we would have changed. Thanks!

We have been loyal Boscov's travel center clients for well over a decade and have booked many trips - many Disney trips (at least 4 or 5), Bermuda, Jamaica and we always finance through the Boscov's card. Our last trip booked was to Jamaica (May travel dates) which was cancelled in March due to Covid. We have STILL not received a refund even though we have made many attempts at contacting both Boscov's and Apple vacations. Both of the couples we were traveling with booked through online sites (separate ones) and both have received full refunds from those companies weeks and weeks ago. It is a shame that Boscov's and Apple vacations have destroyed their decades long relationship with us for all future trips due to their lack of returning our money in a timely manner. It took a few seconds to take our money, there is no question that since the trip was canceled not by us, the refund should take 10 minutes at most. We have now been forced to attempt to get our money back through other means. We were planning 3 trips as soon as things reopen (Family Disney trip, rebook of Jamaica and a trip to Ireland) but Boscov's and Apple vacations will not be receiving our business.
