WORAKLS USA live has now started including Los Angeles and more

Worakls (our interview) , known for his countless electro-melodic releases and energetic live shows, is returning to the United States this winter for a series of shows. Launching January 14 with a series of shows in San Diego and Denver, the artist will make his way across the country and back with notable gigs in Chicago, Brooklyn, Los Angeles, and San Francisco.

Worakls is primarily a composer who writes for the orchestra and performs his music live rather than as a DJ set. In fact, the performer has gone on full orchestra tours, where he personally conducts the orchestra and writes out the musical notes for each instrument. Tomorrowland debuts in Medellín, Colombia with CORE

While the USA winter tour will not feature the full orchestra experience (Worakls is hoping to bring this over soon), the tour will still be live and highly improvisational. Attendees will be treated to live renditions of music from the artist’s entire career – check out Worakls’ music releases here.

Worakls Drops New Single Ahead of Fall Orchestra Tour

Orchestral techno producer Worakls is gearing up to release a new studio album and gives fans a taste of what’s in store with “54.”

Few artists in the scene have delivered captivating soundscapes for techno lovers quite as Worakls has over the years. This French prodigy has made a name for himself over the years by blending classical music with electronic elements, which was prominently put on display in his debut album Orchestra . Since then, Worakls has only continued to impress with beautiful performances and breathtaking releases such as “ Jiba ” and “ Pipeline ,” which arrived earlier this year.

This fall, Worakls will embark on the Orchestra tour that spans 16 dates across Europe, but that isn’t the only exciting news for his fans, as the Frenchman is planning to drop a new album as well. While details on his forthcoming album remain a mystery, a first taste of what’s to come arrived with the release of his latest single, “ 54 .” This track features a serene melody that will whisk listeners away into a trance-like state as Worakls flexes his abilities in blurring the line between classical and electronic music.

There’s more beyond the surface of this stunning track from Worakls as the Roman numeral version of “54,” LIV, is the name of his daughter who he drew inspiration from when creating the track. Further depth can be found in the artwork for the tune as well. Created by Giorgia Lupi, an Italian information designer, it acts as a visualization of the story behind the track, with elements representing the instruments and melodies found within its runtime.

Worakls Orchestra, the wait is over!

After the sudden cancellation of the last dates during the first tour because of the pandemic, Worakls took advantage of that period to renew and rethink his project. This year, the confirmed (by the French National Center of Music) gold record artist for his track “Salzburg” will be joined on stage by 16 classical musicians, 5 soloists and 2 singers, including Antonin Winter and Zoltan Szanto who has been accompanying him since his first Orchestra in Marseille back in 2015. Esther Abrami – winner of the “Art of Strings” concert series of the Arts of Instrument Performance -, Lore Jarocinski – professional guitarist who built her career in London over the years -, and Nozomi Hiwatashi – prizewinner of the London Classical Music Competition, Percussions category – will bring you thrills on a whole new level respectively at the violin, guitar and percussions.

Paired with the already powerful instrumentals, Laure Poissonnier – strong of her experience as a Soprano at Paris’ National Opera, and Lili Poe – who has been collaborating with Disiz La Peste, Soprano, Slimane and Jok’Air (french famous artists), will be adding a divine finishing touch to the project. Spurred by the success of his first Orchestra album and the eponym first tour, which in only a year managed to fulfil Europe’s most prestigious venues and to gather almost 100.000 attendees across the continent, Worakls decided to rework his show to perfect his vision. During the upcoming tour starting on the 23rd of September in Lyon, the mastermind behind all this who desires to introduce his show in the entire world starting next year hopes to keep his momentum and the already sold out dates in Amsterdam and Budapest won’t refute it.
