Luggage must meet specific size and weight requirements due to limited space on the motor coach. Only one piece of luggage per guest with maximum dimensions of 30x21x11 inches is allowed.

Carry-on bags with wheels are not permitted due to safety concerns, as some coaches do not have fully enclosed overhead compartments.

Visa requirements can be checked with your local consulate; responsibility for obtaining visas rests with the traveler.

Carry-on luggage must not have wheels and should fit in the overhead compartment on the motor coach.

• Hepatitis B - Recommended for Greece. Ideally 2 months before travel.

Assuming your home country does not have a visa agreement with the country you're planning to visit, you will need to apply for a visa in advance of your scheduled departure.
• Here is an indication for which countries you might need a visa. Please contact the local embassy for help applying for visas to these places.
• For any tour departing before 15th November 2024 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after 15th November 2024, a minimum payment of €250 is required to confirm your booking with Cosmos. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
