I thought this sounded beautiful. What does it mean when you say it is not technically a harp? Is it because how the sound box is set? I am just really curious, as I am just guessing.

Using Your New TravelPAP for the First TIme

• Download the LightTrip (US) App Software on the App Store. Supported on both Android and IOS platforms
• Connect the hose to your machine and mask ensuring a secure connection on both.
• Install the air filter and filter cap and connect the plug of the power adapter into the DC Inlet of the device; then plug the other end of the power adapter in to the wall outlet. You can begin using your machine by pressing the Start/Stop Button or click the Power Icon in the LightTrip App if using Bluetooth; your device will start delivering air.

Establishing Bluetooth connection with your TravelPAP

• Connect the device to a power supply, press the Bluetooth® button on the main device. The Bluetooth® indicator light will flash.
• Open the LightTrip (US) App, click the Bluetooth® icon, and start to search for the device.
• Select the Luna TravelPAP™ device in the device list by the name of device serial number on nameplate information for connection.
• If the device is connected with LightTrip (US) App via Bluetooth® wireless technology successfully, the Bluetooth® indicator light on the main device will be always on.

Cleaning the Enclosure

Wipe the surface of the device with a soft, slightly damp cloth.

CAUTION! • The device can only be used after the enclosure is dry, so that no moisture enters the device

How to Clean a CPAP Hose

• Run a mixture of mild soap and water through your hose. 
• Use a tube brush to scrub inside the hose to remove any debris or bacteria that may have accumulated.
• Rinse with clean water until all suds have been removed.
• Hang the hose over a towel rack to drip dry.

How to Replace the Reusable Filter

• Locate the Filter Cap on the right-hand side of the machine. It wil be opposite the end to which the tubing will be connected.
• Open the air filter cap to remove the air filter.
• Remove and discard the old filter. The filter should be replaced at least every 6 months and is not washable.
• Put the new air filter in the filter area, and then place the filter cap back properly.

Zephyr 22 string

The Zephyr Travel harp is a 22 nylon- strung harp designed with size and portability as the main consideration. With its petite size, it will easily stow away in the over-head luggage compartment of most airplanes. We have sold this harp to many professional harpists who travel and cannot afford to miss valuable practice time. It is lightweight and can be used for many purposes including traveling and hiking.

I am a strong advocate of competitions. In my day, I absolutely LOVED doing them. Doing competitions gave me goals, focus, discipline and 🦋 in my stomach (in a good way!). I started competing at around age 9. I won many prizes; I was thrilled when I got 8th prize at age 16 at the USA International Harp Competition, then super excited for Silver Medal in the next competition and then another Silver Medal a competition later 😂.

I also won 1st prize at the American Harp Society Young Professional Division, 1st prize in the Renie Prize and Grandjany Prize of the American Harp Society Foundation as well the Anne Adams Award (please forgive the bragging 😒, otherwise how will you know?) ☺️.

I also did not win any award or placement in a few other competitions, and sure, that hurts for a competitive soul, but I also saw the positive side: I worked really hard on new repertoire, got to push myself to my highest playing, got to travel and see places, made friends, and now looking back, I can say I tried as much as I could.

Over the years I have helped prepare many students for competitions, and I realize my experience having done MANY competitions gives me another angle in teaching, which is that of a COACH. It is not a regular type of teaching, but one focused not only on the artistic component but also on the psychological, emotional and physical preparation.

And I LOVE working with STUDENTS on this. So, if you are thinking of preparing for a competition, go ahead and give it a try, it is a wonderful experience. And let me be part of that journey, reach out to me and allow me to help you prepare.

Here's how L.A. County Sheriff Robert Luna would make Metro safer

L .A. County Sheriff Robert Luna says they've crunched the numbers, and it turns out that most suspects arrested for violent crimes committed on L.A. Metro over the last year did not have a ticket to be on the transit system.

Luna told KNX News' Emily Valdez , "Between May of 2023 and April of 2024, out of the 153 violent crimes that occurred, 143 individuals that were arrested did not have valid fare."

In Luna's eyes, that staggering number of crimes could be prevented if ambassadors, Metro employees, and cops respectfully request people to pay - and if they don't - make them leave.

He also suggests enforcing a code of conduct and believes physical changes to the Metro stations are required.

"If you go ride trains like ours in New York, DC, or Boston, it is very challenging to get in there without paying fair because their infrastructure is different - where ours is wide open," Luna said, "That creates a little bit more of a challenge. So, working with the board, we're hoping that we can all work together at the end of the day to make it safer."

Sheriff Luna says he plans to formally present his recommendations to the Metro board by the end of June. In the meantime, he says 300 deputies are assigned to Metro, which does not include the  increase Mayor Bass has requested .
