For standard FedEx Ground shipments, please allow 4-7 business days after your order has been processed.

Orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Orders can take 3-5 business days to process (varying based on order volume) before shipping at our distribution center. We’re sorry you’re not 100% satisfied with your product. You can make a return within 30 days of the order placement date. Unless it is determined to be a manufacturing error by PING, custom-built golf clubs require a 20% restocking fee and must be returned in original condition. Eligible custom-built clubs will be refunded 80% of purchase price plus tax. Ballnamic Gift Vouchers are non-refundable.
