• Children 3–12 years old are charged 50% of the price; Infants under 3 years old are free of charge
• Hotel transfer covered areas : Nusa Dua, Jimbaran Bay, Sanur, Kuta, Seminyak, and Denpasar hotel areas only, and outside the areas, an additional charge will be applied.
• If the booking cancellation is made within 1 day before the service date, 50% of the total tour reserved will be charged as a cancellation fee.
• If a No-Show is charged 100% of the TOTAL payment
• This cancellation policy is valid for individual bookings and not for group bookings. The cancellation policy for the group booking will be advised upon confirmation.

Bintang (not the beer) has every type of water sport you could imagine. Prices varied considerably depending on the activity. What looks like a beachside cafe, a menu of activities is presented to you on arrival, almost like a dinner menu. Most of the activities are directly in front of the beach. If you were a fan the mayhem began the moment you got to the track. On Friday people were being turned away for a free event. Luckily we had tickets but at 12.00 were told we had to leave as our tickets didn't extend to Friday. None of tickets to I, J, K stands included Friday so after 12 that end of the track was empty. Saturday all water and food was confiscated at entry points. Sunday we were in the mark marquez stand. The promo packs only included caps for Indonesians, we asked twice for ours but we're told they weren't available. There was no crowd control in the stands, tickets did not include seat numbers so people sat wherever but this included the aisles leading to overcrowding. A lady had her glasses stolen by a monkey and then out of no where it snapped them and ran off with them, another lady had her phone stolen and a temple attendant came with bags of treats, he threw 3 of them before the monkey dropped the phone, he then ran in an got the phone back, I tried helping this poor woman but seeing how aggressive the monkeys are I do NOT suggest going near them. The fire dance was a nice experience however! Make sure you pre pre-book tickets as if you don’t arrive early enough you’ll have to wait until the 7 pm session, we didn’t, but however, we were lucky enough to be the last two tickets for the 6 pm show. As we were all getting seated for the performance, it was extremely hot, so make sure you take cold drinks, hand fan or even some people had an umbrella , we had a 11 month old baby, and luckily she enjoyed the performance as if she didn’t. There was no way to get past any people because people they were all sat on the stairs due to the high occupancy of the show.. Despite being experienced bike riders the route was challenging - made more so by a torrential storm. Each next leg of the ride was explained and easier/harder options on offer. We had 2 guides so for the last 3 km we split the group - some taking the more difficult route through rice fields. I would highly recommend this tour. We had great views, lots of cultural discussions and visits and finished at a picturesque restaurant with infinity pool. Had it been a sunny day we would have regretted not having swimming togs. MUST STAY RESORT Honestly, the whole resort is like it's come straight out of a brochure. Beautiful views of the beach, amazing facilities and accommodation, not to mention the most friendly and approachable staff there to help whenever you need. I celebrated my 21st here the other night and surprised me with a birthday cake and even sang me a happy birthday! Oh I forgot to mention how good the bungalow villas and their facilities?! So good and right on the ocean! Special thanks to Agus from Management. Always asking if we needed anything and always up for a chat and cracking a few jokes. It's staff like him that made this stay the best I've ever had in Bali. Definitely coming back here again

A very special piece of paradise! Excellent accommodation by the pool. The staff were excellent - nothing was too hard. The accommodation package included hotel transfers, and excellent and very generous daily breakfast and boat to the island as well as many activities such as the pontoon, beach snorkeling, canoes and SUP equipment. Great value and a good introduction to the island and its surrounds. We also chose to do additional water activities which were very easy to organise and the dive centre staff in particular were excellent with the kids. Good location for the beach but also access to some other restaurants, shops etc. We will definitely be back to this special little piece of paradise.

Paradise found. I stayed in a lumbung right on the beach and had one of the most relaxing and idyllic 4 days of my life. At night in a comfy air conditioned room the lapping of the ocean guarantees a great night’s sleep and in the morning you jump into a pristine sea at the foot of your staircase or one of the resort’s great pools. The ever helpful staff never stop smiling and the food in both restaurants is excellent. If you feel like a change of scene, hire a bike or golf buggy and explore the other great restaurants and bars nearby. There were children in our group who were joyfully entertained with a selection of pools, the sea, a pontoon with slides, paddle boards etc. I will be back!
