LtV cancelled trip and didn't refund tickets

We booked and paid for a boat trip well in advance, then recived an email 2 hours before departure saying the trip had been cancelled. A week on, we have still not received a refund

Booked with Lovetovisit.com tickets 6 pounds dearer than attraction itself took insurance out with there company Xcover £5.70 for unforseen circumstances day after had a bereavement in family so tried to rearrange dates and xcover said they needed to see a death certificate absolutely a ripoff company xcover please folks don't buy from this dodgy company Xcover insurance.

Great customer service. We had a member of our party fell ill on the morning of our visit to Manor Wildlife Park, and a prompt reply to my email said their tickets could be transferred to the following day so they didn't miss out. Thank you👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Booked in error

When I realised I had booked tickets for the wrong day I immediately contacted customer services. From the lovely cheerful person who answered to phone and reassured me that this problem could be solved to the wonderful team who amended and reissued my tickets via email, I want to say a HUGE thank you. It is so refreshing to deal with peole who obviously care about giving good service .

Compensated for been let down.

On my day at wickseed park the main rides where not open. The children where upset and disappointed. After leaving a review, I was contacted by the company and compensated. I'm very happy with the outcome as I honestly didn't think I would be contacted. We are going to go back and use the gift card. Thank you so much, really means alot. Good customer support

Problems with this site but they sorted it Brought two return tickets £56 ..received an email 15.2.24 saying tickets arrive soon 8 days later no tickets ..so we gave the hovercraft office our receipt and code but they wouldn't accept it as never heard of lovetovisit. Great Booking Agents!

Was finally able to re book tickets from a forced cancellation last year. It's such a rarity these days to be able to pick up a phone and get an answer from a fellow human being! Got sorted out with Ivan in 5 minutes and all sorted, no fuss! Love To Visit will be top of my booking agents list next time I need attraction tickets. Thanks again for your help and understanding.

Fantastic customer service

Fantastic customer service. I had to change the date of my experience and within 12 hrs I received an email. Also spoke to them on the phone and were the ultimate professionals.

I recently booked tickets for my family…

I recently booked tickets for my family to visit Blackpool tower ballroom however when we arrived the ballroom was closed to the general public for an organised dance competition . I e mailed Lovetovisit.com regarding this issue . I received an apology within 24 hours and then followed quickly after with yet another apology and promise of a refund and a £30 gift voucher also as goodwill gesture . Lovetovisit.com were not at fault as they were not informed of the organised event and the Tower should not have allowed the sale of tickets . All in all the service provided was exemplary.

I wanted to change the date to visit on…

I wanted to change the date to visit on a different day as due to unforseen circumstances I was unable to attend. I received an email stating they didn't want me to loose out on the amount I had paid for the tickets so a voucher number was re issued and valid for 12 months so I don't have to miss out on what I originally paid Thanks for accommodating me and for coming to an arrangement to organise some alternative ticket voucher. For the Love of Travel  (FTLO Travel) is a Millennial-focused modern group traveling company that designs unique trips for professionals and creatives to incredible destinations around the world. 

Created in 2016 by Tara Cappel, the company currently focuses on small group travel experiences of around six to 14 people per trip. Most of their trips are week-long, though they also have shorter trips they call "Weekender Series," which allows you to have a fun group trip within 200 miles of your hometown. 

Why For The Love of Travel?

According to the company, eighty percent of their clients are solo travelers. FLTO claims their service provides "Modern Group Travel for Ages 25-39". FTLO also says that trips are focused on fostering "travel and community." This means that FTLO aims to help travelers create unforgettable memories with new but like-minded strangers. 

FLTO also realizes that most tours have packed itineraries that dilute your travel experience. This is why FLTO tours allow you to explore attractions and destinations at your own pace. No rushed itineraries! 

During the height of the pandemic, they briefly paused their service. After reopening, FLTO also implemented a travel credit program for postponed trips due to the pandemic. 

How do you book a trip with FTLO Travel? 

Booking a trip with FLTO Travel is easy. Simply go to their website answer a few questions on their  Introduce Yourself Page . 

They will then craft a trip for you based on your travel preferences. That's it, it's that simple! Here are some questions they ask:

• What are the top three countries you'd like to visit?
• What are the best months for you to travel?
• Preferred group vibe? 
• Vacation nightlife vibe?
• Ideal planned time vs. free time ratio?

Once you've answered and submitted the form, they will ask you to wait for their email response, following up with the next steps.

Most locations listed in their itineraries are unique, under-the-radar spots that locals love. But they also make sure that you get to visit the iconic must-sees of every region. The company explicitly allows its clients to choose what group they would like to travel with. Singles can hang out with other singles. Imagine spending a week exploring a foreign country and meeting a potential date or future travel buddy. So, if you're looking for love/friendship + unforgettable travel memories, FTLO can help you! 

Fun Group Experiences with No Pressure

FTLO makes it possible for you to travel with a crew of like-minded individuals—but without the pressure of feeling, you have to do everything together. You're given the freedom to spend the whole day wandering just by yourself and still get to dine with the group at the end of the day. 

What we didn't like about FTLO Travel.

Strict itineraries.

Unlike other group travel planner agencies, you can't choose the type of accommodation, meals, or services you want—meaning no luxury hotels or budget stays. You have to go with the accommodation and mode of travel they provide which is something between both. 

Only Caters To Young Adults 

The travel service says explicitly that their trips are for 25-39-year-olds. This is a bit disappointing if you don't belong to the age bracket. Younger travelers around 18-24 or older ones above 40 will simply not have the opportunity to join their curated trips. Unlike other travel services such as  Intrepid , which is more inclusive (18 and above), FTLO travel is for Millennials only. 

Is FLTO Travels Worth It?

If you're down to travel to new places and experience new things while making new friends, FLTO is the one. However, we find FLTO to be too restricting with the accommodations or itineraries. With that being said, we believe that FLTO is for spontaneous travelers that's down to let someone else take the helms in travel planning.

I Love Travel Costa Rica

Eric was both a great driver and a great host. He was friendly and enthusiastically told us much about Costa Rica. He helped us to find Howler monkeys so that we could see them before we left the country. We took I Love Travel Costa Rica twice and both Eric and Willie were wonderful.

Used ILT from Liberia airport to Tamarindo, and also from La Fortuna to Liberia. Both drivers were excellent! They were nice, on-time, and drove safely. I did some price shopping prior to booking, and they are very competitive with other transportation companies. This is a great option if you skip renting a car while in CR.

Both of our drivers were awesome ! Took really good care of and made sure we were comfortable and on time. The vans were extremely clean as well. Very professional all the way around !

Great shuttle service with driver Miguel. Nice, knowledgeable, and knew the best places to stop. So nice to enjoy the views while traveling from place to place. ILT was very responsive and also contacted me about two days before each departure to confirm the plans. Highly recommend.

David arrived 10 minutes early which allowed us to leave exactly on time after loading the luggage. He was very professional and friendly. He drove us from the coast of Guanacaste to Ajajuela. We were able to use Wifi on the minibus or listen to music of our choice on the journey. He offered for us to stop and use the restroom or get some food at any time, which we did not do, but he was flexible if needed. Efficient booking and payment system. Recommended.

We are very happy that we decided to use ILT Costa Rica for our ride from the airport to our Airbnb. Even though it took us nearly 2 hours to get through immigration, our driver was there waiting for us. He kindly offered to show us around a bit on our drive to the Airbnb. He had no problem stopping at the grocery store for us so we could grab a few items. We highly recommend ILT Costa Rica!

A Review of Story Land in Glen, New Hampshire

I f your children love rides, characters, and live shows, they’ll absolutely love Story Land in Glen, New Hampshire. While it isn’t nearly as large as other theme parks like Walt Disney World, it’s still loads of fun for children – especially small children who love storybook characters and nursery rhymes.

Disclosure: We received complimentary admission for purposes of review. We’ve also visited Story Land NH numerous times at our own cost. I’ve been visiting since I was a child and always loved my visits.

Whether you live within driving distance or plan on vacationing in the White Mountains of New Hampshire, I recommend making a trip to Story Land NH. It’s a great spot for a first theme park visit because it isn’t overwhelming and is easy for a family to navigate through. Storyland NH has lots for families to enjoy – with something for the whole family.

Review of Story Land NH Theme Park

Where is story land nh.

Story Land is about a 3 1/2 ride from Boston, MA, in Glen, NH, right in the heart of the White Mountains. This adorable fairy tale themed amusement park is nestled among the White Mountains. If visiting, you have lots of options for where to stay.

North Conway and Barlett are just a few minutes away, while Lincoln is about an hour away on the scenic Kancamagus Highway. If visiting the area, you’ll have loads of other family activities in the White Mountains to do while you are there.

Visiting Story Land

There are two parking lots at Story Land, and the earlier you arrive, the closer you’ll be able to park to the entrance. The front parking lot is very close to the front entrance, and the other lot, across the street, isn’t too far. If you arrive later in the day, you may be lucky and find a spot in the front after the first wave of visitors has left for the day.

The front of the park features small classic “exhibits” featuring some of the most popular fairy tales, like the Old Woman Who Lived in a Shoe, Humpty Dumpty, and Heidi.  These are generally more crowded when the park opens and quiets down throughout the day – so visit them last.

They are great photo ops – I have pictures of my kids sitting in the very same spot that my sister and I posed when we were children. If you visit annually, it’s fun to take these same pictures every year. You’ll see how the kids grow as you compare the pictures.

This fairy tale area of the park is best for younger kids. As my kids got older, they were less interested in fairy tales and more interested in the rides.

For our visits, we typically go toward the back of the park when we arrive. Some of the rides don’t open until a little after park opening, but there are plenty of rides that you can check out before the crowds come.

By heading to the back, you can limit the amount of time that you spend in lines because so many guests start at the front. That works best if you arrive at park opening. If you arrive late in the day, you may find the front of the park to be less crowded.

Story Land Rides

Story Land has rides that will appeal to younger kids as well as some that appeal to older kids. In general, the park is best for younger kids – maybe up to lower middle school (or even younger). Some of the most popular rides include the following:

• The Roar-O-Saurus (wooden roller coaster)
• Dr. Geysers Remarkable Raft Ride (closes after Labor Day – you will get wet!)
• Bamboo Chutes (Flume ride – another water slide)
• Huff Puff & Whistle Railroad
• Antique Cars (you need to be at least 48 inches to ride alone)
• Splash Battle: Pharaoh’s Reign ( includes water cannons, bring swimsuits so your clothes stay dry. This one also closes after Labor Day)
• The Polar Coaster (kids coaster – the first I ever rode on!)

My kids’ favorites were always the antique cars, the Polar Coaster, and the Bamboo Chutes. Once you visit once, you’ll find that your kids have their own favorites that they will want to visit year after year. We usually go to the Polar Coaster first when we arrive so that we can ride several times.

There are other rides at Story Land as well, including some that are best for toddlers or younger children. On occasion, especially in the spring, some rides may be closed for renovation. Check the website before you go to make sure that you know what is open.

A new attraction, the MOO LAGOON play area, is scheduled to open in 2024. This splash area will include water slides, sprayers, and more. With all of the water rides at Story Land, you’ll want to pack extra clothes and/or bathing suits!

In addition to the rides, there are other attractions at Story Land. One of my kids’ favorites is the Loopy Lab, where you can experiment with gravity. It’s also an indoor space, so it’s a good opportunity to get out of the sun for a bit.

The Loopy Lab is great for little kids. When my kids were younger, we would sit back at the Loopy Lab and let the kids enjoy the space. 

The park also offers shows, including the Farm Follies, Set Sail with Peter Pan & Tinkerbell, Cinderella’s Royal Celebration, and Daniel Tiger’s Grr-ific Day. These shows have changed over the years, so I recommend checking the schedule when you are getting ready to go.

Living Shores Aquarium at Story Land

Several years ago, Story Land will be opened a brand-new aquarium called Living Shores Aquarium. This is an indoor experience separate from Story Land.

Exhibits at Living Shores include otters, a tropical reef exhibit, a New Hampshire Species Exhibit, and more. There are also several touch pools.

It’s on the former location of Heritage New Hampshire and is within walking distance of Story Land. Unlike Story Land, Living Shores Aquarium is open year-round. It’s open 7 days a week from Father’s Day through Labor Day, and Friday through Monday the rest of the year.

Story Land Food

Food at Story Land is decent, but not great. It’s really just something to grab and eat – which is exactly what we do while we are there. Meal options include pizza, grilled cheese, ice cream, burgers, and sandwiches.

There’s also a Dippin’ Dots and a Dunkin Donuts location on the property. Bringing your own food? You’ll need to know the rules around bags. No hard-sided coolers are allowed, and any coolers you bring must be 12”x12”x12 or smaller. Alcohol and glass containers aren’t permitted.

Story Land regularly offers character dining experiences, as well as a tea-time experience. These should be booked and purchased in advance. The schedule for character dinners, tea time, and other special events is available online when the season starts. Review it when booking your trip so you can make whatever reservations are necessary.

We typically eat breakfast before arriving at Story Land. Then, we have lunch in the park and leave before dinner.

Characters and Amenities at Story Land NH

Keeping with the fairy tale theme, there are several characters to view throughout the park. These include the old woman in the shoe, Mother Goose, Cinderella, and Heidi’s Grandfather.

Story Land now has enhanced security, with bag restrictions. Check their website in advance to learn more. They are also completely cashless. If you arrive with cash, there are kiosks to turn this into debit cards.

The park offers free parking, wheelchair rentals, and stroller rentals. Locker rentals are offered at the Splash Battle, Dr. Geysers Remarkable Raft Ride, and the Roar-O-Saurus so you can keep your belongings safe.

If you travel with your pets, a free kennel is on the property, but it’s subject to availability. The free pet kennels don’t offer reservations, so arrive early and bring everything that your pet needs with you.

Story Land Tickets and Closing

Tickets are sold online and are dated. Prices may vary by date.

Guests who arrive after 2pm receive a free pass to return another day – a great way to spread your visit out for two days. We like to arrive in the afternoon of our first day in New Hampshire, and then visit the park for a few hours.

If you choose to do this, you may want to spend the first day doing the front of the park. Then, you can return the next day and do the bigger attractions.

There’s also a season pass option for those who plan to visit multiple times. Season passes include discounts and tickets to the aquarium.

Story Land Closing

Story Land generally opens for the season on Memorial Day weekend and closes for the season in October. Although there was a rumor that Story Land was closing permanently, the owners have said that is not true. It’s once again open for the season, and season tickets are already on sale.

If you are planning a trip to Story Land, there are loads of hotel options for you. These include the following:

• North Conway Grand Hotel – this hotel is located by the Settler’s Green Outlets and offers an inground and outdoor pool.
• Residence Inn by Marriott, North Conway : This resort offers family suites with kitchens as well as a complimentary breakfast.
• The Seasons Resort – Located near Story Land, this resort offers lots of space for families
• Attitash Mountain Village – This hotel is convenient to both Story Land and Attitash.
• Comfort Inn and Suites at Pirate’s Cove
• Yankee Clipper Inn

Restaurants Near Story Land NH

Are you looking to eat outside the park? There are lots of delicious restaurants located in the area, many of which are kid-friendly. I would recommend dining at the park for lunch and at one of these other restaurants for breakfast or dinner. 

Moat Mountain Smokehouse & Brewing is a casual BBQ restaurant that we always love to visit. It’s open for lunch and dinner. 

Flatbread Company is a mini-chain restaurant offering fresh ingredients. This is always a must-visit when we are in the White Mountains, although it is a short drive from Story Land in North Conway. 

Horsefeathers is a popular restaurant located right in the center of North Conway Village. We usually eat here when shopping in the area.

After reading the other reviews it's worth mentioning that I went to a different location, no arcade and not a strip mall. It was a farm property with many animals and I went as an animal encounter enthusiast. Compared to zoos and other wildlife refuges throughout the country their prices were incredibly inexpensive. Go with knowing what you're looking for. If you're looking to get down and dirty with the animals on a rustic property with farm style employees this is your place. If you're looking for fancy spotless highly regulated and perfectly safe then go to a zoo and watch animals from afar. I loved this place for the freedom and the value. To be able to cuddle otters, feed sloth, and have a kangaroo and emu right next to me were perfect for me. If you go for otter experience I highly recommend an oversized hoodie so they can use you as a towel.

It's a smelly mini-zoo in a strip mall with sheep, emu, goats, a cow, etc. the employees are professional, maybe a little bored (wouldn't you be??) My 16mo old loved it. Hands down the best way we could have spent a few bucks. We were also the only family, apparently this is also a destination for a weird date - go for it kids!

It's a really nice petting zoo - took my 18 mo here and we had a great time! The ticket price is $13/adult and it's free for kids under age of 3 yo. Also you can buy a basket with some veggies (baby carrots and lettuce) for $8 to feed animals. Highly recommended and will go back again! ps but it was sad to see a lonely penguin. Seems like he needs a company.

"Oh (Debbie), you're so fine.... You're so fine, you blow my mind! Hey (Debbie)!" Debbie Dolittle's Animal Experience is an animal lovers best friend with both indoor and outdoor mals of some many amazing kinds with accommodations for each animals preferred habitats. This semi sanctuary and petting zoo is off beaten's path in Tacoma, Pierce County, Washington between Parkland and Spanaway, cool sub cities in Tacoma and definitely easy to miss if cruising by, but one you'll easily be doubling back for off 138th St. While the entrance is essentially an epically long dirty and gravel driveway with plenty of parking along fences and cabins housing all the lovely critters you might meet it's pretty easy to navigate. You might even be lucky to be greeted by a cute dog or a little helper on site. From otters to sloths to camels and even penguins (new additions) you'll truly have an amazing experiencing meeting these not so local local animals in their home. The one thing I really enjoyed aside from Debbie's Angels aka the amazing staff here of Amber, Chelsea and Stacey plus Chelsea's adorable son Auggie aka Bosley was they truly love all these animals and do their best to take care of them and even rehabilitate animals they receive for shorter periods of time from all over. The do have a nice arcade, we didn't check out and do have great deals for various experiences including their Otter experience with Amber. You can purchases a bucket or more of veggies to feed to the animals outdoors including the Llama, Zebra, Wallabies and all their friends. The Otter experience is on the pricey side, but when you're meeting and interacting with animals outside their naturally element even though cute and sweet you do have to factor in liability as well as food, facilitating and care and the person accompanying you. Coming here with my friends for my best friend's birthday was a true treat and would recommend for a birthday, event and/or just for fun. Such a neat and unexpected place that I hope continues to thrive and possibly expand with time. Everyone here was a true delight. Feeding all the animals and being in their space was plenty, but petting and learning about them was such a joy.... especially mama Sloth and her baby. If you see a peacock roaming about... "She doesn't even go here"... she's a neighbor O.O. Clearly animals takeover Tacoma and I can't wait to see them again.

Nice but they didn't let me take home a Capybara. Also said Capybaras knocked me over and got me in trouble for laying on the floor. Otherwise the animals were cute and it was fun! Other than the black sheep that kept harassing me for food. (I've named him Greedy Jim)

A little pricy but soooo cool. The staff is super knowledgeable and so patient if you have little ones with lots of questions. I would take anyone here that loves animals and wants a hands on experience.

We drove a 40 minutes to get here and it's closed, while the website says it's open. There is a sign on the door saying that there is a new license they're having to get? Maybe update your website so people don't waste their day trying to get here? Wow!

This was a fun afternoon outing with our 2 year old. She loved feeding all of the animals. It was a great time and not too expensive. We look forward to going back.

Baby kangaroo taking a snooze

The animals were semi taken care of. The penguin had severe beak rot, and was all alone. Which is disturbing as they are completely social animals. Their reptile enclosures were actually horrendous. They kept 2 pythons in a tiny cage with their light off and stinky poop water to "help them shed" they shouldn't be in an enclosure together first of all, they're too big to be in a tiny cage all day. There wasn't enough room for them to stretch out completely, and they smelled awful and looked skinny. Almost all the reptiles had stuck shed and weren't doing good at all. The keepers for the reptiles also have no knowledge or skills on handling snakes. One of them willingly laughed and said "oh she hates when I do this." And booped the snake several times and she coiled in fear. Their noses are extremely sensitive and it was really awkward seeing that in person. The cows they keep outside also constantly had to walk on wet FAKE grass and poop. Which is SEVERELY bad for their hooves and gives them infections and hoof rot. Please reconsider supporting this business. Not even worth my 13 dollars for entry.

We came from a holiday in Tenerife 10…

We came from a holiday in Tenerife 10 days ago 10/10. Loveholidays was amazing with the booking and the travelling process was pretty smooth, however, we did get the return cab a bit late to take us to the airport which we couldn’t take our time at the duty free buying souvenirs and more but apart from that 100% recommend for now. Also I’m about to book another holiday with them so yeah! So far really amazed.

Booking was easy

Booking was easy, cancellation fees are high if required, so be aware if you think you are paying a holding deposit. Your not!! Hopefully the holiday itself goes of without a hitch as heard and read it’s tough to speak to a human. But experience has been good so far👍

Very easy to book. And was the cheapest I could get the room I wanted and the flights are at good times especially the return flight landing back at Edinburgh at 15;30 the only downside was they said they would hold my booking but when I booked it was £16.00 dearer but I'm still not complaining

Marrakech for 2

Booked a hotel and flight deal to Marrakech for 2. Booked the airport transfer through love holidays too. The whole journey was very smooth and pleasant. When we landed to Marrakech airport, the transfer company was there waiting for us and took us straight to the hotel. They then came back on our last day to take us back to the airport. The flight was smooth sailing and the hotel was absolutely stunning and clean and all inclusive. Honestly no complaints, everything went smooth.

Do not trust love holidays with your money, they will book scam transfer company’s who cancel, don’t turn up and are not contactable. The transfer company they booked me with has £220 of my money and didn’t provide transfer either way. Love holidays are fully aware and aren’t doing anything about it. Ignore their generic response, they don’t help when you send the details over.

Everything was OK up to our holiday destination… We booked for a private transfer - The car, was the dirtiest and old car I have ever seen… Driver was not obey any single traffic rule.. When we arrived to otel - another big surprise ! I paid for 2 person for whole week- for Me, and my son - who is 14 yearsold - which is paid as per adult ; without any difference …however otel told me that my son entered wrong information- while I paid for 2 adult and ask for 7 x 230$ !!! We do expect a solution from the company !

Liked the easy use of the app, how it's set up and able to change days etc, price of holidays, able to complete my booking and had confirmation of flights, hotel and transfers all within 15 minutes.

AVOID at all costs!

AVOID at all costs!! I am currently trying to move the dates of our holiday and because of the incompetence of the amendments team and flawed system on the app I am still waiting to hear back 3 weeks later!! Closing enquiries when I am still waiting to hear is awful customer service! Then wanting an extra £300 on top of the £900 we have already paid to cancel is a joke!! I will not be using Loveholidays again!

When I realised I had booked tickets for the wrong day I immediately contacted customer services. From the lovely cheerful person who answered to phone and reassured me that this problem could be solved to the wonderful team who amended and reissued my tickets via email, I want to say a HUGE thank you. It is so refreshing to deal with peole who obviously care about giving good service .

Compensated for been let down.

On my day at wickseed park the main rides where not open. The children where upset and disappointed. After leaving a review, I was contacted by the company and compensated. I'm very happy with the outcome as I honestly didn't think I would be contacted. We are going to go back and use the gift card. Thank you so much, really means alot. The children will be over the moon.

Good customer support

Problems with this site but they sorted it Brought two return tickets £56 ..received an email 15.2.24 saying tickets arrive soon 8 days later no tickets ..so we gave the hovercraft office our receipt and code but they wouldn't accept it as never heard of lovetovisit. Great Booking Agents!

Was finally able to re book tickets from a forced cancellation last year. It's such a rarity these days to be able to pick up a phone and get an answer from a fellow human being! Fantastic customer service. I had to change the date of my experience and within 12 hrs I received an email. Also spoke to them on the phone and were the ultimate professionals.

I recently booked tickets for my family…

I recently booked tickets for my family to visit Blackpool tower ballroom however when we arrived the ballroom was closed to the general public for an organised dance competition . I e mailed Lovetovisit.com regarding this issue . I received an apology within 24 hours and then followed quickly after with yet another apology and promise of a refund and a £30 gift voucher also as goodwill gesture . Lovetovisit.com were not at fault as they were not informed of the organised event and the Tower should not have allowed the sale of tickets . All in all the service provided was exemplary.

I wanted to change the date to visit on…

I wanted to change the date to visit on a different day as due to unforseen circumstances I was unable to attend. I received an email stating they didn't want me to loose out on the amount I had paid for the tickets so a voucher number was re issued and valid for 12 months so I don't have to miss out on what I originally paid Thanks for accommodating me and for coming to an arrangement to organise some alternative ticket voucher. Love holidays are good but I had 3 prices on 3 things all different prices. For same holiday. Pc tablet and phone. With exactly same details between them £400 price difference. Luggage on 1 was 79... other was 110. For same bag allowance same airline. Parking the same 75 on one 105 on another. Transfers were also the same..... so log in on different devices find best price

We came from a holiday in Tenerife 10…

We came from a holiday in Tenerife 10 days ago 10/10. Loveholidays was amazing with the booking and the travelling process was pretty smooth, however, we did get the return cab a bit late to take us to the airport which we couldn’t take our time at the duty free buying souvenirs and more but apart from that 100% recommend for now. Also I’m about to book another holiday with them so yeah! So far really amazed.

Booking was easy

Booking was easy, cancellation fees are high if required, so be aware if you think you are paying a holding deposit. Your not!! Hopefully the holiday itself goes of without a hitch as heard and read it’s tough to speak to a human. But experience has been good so far👍

I always use loveholidays year after year, great deals and can book everything in one flights, transfers and room upgrades. It’s all an easy process with payment options.

Very easy to book. And was the cheapest I could get the room I wanted and the flights are at good times especially the return flight landing back at Edinburgh at 15;30 the only downside was they said they would hold my booking but when I booked it was £16.00 dearer but I'm still not complaining

Holiday to Morocco with Love Holiday

I booked a holiday to Morocco(all inclusive) through Love Holiday. I booked for my family: 2 adults, 2 children and my friend family:2 adults, 2 children. The booking process was very easy. I booked holiday for half term in the end of October, and beginning of November. The deal was very reasonable. I got all my confirmation email. Marrakech for 2

Booked a hotel and flight deal to Marrakech for 2. Booked the airport transfer through love holidays too. The whole journey was very smooth and pleasant. When we landed to Marrakech airport, the transfer company was there waiting for us and took us straight to the hotel. They then came back on our last day to take us back to the airport. The flight was smooth sailing and the hotel was absolutely stunning and clean and all inclusive. Honestly no complaints, everything went smooth.

Very easy to book and descriptive process. Site is very easy to use and booking details clear and concise. The only problem I had is for some reason on my laptop the payment options just would not load, kept spinning around waiting to enter card details. I had to revert to my mobile phone which worked fine.

DO NOT BOOK WITH LOVE HOLIDAYS

Do not trust love holidays with your money, they will book scam transfer company’s who cancel, don’t turn up and are not contactable. The transfer company they booked me with has £220 of my money and didn’t provide transfer either way. Love holidays are fully aware and aren’t doing anything about it. Ignore their generic response, they don’t help when you send the details over.

Easy booking, transfer worked out perfect and the hotel is more than expected.its definitely great price for what you get in return. Can definitely recomand loveholidays.

Everything was OK up to our holiday…

Everything was OK up to our holiday destination… We booked for a private transfer - The car, was the dirtiest and old car I have ever seen… Driver was not obey any single traffic rule.. When we arrived to otel - another big surprise ! I paid for 2 person for whole week- for Me, and my son - who is 14 yearsold - which is paid as per adult ; without any difference …however otel told me that my son entered wrong information- while I paid for 2 adult and ask for 7 x 230$ !!! We do expect a solution from the company !

Liked the easy use of the app, how it's set up and able to change days etc, price of holidays, able to complete my booking and had confirmation of flights, hotel and transfers all within 15 minutes.

AVOID at all costs!

AVOID at all costs!! I am currently trying to move the dates of our holiday and because of the incompetence of the amendments team and flawed system on the app I am still waiting to hear back 3 weeks later!! Closing enquiries when I am still waiting to hear is awful customer service! Then wanting an extra £300 on top of the £900 we have already paid to cancel is a joke!! I will not be using Loveholidays again!
