The rap star’s Circus Maximus Tour will arrive on UK shores for two shows this summer

Hip-hop heads, we’ve got massive news. Travis Scott, one of the biggest rappers and producers on the planet right now, has announced he’ll be heading off on a huge tour this summer. The Houston musician’s UTOPIA – Circus Maximus Tour will see him play 12 dates this side of the Atlantic – including, excitingly, two shows in the UK.

The Circus Maximus tour has been described as ‘an unparalleled audiovisual experience’ and its North American took place last year. The tour follows Scott’s chart-topping fourth studio album UTOPIA , which was the biggest-selling hip-hop release of 2023.

When is Travis Scott going on his UK tour in 2024?

Scott will be playing two shows in the UK on this summer’s Circus Maximus Tour. They are: 

• July 11: London, Tottenham Hotspur Stadium
• July 13: Manchester, Co-op Live

The show at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium will be his largest UK headline show to-date.

When do tickets go on sale?

General sale kicks off at 10am BST on Friday May 10. You’ll be able to get tickets here . 

Is there a presale?

There are a few presales available. For the London gig, Tottenham Hotspur Season Ticket Holders and One Hotspur Members got access at 10am on Thursday May 9.

For the Manchester show, Co-op members also got access on May 9 at 10am through the Co-op app. 

How much are Travis Scott tickets?

Official prices haven’t yet been confirmed, so watch this space for updates.

Following the presale today (May 9) some on X have leaked potential prices (so take ’em with a pinch of salt), saying that seated tickets will start from around £72 and that standing will start from £105. ‘Gold Circle’ tickets apparently start from around £143. 

Tickets for the same tour over in North America started from $65 (£52).

Travis Scott is not ready to leave UTOPIA quite yet. After selling out his North American UTOPIA: CIRCUS MAXIMUS tour, La Flame will be taking the trek overseas, kicking off a summer European run of the tour in late June.

“Europe we on the way. Tickets on sale Friday, May 10. Bringing Circus Maximus over the pond. Let’s make this one the best. Can’t wait to see you alllll,” Scott wrote in an Instagram caption.

Travis Scott Announces Utopia – Circus Maximus Tour

Inspired by his record-breaking No.1 album UTOPIA, Travis Scott’s UTOPIA – Circus Maximus Tour will transport fans into an unparalleled audiovisual experience. The tour will include Travis Scott’s largest headline show to date with a show at SoFi Stadium on November 5, 2023.

$2 from every ticket sold will go to Cactus Jack Foundation which is a 501(c)3 with a mission to uplift Houston youth through toy drives, scholarship programs to HBCU college students, and fulfilling expenses for education and creative endeavors.

The announcement follows on the heels of Travis Scott’s electrifying live performance at the iconic Circus Maximus in Rome, Italy, which sold out 60,000 tickets in just 2 days.

UTOPIA has been deemed the biggest hip-hop release of 2023, holding strong at No.1 on the Billboard Top 200 for four weeks running, and garnering over 1.5 billion streams globally. Additionally, Spotify named UTOPIA the most streamed album in its first week in 2023, and Apple Music confirmed the biggest first day streams of an album in 2023.

UTOPIA finds Travis Scott at the height of his powers as a performer, songwriter, producer, and collaborator proving once again that nobody sounds like Travis. It continues to enshrine him as the culture’s foremost sonic innovator, and has been heralded as ‘album of the decade’.

Scott’s tour sold out the first day, and he announced 11 new dates on Sept. 1, including second stops in Dallas, Miami, Phoenix, Austin, Brooklyn, Boston, Toronto, and more. Officially dubbed as “Utopia Tour Presents Circus Maximus,” Scott kicks off his new tour in support of his new album on October at the Spectrum Center in Charlotte, North Carolina, and it runs through the fall and winter with dates scheduled in Dallas, Texas, Chicago, and Vegas. It marks Scott’s first headlining run since 2021’s Astroworld Fest tragedy , which left 10 dead and hundreds injured. As of publication, Houston is still not listed on the tour schedule .

Travis Scott Officially Announces 2023 Utopia - Circus Maximus Tour

Travis Scott has announced a 2023 North American tour. Dubbed the Utopia - Circus Maximus Tour, the trek will take place this fall, beginning in Charlotte, North Carolina, on October 11 and ending on December 29 in Toronto, Ontario. These dates vary from the ones Live Nation leaked earlier this month before deleting its social media post and ticket pages for the tour. Tickets go on sale tomorrow at 10 a.m. local time. Scott had initially planned a concert in Houston, but that date does not appear in the itinerary. A spokesperson for the city’s mayor told Rolling Stone that “at one point” the show had been planned and the mayor’s office communicated with Toyota Center to coordinate a safety plan. The fate of that show is unclear.

A spokesperson for the mayor told Rolling Stone Tuesday that “at one point” both the Toyota Center and Live Nation had notified the City of Houston that Scott planned to perform in the city. “Our public safety leaders and special events subject matter experts decided to communicate with the Toyota Center and coordinate on a safety plan,” the spokesperson said. Sylvester Turner originally said earlier this month that Scott had “booked the Toyota Center for a concert in October.”

A spokesperson for the mayor told Rolling Stone Tuesday that “at one point” both the Toyota Center and Live Nation had notified the City of Houston that Scott planned to perform in the city. “Our public safety leaders and special events subject matter experts decided to communicate with the Toyota Center and coordinate on a safety plan,” the spokesperson said.

At the start of August, Scott performed at Rome’s Circus Maximus , doing several Utopia songs and hosting a surprise appearance from Kanye West. His show caused the ground to shake so much that locals feared there was an earthquake , causing calls for a concert ban at the historic venue in the future.

The Utopia - Circus Maximus Tour will be the rapper’s first headlining tour since the 2021 Astroworld Festival tragedy , which resulted in 10 deaths and countless injuries. In late July, the Houston Police Department shared an extensive report on the event, in which Scott recalled being told through his earpiece, “You got to wrap it up, it’s getting kinda hectic out there.” He claimed that he was not made aware of the gravity of the situation until later.

Prior to the police report, a Harris County grand jury determined that Scott will not be criminally charged for the event’s happenings. Both Scott and Live Nation still face several civil lawsuits relating to Astroworld, although a few have already been settled .

UPDATE: On Thursday (Nov. 2, Scott announced 11 more tour dates. Those have been added in bold below.

PREVIOUSLY: Travis Scott is taking his Billboard 200 No. 1 album Utopia around North America this fall and winter for the Utopia – Circus Maximus Tour, Live Nation announced Tuesday (Aug. 29).

The now-39-date jaunt begins at Charlotte’s Spectrum Center on Oct. 11 and travels throughout major U.S. cities including Los Angeles, Miami, Chicago and New York City before wrapping Dec. 29 at Toronto’s Scotiabank Arena. The Utopia – Circus Maximus Tour will also include Scott’s largest headlining show to date at Los Angeles’ SoFi Stadium on Nov. 5.

Tickets will go on sale Thursday, Aug. 31, at 10 a.m. local time at travisscott.com . Live Nation reported that $2 from every ticket sold will go to the rapper’s Cactus Jack Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with a mission to uplift Houston youth through toy drives, scholarship programs to HBCU college students, and fulfilling expenses for education and creative endeavors.

Travis Scott’s ‘Utopia’ Spends a Month at No. 1 on Billboard 200 Chart

Scott’s latest album, Utopia , has spent the last four weeks at the top of the Billboard 200, making it his third No. 1 on the chart and first solo album since 2018’s  Astroworld . It’s also the first rap album to spend its first four weeks at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 in five years, since Drake ’s  Scorpion .

Travis Scott Announces 2023 North American 'Utopia' - Circus Maximus Tour

The rapper will embark on his first headlining tour since the Astroworld tragedy this fall

Travis Scott is bringing Utopia on the road. 

On Tuesday, the rapper, 32, announced a 2023 North American tour dubbed the Utopia - Circus Maximus Tour in support of his new album Utopia , which dropped on July 28 via Cactus Jack and Epic Records. 

The Utopia - Circus Maximus Tour features 28 dates and will kick off on Oct. 11 in Charlotte, North Carolina. The tour stops in major cities including Los Angeles, Seattle, Miami, Nashville, Philadelphia and New York before it wraps up on Dec. 29 in Toronto. 

According to a press release, the “Sicko Mode” rapper will play his biggest live show to date on the tour at L.A.’s SoFi Stadium on Nov. 5. 

The concert is also said to be “unparalleled audiovisual experience.”

The Utopia - Circus Maximus Tour marks Scott’s first headlining tour since the 2021 Astroworld tragedy . Ten people died and thousands were injured at the festival in the hip-hop star’s Houston, Texas hometown when his set began and the crowd rushed towards the stage. 

A Texas grand jury convened to decide if Scott and others involved with the planning of the event should be charged, but in June, they announced no criminal charges would be pursued . 

Shortly after the incident, the “Goosebumps” artist shared a statement on X (formerly known as Twitter) in which he said his “prayers go out to the families and all those impacted by what happened at Astroworld Festival.”

“Houston PD has my total support as they continue to look into the tragic loss of life. I am committed to working together with the Houston community to heal and support the families in need,” he continued.

He also thanked Houston Police and Fire as well as NRG Park, where the festival was held, “for their immediate response and support” during the incident.

There is currently no Houston concert planned for the Utopia - Circus Maximus Tour.

According to Rolling Stone , a spokesperson for the Houston mayor told the publication that “at one point” Live Nation and the Toyota Center notified the city that there were plans to bring the tour there. 

The spokesperson also told the publication, “Our public safety leaders and special events subject matter experts decided to communicate with the Toyota Center and coordinate on a safety plan.”

According to a press release, $2 from every ticket sold will be donated to the Cactus Jack Foundation , which aims to uplift Houston youth.

Travis Scott adds 2nd Phoenix concert to Utopia-Circus Maximus Tour. How to get tickets

Following sellouts across all dates on his just announced 2023 Utopia-Circus Maximus Tour, Travis Scott has added 11 new dates due to seemingly insatiable demand.

The tour will now include second shows in Phoenix; Dallas; Miami; Oakland, California; Brooklyn, New York; and more, making it his biggest tour to date.

The multiplatinum rapper originally announced he would bring his Utopia-Circus Maximus Tour to Footprint Center in Phoenix on Wednesday, Oct. 25.

That show sold out and a second performance on Thursday, Oct. 26, has been added.

Promising to “transport fans into an unparalleled audiovisual experience," the tour will kick off in Charlotte, North Carolina, on Oct. 11 and continue through North America until Dec. 29. It includes Scott's largest headlining performance yet at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles.

The announcement follows on the heels of Scott’s performance at the iconic Circus Maximus in Rome, which sold out 60,000 tickets in two days.

“Utopia” has been deemed the biggest hip-hop album of the year, holding strong at No.1 on the Billboard 200 for four weeks while garnering more than 1.5 billion streams globally.

It had the most first-week streams so far this year at Spotify and Apple Music.
