The food choice was a lot however a bit on the bland side but that is personal preference more so rather than a negative mark.

We loved the variable choice of entertainment and privacy on the beach. We could not fault the staff at reception. Very helpful and polite. The accommodation was very spacious and well equipped with everything we needed.

You have to pay for the use of the safe in the room. Overall room furnishings are hardly 4* rating. But if you are ok with extremely basic, you will be fine.

Proximity to Black Sea, just a short ride by public bus to Nessebar Old Town. Food spread was superb at all meals, cake selection was incredible. Lots of sun lounges so no fighting over it. Water bottles can be filled from the corridor stations as well as coffee, hot chocolate etc from the machine on every floor. Ice cream bliss.

There is no such thing

Everything is Sol Nesebar palace is just perfect they have thought about everything I’ve been in many hotels and in each hotel i found something that was not good but in SOL you cant find one single bad thing

The children beds (sofas) are not so comfortable. A chef restaurant with special dishes (e.g steak or whole fish) would make it even greater remembrance. Some water slides working just 2 hours a day.

Clean, good variety of food, best entertainment for both children and adults. Especially the 21:30 shows. The stuff is very friendly and helpful. Water park is great and fit to all ages.

The hotel wasn't a 5 star, I would give 3 maybe 4. Bathroom wasn't in good condition, could see mouldy spots in the shower, very old hairdryer, cheap plastic chairs on the balkony. The food wasn't up to a 5 star either, the fresh orange juice was from concentrate, coffee from the nescafe machines very bad with instant milk in it. I could only eat salads and a few basic things. Very big letdown that although they advertise as they have many restaurants as part of the all inclusive apart from the main restaurant they all needed booking. I walked in to check the food in the Italian restaurant but wasn't something you needed booking for,it was only a self service corner with a few basic italian dishes.

The hotel was nice, good facilities, nice swimming pools, room was nice with a sea view, the animation team was excellent.

Large room, food was fresh, a lot of options in terms of salads, fruits, vegetables. The best thing were the pools and the aqua Park which was very appreciated by our 4 year old.

Unpleasant smell in the bathroom every morning which goes away eventually. Some of the female receptionists were not very helpful and made us feel like we were asking them for a favour every time we approached them. The gym needs improvement and an air conditioning. Tennis courts are too expensive to use unless you bring your own tennis racket and balls.

Large room, comfortable beds, very clean. The hotel is great for a family holiday. It offers everything you would expect from an all inclusive hotel and more. The food is restaurant quality. Best entertainment team we have seen in a Bulgarian resort. Very large and clean swimming pool, great aqua park with various slides.

To reserve early in the morning chears in the pool. Although many places are only for the "palace" hotel, there were from the other hotels in the resort, there was no supervisor checking.

The numerous pools, the water temperature in the internal pool, the amazing beach, the water park. There were many activities which cost money, but although i would prefer not paying additional fees, it was incredible that always these additional activities were empty without any queue. We were 1 week and was always what to do, many different activities every day. This hotel was marvelous for us😊!

The billiard bar was a little bit outdated. May be it should be renovated and it would be a nicer place to spend some time. The Italian restaurant is really nothing special. The pizza was okay, as well as the other dishes there but I expected more from it. I'm glad we ate from the main restaurant for most of the nights.

The location is great. It has its own beach for the guests at Sol Palace. The beach is not something special but it is okay if someone prefers it then the pool. The room was very clean and it was cleaned every day. We stayed for 5 nights and the sheets were changed once so it was enough. The lady that cleaned our room was very polite and smiled every time she saw us. One day she arranged the bed with towels made like swans and placed my daughter's dols on the bed and we were very happy when we saw all this. It was really nice. The food in the main restaurant was delicious!!! All the fish and sea foods, all the salads and the other dishes were really delicious and varied. It was very well supplied. They had great fruits and desserts, even food for babies! The pool was great as well. They have a beach bar close to the pool so it's great if you want a drink by the pool. There's a fridge with icecream almost all day. They make donuts and other snacks by the pool.

- The appearance of the room was not a 5* one, but rather of 4*. - no disposable slippers - the curtains (the curtains were not opaque, so it was not possible to darken the room during the day

- the resort was well organised, everyone had a job and the target was to do it as well as possible (so I dare to say there is a great management team) - the pools area was daily cleaned - a lot of sunbeds around the pools (mention: we had our stay at the begining of season) - a lot of attractions and activities for children (including animation team, kids corner, water park) - bottles of water in the room, water dispenser and coffee machine on each floor - special phone number for complaints and suggestions (we had an issue during our stay, so I used the phone line mentioned and the manager offered a quick response in a very proactive way) - very good food, a lot of choises for every taste (even if the hotel was full, there was always food on plates and never waiting lines; lot of choises for snacks too (pizza, icecream, prezels, hotdogs - very big rooms and every day cleaning, very big an confortable beds - beach towels offered for free with the possibility of daily change

We had a nice room in Sol Palace with a sea view, spacious, clean and equipped with everything you need. Flat water dispensers available on each floor of the Sol Palace hotel, bottles and glasses available in the room. The food was good, plenty of options and fresh. At the Italian restaurant, the pizza and desserts are good, but the pasta needs to be improved. Juices served outside meal times should be improved. The children's aqua park is a favorite activity for children, the pools are clean and there are enough sunbeds. Cards for towels can be taken from the reception. The beach is close to the resort, enough sunbeds included for those staying at Sol Palace. We had a pleasant stay.

Pro: Camerele mari, cu baie cu cada si dus. Curatenie zilnica in camere. La restaurant se curata masa dupa fiecare client. Gasesti sezlonguri libere atat la piscina (mai putin la cea cu topogane) cat si la mare.

Contra: Nu am gasit loc de parcare si am fost nevoita sa ma cert un pic la receptie ca sa fiu lalasa sa parchez la hotelul vecin care apartine de acelasi lant hotelier. Ei ma trimiteau sa parchez la o parcare publica. La receptie nu prea se vorbeste engleza. Mancarea cam putina...cam de nivel de hotel de 3stele. Nu mori de foame...dar mi se pare absurd sa servesti aceeasi supa de pui in fiecare zi. La plaja se ajunge coborand vreo 80 de trepte, care apoi, evident, trebuie urcate. plaja foarte mica (dar curata).

Infrastructura hoteliera este impozanta, exteriorul este ca un parc, cu alei umbroase, spatii verzi, sunt activitai pe tot parcursul zilei, apreciez ca fiind recomandat in special pentru cei care au copii. am observat ca se igienizau mesele inainte de a fi utilizate de ali turiti, unii angajati debarasau mesele, alii pregateau masa pentru urmatorii, toi avand manusi. Curaenie in spatiile comune, mai puin in zona de plaja unde mai gaseai dimineaa diverse ambalaje, paharele, etc, iar ezlongurile erau pline de nisip. Un atu este aquapark-ul, dei este foarte aglomerat de cele mai multe ori, iar orarul de funcionare este limitat la 2, 3 sau 4 ore/zi, in funcie de atracie. apreciez ca este de nivelul unui hotel de 4 stele, nu cu mari pretenii, din alte destinaii de vacanta de acelasi gen.

Este un miros urat in camera, parea ca vine de la mocheta. Cand stateai in pat, chiar i cu geamul deschis, mirosul era deranjant. De fapt, a fost cel mai neplacut aspect din toata vacana. i ali turiti cazai au semnalat acelai lucru. Mancarea destul de basic, se repeta aproape in fiecare zi , cu mici variaiuni, niciun preparat mai deosebit. aceeai observaie i pentru restaurantul italian. Capitolul mancare compenseaza insa cu zonele tematice de mancare. Cocktail-urile fara gust, iar cele cu o urma de gust sunt foarte dulci. De preferat sa bei suc simplu. Plaja este ingusta, cu 3 randuri de ezlonguri, apa cu alge in fiecare zi, dar daca treci de aceasta zona de la intrarea in mare, e ok, nisip pe fundul marii. Lipsa unui beach bar este un mare minus, avand in vedere ca este destul de mult de urcat/coborat pana la plaja, iar caldura accentueaza disconfortul. angajaii nu stiu engleza, singurii care vorbesc cat de cat sunt cei de la recepie. asa ca daca e vreo problema sau vreo neclaritate/intrebare, de orice fel sau oriunde prin complex, doar acolo se pot obine informaii.

Mancare diversificata, Restaurantul Italian are mancare foarte buna Echipa de animatie depune mult efort. Sejurul ne-a placut in esenta, vrem doar sa facem cunoscut ce e de stiut.

Hotelul are urme de uzura, mucegai in baie, draperii si perdele sifonate de o vesnicie, personalul e plictisit, uneori se face curatenie in camera, uneori nu, flexibilitate zero, lipsa parcarii, adica nici sa opresti in parcare sa iti descarci bagajele nu e permis fara sa te certi, mobilier uzat si demodat, la ora 23 ne-a luat scaunul sa il puna la loc, chiar daca stateam pe el. totul a fost mai mult decat OK. Hotel cu mobila noua, camere mari curate cu o vedere splendida la mare. Baietelul nostru are 7 ani si nu s-a pus in nici o secunda problema ca nu ar avea ce sa manance. Gasesti orice si chiar daca se consuma, cantitatile se inlocuiesc imediat. asemenea in cazul fetelor de masa, in cazul in care a aparut o mica pata ele se schimba imediat cu unele curate. Personalul din hotel este cunoascator de limba engleza - la receptie nivelul este ireprosabil. La dispozitia turistilor este mancarea vegetariana dar si mai multe feluri de supe si ciorbe. Piscina interioara este cu apa incalzita, cu jaccuzi functional fara plata. Sucurile sunt inclusiv tip nectar adica neacidulate (mere, visine, cirese). Scoicile, pestele, cartofii prajiti, carnea de porc, pui sau vita este preparata in fata voastra pe plite imense amplasate in restaurant. In hotel, camera, restaurant, aC-ul a fost mereu functional. Hotelul dispune de changeoffice la cotatii bune si cateva magazine cu suveniruri care te pot scuti de drumuri prin caldura. Singurul minus este amplasarea sezlongurilor de la mare gratuite - pe o colina si nu pe nisip.Foarte multumiti de intreg sejurul petrecut la Sol Nessebar Palace. Voi reveni cu drag anul urmator!

La un hotel de 5 stele parcarea este foarte mica si am fost nevoiti sa parcam undeva peste drum pe un teren viran...in fata unor blocuri plus ca erau masinile parcate si de-a lungul strazii...noroc ca nu era foarte aglomerat,nu vreau sa ma gandesc unde se parcheaza in sezon.

Foarte multe optiuni de distractie pentru copii, mancare extrem de diversa si sgura pentru copii.

Cafeaua execrabila de la automat. Pentru o cafea buna trebuia sa astept fix opra 10 ca sa se deschida barul din holul hotelului.
