Two new CenterPoint Experience (CPX) options ensure customer safety and accommodate restrictions created in response to COVID-19:

• Customized CPX tours via video conference, with expert support and live demonstrations from a Benco Dental Equipment Specialist and CenterPoint Genius.
• Guided tours with the interactive Matterport platform, which features navigable 3D models, viewing CenterPoint showrooms as photographed in August 2020.

A third option, available at CenterPoint locations in Pittston, Pennsylvania, and Costa Mesa, California, invites dentists to browse remotely. Much like with a videogame, dentists can navigate a robot through the showroom in real time.

Larry Cohen graduated from Wilkes College with a B.S. in Accounting in 1957 and Columbia University Graduate School of Business, earning an M.S. in Management and Finance, 1958. He served in the U. S. Army Reserve from 1958 through 1964.

He is the second-generation owner of Benco Dental Company, which was founded by his father, Benjamin Cohen in 1930.

Joining Benco Dental in 1959 as manager of the Tooth Department, in 1960, Larry became an outside sales rep, a position he enjoyed full time until 1972. Beginning that year, Larry began reducing his outside sales role and increasing his managerial duties, later becoming the president of Benco Dental from 1965 – 1996.

Larry is the Founder of the American Dental Cooperative; Board, American Dental Trade Associate, plus Various ADTA committees. He sits on the Board of Wilkes University, Board of Visiting Nurses Association and the Board of Jewish Community Center.

Another thing- many area dentists look for a reason to do thousands of dollars of work in your mouth- upon intake Dr. Hansen takes the time to get to know you and what level of dental care you are comfortable with- if you want every single thing fixed…you got it. If you’re like me and don’t want to fix it until it needs fixing…you got it! Thank you Dr. Hansen and staff!

I hate dentists I always sit in my car thinking about if I even want to go because of the anxiety I get from dental work. My first time going into Dr clay Hansen’s office I was shaking when opening the front door but once I got in and talked to the staff I felt like I was at my grandpa’s old practice and my anxiety diminished little by little. By the time my appointment was done it made my view on the dentist change. Now I can go in there with little to no anxiety knowing that I’m taken care of. Thank you.

Best experience at a dentistry office I’ve ever had. Cleaning was fast and efficient and the staff were courteous, friendly, and informative. Highly recommend.

I love going here, they really take care of you and make sure you are comfortable. I absolutely love going to the dentist now! My son (age 9 now) has been going here since he was 5, he’s never been afraid or worried about having them look and clean his teeth. With their new renovations every room has their own water line and suction; and the new chairs are so comfortable I almost fell asleep last time while they were cleaning. The staff is so nice and welcoming, I have always felt taken care of here.

Thank you for fitting me in for a tooth repair. I am one of your patients who probably has a big TLC on her file, and your gentleness and kindness is much appreciated – not just with Dr. Hansen, but with his entire staff.

I appreciate that the secretary got me in at 2:20pm. I arrived on time, but I forgot to bring my night guard with me! So the dental assistant let me go back home and retrieve it since I live close by. She was still nice when I came back quickly. She used the grinding tool 4 times at my request to smooth out the surface of the night guard, and she answered my questions also. I really appreciate the care I received. Thank you!

Dr. Hansen went far above and beyond my expectations. He agreed to see me on an emergency basis when his office was closed for vacation to do an extraction for an incredibly painful toothache. The work done was first rate. When the pain returned after the deadening wore off, he had me come to the office int he evening to give me another dose. Once again, Dr Hansen accommodated a dental emergency for me and saved the day. Im not good at reviews, but I had to do something this time. Based on research I did online, I selected Dr Hansen to see for a dental checkup. It was the right decision. From my first encounter with Marnie at the front desk to my dental exam by Dr Hansen, the staff was kind, knowledgeable and professional. Keisha (sp?) did a great job cleaning my teeth, explaining everything as she went. Dr Hansen was a personable, thoughtful gentleman who listened to my concerns and came up with a plan to address those. I highly recommend Dr Hansen for dental needs!

The nurse I had was really cool, or Dentist assistant and I was taken care of pretty well. Hard to get to since I’m not from Moscow but I appreciate the membership club 🙂

Dr Jordan Simon

Dr. Jordan Simon is the primary dentist at Century Dental’s Roaring Brook Township office.

Dr. Jordan Simon is a native of the Wyoming Valley, having graduated from Wyoming Area High School. She received a Bachelor of Science degree from East Stroudsburg University in Biology with a minor in Chemistry, where she was the first graduate to attend dental school. Dr. Simon attended the Midwestern University School of Dentistry in Glendale, AZ, where she received her Doctorate of Dental Medicine in 2018. She has worked at various offices in the Wyoming Valley and in addition to now being the primary dentist in the Moscow office she is also employed at Luzerne County Community College where she is a doctor in the Hygiene Clinic as well as a teacher for the EFDA Program.

Dr. Simon is a graduate from Midwestern University School of Dentistry located in Glendale, AZ.

When asked why she chose dentistry Dr. Simon said, “I’ve always wanted to make a difference in someone’s life and the first thing you notice about someone is usually their teeth. I just want to be able to give someone their smile back.” Currently Dr. Simon resides in West Pittston with her dog Lucy.

When she is not putting her patients first, Dr. Simon enjoys walks with her dog, doing puzzles, watching the Georgia Bulldogs, and spending time with her family and friends.

Below you’ll find your program’s tuition & fees. Your tuition accounts and the College’s receivables are maintained by the Office of the Bursar. This includes reviewing charges and payments, issuing refunds, collection activities, and providing support and guidance to create a seamless experience for our students. We’re here to help you! All on-campus students must have health insurance when enrolled in this program . If you do not have health insurance, you can enroll through Touro's student health insurance plan .

Cost of Attendance

Along with tuition, students should estimate the overall cost of completing an academic year - or the Cost of Attendance (COA) - in your program.

The COA – or student budget – not only lets you see the big picture costs of your degree, but also serves to determine your financial needs and the amount of aid (federal loans and scholarships) for which you may qualify.

COA includes:

• Direct costs expenses that are paid directly to the University, such as tuition, fees, and on-campus housing and food.
• Indirect costs expenses not paid directly to the University, such as off-campus housing and food, transportation, personal expenses, books, and supplies.

Health Insurance - All on-ground students attending the Touro College of Dental Medicine must carry comprehensive health insurance for the benefit of the university community. View the Touro Student Health Insurance Plan , for enrollment, and waiver request information.

Your COA, and subsequent financial aid eligibility, is determined and calculated based on the academic year (semesters you are enrolled in classes).
