It was the Professionalism way that they handled my trip with a lot of problems on my end as a disabled person I had to get Hospital clearance to travel. Then problem after problem they stayed with me and gave me what assistance was needed for that I will always be grateful.

Highly recommend to book with blue lotus vacations. Arij was really helpful when booking our trip to Iceland. He found the best prices for us including flights hotel and excursions. While we was in Iceland one of our excursions to the blue lagoon got cancelled due to bad weather. Blue lotus immediately sorted us out a new excursion to the sky lagoon to save the day being ruined Could not fault any off the staff at blue lotus as they were all really helpful from start to finish Will be definitely booking our next trip with them

Analyn BLVUK REP was very helpful as far as her company is concerned but just having a little bit of disappointment when it comes to booking my plane seat being retired and wheelchair user. The airline company Sadia neglects to offer me next to aisle seat. Otherwise BLVuk is ok

very good service! very accomodating agent named analyn marinas! patient all the way and really caters my request . not obliging me to commit straight away which is good , it gives us time to think, unlike any other agency who pressure you to purchase once you asked for a quote. and another thing i liked, is that, she helped me find the cheapest option that i only can afford. with other agency, they don't care if it's expensive for the customers as long as they sell.very polite! i would definitely book here in my future travels again. thank you miss analyn! mrs. gavan

Hi there I would just like to thank blue lotus for a great package deal to Euro Disney.. everything was great from transfers , hotel , park tickets, I'd especially like to thank HANNAH and SHAUNA ..who dealt with everything I had a blip on the 2nd day which was completely my fault in trying to enter park on wrong tickets , I initially was told at park it must be company's error but it was MINE but Blue Loyus were great replying to messages an even calling me despite it been quite late to try get things sorted . I apologise for my error NOT yours.. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone looking to book a break or holiday.. they were kind and helpful .. thankyou all an I hope to book with you again....THANKS

This is the second time I’ve used BLV for my flights to Vancouver. Both times I got excellent service but this time Yaz went above and beyond and got me a really good price. Don’t waste your time and money trying to buy flights on line yourself give Yaz a call and he’ll take the hassle out and save you money!

Big Ask Great Results

With a very short notice and a big ask about finding a flight the very next week. I was pleasantly surprised to get a flight at all and it even helped that it was within my budget. 10/10 For Myrna’s Customer Service.
