Stopped by for gas. Went to pay cash. Gas pump was not functioning properly. 11/1/23 around 10a.m. Store tenant was not only exceptionally rude and short with me. Treated me like I did not know what i was doing. First time at this store. Will never go back. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Their gas pump charged me .40 before it started pumping gas. The cashier acted like it was no big deal and said "I know but I will have to put in a work order". I am not worried about my $.40 but $.40 for every customer sure does add up to a lot of money stolen from their customers. No intention of putting out of order sign on it or anything. No attempt of apology or compilation.
They just lost my business. I used to get gas there. They have changed their policy to "Pay before Pumping". NO EXCEPTIONS! I write checks or carry cash. I try not to used my debit card for several reasons. I asked if I could leave my license or check book at the counter, while I got gas and it was a definite NO. I don't know what I will pay until I am done. The products they carry are so overly priced that it isn't worth it to even stop by.
