The UNWTO Webinar on ‘Overtourism’? – Understanding and Managing Urban Tourism Growth beyond Perceptions will present UNWTO’s ongoing research on the perception of residents towards city tourism and propose 11 strategies and 68 measures to help understand and manage visitor’s growth in urban settings.

The Webinar will discuss how to manage urban tourism to the benefit of visitors and residents alike by providing examples from 18 case studies across the Americas, Asia and the Pacific and Europe on how cities are implementing the following 11 strategies to manage growing tourism flows.
