I was not lucky. This TA Center's technicians and front desk is full of attitudes. I hope I hit a cool TA travel next and get skilled and knowledgeable technicians.

Every TA through the nation . There is someone or something that doesn't work . This case why advertise breakfast at certain time when you arrive early enough for breakfast they stop serving at 10:30 . We were there at 10am . And breakfast menu up . He said we're out breakfast. Very disappointed in TA now, the services .

Take exit 62 to get here off Interstate 24. It has 1 big restaurant called Country Pride Restaurant plus 2 fast food restaurants which are Popeyes and Burger King. It has a lottery vending machine where you can buy scratch offs to win money which I bought one for $2 and of course won nothing. On Scene: I noticed the cashier leaning up against the back wall do nothing but watching customers come in. It seems to be a very busy Truck Stop and it looks like a "convoy" of 18 wheelers pulling into this Truck Stop. Of course cars and pickups can come here too. But, finding a parking place can be challenging for all of us including, cars, pickups and 18 wheelers. CB Equipment and Accessories: If you want to buy a CB, this is the place to buy one. They have high quality CBs and CB accessories. This includes antennas and accessories you need to hook them up. After buying a CB, I recommend having a professional from a CB shop to set the SWRs. This is an adjustment between the CB and the CB antenna. This has to be done for the CB to operate correctly. If not, equipment damage can occur. The cashier didn't speak to me during my purchase. He seemed to want to avoid eye contact. However, I would visit again as their Country Pride restaurant seemed like something I might want to try out one day.

If your looking for DOT physical it's a 110$, but he will only do it for 90 days and requires a sleep test. I've been same height and weight 6 years, just another way to milk us. Stay away

I stopped into this Travelcenters of America for gas and was delighted to find clean bathrooms, friendly staff, lots of variety of drinks, snacks, etc... They even had massage chairs inside also. Additionally, they had a food court which was neat. Overall, good experience and a good place to stop for convenience.

After renovations looks really nice. New fast foods restaurants really good. Well after many years TA needs renew them self. Good job.Thanks TA. Philly Cheese streaks is delicious!!!

All restrooms closed for cleaning. No coffee in any of the machines. Employees standing around behind counter trying out perfume and cologne. Simply amazing that absolutely nothing is ready and it is lunchtime. Wonderful way to run a TA.

Used to be a decent place to stop, now they just wanna see how much money they can shake outta your pockets . The truckers attorney has a stand set up the minute you come in from the fuel island side, ya that's what I want some pencil pusher asking for more money when I'm tired or hungry. I really wanna mess with someone like that!!!! Too many paid parking spots in what used to be free!!! SMH Apparently serving the drivers no longer the mission here!! Some times there's a rent a cop sometimes he's playing on his phone and doesn't care about the parking!! I only come here if I have no other choice!!!!

I'm not exactly sure how to compare a truck stop to any other truck stop, but ill do my best. Here it goes: Location: great. Right off the interstate. Prices: wonderful. right on par with competing stations in the area Selection: good amount of travel snacks and drinks Restrooms: clean and orderly. this is the big variable with these places. Gas: filled the truck up and ran well All in all, a solid choice if you are traveling through and having a hard time choosing which gas station you should go to.

This place is slower than the DMV. Swear everytime I come in there's a long line and disgruntled employees. Make some changes man.

They said it would be another hour and a half before they got to me. I said ok no problem. 5 hours later they still haven't started on my truck. Apparently, they didnt have enough techs then they put the wrong oil in some guy’s truck so they had to redo that. All the while, there has been zero communication. I couldve gone home for a few hours to be with my family while i waited, or just gotten here at 5pm. Not how I wanted to spend my one day off. Unbelievable. … – show 0 0 Reply

TravelCenters of America and NATSO Foundation Work to Enhance Safety for Roadside Service Technicians

HAAS Alert Now Installed on all TA Truck Service Roadside Vehicles

WESTLAKE, OH - TravelCenters of America (TA), in conjunction with the NATSO Foundation, is pleased to announce a new initiative implemented to significantly enhance the safety of TA’s Emergency Roadside Assistance technicians who repair commercial vehicles along the Interstate Highway System.

All TA Truck Service Emergency Roadside Assistance (ERA) vehicles are now equipped with the HAAS Alert Safety Cloud® digital alerting platform, a software that sends “slow down” and “move over” alerts to oncoming drivers when an ERA vehicle activates its flashing lights and is stopped alongside a roadway. These digital alerts are sent directly to drivers using popular navigation apps like Waze and Apple Maps, and through the infotainment screens of 2018 and newer Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles.

“HAAS Alert’s real-time digital notifications provide a safer work environment for the thousands of team members who provide emergency roadside services to professional drivers in need of help,” said Debi Boffa, TA CEO. “Safety is our top priority, and we are extremely proud to drastically improve roadside working conditions and better protect both our team members and professional drivers.”

The NATSO Foundation in 2023 unveiled a strategic partnership with HAAS Alert to enhance safety for the industry’s roadside service technicians. Under this program, the NATSO Foundation aims to connect HAAS Alert with the nation’s vast network of truck stop and travel center locations.

“We are pleased that TA is implementing the software into its ERA vehicles,” said Lisa Mullings, NATSO Foundation President. “By reminding drivers to comply with Move Over laws, we can significantly decrease risk, making highways safer for all.”
