Vltava Run 2024 patří k nejznámějším českým běžeckým závodům. Podívejte se na letošní trasu a úseky tohoto štafetového závodu, jaká je cena za registraci, výsledky, historie a další zajímavosti.

Běžecký štafetový závod Vltava Run 2024 se letos koná už pojedenácté, opět je rozdělený do tři kategorií. Na rozdíl od Maratonu Praha ho neběží jeden člověk v kuse, ale v rámci jednoho týmu se může vystřídat až 12 běžců.

Závod Vltava Run 2024

Letošní závod Vltava Run 2024 se koná o druhém květnovém víkendu, poběží se celkem 36 úseků.

Vltava Run trasa

Vltava Run trasa začíná stejně jako loňský rok na Šumavě na stadionu běžeckého lyžování Zadov – Churáňov, konec je v Praze ve sportovním areálu Hamr Braník. 360 km dlouhá trasa je rozdělena na 36 úseků, každý tak má kolem 10 km.

Pokud jste se chtěli letošního závodu zúčastnit, bylo potřeba si pospíšit. Vltava Run 2024 registrace začala 1. listopadu 2023 a všechna místa byla obsazena ještě ten samý den.

Letos se cena malinko navýšila, poplatek za jeden tým byl 25 200 Kč. Celkem se tento rok mohlo zaregistrovat maximálně 310 týmů. V jednom týmu může být minimálně 6, maximálně 12 běžců.

Na závod se mohly přihlásit i firemní týmy, které tak mohou v rámci závodů propagovat svoji značku. Jejich startovné ale bylo vyšší, od 65 000 Kč za balíček Basic přes 105 000 Kč za balíček Plus po 125 000 Kč za Full Service (ceny jsou bez DPH).

Vltava Run čtyřka

Letos je možné zúčastnit se také speciálního závodu Vltava Run čtyřka. I v tomto případě se jedná o běžecký štafetový závod, oproti hlavní akci se zde ale běží pouze poslední 4 úseky. Běžci navíc jednotlivé úseky absolvují ve dvojici.

Závodu se mohou účastnit čtyřčlenné týmy bez ohledu na pohlaví, start je 12. května v 7:00 v Rabyni a cíl stejně jako u hlavních závodů v Praze Braníku. Cena startovného je 4 000 Kč, registrace je od 22.2. 2024 otevřena pro 50 týmů.

Některé běžecké závody se vysílají v přímém přenosu v televizi, to ale neplatí pro Vltava Run 2024, který je přece jenom specifický. V minulosti se v televizi objevily alespoň krátké reportáže na ČT sport , Vltava Run live streamy nebo přímé přenosy ale v plánu nejsou.

RunTour se blíží, registrováno už je na 800 sportovců

Letošní třináctý ročník seriálu, kterého se pravidelně kromě hobby běžců účastní také řada špičkových českých i zahraničních běžců, má i letos vypsány délky běhu 10 km (možno i štafeta 2 × 5 km nebo 4 × 2,5 km – start je ve 14.30 hod.), 5 km (start v 13 hod.) a 3 km (start ve 12 hod.). Seriál RunTour nabízí také kategorii pro dvojice. Stačí, aby si každý ze dvou účastníků vybral jinou RunTour trať z výběru 5 a 10 km. Dvojice (dospělý/dospělý) mohou být i stejného pohlaví. Také je možno se přihlásit na rodinný tandem (dospělý/dítě) v rámci závodu na 3 km. Dětské běhy celý běžecký den začnou od 10 hod. a přinesou závody na 500 m a 1 000 m.

Registrovat se na závod v Kopřivnici (i na další závody série) je možné on-line na webu závodu www.run-tour.cz, kde také najdete všechny důležité informace k RunTour 2024 – ke startovnému, k rodinným slevám nebo k titulu Zlatý RunTour Master za všech osm odběhnutých závodů. ČEZ RunTour však není jen o běhání. Je také o pomoci druhým. Každý rok se vybírá finanční příspěvek na charitativní účely. Letos půjde 50 korun z každého startovného na dobrou věc. Navíc také může kterýkoliv účastník či fanoušek přispět i dobrovolným příspěvkem v jakékoliv výši a podpořit ty, kteří to potřebují.

NA JAKÉ ZÁVODY SE MŮŽEŠ REGISTROVAT A JAKÁ MĚSTA TĚ ČEKAJÍ?

Města, ve kterých se běhá, zůstanou stejná s výjimkou jednoho. Po letech opouštíme z Ostravu, která i přes atraktivní prostředí byla nejméně zaplněným závodem a náklady na její organizaci nepřiměřeně rostly. Na půdě Moravskoslezského kraje však nadále zůstáváme, těšit se můžete na závod v Kopřivnici, který byl běžci skvěle hodnocený, je na zajímavém místě a slibujeme, že se pokusíme trošku zjednodušit trať :) Finální termínovka je níže:

• U posledních 3 závodů se může termín ještě lehce změnit (vždy ale v rámci daného měsíce).

PROČ JSME ODEŠLI Z OSTRAVY?

Z každého města se nám vždy odchází těžko. U Ostravy to byla kombinace tří faktorů – produkční náklady na tento závod neúměrně rostly, neměli jsme již podporu od města a v Ostravě (přestože je to krásný a zajímavý areál) bylo na startu nejméně lidí.

Dlouhodobě se ale snažíme města RunTour točit a měnit, aby nebyla pořád stejná, takže je možné, že se do Ostravy ještě někdy vrátíme.

DISTANCE – 10 KM, 5 KM, 3 KM, 1000 M, 500 M a NOVINKA!

To jsou distance, které znáš a které máme připravené pro příští rok. Jsme závod s pohodovou a rodinnou atmosférou, který je určen primárně pro začátečníky, rodiny s dětmi a hobíky. Pro mnohé z nich je ČEZ RunTour jejich prvním běžeckým závodem. A proto se i v dalších letech budeme zaměřovat na tyto kratší distance. Ale novinku pro tebe přeci jen máme! :)

NOVINKA – ŠTAFETA!

V rámci 10kilometrového závodu zařazujeme nově i štafety. Vybrat si můžeš dvoučlenné (2×5 km) nebo čtyřčlenné (4×2,5 km) štafety. Na štafety se můžeš registrovat již nyní, podrobná pravidla přineseme po novém roce.

Štafety jsou skvělým řešením pro firmy, rodiny nebo kamarády, kteří chtějí závod absolvovat spolu. Člen štafety již nebude zařazen do výsledků jednotlivých závodů a celkového hodnocení sezóny, účast ve štafetě se mu ale bude počítat do ocenění „RunTour Master“.

KAPACITY ZÁVODŮ

Kapacity jednotlivých závodů jsme stanovili dle oblíbenosti jednotlivých tratí. Závod na 3 KM bude mít kapacitu 300 běžců, závod PUMA RUN 5 KM 600 běžců, závod ČEZ RUN 10 KM 500 běžců a štafety 100 běžců. Na závodě v Praze budou tyto kapacity dvojnásobné.

A protože jsme rádi, že s námi běhají i děti a s radostí sledujeme, že hrdě nosí medaile, pro které si doběhly, rozhodli jsme se, že ani v příštím roce nebudeme omezovat kapacitu u dětí. Zkrátka, budeme rádi, když nám dětští běžci budou stále přibývat. Kvůli bezpečnosti ale stanovíme maximální počet, který můžeme v jednu chvíli pustit na trať.

TÉMA SEZÓNY 2023

Tématem sezóny 2023 bude duševní zdraví. I my vnímáme, že poslední roky nebyly pro nás všechny zrovna jednoduché. A protože není důležité pouze běhat a být ve skvělé fyzické formě, ale být v pohodě i psychicky, rozhodli jsme se, že toto téma budeme reflektovat do jednotlivých závodů a prvků letošní sezóny. Každý závod bude mít své vlastní téma, které brzy představíme. Jako letošní barvy jsme zvolili uklidňující pastelové barvy a na každém závodě také k danému tématu bude připravena speciální aktivace. Zkrátka, máš se na co těšit! :)

I v roce 2023 budeš na našich vizuálech potkávat smajlíky, které znázorňují krásné emoce našich běžců. Ale novinkou a výraznějším prvkem budou symboly jednotlivých měst. Ty jsme stanovili s ohledem na to, kde se ČEZ RunTour v daném městě běží. V Brně je tedy symbolem ikonická kotva na brněnské přehradě, v Pardubicích kůň, který znázorňuje dostihové závodiště a například v Kopřivnici je to legendární Tatra 603.

CROMWELL, Conn. (AP) — Six climate protesters stormed the 18th green while the leaders were lining up their putts for the final hole of regulation at the PGA Tour’s Travelers Championship on Sunday, spraying smoke and powder and delaying the finish for about five minutes.

The protesters waved smoke bombs that left white and red residue on the putting surface before Scottie Scheffler, Tom Kim and Akshay Bhatia finished their rounds. Some wore white T-shirts with the words “NO GOLF ON A DEAD PLANET” in black lettering on the front.

“I was scared for my life,” Bhatia said. “I didn’t even really know what was happening. ... But thankfully the cops were there and kept us safe, because that’s, you know, that’s just weird stuff.”

The PGA Tour issued a statement thanking the Cromwell Police Department “for their quick and decisive action” and noting that there was no damage to the 18th green that affected either the end of regulation or the playoff hole.

Scheffler, who was arrested during a traffic stop at the PGA Championship , also praised the officers.

“From my point of view, they got it taken care of pretty dang fast, and so we were very grateful for that,” said Scheffler, the world’s No. 1 player, who beat Kim on the first hole of a sudden-death playoff for his sixth victory of the year.

“When something like that happens, you don’t really know what’s happening, so it can kind of rattle you a little bit,” Scheffler said. “That can be a stressful situation, and you would hate for the tournament to end on something weird happening because of a situation like that. I felt like Tom and I both tried to calm each other down so we could give it our best shot there on 18.”

Extinction Rebellion, an activist group with a history of disrupting events around the world, claimed responsibility for the protest. In a statement emailed to The Associated Press, the group blamed climate change for an electrical storm that injured two people at a home near the course on Saturday.

“This was of course due to increasingly unpredictable and extreme weather conditions,” the statement said. “Golf, more than other events, is heavily reliant on good weather. Golf fans should therefore understand better than most the need for strong, immediate climate action.”

After the protesters were tackled by police and taken off, Scheffler left a potential 26-foot clincher from the fringe on the right edge of the cup, then tapped in for par. Kim, who trailed by one stroke heading into the final hole, sank a 10-foot birdie putt to tie Scheffler and force the playoff.

Kim said the protest took his mind off the pressure.

“It kind of slowed things down,” he said. “It took the meaning of the putt away for a second. Because for the past 17 and a half holes all you’re thinking about is golf, and suddenly when that happens your mind goes into a complete — like, you’re almost not even playing golf anymore. I thought it was a dream for a second.”

The crowd surrounding the 18th green heckled the protesters by yelling profanities and cheered the police who intervened. After the players putted out in regulation, workers with leaf blowers came out to clean off the remaining powder.

The hole location was moved for the playoff, which was also on No. 18. Scheffler parred the first hole of sudden death to win.

“They left a lot of marks on the greens, which is not right for us players — especially when two guys are trying to win a golf tournament,” Kim said. “But I’m very grateful for the tour and the tour security for handling that really well and making us players feel a lot safer.”

Paul Magnier takes second ahead of Hamish Beadle

Julian Alaphilippe (Soudal-QuickStep) won a rain-soaked stage 3 at the Tour de Slovakia . It was a 1-2 for the Soudal-QuickStep team as Paul Magnier took second place, while Hamish Beadle (Novo Nordisk).

Anders Foldager (Jayco AlUla), who won the second stage, finished in a group 16 seconds behind the stage winner, but maintained his overall race lead. Alaphilippe moved up three positions in the GC standings to second, now just 10 seconds back of Foldager heading into stage 4's hilly 183.5km race from Partizánske to Ružomberok on Saturday.

“I am delighted I could keep the tradition going and make it seven consecutive years that we won at least a stage in Okolo Slovenska," aid Alaphilippe after Soudal-QuickStep’s 15th stage victory in Slovakia. "The guys did a fantastic job today, and in the finale, I just felt it was a good opportunity to try something and surprise the others. 

"I went all-out and I’m happy I could pull it off. The fact that we finished 1-2 makes it even more beautiful. I made a nice jump in the standings after this win, but I’m not thinking of the GC at the moment."

The third stage at the Tour de Slovakia was a lumpy 161km from Piešťany to Dubnica nad Váhom, which included three categorised ascents at Hruba Stana (0.5km at 5.2%), Dubrava (4.5km at 5.1%), and Hrabovka (1.3km at 5.5%) and nearly 70km of primarily flat roads on the way to the finish in Dubnica nad Váhom.

An early breakaway emerged that included Sam Gademan (VolkerWessels), Žiga Horvat (Hrinkow), Dominik Dunár (Dukla), Tomáš Kalojíros (Pierre Baguette) and Martin Jurík (Adria).

The five riders immediately pushed their lead out to 1:20, and the gap continued to increase to nearly three minutes just 25km into the race.

Horvat picked up the first mountain points over Hruba Stana. Their gap fluctuated but ultimately reached a maximum of 3:25 at the 75km mark as Horvat, again, took the mountain points over the top of the Dubrava ascent.

The skies opened to rain, making the roads slippery, which caused several mid-race crashes.

From the breakaway, Kalojíros took the final mountain points over Hrabovka. They splintered apart on the run-in to Dubnica nad Váhom, and they were all eventually caught at 15km out.

The last kilometre of the course was technical, with a straight final 300 metres to the line, expected to suit a punchy rider.

Soudal-Quickstep moved to the front of the field with three kilometres to go, which served as a launching pad for Alaphilippe to make his winning attack inside the final kilometre and take the stage win.

Taylor Swift made it through three Eras tour shows in London without once playing “London Boy,” the deep cut from her 2019 album Lover . The sentiment of the record hasn’t aged all that well, but looking ahead at her three-show run beginning in Ireland tonight, “You know I love a Dublin boy” has a better ring to it, anyway. Ahead of Swift’s string of performances at Aviva Stadium, the musician received a welcome gift from U2 , her self-proclaimed “Irish Fan Club.”

Protestors invade PGA Tour final round at Travelers Championship

Climate change protestors invaded the final round of the PGA Tour event on Sunday.

The Travelers Championship in Cromwell, Conn., had to be briefly delayed by the group that ran out from the crowd on the 18th green.

The drama began on the 18th hole, with Tom Kim trailing Scottie Scheffler by a stroke and needing a birdie — and Scheffler par — to force a playoff. Kim hit what had to be one of the best approach shots of his life from 131 yards out — the third bounce on the green landed an inch to the right of the cup, and settled 10 feet away.

As Scheffler was lining up his first putt five protestors stormed the 18th green from all angles. They were quickly apprehended by local police and pinned to the green before being taken away, but not before leaving white and red colored residue on the green.

Kim made his birdie putt to force the playoff, but tournament officials determined to move the pin position for the playoff, taking it closer to the front edge of the green and away from the most significant damage.

“The security guards were tackling people and people were getting arrested, like it’s just, it’s really hard to see nowadays,” Kim said. “… It kind of felt like it took my mind off of the moment and just kind of realized what was happening and obviously even though those people did something bad, you still don’t want them to get hurt … the police are trying to protect the players and stuff, I get it, but you still don’t want people to get hurt and I think it just kind of personally just took my mind away from golf a little bit and worried about something else.”

Extinction Rebellion took credit for the protest, citing a lightning strike that injured two fans during Saturday’s round at Travelers as an example of “increasingly unpredictable and extreme weather conditions.”

“We are all watching the climate catastrophe unfold at warp speed. Our relatively mild disruption of the Travelers Championship calls attention to nature’s much more severe and long-lasting disruptions,” said Miles Grant, a spokesperson for Extinction Rebellion, in a statement.

Korea’s Tom Kim hopes to cap an exhilarating nine-week tournament run on a winning note when he tees up at the Rocket Mortgage Classic at the Detroit Golf Club this week.

The 22-year-old Asian star finished second at last week’s Travelers Championship after losing in a playoff to World No. 1 Scottie Scheffler, in addition to a tied fourth-place finish at the RBC Canadian Open earlier this month.

“Obviously it was a really good week last week,” said Kim. “We did everything we could to try and get the win. Me and Scottie both beat the field by two, which I think is really hard to do at this level, at the depth of field. And with one of my closest friends to be able to kind of play for a trophy, it's never happened for me before, so to share that experience with him was really cool. It's unfortunate for me to lose,” said Kim.

Two years ago, Kim finished solo seventh in the US $9.2 million Detroit tournament for his first top-10 on U.S. soil, which proved to be his launchpad to stardom. He went on to win his first PGA TOUR tournament at the Wyndham Championship, produced a standout performance in his Presidents Cup debut for the International Team and then won the Shriners Children’s Open at the end of 2022 and 2023.

He began his 2024 campaign with a lot of made cuts but it was only in Canada that he registered his first top-10 of the season before last week’s high finish where he led the Signature tournament for the first three days before being piped at the post by his close friend. “It’s just kind of where my game has been, it's nice to see the results just kind of come into play,” said Kim, the World No. 16.

“I think everything's just kind of coming together. I felt like it (his game) was in a really good state the whole year, but just haven't seen really good results. I think that's kind of why I'm on this stretch was to kind of just kind of get my game a lot sharper because when you can do it at home and you can't do it out here, there's actually no point. I'm very fortunate that it has shown and how my game has trended the right way,” he added.

He also credited his partnership with veteran caddie, Paul Tesori, for steadying the ship whenever he sails into rough waters. “It's definitely become a lot more than just a caddie-player relationship," Kim said. "Obviously he and I have the same faith, which is really, really cool. So perspective-wise, if I'm having a tough day on the golf course, the perspectives that he can give is very different from what I've had.

“Instead of just saying, hey, just a tough day on the golf course, he can definitely like just show a lot of the biblical stuff and it really helps me personally when it gets tough. Just to kind of see last week and the good finishes, because we've been working really, really hard to kind of just play well and to kind of see that and share the same perspectives when good things happen, it's really special.”

As he seeks a career fourth TOUR victory, he acknowledged that he picks up valuable lessons when he endures close misses as with last week’s playoff loss.

“I felt like I've learned a lot more from my failures, or not failures but like tough weeks and like runner-up finishes because I feel like there's just so much more to gain," Kim said. "Only one guy wins the trophy and everyone else goes home. Victories are so much fun, that's why you play golf, to lift up some trophies. I had 24 birdies and two bogeys and the two bogeys came from two three-putts. Man, if I could save one of those shots, I win the golf tournament by one. I feel there's so much more to gain when you have weeks like that. It's a positive week, but you always look at it as OK, how can I do better. You feed off so much and I think that's how you keep adding up good weeks and adding up your successes and leads to winning big golf tournaments.”

Kevin Zeitler Film Review: Experienced Guard Helps Lions' Run Game

One of the biggest strengths of the Detroit Lions over their successful run has been the offensive line.

Despite losing a key piece of that line in Jonah Jackson , who inked a new contract with the Los Angeles Rams this offseason, the Lions appear to have a strong replacement in veteran Kevin Zeitler. The veteran, who has played 12 NFL seasons across four teams, can play a big part in sustaining the Lions' success up front.

He carries an element of veteran savvy and will likely slot in on the right side next to Penei Sewell. With his vast array of experience , he will be expected to contribute at a high level in Detroit's high-powered offensive attack.

Here is a review of Zeitler 's film from the 2023 season, with analysis of his performance as both a run- and pass-blocker.

Run-blocking

Zeitler appears to be a strong fit for the Lions at the right guard position, as he is a hard-worker in the run game. Despite being a 12-year vet, he is one of the league's most durable blockers who still moves at a good pace.

Baltimore's offensive scheme is different than Detroit, but much of the blocking concepts will remain the same. While the Lions won't rely on the quarterback run nearly as much, they make their money on the ground much like the Ravens are ground-oriented.

Zeitler earned a 62.4 run-blocking grade from Pro Football Focus. Among his best performances was against the Houston Texans in the AFC Divisional Round, where PFF gave him a season-high 82.8 mark in this category.

On this rep, he is tasked with paving the run lane for running back Justice Hill. Though it looks simple, he as the responsibility of driving his assignment far enough to create a running lane for the back to attack through the middle of the field.

Zeitler does just that, allowing Hill to run off his backside and make a cut into the middle of the field.

Earlier in the year, a clip against the Steelers offers a glimpse of what Zeitler can do as a puller up front. With trap plays being a big part of the Lions ' offense, this rep offers an idea of how the veteran will fit up front.

Here, he pulls across the formation as part of a outside sweep play the Ravens are utilizing. He is the first guy through and is tasked with turning the most dangerous defender, or whichever tries to cross his face first, inside the play to open up the outside.

Linebacker Nick Herbig is the defender who Zeitler takes care of. Herbig in part washes himself down into the play with a less than ideal pursuit angle, but Zeitler does a nice job of finishing him off and allowing Gus Edwards to run for a big gain.

Pass-blocking

Of the two areas, Zeitler was stronger in pass-protection last season. He earned an 82.3 overall mark in this category and allowed a total of 21 pressures on 608 pass-rush snaps, according to PFF.

A big part of successful pass-protection is unison between a player's hands and feet. While an initial punch with the hands is very important, it's also pivotal for a player to have a strong base with their feet and drive without giving up leverage.

Against the Texans on this rep, Zeitler does a good job of recovering after initially being popped by the rushing defender. He stands his ground, regaining an advantage by getting his feet under him, and is ultimately able to pop the defender backwards as Lamar Jackson gets rid of the ball.

Another key element of pass-protection is adaptability. With defenses employing different stunts and measures to get to the quarterback , it's important for linemen to communicate and pass off their respective assignments to their teammates.

Zeitler does a good job of this on a rep against the Steelers, as the right side of the offensive line is in sync with one another against the Pittsburgh pass-rush. On the snap, the right tackle Patrick Mekari picks up T.J. Watt while Zeitler takes on defensive tackle Montravius Adams.

When Adams attacks Zeitler's inside shoulder, he passes him off to center Tyler Linderbaum and quickly jumps to help Mekari with Watt before Jackson gets rid of the ball. It's an impressive display of the necessary adjustments and communication that must be made on every single play.

Moscow is not only the capital city of Russia, it is the heart of the country’s political, economic, and cultural life. Perched on the banks of the Moscow River, the city of 15+ million is known for its rich architecture — from the colorful domes of St. Basil’s Cathedral to the Federation Tower, the largest skyscraper in Europe, reflecting a mix of Moscow’s colorful history. Our guide to running in Moscow reflects the grand scale of the city’s layout, which features a series of ‘ring roads’ and a ‘ring’ subway, radiating from the Kremlin.

Running in Moscow has its contrasts: it is one of the greenest cities in Europe, with many parks, but can also be a challenge due to the air pollution, traffic, busy streets lacking a shoulder, and tough surfaces in winter. But there are actually some wonderful running spots. The most popular is Gorky Park and the adjoining Moscow River embankment paths. We’ve also designed two ‘runseeing’ tours: one highlighting the Red Square area, and the other a lovely 10k through a series of linear parks along the inner ring road, passing many important Moscow sites. In the more modern Presnensky business district, there’s some nice running on river paths and some linear parks. For some real green space, there are some great parks for running: extensive Solniki  and Pokrovskoye Streshnevo parks;  Filevsky and Suvorov parks in western Moscow; and Severnoye Tushino, Riverport, and Druzhby parks in the northwestern part of the city.

Public transport in Moscow is excellent, with an extensive metro, bus, and light rail system. One other note about running in Moscow: the city is famous for its harsh, snowy winters. This can make running beautiful or unpleasant and challenging, depending on conditions and your perspective!

Vltava Run je zajímavý týmový štafetový závod, který se běží ze Šumavy až do Prahy. Celá trasa měří přes 360 kilometrů a každoročně je o tento závod obrovský zájem.

Známý štafetový běžecký závod, to je Vltava Run. Letos se uskuteční už 11. ročník, znovu uvidíme 3 kategorie. Zvládnete poskládat tým o 6 až 12 běžcích a postavíte se na start i vy?

Start je na stadionu běžeckého lyžování Zadov - Churáňov na Šumavě, cíl pak na okraji Prahy, v areálu Hamr Braník. Kategorie jsou jako obvykle tři:

• A: mix 10 - 12 běžců bez rozdílu pohlaví
• B: mix 6 - 9 běžců bez rozdílu pohlaví
• C: kategorie ženy

Tento závod má poměrně malou kapacitu a zároveň je hodně oblíbený, většinou se tak vyprodá velice rychle. Pokud se na vás nedostane, budete zařazeni na waiting list (čekací listinu). Pokud se nějaké místo uvolní, posunete se v této listině výše, budete o tom vždy informováni e-mailem.

Pro ročník 2024 byla už registrace uzavřena. V případě zájmu o účast v závodě můžete zkusit napsat na e-mail [email protected].
