LANCIA Voyager 2011 - 2015

The badge engineering was something common after the Fiat-Chrysler-Alliance was formed and one of the models was the Chrysler Town&Country, which was re-badged as Lancia Voyager in 2011.

Italians had few minivans, but none of them had a noticeable success. Fiat tried to build some cars with Peugeot-Citroen in the '90s but the result was bad for all of them. When Lancia tried to take the Chrysler MPV and sell it into Europe, it was a little bit more than just badge engineering, since it had some engine versions unavailable in the U.S.

From the design point of view, the only Lancia details were the grille and the badges. Other than that, it was just a regular Chrysler Town&Country with large sliding doors in the rear and a liftgate in the back. Even if it was a minivan, it tried desperately to look like a luxury vehicle instead of an MPV.

The car was built for the American roads, with a long wheelbase and plenty of inside room for up to 8 people. The third row was particularly interesting since it could be faced forward, rearward with the liftgate open, or completely hidden under the floor. The triple-zone climate control was offered as an option. The driver had all the controls and buttons needed for a comfortable drive. The automatic gearbox was a standard fit and the gear selector was strangely placed next to the instrument cluster, on the dashboard.

While in the U.S. The Chrysler had only gasoline engines, in Europe the Lancia Voyager was offered with a diesel version as well.

The Lancia Voyager is a D-segment minivan from the Italian manufacturer Lancia , built on the basis of the Chrysler Town & Country . It was presented at the Geneva Motor Show and began to be manufactured in 2011, ending its commercialization in 2014.

characteristics

It has a design very similar to its American counterpart, the Chrysler Town & Country , with a side view differentiated by marked wheel arches while next to a large glass area to ensure good visibility. The car is equipped with longitudinal and transverse roof bars while the boot lid has been redesigned in order to optimize accessibility to the interior space. The rear part stands out for the presence of a small rear spoiler.

The Lancia Voyager features a front end characterized by a large horizontal finned grille, and LED lamps on the top and two large headlamps with fog lights integrated into the front bumper . The overall dimensions are typical of the large MPV segment , with 5.14 meters in length, 1.99 m in width and 1.72 m in height and a wheelbase of approximately 3.1 meters.

Interior and equipment

The interior presents large dimensions and is moldable at the will of the passengers thanks to the Stow 'n Go system that allows changing the interior space without having to remove the seats, based on reclining seats that can be retracted into the floor to transform the five second and third row seats in a large cargo area. Furthermore, by keeping the seats upright, the floor compartments can be used as a storage compartment.

The sliding doors and gate (with electric control) have detection systems for possible obstacles that may be encountered during their closing and opening.

The Lancia Voyager will be available in three equipment, (Silver, Gold and Platinum) and two engines (a 3.6-liter gasoline engine and 283 CV Euro 5 and a diesel engine of 2.8 liters and 163-180 CV Euro 5). The Lancia Voyager will have the Uconnect Tunes multimedia entertainment system with Radio / CD / DVD / MP3 / WMA, USB socket, AUX socket, 30 gB hard disk, touch screen, UConnect device with microphone incorporated in the interior mirror with vocal control and Bluetooth predisposition .

Also available within the equipment will be the ParkView system with a rear video camera to see possible obstacles during parking maneuvers. On request, UConnect GPS is also available, adding 2D and 3D airborne map satellite navigation and progressive directions.

It includes the sound system with nine speakers, subwoofer and 506W amplifier and the rear entertainment system with dual LCD DVD player for second and third row passengers. This last device allows you to play different multimedia formats at the same time - to choose from among several sources (radio, hard disk, AUX socket, USB socket, two RGB sockets and two DVD players) - on the 9 ”LCD screens with remote control. remote and two-channel wireless headphones. It also has adjustable LED lights housed in the ceiling that allow the light to be directed only where it is necessary.

The new Voyager offers two Euro 5 engines . A 2.8 CRD diesel with standard anti-particulate filter provides a power of 163-180 hp and a torque of 360 nm, maintaining a tight consumption of 8.4 l / 100 km in mixed cycle (which translates into a remarkable autonomy of trip) while CO2 emissions are equivalent to 227 g / km.

The second engine in the range is the gasoline of 3,605 cc, six cylinders in V arranged at 60 °, which provides a power of 283 CV and a consumption of 12.3 l / 100 km in mixed cycle. This engine is combined with a six-speed automatic transmission with torque converter: it is a transmission that offers less coupling space, limiting variations in engine speed between the different gears.

The Voyager has Next Generation front airbags (both multi-stage), the side curtain airbags in the three rows of seats and the side airbags for back and thorax for the first row.

In addition, the parking assistance system is available, which may also have a video camera that projects an accurate view of what is behind the vehicle on the screen while driving in reverse.

Special Editions

Special edition with a sporty character characterized by the glossy black front grille, the MomoDesign logo on the side pillars, the mixed upholstery in black leather and fabric, the presence of the S logo on the headrests and the glossy black inserts on the dashboard, as well like special metallic paint for the bodywork. It was equipped as standard with parking sensors, a tri-zone automatic climate control, a Blue & Me hands-free system and electric adjustment of the pedals and front seats. It was only available with the 177-horsepower 2.8 CRD Diesel engine with 6-speed "Autostick" automatic transmission.

Voyager Family Class

Edition designed for interior comfort for large families. As standard equipped seven seats with additional compartments under them, perforated leather upholstery, seven airbags, three-zone automatic climate control and a GPS navigation package with touch screen, parking sensors and cruise control. It only equipped the 177-horsepower 2.8 CRD Diesel engine with a six-speed automatic transmission.

Zum 30/06/23 haben wir unsere Kundendatenverwaltung umgestellt. wussten Sie, dass Stellantis im Januar 2021 aus der Fusion von PSA Automobiles SA und Fiat Chrysler Automobiles N.V hervorgegangen ist? Zur Stellantis N.V gehören seitdem folgende Automobilmarken: Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Citroën, DS Automobiles, Fiat, Fiat Professional, Jeep, Lancia, Opel, Peugeot, Vauxhall, Spoticar, Mopar, Stellantis & You ? Hiermit möchten wir Sie darüber informieren, dass im neuen Stellantis-Konzern die Verwaltung sämtlicher Kundenaktivitäten und Kundenkontakte einschließlich Marketing etc. in Zukunft in einer zentralen Einheit gebündelt werden soll, der Stellantis Europe S.p.A. (mit Sitz in C.so G. Agnelli 200, 10135 - Turin, Italien). Ab dem 30/06/2023 werden daher alle Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Aktivitäten der europäischen Unternehmen in der Stellantis-Gruppe einschließlich der diesbezüglichen Verarbeitung personenbezogener Kundendaten von der Stellantis Europe S.p.A. als unabhängigem Datenverantwortlichen wahrgenommen und durchgeführt.  Diese geplante Änderung hat zur Folge, dass die Verantwortlichkeiten für die Websites, Apps sowie für alle personenbezogenen Daten von Kunden, die Marketingkommunikation von diesen einzelnen Marken erhalten (die Erteilung einer entsprechenden Einwilligung vorausgesetzt), in Zukunft an die Gesellschaft Stellantis Europe S.p.A. übertragen werden sollen.  

Allgemeine Datenschutzrichtlinie von Stellantis Europe (Stand 30/06/2023)  

Diese Datenschutzrichtlinie (" Datenschutzrichtlinie ") gilt für die Erhebung und Verarbeitung personenbezogener Daten bei Besuch und/oder Nutzung der von Stellantis Europe S.p.A. bereitgestellten Websites und/oder Anwendungen sowie den von Stellantis Europe S.p.A. durchgeführten Veranstaltungen.    Diese Datenschutzerklärung wurde gemäß Artikel 13 der EU-Verordnung 679/2016 (im Folgenden "DSGVO") erstellt und soll Ihnen helfen, besser zu verstehen, wie wir mit Ihren Daten umgehen.   In diesem Dokument finden Sie einige Beispiele dafür, wie wir personenbezogene Daten verarbeiten, sowie am Ende dieser Datenschutzrichtlinie Definitionen , welche die in diesem Dokument in "Großbuchstaben“ verwendeten Begrifflichkeiten näher erläutern. 1. Wer wir sind   Verantwortlicher für die Verarbeitung Ihrer personenbezogenen Daten ist:   Stellantis Europe S.p.A. mit Sitz in Corso Agnelli 200, 10135 Turin, Italien (im Folgenden " Stellantis Europe "; " wir " oder " uns ").  

 2. Welche Daten / Arten von Daten  wir erheben und verarbeiten  

Wir erheben Daten über unsere Websites (einschließlich Ihres persönlichen Bereichs auf unseren Websites ), über unsere sonstigen Anwendungen und/oder Tools (z.B. APP ’s) sowie während der Durchführung von Veranstaltungen .   

Die erhobenen Daten und die jeweiligen Verarbeitungszwecke hängen davon ab, wie Sie unsere Dienste nutzen und wie Sie die Einstellungen Ihres Browsers , Endg eräts und/oder der von Ihnen verwendeten Anwendung verwalten.  

Weitere Einzelheiten zu den Hintergründen, warum und wie wir Ihre personenbezogenen Daten verarbeiten, finden Sie im Abschnitt "Warum wir Ihre Daten erheben und verarbeiten" weiter unten.  

a) Von Ihnen bereitgestellte Daten  

Im Rahmen der Nutzung unserer Dienste , können Sie uns personenbezogene Daten wie Ihren Namen, Ihre Telefon-/Mobilfunknummer(n), Ihre E-Mail-Adresse, Ihren Wohnort oder Daten Dritter sowie Ihre Präferenzen (z. B. über bestimmte Fahrzeugmodelle oder Dienstleistungen, die bei Ihrem örtlichen Händler verfügbar sind) mitteilen. Dies ist z. B. der Fall, wenn Sie eine Probefahrt vereinbaren möchten, wenn Sie den nächstgelegenen Händler suchen, wenn Sie an einer unserer Veranstaltungen teilnehmen oder wenn Sie uns Fragen stellen, Wünsche äußern oder mit unserem Kundendienst interagieren (z. B. wenn Sie uns kontaktieren, um Informationen anzufordern, sich zu beschweren oder uns Feedback oder neue Ideen zu geben). In diesen Fällen können Sie uns unter unserer Servicenummer anrufen, ein Online-Formular ausfüllen oder uns per Chat erreichen, sofern der jeweilige Kommunikationsweg zur Verfügung steht bzw. angeboten wird).  

Dies kann auch die Bereitstellung von Informationen über ihren Standort umfassen, falls Sie sich dafür entscheiden haben, uns Informationen über Ihren Standort zur Verfügung zu stellen ( z. B. im Rahmen der Nutzung unserer Websites und/oder Anwendungen, wenn Sie nach einem Händler / Service-Partner unseres Netzwerks in der Region Ihres Interesses (z. B. Turin) suchen).   

Wenn Sie uns Daten von Dritten zur Verfügung stellen, sind Sie für die Weitergabe dieser Informationen verantwortlich. Sie müssen rechtlich befugt sein, diese Daten weiterzugeben (d. h. von der dritten Person zur Weitergabe deren Daten ermächtigt worden oder aus einem anderen legitimen Grund hierzu befugt sein).   

b) Vom Browser , Endg erät und/oder einer Anwendung erhobene / verarbeitete Daten Wenn Sie unsere Websites und Anwendungen nutzen, erheben wir Informationen über den Browser, ihr Endg erät sowie die Anwendung, die Sie verwenden. Zu diesen Informationen gehören z.B. Ihre IP-Adresse , das Datum, die Uhrzeit und die angeforderte URL, ein eindeutiger Identifier sowie andere Informationen wie der Typ Ihres Browsers oder Endg eräts . Zu den Informationen, die sich auf Ihren Browser oder Ihr Endg erät beziehen, können zudem Ihr Betriebssystem, Ihre Sprache, Ihre Netzwerkeinstellungen, Ihr Telefonanbieter oder Internetprovider, installierte Anwendungen von Drittanbietern und Plug-in-Listen gehören, soweit nach geltendem Datenschutzrecht zulässig.   

Einige dieser Informationen werden mit Hilfe von Cookies und anderen Tracking-Technologien erhoben , die in Ihrem Browser oder in Ihrem Endg erät gesetzt werden können, soweit eine diesbezügliche Einwilligung Ihrerseits – soweit rechtlich erforderlich – erteilt wurde . Dies hilft uns zum Beispiel, Störungen bei der Bereitstellung der Dienste zu vermeiden, und ermöglicht es uns, Ihnen Inhalte zu liefern , die für Sie nützlich sein könnten . Weitere Informationen zur Verwendung von Cookies und/oder andere Tracking-Technologien finden Sie in unserer Cookie-Richtlinie.   c) Durch Ihre Aktivitäten abgeleitete Daten und/oder Informationen   Soweit nach geltendem Datenschutzrecht zulässig, erheben und verarbeiten wir Informationen bezüglich Ihrer Interaktion mit unseren Diensten , um diese zu verbessern (wenn wir z. B. sehen, dass Sie an einem bestimmten Fahrzeugmodell, an unseren Veranstaltungen oder an regelmäßigen Fahrzeuguntersuchungen in einem bestimmten geografischen Gebiet interessiert sind , werden wir uns darauf konzentrieren, Ihnen solche Inhalte anzubieten ) und/oder um zu verstehen, welche Inhalte für Sie nützlich sein könnten .   

In anderen Fällen, wenn Sie uns per E-Mail, Post, Telefon oder auf andere Weise bezüglich der Fahrzeuge kontaktieren oder andere Informationen anfordern, behalten wir uns vor, Ihre Kontaktdaten, Mitteilungen und unsere Antworten zu erfassen und zu speichern. Wenn Sie uns telefonisch kontaktieren, erhalten Sie während des Gesprächs ggf. weitere Informationen (z.B. zum Datenschutz).

d) Informationen über Ihren Standort   Soweit nach geltendem Datenschutzrecht zulässig (z.B. aufgrund der Erteilung einer entsprechenden Einwilligung, soweit erforderlich), erheben und verarbeiten wir Informationen über Ihren Standort, um Ihnen Einzelhändler / Service Partner aus unserem Netzwerk in Ihrer Nähe im Rahmen unserer Dienste anzuzeigen und/oder um Ihnen Inhalte bereitzustellen, die für Sie nützlich sein könnten .   Ihr Standort kann ermittelt werden - eine entsprechende Angabe / Freischaltung durch Sie vorausgesetzt - durch:    - die manuelle Eingabe einer Adresse, Stadt oder Postleitzahl;   - die GPS- Sensoren Ihres Endg eräts ;   - Ihre IP-Adresse , die über Ihre n Browser und/ oder Ihr Endg erät erfasst wird.   Abhängig von den von Ihnen getroffenen Einstellungen in Ihrem Browser, Ihrem Endgerät und/oder den von Ihnen getroffenen Datenschutzeinstellungen sind Standortangaben dabei mehr oder weniger genau und konsistent. Wir unternehmen alle möglichen Anstrengungen, um sicherzustellen, dass Informationen über Ihren Standort nicht dazu verwendet werden, auf sensible Daten zu Ihrer Person rückzuschließen .  

Sie können die Erfassung Ihres Standorts jederzeit beschränken und/oder ausschalten, indem Sie die Einstellungen Ihres Browsers oder Endgeräts ändern, wie im Abschnitt " Wie Sie Ihre Daten kontrollieren und Ihre Datenschutzeinstellungen verwalten können " unten näher beschrieben .

3. Quelle der persönlichen Daten    a) Über Websites und Apps unserer Partner erhobene Daten   

Wir behalten uns vor, soweit nach geltendem Datenschutzrecht zulässig, Informationen über Sie auch über Websites und Apps unserer Partner zu sammeln. Unsere Partner dürfen Ihre personenbezogenen Daten insoweit erst dann an uns weitergeben, wenn sie uns vertraglich zugesichert haben, dass sie Ihre diesbezügliche Einwilligung erhalten haben oder dass eine andere Rechtsgrundlage die Weitergabe von Daten rechtfertigt (z. B. wenn Sie einen unserer Partner bitten, eine Probefahrt für Sie zu vereinbaren / zu buchen oder darum bitten, kommerzielle Mitteilungen (z.B. Produkt- oder Marketinginformationen, Prospekte etc.) von uns zu erhalten).  

Diese Praxis wird im Folgenden als " Indirekte Datenerhebung " oder „ Drittdatenerhebung “ bezeichnet. In diesem Zusammenhang möchten wir darauf hinweisen, dass wir alle möglichen Anstrengungen unternehmen, um die Konformität der erhaltenen Daten zu überprüfen, bevor sie verwendet werden.    

  b) Daten aus öffentlichen oder öffentlich - zugänglichen Quellen Wir behalten uns zudem vor, soweit nach geltendem Datenschutzrecht zulässig, personenbezogenen Daten aus öffentlichen Quellen zu erheben und/oder mit Informationen aus öffentlichen Quellen anzureichern, die im Rahmen des für uns geltenden Rechts zugänglich sind. Zu diesen Quellen können öffentliche Register, Online-Zeitungen, Listen oder öffentliche Verzeichnisse gehören.   

Wir weisen in diesem Zusammenhang darauf hin, dass die Möglichkeit der Nutzung dieser Informationen stets im Voraus geprüft wird, und zwar in Übereinstimmung mit den bewährten Verfahren der jeweils zuständigen Aufsichtsbehörde, der wir unterstehen (derzeit die italienische Aufsichtsbehörde - Autorità Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).  

4. Warum wir Ihre Daten erfassen und verarbeiten, Rechtsgrundlagen der Datenverarbeitung  

Ihre Daten werden zu folgenden Zwecken und auf Basis der nachfolgend aufgeführten Rechtsgrundlagen erhoben und/oder verarbeitet:   a) Erleichterung der Erhebung und Korrektur Ihrer Daten    Soweit nach geltendem Datenschutzrecht zulässig, behalten wir uns vor, Ihre Daten (insbesondere die Daten, die Sie unseren Händlern zur Verfügung gestellt haben) zu verwenden, um Informationen zu aktualisieren, die wir über Sie als Besitzer eines unserer Fahrzeuge oder als an Stellantis-Marken interessierte Person haben . Dieser Zweck umfasst auch die Weitergabe an unser Netzwerk und Automobilhersteller , um sicherzustellen, dass Ihre persönlichen Daten stets korrekt und aktuell sind.   

Diese Verarbeitung basiert auf dem berechtigten Interesse von Stellantis Europe, unserem Netzwerk und Automobilherstellern , die Qualität persönlicher Daten über Kunden, Eigentümer/oder und Interessenten auf dem neuesten Stand zu halten.  

b)   Erbringung unserer Dienstleistungen und damit verbundene Unterstützung   Wir verwenden Ihre Daten, (i) um Ihnen unsere Dienstleistungen bereitzustellen, einschließlich der Buchung von Probefahrten über unsere Websites und/oder unsere Anwendungen APP‘S ; (ii) um unsere Veranstaltungen , an denen Sie teilnehmen, zu organisieren und durchzuführen, und/oder (iii.) um Ihre Anfragen/Anregungen/Nachrichten zu bearbeiten und zu beantworten.  

Diese Verarbeitungsvorgänge erfolgen zur Erfüllung einer vertraglichen Verpflichtung und/oder vorvertraglichen Maßnahmen, die auf Ihren Wunsch hin ergriffen werden.  

 c)  Zusendung von Werbemitteilungen an Sie Soweit nach geltendem Datenschutzrecht zulässig (z.B. aufgrund der Erteilung einer entsprechenden Einwilligung, siehe unten), behalten wir uns vor, Ihre Kontaktdaten ( E-Mail, Telefon, SMS, Postanschrift und/oder andere verfügbare Mittel) für den Versand von Werbemitteilungen oder für Marktforschung und Verbraucherumfragen mit Marketinginhalten zu verwenden. Diese Mitteilungen beziehen sich auf alle aktuellen und zukünftigen Marken von Stellantis (z.B. Fiat, Fiat Professional, Alfa Romeo, Lancia, Abarth, Peugeot, Citroën, DS Automobiles, Opel, Jeep, Mopar, Vauxhall) und Marken, die zur Stellantis-Gruppe gehören, wie z.B. Stellantis Financial Services S.A., PSA Bank Deutschland GmbH, Stellantis Insurance Ltd., Stellantis Life Insurance Ltd, Stellantis Insurance Europe Limited, Stellantis Life Insurance Europe Limited.   

In einigen Fällen kann die Kommunikation Produkt- oder Dienstleistungsangebote von ausgewählten Partnern enthalten . Wenn wir diese Art von Mitteilungen versenden, können wir zusammen mit dem jeweiligen Partner als gemeinsamer Datenverantwortlicher auftreten. Vor der Versendung von Mitteilungen an Sie werden spezifische Informationen und Vereinbarungen mit dem jeweiligen Partner bzgl. einer solchen gemeinsamen Datenverantwortlichkeit getroffen .  

In diesem Zusammenhang weisen wir darauf hin, dass Ihnen ohne Ihre vorherige Einwilligung, die Sie durch Ankreuzen der entsprechenden Felder erteilen können, keine entsprechenden Mitteilungen zugesandt werden.   

  d)  Erkennen von Störungen, Fehlern, Mängeln (Anomalien) und Verbesserung von Dienste n, Leistungen, Produkten  

Wir verwenden (i) die von Ihnen bereitgestellten Daten, (ii) die vom Browser, dem E n dg erät und der Anwendung erfassten Daten, (iii) die aus Ihren Aktivitäten abgeleiteten Daten sowie (iv) di e zusammengefassten Informationen, um Störungen, Fehler, Mängel („ Anomalien “) in unseren Diensten zu vermeiden und/oder zu beheben . Zum Beispiel können wir Anomalien erkennen, we nn Sie einen Abschnitt unserer Website und Anwendung öffnen , auf einen Link zugreifen oder wenn ein Fehler in unserem System vorhanden ist.  

Die Verarbeitung erfolgt zu dem Zweck einer fehler- und störungsfreien technischen Bereitstellung unserer Dienstleistungen ; Rechtsgrundlage hierfür sind unser berechtigtes Interesse an einer fehler- und störungsfreien Diensteerbringung.  

e) Ausschluss von nicht- relevanten Werbemitteilungen / Werbemaßnahmen Wir verarbeiten Ihre Daten, um Sie von Werbemitteilungen / Werbemaßnahmen auszu nehmen , die offensichtlich nicht zu Ihrem Profil und/oder Ihren Interessen passen ( wenn Sie z. B. in Italien wohnen, werden wir Sie über keine Werbemaßnahmen für Frankreich usw . informieren ).  

Dies erfolgt zu dem Zweck, unser Marketingbudget zu sichern und zu reduzieren bzw. effektiv einzusetzen, aber auch zu dem Zweck Ihnen keine für Sie unrelevanten Werbemitteilungen / Werbemaßnahmen zukommen zu lassen. Rechtsgrundlage hierfür sind berechtigte Interessen von Ihnen, aber auch von uns.  

  f) Analyse Ihrer Präferenzen und Ihres Verhaltens, um unsere Dienste und Mitteilungen , einschließlich der Inhalte, die für Sie nützlich sein könnten, individuell zu gestalten    Soweit nach geltendem Datenschutzrecht zulässig (z.B. aufgrund der Erteilung einer entsprechenden Einwilligung , siehe unten ), behalten wir uns vor, Ihre Daten, insbesondere (i) Daten, die wir aus Ihren Aktivitäten abgeleitet haben , (ii) Fahrzeugdaten (ii i ) Informationen über Ihren Standort (falls Sie uns diese zur Verfügung stellen und/oder Zugriff hierauf erlauben ) und /oder (i v ) Daten, die vom Browser, dem Endg erät und der Anwendung erfasst werden, zu verwenden, um unsere Dienste zu verbessern (z. B. unsere Website und Anwendung, unsere Veranstaltungen , Werbemitteilungen) und /oder um Ihnen Inhalte bereitzustellen , die für Sie nützlich sein könnten . Dies gilt , auch für Social -Media-Plattformen und/ oder Programmatic -Advertising-Plattformen , und zwar nur in dem Umfang, in dem Sie uns die Erlaubnis erteilt haben, diese auf diese Plattformen hochzuladen.  

Maßgeschneiderte Dienste und/oder Mitteilungen und/oder Inhalte, die für Sie nützlich sein können , basieren auf Ihrem Verhalten, Ihren Interessen, Bedürfnissen, Vorlieben sowie Ihrem Profil; solche Zwecke können auch auf der Grundlage personenbezogener Daten erreicht werden, die durch die Verwendung von Cookies oder anderen Tracking-Technologien erfasst werden, um die Vorlieben des Kunden zu analysieren und vorherzusagen und ihm maßgeschneiderte Angebote zu unterbreiten.   - Inhalte, die für Sie nützlich sein könnten: werden nicht unter Verwendung sensibler Daten erstellt wird, wie sie beispielsweise aus Informationen über Ihren Standort abgeleitet werden können;    - können auch auf anderen Websites und mobilen Anwendungen als der unseren sichtbar sein, sobald sie auf Programmatic Advertising-Plattformen hochgeladen wurden, und zwar nur in dem Umfang, in dem Sie uns die Erlaubnis erteilt haben, sie auf diese Plattformen hochzuladen.  

Eine solche Verarbeitung erfolgt ausschließlich auf Grundlage einer von Ihnen zuvor erteilten Einwilligung.  

Wenn wir Sie auf Social-Media-Plattformen oder über Programmatic-Advertising-Plattformen ansprechen, agieren wir ggf. als Joint Data Controller mit dem jeweiligen Plattformanbieter. Vor der Versendung von Mitteilungen an Sie werden spezifische Informationen und Vereinbarungen mit dem Plattformanbieter diesbezüglich getroffen.  

Wenn Sie keine personalisierten Dienste oder Inhalte wünschen , die für Sie nützlich sein könnten , können Sie Ihre Präferenzen ändern, wie im Abschnitt " Wie Sie Ihre Daten kontrollieren und Ihre Datenschutzeinstellungen verwalten können " weiter unten erläutert.  

g) Analyse und Verbesserung unserer Dienste und Entwicklung neuer Dienste und Funktionen   Soweit nach geltendem Datenschutzrecht zulässig, behalten wir uns vor, Ihre Daten und/oder zusammengefassten Informationen zu verwenden , um die Leistung unserer Dienste zu messen, deren Servicequalität zu verbessern oder neue Dienste und Angebote zu entwickeln. Dies kann zum Beispiel durch die Analyse Ihrer Interaktionen mit unserem Netzwerk , unseren Veranstaltungen, unserem Newsletter und/oder Werbemitteilungen (falls angefordert) geschehen.     

Soweit möglich, verwenden wir für diese Zwecke anonyme oder pseudonyme Daten. Nur in Ausnahmefällen kann möglicherweise ein Personenbezug hergestellt werden. In diesen Fällen gilt Folgendes: Abgesehen von Ihrer Einwilligung zur Anpassung unserer Dienste beruht die Messung der Effektivität unserer Dienste und die Schaffung neuer Dienste auf unserem berechtigten Interesse, Dienste zu schaffen und zu unterhalten, die für unsere Nutzer wirklich nützlich sind.  

h) Weitergabe von Daten an Partner für deren eigene Marketingzwecke   Soweit nach geltendem Datenschutzrecht zulässig (z.B. aufgrund der Erteilung einer entsprechenden Einwilligung von Ihnen), behalten wir uns vor, Ihre Kontaktdaten an dritte ausgewählte Partner für deren eigene autonome Marketingzwecke weiterzugeben. Die Partner werden Sie nur auf automatisiertem Wege kontaktieren (z. B. per E-Mail, SMS, Anrufbeantworter) und sind verpflichtet, Ihnen ihre Informationen mitzuteilen.   

Diese Verarbeitung erfolgt ausschließlich auf Grundlage einer zuvor erteilten Einwilligung. Sie können die vollständige Liste oder die Kategorien von Partnern , mit denen wir Ihre Daten – ihre Einwilligung vorausgesetzt - teilen, einsehen unter: https://privacyportal.stellantis.com .   

  i)  Einhaltung rechtlicher und steuerlicher Verpflichtungen   Wir behalten uns vor, Ihre Daten zu verwenden, um gesetzlichen Verpflichtungen und Anordnungen nachzukommen, denen wir unterliegen und die die Rechtsgrundlage für eine solche Verarbeitung Ihrer Daten sind.  

Einige Gesetze können uns dazu verpflichten, Ihre Daten an Behörden weiterzugeben (z. B. bei Rückrufaktionen). Wenn diese Weitergabe in Ihrem Land nicht gesetzlich vorgeschrieben ist, können wir in Erwägung ziehen, Ihre Daten unabhängig von unserer Muttergesellschaft zu übermitteln, wie im Abschnitt "Schutz unserer Interessen und Ihrer Interessen" weiter unten näher erläutert.   

j) Versenden von Unternehmens- und institutionellen Mitteilungen   Soweit nach geltendem Datenschutzrecht zulässig, behalten wir uns vor, Ihre Kontaktdaten zu verarbeiten und weiterzugeben, um Unternehmensumfragen und institutionelle Mitteilungen bzgl. der Stellantis Gruppe als Ganzes zu versenden (z.B. institutionelle Mitteilungen, Pflichtveröffentlichungen, Rückrufaktionen, Informationen zum Datenschutz oder Ähnliches). Dabei handelt es sich um nicht werbliche Mitteilungen, die wir im Namen oder in Vertretung von Automobilherstellern versenden und die auf unserem berechtigten Interesse beruhen, Ihnen einheitliche Informationen bereitzustellen.   

k) Schutz unserer Interessen und Ihrer Interessen   Soweit nach geltendem Datenschutzrecht zulässig, behalten wir uns vor, Ihre Daten zu verwenden, um betrügerisches und illegales Verhalten oder Aktivitäten, die die Sicherheit unserer Dienste , unserer Websites und/oder unserer Anwendungen gefährden und/oder beeinträchtigen, aufzudecken, darauf zu reagieren und/oder zu verhindern . Wie wir Ihre Daten ver arbeiten (Art der Verarbeitung)   Die zu den oben genannten Zwecken erhobenen Daten werden sowohl manuell als auch automatisiert verarbeitet, d. h. durch Programme oder Algorithmen, die die aus Ihren Aktivitäten abgeleiteten Daten, die Informationen über Ihren Standort und die vom Browser, Endgerät und/oder der Anwendung erhobenen Daten verarbeiten.

B. eine Probefahrt in Ihrer Nähe) oder wenn Sie ihre Unterstützung oder die des Fahrzeugherstellers benötigten; - Unsere ausgewählten Partner :   wenn Sie der Weitergabe Ihrer personenbezogenen Daten an diese für ihre eigenen Marketing- und Profilingzwecke zugestimmt haben und diese als eigenständige Datenverantwortliche handeln. - Strafverfolgungsbehörden oder andere Behörden, deren Bestimmungen für uns verbindlich sind :  Dies ist der Fall, wenn wir einer gerichtlichen Anordnung oder einem Gesetz nachkommen oder uns in einem Gerichtsverfahren verteidigen müssen.

7. Wo wir Ihre Daten verarbeiten?  

Wir sind ein globales Unternehmen, und unsere Dienste sind in verschiedenen Rechtsordnungen weltweit verfügbar. 8. Wie lange wir Ihre Daten aufbewahren   Die für die oben genannten Zwecke verarbeiteten Daten werden so lange aufbewahrt , wie es für die Erfüllung dieser Zwecke unbedingt erforderlich ist . Die Daten können jedoch für einen längeren Zeitraum aufbewahrt werden, wenn potenzielle und/oder tatsächliche Ansprüche und sich daraus ergebende Verpflichtungen und/oder andere zwingende gesetzliche Aufbewahrungsanforderungen und/oder -pflichten bestehen.   •  Kundendaten, die für Marketing- und Profilingzwecke verarbeitet werden, werden von den für die Verarbeitung Verantwortlichen von dem Zeitpunkt an aufbewahrt, an dem der Kunde seine Einwilligung erteilt, bis zu dem Zeitpunkt, an dem der Kunde seine Einwilligung zurückzieht. Sobald die Einwilligung zurückgezogen wird, werden die Daten nicht mehr für Marketing- und Profilingzwecke verarbeitet, auch wenn sie von den für die Verarbeitung Verantwortlichen noch aufbewahrt werden können, um mögliche Ansprüche und/oder Rechtsstreitigkeiten zu verwalten. Wie wir Ihre Daten schützen   Wir treffen angemessene physische, technologische und organisatorische Vorkehrungen, um den Verlust, den Missbrauch oder die Veränderung von Daten unter unserer Kontrolle zu verhindern. Diese Datenschutzrichtlinie erklärt und deckt die Verarbeitung ab, die wir als Datenverantwortlicher innerhalb unserer Website und Anwendung durchführen .   

Diese Datenschutzrichtlinie gilt nicht für die Verarbeitung durch andere Personen als uns.  

In diesen Fällen sind wir nicht für die Verarbeitung Ihrer Daten verantwortlich, die nicht durch diese Datenschutzrichtlinie abgedeckt ist.

Fahrzeugdaten : Sind alle technischen, diagnostischen und realen Daten, die über das im Fahrzeug installierte Fahrzeuggerät erfasst werden können (z. B. Voyager Space and Palantir Announce Strategic Partnership Leveraging Artificial Intelligence to Drive Innovation in Space Technology

DENVER, June 27, 2024 /PRNewswire/ --  Voyager Space (Voyager), a global leader in space exploration, today announced a strategic partnership with Palantir Technologies, Inc. (NYSE:PLTR), a leading builder of artificial intelligence (AI) systems for the modern enterprise. Together, Voyager and Palantir will rapidly advance the space and defense technology sectors by integrating Palantir's cutting-edge AI tools across the Voyager enterprise.

This partnership solidifies Voyager's commitment to leading the space industry in AI-driven innovation, ensuring robust and agile solutions for defense and commercial applications. Expanding on a previous Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) announced earlier this year , Voyager will now fully integrate Palantir's AI capabilities into their defense solutions, benefiting from Palantir's deep expertise delivering for the Department of Defense (DoD). This collaboration enhances communications, military research and development, as well as intelligence and space research, making space more accessible to the defense community and vice versa.

Voyager will leverage Palantir Foundry and the Artificial Intelligence Platform (AIP) to drive value in its in-house payload management system for International Space Station customers today, as well as onboard the Starlab commercial space station in the future. It is also building a prototype "Customer Hub" for its customers to submit payload requests via Palantir's software.

The partnership also bolsters Voyager's defense segment, offering the opportunity to use AI to process and optimize flight and testing data on solid fuel thrusters to ensure smooth flight. Palantir's software can also help power increased real time signal data processing and more precise targeting for Voyager's optical communications systems for DoD customers.
