S-Pedelecs have a maximum power output of 500 watts and a top speed of 45 km/h. They are considered motorized vehicles and require a special license plate and liability insurance. Electric motorcycles have a power output of more than 500 watts and a top speed of more than 45 km/h. They are subject to the same regulations as regular motorcycles and require a special license and registration.

MORE ABOUT MIKE'S BIKE TOURS
My name is Michael Lasher. I moved to this great city from Long Island, NY in October, 1993. In the summer of 1994 while working in management for McDonald’s in tourist central (Tal, Marienplatz), I realized that no one was addressing the needs of the seemingly lost, lonely, bored and often visibly frustrated English-speaking travellers in Munich. One day while riding my bike along the high shore of the Isar River through Maximilan’s lovely Anlagen, I had a “Eureka” experience as a brilliant idea struck me. Like two-plus-two-equals-four, it was suddenly clear to me what I could do as an entrepreneur in Munich. I simultaneously answer a question which I had been asked several times by tourists until then, which went something like,”Hey man, you live in Munich, right? Can you recommend something cool to do here?”
MIKE'S BIKE TOURS IS THE #1 SIGHTSEEING TOUR IN MUNICH ★★★★★
We went on a biking tour of Munich with Patrick and had a wonderful time! He was very knowledgeable and showed us around the city with great enthusiasm. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone looking for a fun and informative way to see Munich!
Brilliant tour from Bob. Hugely insightful and a lovely person too. We booked as a group of 17 and had our own bike tour, which meant we could be more flexible in terms of itinerary.
We had a fantastic tour around Munich with Tyler. He shared his wealth of knowledge about the sites and gave excellent clear instructions for cycling in the city. Loved seeing the cathedral and English garden.
This was a great tour of Munich. Guide Patrick was informative and witty. Despite the rainy day we learned a lot about the city and were still able to enjoy lunch and a beer in the English Gardens. I would recommend to others.
Excellent trip with Tyler. Good length of trip and time. Good amount of history and some humour along the way. Beer garden was interesting to have lunch at. Recommend to new comers to Munich
This tour is an excellent way to get to explore Munich. We covered a lot of key spots and Patric was definitely funny. He was very knowledgeable and was very helpful when questions came up!

Historical and Elegant
Munich bike tours.
Munich - Bavaria’s stunning capital - is a global center for art, culture, fashion, science, and technology. On the beautiful banks of the River Isar, and north of the arresting Bavarian Alps, Munich is a city blessed with beauty both at its architectural core and in its surrounding natural regions.
One of Germany's fasted-growing and affluent cities, Munich attracts business and tourists alike, with an influx of the latter every year for the famous Oktoberfest, the largest Volksfest in the world. Its history is not without its dark chapters, and those interested in the legacy of the Second World War will find a trip to Munich fascinating. Adolf Hitler described the city as the 'beginning' of his political activity, concentrating himself and his supporters here in 1923 to stage the Beer Hall Putsch, with the Nazi Party's first concentration camp arriving in Dachau on the city's outskirts. Munich, like many German cities, has tried its upmost to reinvent itself, whilst acknowledging its role in this world-changing war.
These days, visitors to Munich are spoiled for choice in a city defined by its rich artistic, musical, and business culture. Some of the world's best-known classical music pieces have been written in Munich by composers born in the area, including Richard Strauss and Carl Orff. Awe-inspiring architectural splendor delights the eye in the Königsplatz, while the beautiful Hofgarten and English Garden are a joy for all the senses. The city's most sensational sightseeing locations include the Propyläen Gate, Hofbräuhaus, and Chinese Tower.
A guided bicycle tour of the city means you won't miss a detail, taking in the breathtaking beauty of Munich's buildings and natural spaces at your perfect pace. With family-friendly options and bike rental available, your day tour will ensure you make magnificent memories in Munich, the jewel in Bavaria's crown.

Olympic Park today - music as a guarantee for success
The Olympic Park in Munich was already thinking about after-use when the 1972 Olympic Games were developed. The first concert after the Olympic Games by the hard rock legend Deep Purple in 1973 was the not-to-be-missed starting signal for a decades-long successful series of live concerts. - We embark on a musical journey through time in the Olympic Park.
