I have been trying for weeks to get a Celebrity Europe and Exotics brochure to no avail. We are sailing Nov 3 on Azamara and would like to book future cruises onboard but don't want to spend time onboard studying brochures. I have called several time and gotten promises but no brochure, I have been to more than one travel agent (including AAA) and they don't have brochures, and I have ordered online more than once also. I have gone to live chat twice and never even gotten a reply. What is with these people ??

This was also my complaint.I do the legwork for 3 couples. Whilst we can all look on line it is so much easier (especially when the planning sessions are over dinner in a restaurant) to flip through brochures. Deck plans detailed itineraries etc are in the brochures. The result was that HAL& Princess were prompt and we are still waiting for X. So we booked HAL & Princess,

We were on a recent sail on Constellation and I went by the future sails / sales office one day hoping to pick up a brochure for next year - we are planning another trip. All they had were these printed single pages of the various itineraries and I'm not sure it included prices. I told the agent I would like a brochure and what she said was "they are not sending out brochures any longer". IMO BAD BAD BAD idea - yes the internet is OK but it is nice to have a brochure to flip thru. I really hope I misunderstood their intentions but it does make you wonder.

I too enjoy the big brochure books to look at. I guess if it comes down to it, you could download the brochures from the website in pdf form and save them to your computer or a thumb drive. Not as nice, but I suppose it would be better than nothing. I hope you are able to get one in the mail soon. Have a great cruise!

Am somewhat surprised at this. I have always picked up brochures on board - most recently this past April. You can also order from Celebrity - I do every year. Just go to the Site Map at the bottom of the main page, under Customer Support, click on Order a Brochure. It looks like PDF only, but if you click on the areas you are interested in and keep going you will eventually get to where you can order an actual brochure.

While it isn't too easy to pass around (unless you have an iPad) they do have downloadable brochures. You get to the link to download them, in PDF format, through the "order a brochure" link at the bottom of the Celebrity web site home page - also at the bottom of most other pages.

The 2013-2014 Princess Atlas came about three days after requested. Not so with Celebrity. After calling, ordering and visiting AAA several times, AAA finally just recently got in 2013 books. They are not like the Princes Atlas, but instead are divided into location, i.e. Europe.

I can assure you that there are brochures (small books) which list the Itineraries, ship plans and pricing for 2013 at least. Have the Europe book in front of me (AAA sent me three different books for various locations). The Europe book is 121 pages and AAA got them in around two weeks ago after waiting for many weeks. They commented they had other lines books early and that Celebrity was very late in comparison. They told me they had called several times, to no avail.

During the last 18 months I have tried to call, e-mail and order books through Celebrity, likely at least a half dozen times. I have NEVER received anything despite ordering many times.

I too love to ponder and look over the up to date brochure for cruise lines. However, it is not only Celebrity that is "cutting" back on print, production and mailing expenses.It is the "thing" of the future that everything is done by you and on-line. Most other lines have "limited printed copy" of "next" years scheduled cruises with itineraries. Pricing in brochures is a joke, as most know you should pay much less depending on when and how you book; sale, last minute, year in advance, etc. I guess the cruise lines aren't listening to Us about needing a hard cover brochure in hand or we will make other choices.

About 6 weeks ago I ordered a Celebrity brochure online. When it had not arrived after 5 weeks, I ordered again, this time the 2013-14 version and Europe. Today all 3 brochures arrived. Perhaps they are having a supply/printer problem?

Try a travel show they have every line and many glossy mags.

I was on Azamara a few years ago. Ever since I get brochures from them without ordering.

I also get brochures from HAL and I have only been on them once and have tried to get off their mailing list to no avail. I also get brochures from Carnival and haven't been on them in years. So there is no accounting for the mail systems!

If you have recently received any actual Carnival brochures, not advertisement pieces, those of us who have also sailed on Carnival and our travel agents would like to know how you are getting these.

Carnival has not published any actual brochures for at least one-two years.
