Then, it’s on to Newport Beach and the Balboa Fun Zone. After a lovely 20 minute narrated drive up the coast, this is your opportunity to enjoy 3 hours to explore, see the sights, shop, or hit the beach.

My girlfriend and I got tickets to attend the Olde town Orange Ghost tour and we had such a great time! We went on Saturday night and our tour guide was awesome and kept a pace and tone that everyone was able to enjoy. The stories behind all the buildings were spooky and the guide was able to answer all the questions people had about the history. I definitely recommend this tour, it's not too expensive and it's a great way to learn about the history of Olde Town Orange!

I've attended both the Fullerton and San Juan Capistrano ghost tours and I've loved both of them. Haunted OC paints a great picture with a mix of local history and paranormal tales with tour guides that are charismatic and engaging. It's a great way to see a different side of a city and open your mind to the possibilities of who, or what, haunts these great places.

I enjoyed strolling down historic Old Towne Orange and listening to fascinating stories about the early residents of this beautiful city! Our tour guide was very informative and entertaining! Loved this ghost tour!

We went on the Old Town Orange Ghost Walk, Valerie was our guide, and we had a fantastic time! We are locals and got to learn a lot about local haunted history. The information was great, and Valerie top notch. She was very knowledgeable, engaging, and you can tell she really enjoys what she does. For a full 90 minute tour, I think the value is great. If you like haunted history, or even just history in general, give this a shot! We will be back for an encore.

Had the opportunity to attend two tours, Old Town Orange and Black Star Canyon tours. Both tours were amazing. The guides are passionate and extremely knowledgeable, you can tell they love what they do. I will definitely be attending the other tours soon.

This is my 3rd tour with haunted oc. I've done the Santa Ana tour, Black Star Canyon and now Fairhaven Cemetery and each has great history with great storytellers. Ill be back for San Juan Capistrano. Thanks haunted oc.

Just got back from the San Juan Capistrano tour, and it was great! Our guide, Charles, was so friendly and made the whole experience super fun. Our Coastal Tour gives you a rich historical overview of our sun-drenched county and fabulous coastline of the California Riveria as we travel along the coast. We will cruise the Pacific Coast Highway making our first stop at Surf City USA’s Huntington Beach. Here you will get to stroll along Main Street, the classic pier or check out the Surfers Walk Of Fame with monuments to the worlds best surfers.   Next, we move onto Newport Beach with its multi-million dollar homes and yachts while discovering Balboa Island with it’s chic boutiques and a great place to grab a frozen banana!  Heading back down the coast, we make our way to the gem of Orange County, Laguna Beach. Huntington Beach is a California city southeast of Los Angeles. It’s known for surf beaches, such as Huntington City Beach, with its long Huntington Beach Pier. The International Surfing Museum displays longboards and other memorabilia. Sprawling Huntington Central Park features fields, gardens and lakes, plus an equestrian center. Bolsa Chica Ecological Reserve’s wetlands and dunes shelter hundreds of bird species.

Newport Beach, a coastal city in southern California, is known for its large, boat-filled harbor. San Juan Capistrano was founded by the Spanish in 1776. Extensive damage caused by the 1812 Capistrano earthquake caused the community to decline. Excellent experience and tour! Michael was our guide and he had a vast knowledge of Orange County and the history. We visited many places around Orange Country and got to experience "can't miss" sights. This is a great option for anyone who wants to see Orange Country and explore. Known for its stunning coastal views, beautiful beaches, and gorgeous weather, Orange County is the quintessential image that most people think of when they think of California .

Spanning 34 cities and taking up the space between Los Angeles and San Diego, there’s a lot of ground to cover in the O.C. (and a lot of things to do within the area)!

Luckily, after living in Southern California for five years (and going back for numerous visits since), I’ve spent a lot of time there.

I also have quite a few friends who grew up there who give me all the local tips whenever I visit for what to see and do. 

This is why I wanted to put together an ultimate bucket list for the best things to do in Orange County–I have a lot of first-hand experience and knowledge around this area of California.

So, whether you’re looking for the best beaches, outdoor activities, local experiences, or where to eat and drink, we’ve got you covered in this article.

Spend the Day at the Beach

If there’s one thing you can’t miss with a visit to Orange County, California, it’s the beach.

Combine 42 miles of surf, tide pools, pristine upkeep, and often sunny weather, and it’s hard to have a bad day at the beach in Orange County.

Going to the beach is also one of the best free things to do in Orange County (although you usually have to pay for parking).

Here are some of the top beaches in Orange County–and dare I say, some of the most beautiful beaches in all of California. 

• Doheny State Beach (Dana Point) – Open to the public since 1931, Doheny State Beach was California’s first state beach. Today, Doheny State Beach is one of California’s most popular beaches, with close to a million visitors per year. This is where you can enjoy great surf spots, tide pools, outdoor volleyball courts, aquariums (at the visitor center), and campsites. Parking is $15 per vehicle.
• Salt Creek Beach (Dana Point) – This is another beach that’s great for surfing. Salt Creek has outdoor showers, restrooms, and tide pools as well. Parking is $1/ hour.
• Seal Beach (Seal Beach) – Seal Beach is not only a beach, it’s also a pretty beachside city. And with its proximity to Disneyland , this is one of the most popular beaches for Disneyland visitors. Its usually windy nature makes Seal Beach a good place for windsurfing and kitesurfing. Parking is $3 for two hours or $6 for the whole day.
• Huntington State Beach (Huntington Beach) – Another beach city in the area, Huntington Beach is nicknamed “Surf City USA.” Besides its world-class surfing, Huntington Beach features volleyball and basketball courts and the beautiful Huntington Beach Pier (which is also the perfect sunset spot).
• Huntington Dog Beach – A half-hour drive from the Huntington Beach Pier, you’ll find a beach dedicated to dog owners. All dogs must be leashed in the parking lot, but they can run free on Huntington Dog Beach. Parking is $15 per vehicle.
• Main Beach (Laguna Beach) – You might recognize Laguna Beach from TV, but it’s also where you’ll find one of the best beaches in Orange County–hence the name. Although usually pretty busy, Main Beach has a small-town charm with a scenic boardwalk, nearby boutiques, and basketball and volleyball courts. Street parking is metered. Looking for more options? • San Clemente Beach – Some know it as San Clemente State Beach and others as San Clemente City Beach. Either way, there’s a lot to do here, including volleyball and visiting the San Clemente Pier. Street parking is metered.
• Table Rock Beach (Laguna Beach) – Get away from the crowds at Table Rock Beach. Just note that swimming isn’t recommended here due to riptides. There’s free street parking, but you’ll have to walk down many stairs to reach the beach.

Eat an Ice Cream Taco

In recent years, rolled ice cream has become a local craze. And the latest trend is rolled ice cream tacos!

Not too far from Disneyland, you’ll find Sweet Rolled Tacos in Garden Grove. This place serves up rolled ice cream in colorful taco-shaped waffle cones.

These sugary tacos are perfect for those hot Southern California days, whether you’re traveling in Orange County with kids or simply looking for a fun treat to satisfy your sweet tooth.

Sip on an Iced Vietnamese Coffee from Little Saigon

Spanning across Garden Grove, Santa Ana, Fountain Valley, and Westminster, you’ll find over 4,000 Vietnamese-American businesses that make up an area in Orange County, California called Little Saigon.

Little Saigon is one of the largest Vietnamese communities outside of Vietnam. It’s also home to some of the best Vietnamese food and Vietnamese coffee in California.

Start in Little Saigon with a Vietnamese iced coffee from Phin Smith . 

The first time I tried a Vietnamese iced coffee was in Little Saigon, completely unaware of the magic I was about to put into my mouth in the form of (very) strong coffee and condensed milk. 

It was love at first sip.

To this day, I still haven’t tried a better Vietnamese iced coffee than the first one I tried in Little Saigon.

Coffee in hand, walk around Phuoc Loc Tho (Asian Garden Mall), and cruise along Bolsa Avenue. Then, grab a bite to eat at Bánh Mì Chè Cali .

Enjoy Disneyland and Disney California Adventure

By far the most popular thing to do in Orange County is to spend a day or two at Disneyland and Disney California Adventure Park . 

It’s something to experience at least once (if not annually).

Established in the 1950s by Walt Disney, Disneyland is one of the most popular Orange County tourist attractions. 

It has millions of visitors every year and is one of the most visited theme parks in the world.

From thrill rides to favorite costumed Disney characters and themed fantasy worlds to get lost in, Disneyland is easily one of the most fun things to do in Orange County, CA.

Although I always recommend starting with the main Disneyland park, its sister theme park, California Adventure, is worth a visit as well.

Disney California Adventure Park is seen as the more adult version of Disneyland. You’ll find more thrill rides and the option to drink alcohol at Disney California Adventure Park.

And if you’re looking for things to do in Orange County, CA at night, don’t miss the Main Street light show and fireworks at the end of the day in Disneyland. 

It’s one of the coolest fireworks shows I’ve been to.

Local tip: Download the Disneyland app and purchase the Disney MaxPass feature. We’ve all heard of FastPass, which allows you to sign up for a specific time slot where you can skip the line at a desired attraction.

With the MaxPass, you don’t have to walk to the ride first to sign up for the time slot. Instead, you sign up on your phone via the app. This saves even more time, which means you get to do more fun stuff.

Get Your Thrills at Knott’s Berry Farm

If you’re looking for even more fun places to go in Orange County, make a trip to Knott’s Berry Farm for some serious roller coasters.

Located in Buena Park, Knott’s Berry Farm was California’s first theme park and features adrenaline-inducing rides and seasonal events. 

For those who like a good waterslide, there’s also Knott’s Soak City right across the street from Knott’s Berry Farm. 

And when dinner rolls around, stop at Knott’s Chicken Dinner Restaurant for the best fried chicken in Buena Park.

Local tip: During October, Knott’s Berry Farm transforms into “Knott’s Scary Farm,” which is one huge haunted house. It’s not for the faint of heart, but if you want to get into the Halloween spirit, this is one of the spookiest things to do in Southern California.

Stroll Around Downtown Disney

As the name suggests, the Downtown Disney District is another Disney-related activity. 

It’s perfect after a visit to the park or if you skip Disneyland altogether but still want Disney-themed things to do in Orange County.

Downtown Disney is the area you walk through to get to Disneyland or California Adventure.

It’s definitely on the touristy side but also free and worth visiting at least once for the full Disney experience.

Local tip: Parking is free for 15 minutes if you want to just hop out and walk around quickly. Otherwise, parking is free for two hours if you spend $20 at one of the shops and free for five hours if you dine at any of the Downtown Disney restaurants.

Find the Pirate Tower at Victoria Beach

Although this isn’t as much of a hidden gem as it used to be with its popularity on Instagram, finding the Pirate Tower at Victoria Beach is still a fun thing to do in Orange County.

The scenic tower, also known as “La Tour,” was built in 1926 for beach access from the house that was built above it.

It was basically a very fancy staircase down to the beach when it was in use, but it has since become a famous Laguna Beach landmark to visit.

Today, it’s closed to the public but you can still view the Norman-style tower from the north end of Victoria Beach. Just make sure you go during low tide.

Hike at Crystal Cove State Park

If you’re looking for more outdoor activities in Orange County, don’t miss Crystal Cove State Park .

This is the most stunning state park in the area, offering coastal views, plenty of easy hiking trails, tide pools, and historic buildings. 

Situated between Newport Beach and Laguna Beach and spanning 3.2 miles of coastline, there’s a lot to explore at Crystal Cove State Park.

It’s an Orange County bucket list destination and deserves at least half a day, if not more.

Crystal Cove State Park is another one of the most popular tourist spots in the area, so expect it to be somewhat crowded.

Local tip: If you can snag one, book an overnight stay at one of the Crystal Cove Cottages. These 24 historic cottages were built in the 1930s and were part of the seaside colony that existed here from 1920 to 1940. You can book one via Reserve California .

Find a Park Near You That Offers Outdoor Movies

Many things changed during the pandemic, one of which was the increased popularity of outdoor movie showings. 

Maybe it’s the nostalgia factor or maybe it’s the novelty of everyone sitting down to watch a movie together. 

Either way, with a picnic and bag of popcorn, it’s easily one of the best things to do in Orange County at night these days.

Here’s a list of the 28 best parks in Orange County where you can find outdoor movies .

Tour Mission San Juan Capistrano

One of the 21 Spanish missions you’ll find along the coast of California, Mission San Juan Capistrano dates back to colonial times when California was occupied by Spanish missionaries.

Mission San Juan Capistrano was founded in 1776 and is one of the oldest local landmarks that’s still standing today.

As one of the most beautiful California missions, it’s nicknamed the “Jewel of the California Missions.” It’s also one of the most visited with about 300,000 annual visitors.  

During a visit to Mission San Juan Capistrano, you can tour the grounds, artifacts, artwork, permanent exhibits, and unique American Colonial architecture on display.

Before you leave Mission San Juan Capistrano, visit the Serra Chapel and relax in the gardens.

Local Tip: Doheny State Beach is right next to San Juan Capistrano, so after you’ve had enough history for the day, you can relax on a nice beach.

If you’re going to visit one museum in this area, make it the Bowers Museum in Santa Ana.

Established in 1936, the Bowers Museum features exhibits on early local history, as well as art from all corners of the globe. 

There are 100,000 objects in the Bowers Museum’s permanent collection and a unique variety of rotating exhibits. 

The Bowers Museum is one of the best activities to do in Orange County, especially if you’re like me and enjoy learning the history of places you visit.

Dive Into the Archives at the Old Orange County Courthouse

Already visited the Bowers Museum and ready for more history in Santa Ana? Check out the Old Courthouse Museum in the Downtown Santa Ana Historical District. 

The Old Courthouse Museum is a Romanesque Revival style goliath from 1901. 

It’s home to the Orange County History Center, Orange County Archives, and the Pacific Coast Archaeological Society’s library.

Plus, for all of you cinema buffs, the Old Courthouse Museum was the setting for an episode of American Horror Story and The Film on Thelma Jordan .

Do a Craft Beer Tour

Brewery hopping is one of the best things to do in Orange County for adults (sorry kiddos!) and, specifically one of the best things to do in Anaheim.

To explore the local craft beer scene , you can either hop on a guided beer tour or do a self-guided tour.

This goes without saying, but if you’re doing a self-guided tour, please make sure you have a designated driver or use a shared ride service to get to and from the breweries.

Here are a few of the best breweries in Orange County that I’d recommend visiting:

Eat All the Churros

If you’re looking to take a break from sightseeing in Orange County, find a churro truck and dig in. 

Eat them with filling (Nutella, vanilla, chocolate, etc) or with some Champurrado (Mexican hot chocolate made with corn), either way, they are sure to be delicious. 

If it’s your first time trying churros, I’d recommend starting with Don Churros Gomez in Anaheim (although, really, any local churro truck will do).

Local Tip: I’m definitely biased toward the Nutella churros…they’re heaven on earth.

Explore the Artsy Culture of Costa Mesa

Tucked away just a mile from the coast, Costa Mesa is a vibrant and eclectic city to explore.

Costa Mesa is known for its hipster and artistic vibe, unique shopping, and colorful street art. 

To start an afternoon in Costa Mesa, I’d recommend walking through the LAB Anti-Mall .

This “anti-mall” has an outdoor layout with trendy fashion boutiques, local restaurants, hair salons, a record store, and an art gallery.

After shopping, check out the many statues and installations as well as colorful murals around the city.

Get in Touch With Nature

Even with Disneyland, numerous beaches, and plenty of art galleries, the best Orange County attractions are arguably still out in nature. Here are a few of my favorites: 

• Bolsa Chica Ecological Reserve – Right next to Huntington Beach, the Bolsa Chica Ecological Reserve is a 1300-acre must-see destination. The Bolsa Chica Ecological Reserve features mudflats, salt and freshwater marshes, and dunes. It’s home to over 200 bird species, making it a popular destination for birdwatchers. To get a good feel for the Bolsa Chica Ecological Reserve, I recommend doing the 3.8-mile North Loop Trail .
• Dana Point Headlands – Beyond the Bolsa Chica Ecological Reserve, more nature attractions in Orange County include the Dana Point Headlands, which are part of a conservation area and a beautiful place to go for a hike. Within the Dana Point Headlands, you’ll find over 150 different plant and animal species that are native to this part of California. The Harbor Loop is a flat 1.9-mile trail around Dana Point Harbor and a favorite local Dana Point hike. Time it right, and you’ll catch an unforgettable sunset at Dana Point Harbor. 
• Shipley Nature Center – Established in the 1970s and featuring 18 acres of native plants and animals, the Shipley Nature Center is a good place to learn more about the natural history of the area.

Take the Ferry to Balboa Island

One of the best things to do in Newport Beach is to visit the man-made Balboa Island with its Balboa Fun Zone.

This scenic island is filled with local shops and delicious eateries. It’s a popular year-round destination for locals and tourists alike.

Walk along Marine Avenue to take in the local shops and dine on fresh seafood at one of the restaurants near the water. 

You also won’t want to miss the island’s famous desserts–the Balboa Bar and the Balboa Frozen Banana (anyone else a fan of Arrested Development?).

Whatever you decide to do, taking the ferry to Balboa Island and spending the day exploring this little oasis is one of those classic Orange County things to do and always a fun day out.

This is especially the case if you’re looking for things to do with kids in Orange County. 

The Balboa Fun Zone is positioned along the Balboa Peninsula and has arcade games, a Ferris wheel, and plenty of kid-friendly activities.

Explore the Coastal Canyons at Laguna Coast Wilderness Park

As I’ve mentioned, there are a lot of things to do in Orange County, but another one that shouldn’t be missed is exploring the Laguna Coast Wilderness Park .

Tucked away in the San Joaquin Hills near downtown Laguna Beach, this huge 7,000-acre park is where you’ll find some of the last standing natural coastal canyons in Southern California.

It’s also where you’ll find the only natural lakes in Orange County. If you’re looking for good hikes in the area, there are over 40 miles of hiking trails.

While you’re there, don’t miss out on visiting the Nix Nature Center to learn more about the history, flora, and fauna of the area.

Walk Around Old Towne Orange

If you’re wondering where to go in Orange County, CA to get off the main tourist trail, head to Old Towne Orange . 

Before you ask, no I didn’t spell Old Town Orange wrong–think of towne with an “e” as a reminder of how old it is. 

Old Towne Orange was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1997 and features plenty of historic buildings, restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and antique shops.

Starting at Plaza Park, this is one of the best things to do around Orange County if you want to feel like you just stepped onto the set of “Gilmore Girls” or “One Tree Hill.”

Go on a Day Trip to Catalina Island

Lying 22 miles off the California coast, Santa Catalina Island is one of the most popular places to visit near Orange County and a fun day trip or weekend trip.

The island has two main hubs you can ferry to–Two Harbors and Avalon–although Avalon is the main town that most tourists head to first. 

Once you arrive on the island, it’s easy to feel as if you’ve been transported to another time with the number of historic buildings, quiet trails, and the very few cars you’ll come across.

And there’s a lot you can do once you arrive.

From walking along the waterfront to shopping at local boutiques, sunbathing, hiking, and snorkeling, there’s plenty to keep you busy for the day or a full weekend on the island. 

You can also go on one of the popular glass-bottomed boat tours , discover some scenic viewpoints (there are plenty), or tour the famous casino while you’re in Avalon. 

Catalina Island is a little pricey, but if you can work it into your budget, a visit to Catalina Island is well worth the price and one of the best things to do near Orange County. 

Local tip: With its many hills, most people get around Catalina Island by golf cart. Though not cheap, there are places to rent golf carts near the ferry dock once you arrive.

Note: the glass-bottomed boat tours feed marine fish as part of the tour. Feeding wildlife, including fish, is known to disrupt their normal feeding habits and can pose ecological issues if they learn to depend on humans for their food.

Plan a Backpacking Trip Across Catalina Island

If you’re looking for a bigger adventure, one of the most popular multi-day hikes in California can be found on Catalina Island. The 37-mile Trans-Catalina Trail takes 3-5 days to hike. 

You’ll have picturesque views from the ridge and almost 8,000 feet of elevation gain. And there’s a lot of wildlife, from eagles to bison. 

I’ve backpacked the full trail and it was worth every steep mile for the amazing views along the way.

Step Back in Time at Heritage Hill Historical Park

Have you ever wondered what it would be like to live in California 150 years ago? 

The Heritage Hill Historical Park features two fully restored buildings that date back to around the 1860s, during the Mexican Rancho era. 

Make sure to visit Heritage Hill Historical Park during one of the free tours on Wednesdays and Saturdays at 11 am. Only people on the tours get to go inside the buildings.

Kayak in Newport Beach Harbor

Another great way to spend the afternoon is paddling around the Newport Beach Harbor. 

This is a fun way to see the beach, harbor, and Balboa Island from a unique perspective. Some people even paddle out to Crystal Cove.  

You can rent kayaks and Stand Up Paddleboards (SUP) from the Newport Beach Marina Park or Harbor Kayak .

If you’re visiting with your own gear, there are plenty of places with free parking where you can launch from .

Go Whale Watching

Arriving without a car? No problem! I recommend booking a hotel in Anaheim and then hopping on an all-day tour and whale-watching expedition . 

This tour is perfect for a quick do-everything weekend trip. The tour bus cruises down the coast, stopping at Laguna, Huntington, and Newport Beach beaches. 

From Newport Beach, you’ll board a boat and speed out into open waters for dolphin and whale watching. 

You’ll also stop in Huntington Beach for long enough to do some shopping and maybe even visit the Surf Museum. 

I personally love this tour because it’s efficient, and your tour guide narrates throughout the entire day, enriching your experience. 

It’s a great deal once you calculate the price of taxis, tours, and lost time.

Catch an Angels Game

Instead of watching an Angels game from your hotel room or the bar down the street, go see the real thing.

The Los Angeles Angels Stadium is in central Anaheim. If you’re a baseball fan, visiting this area without seeing an Angels game is truly striking out. 

And if you’re a Dodger fan plan to visit when the teams go face-to-face. These are the best games anyway. Nothing like a little bit of local competition to heat things up.

Road Trip the Pacific Coast Highway 

I hope you have a good road trip playlist because it’s time to turn up the tunes and meander along the scenic Pacific Coast Highway. 

The PCH starts (or ends, depending on where you’re coming from) in Dana Point.

What better place to commence the ultimate road trip than from ground zero? 

From Dana Point, you can drive through Laguna Beach, Newport Beach, and Huntington Beach on the PCH (aka Highway 1), and even drive through the Los Angeles beach cities. 

Although some of the prettiest views along the PCH can be found along the OC coastline, if you’re looking for a longer road trip, just keep driving.

From Southern California, continue north along the PCH for 656 miles of breathtaking views in all directions.

Learn How to Surf or Watch the Surfers at Huntington Beach

If you’re interested in seeing what California surf culture is all about, what better place to take surf lessons than in “Surf City USA.”

You can find either private lessons or group lessons in Huntington Beach. 

Of course, private lessons mean you’ll receive undivided attention and more instruction, but don’t underestimate the power of group lessons. 

Taking a group lesson with friends means you get to laugh at each other falling for the umpteenth time.

Or, if you’re like me and surfing isn’t your thing, head over to the Huntington Pier to watch the experts do their thing. It’s an impressive sight to see.

Visit the International Surfing Museum

If you have a fresh sunburn from surfing all day, hide from the sun in the International Surfing Museum . 

You’ll learn interesting facts about famed surfers like George Freeth, who was the first person to popularize surfing in the US, and Corky Carrol, the “best-known surfer in the world.”

There’s a rainbow of surfboards on display, each with its own story, shape, and style. You’ll even find unique treasures like an electric surfboard and old hand-carved boards.

And this museum isn’t only for diehard surfers. Even the founder of the museum, Natalie Kotsch, isn’t a surfer. 

You don’t have to catch waves to appreciate the sport that put Huntington Beach on the map.

Surround Yourself with Greenery at the Fullerton Arboretum

Arboretums are essentially tree gardens. 

At the Fullerton Arboretum , you’ll see Orange County locals out for a stroll and university students learning about sustainable gardening practices.

The Fullerton Arboretum is run by California State University, Fullerton. 

It butts up to the university campus, making this one of the best things to do while visiting a friend on campus or touring the school.

In the fall of 2023, the Fullerton Arboretum plans to roll out new Discovery Stations for kids. 

Children will get to learn about pollinators, birds, and sustainable gardening practices at the Fullerton Arboretum.

Snorkel the Coves Around Laguna Beach

Laguna Beach covers a long stretch of coastline, including multiple coves that are ideal for snorkeling. 

The best snorkeling is usually at Shaw’s Cove, Diver’s Cove, and Thousand Steps. 

The fish are plentiful and diverse, in part due to the 2012 zoning for Marine Protected Areas. 

You’ll find garibaldi, octopi, rays, leopard sharks, eels, and lobster. If you’re lucky, you might see some dolphins and seals as well. 

While at Laguna Beach, you can also have a nice picnic with views at Heisler Park. There are fun sculptures and colorful flowers throughout Heisler Park.

Hike to the Top of Saddleback Mountain

Saddleback Mountain is one of the best places to enjoy gorgeous views in the area. 

From Santiago Peak, you can see as far as Catalina Island to the southwest, south Bernardino to the north, and Riverside to the East. 

There are two routes to reach Santiago Peak. 

The first is via Maple Springs , which is north of the peak. Meanwhile, the route via Holy Jim Trail and Main Divide Road is to the south. 

Maple Springs trail is a 9.5-mile out-and-back hike with a 1,463-foot elevation gain. However, the road to the visitor’s center is extremely bumpy and unfit for low-profile cars. 

If you’re okay with extending your hike by 14 miles, you can park at the entrance gate and walk the 7-mile bumpy road instead.

The other route is via the Holy Jim Trail and Main Divide Road. This is a strenuous 15.9-mile out-and-back hike with a killer 4,163-foot elevation gain.

Have a Sunset Picnic at Inspiration Point

You don’t have to buy a billion-dollar beachfront house to enjoy the Newport Beach sunset. 

Stop at the supermarket and bring a blanket for a beachy sunset picnic at Inspiration Point . 

Here, you’ll have the same views as the houses lining the beach. You can sit atop the bluffs that overlook the Pacific Ocean or walk down to the water’s edge. 

There’s plenty of parking at Inspiration Point and a cement walkway from the parking lot down to the beach. It’s a little steep, but you can pause at the benches along the way.

Go Art Gallery Hopping at Laguna Beach First Thursdays Art Walk

One of the best things to do in Laguna Beach is to explore the art scene. Laguna Beach city has a rich artistic history with over 100 art galleries . 

You can wander through the art galleries anytime, but if you’re in town on the first Thursday of the month, check out the First Thursdays Art Walk . 

During the Art Walk, the Laguna Art Museum offers free admission and the galleries provide free charcuterie and wine. 

How’s that for cheap things to do in Laguna Beach? I don’t know what’s better than free art, wine, and community.

Rent Bikes in Newport Beach

One of the best ways to see Orange County cities is on a bike. 

By renting bikes , you have the convenience of going at your own pace, stopping for ice cream, or visiting that cute shop with the macrame purse in the window. 

Plus, biking is way more efficient (and fun) than walking. You can easily ride along the beachside bike path to Huntington Beach and back. It’s about a two-hour round trip.

Visit the Pretend City Children’s Museum

If you’re looking for kid-friendly things to do in Irvine, go to the Pretend City Children’s Museum . 

This is an interactive activity center focused on kids learning about the real world through play. 

Pretend City Children’s Museum has everything from a pretend bank where young kids can learn about counting to a pretend doctor’s office where they learn about health and bodies. 

Pretend City Children’s Museum is a great alternative if your kids aren’t old enough to go on the rides at Disneyland and Knott’s Berry Farm.

Explore the Scientific World at Discovery Cube Orange County

Another favorite thing to do for those who are traveling with kids is the Discovery Cube . This is another center for play-based learning. 

Discovery Cube Orange County focuses on STEM and is perfect for older kids who are maybe too old for the Pretend City Children’s Museum.

You’ll find exhibits like the Organic Waste Lab, which teaches the role that worms play in composting, and a child-sized learning rainforest. Cool, right?

Local Tip: The Discovery Cube is just around the corner from the Bowers Museum, so you could easily visit both on the same day.

Prowl with the Mountain Lions at the Orange County Zoo

The Orange County Zoo houses predominantly animals in rehabilitation or those that can’t be released into the wild. 

So, there are some really interesting local animals that can be found there like bears, mountain lions, porcupines, and foxes.

It’s also one of the most affordable things to do in Orange County with kids. Admission to the Orange County Zoo is only $2 per adult, plus parking ($3-$10). 

After the Orange County Zoo, you can spend a mellow afternoon on a train tour or Wheel Fun boat at Irvine Regional Park.

Local Tip: If you’re staying in Santa Ana, the Santa Ana Zoo will be more convenient, and it’s just as good as the Orange County Zoo.

Eat Sweet Treats at Hello Kitty Cafe

Whether or not you like shopping malls, the Irvine Spectrum Center is well worth a visit if only to experience the Hello Kitty Cafe . 

This destination cafe is decked out in pink pop art and has a menu full of sweet treats that will make you smile. 

Going to Hello Kitty Cafe with a group of friends is a lot of fun. There are cookies shaped like Hello Kitty herself, Dole Whip ice cream, milk teas, and boba.

Have a Great Day at Orange County Great Park

This park isn’t just “good,” it’s 500 acres of greatness with plans of adding another 300 acres in the future. 

Why is Orange County Great Park so great, you might ask? Well, for starters, there’s a hot air balloon, so there’s that. 

Orange County Great Park is also home to state-of-the-art sporting facilities, a carousel, walking trails, play structures, and the Palm Court Arts Complex.

Shop for Luxury Goods at South Coast Plaza

South Coast Plaza is the go-to place in Orange County, California for luxury lifestyle collections. 

South Coast Plaza is an international shopping hub curated for every season. 

Shop until you drop at Hermès, Louis Vuitton, Williams Sonoma, Pottery Barn, and more.

Plus, South Coast Plaza has award-winning restaurants where you can re-energize with gourmet dishes from around the world.

Meet Adorable Seals at the Pacific Marine Mammal Center

One of the more unique things to do in Orange County, California, is to visit the Pacific Marine Mammal Center . 

This is a rehabilitation center for Pinnipeds (the scientific category that seals and sea lions are a part of). 

Here, you can get to know California sea lions, harbor seals, and northern elephant seals. 

After a little rehab and care from the center volunteers, they head back into the wild. 

Be warned though: you’re going to fall in love. These critters are adorable with their giant puppy-dog eyes and “barks.” 

The center is open from 10 am to 4 pm, seven days a week. There’s no need to book ahead and no admission fee (although donations are much appreciated).

Looking for the best things to do in Orange County, California?

Plan to spend some time in Orange County when visiting Southern California. The OC has everything from magnificent coastlines to beautiful beaches, fun activities, and amazing dining. It’s a family-friendly destination with Disneyland at the heart of it.

While a theme park is great now and then, the beauty of Orange County can’t be denied.

We love Orange County and spend a good amount of time traveling back and forth between Los Angeles and the OC. Most of our friends reside in Orange County, so we tend to agree to meet them there for dinner and other fun activities.

We lived in Anaheim for a short period, within walking distance of Angel Stadium. We loved everything the OC offered, but traffic to and from work was exhausting. Eventually, we decided to return to Los Angeles.

We still make frequent day trips down the PCH to Newport Beach and Laguna Beach. The drive down the PCH is scenic and worth the time in traffic if you’ve never done it. You could take it to San Diego if you so wish.

Other spots have won our hearts over the years, like Huntington Beach, Dana Point, San Juan Capistrano , and a pizzeria in Fullerton we must have every time we are in the area.

How to spend a day in Orange County?

Spending a day in Orange County is doable, but you can’t do everything in a day. This post has some fun things to do in Orange County for a day itinerary, like spending the day at one of the coastal beach cities, visiting a museum, spending the day at a theme park, or planning a hike.

What are the top attractions to visit in Orange County?

Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm are two of the top attractions in Orange County, but that’s not all that the OC offers. Laguna Beach is also another popular destination.

There’s plenty to do and see in the OC. You could spend months discovering all the nooks and corners in Orange County. This article gives you some ideas of the best things to do in Orange County. Best Things to do in Orange County

1. drive down pch to enjoy some amazing beach views.

This is also listed in my top Los Angeles attractions and it’s a must-do while in Orange County as well. The Pacific Coast Highway (PCH) offers some of Southern California’s most beautiful coastline views. Make your way to Newport Beach, Laguna Beach, Huntington Beach, or Dana Point, and enjoy the fresh ocean air and amazing views.

By far one of my favorite things to do in the OC. It’s a yearly day trip we try to take during the summer. We’ll usually end up in Laguna beach.

But expect traffic, especially on those beautiful days when the sun is out. Everyone is out and about doing the same thing. They flock to the beaches along PCH.

2. Walk Around Huntington Beach and Visit the Pier

Huntington Beach offers a wide variety of shops and restaurants and an eclectic mix of people. This is a great place to people-watch and admire the scenery.

The Huntington Beach pier is one of the longest piers on the west coast, offering some amazing views on both sides, which makes it a fabulous spot to see the sunset or sunrise. You can’t go wrong stopping at any beach city along the PCH for a beautiful sunrise or sunset.

3. Visit the Painted Ladies of Huntington Beach

Do you know of the painted ladies of San Francisco ?

Huntington Beach has its own painted ladies on 313 21st St. If you love architecture or Victorian homes, this is a great stop while in HB.

4. Take Your dog to Huntington Dog Beach

Have a dog that loves the beach? Spend the day with your dog at Huntington Beach Dog Beach. This is a great spot for a doggy beach play date.

With our first dog, we used to do picnics with our friends and their dogs. The dogs get to run around, chase balls, and swim. Locals consider it an off-leash beach, while signs say otherwise. As long as your dog is friendly and behaves, it should be fine.

Remember to bring doggy bags and pick up after your dog poop.

5. Spend the Day at Newport Beach

One of the best things to do in Orange County is to spend a day at Newport Beach. This is one of our favorite coastal cities. Newport Beach will keep you busy all day long with its wide variety of activities, shops, and restaurants.

Plan to spend your morning basking in the sun at the beach. Rent bikes in the afternoon or book a whale-watching tour. Watch the surfers at Wedge beach. Take a stroll along the pier. Visit Newport Harbor as it offers some amazing views of the coast.

6. Explore Balboa Island and Balboa Fun Zone

Balboa Island is part of Newport Beach and is a popular destination for tourists and locals. You can take your car on a ferry that crosses from Balboa Island to Balboa Peninsula and vice versa. It’s a fun short ride with great views. You do not have to take the ferry, both are accessible via the PCH.

Some people rent entire homes to spend the summer break on Balboa Island. I love to walk around Balboa Island and admire the picturesque beach-type homes. We like to take a stroll along the pedestrian path of South Bay Front or North Bay Front along the water and small docking areas.

And when you’re in Balboa island, you must have a favorite local treat: a Balboa bar or frozen banana.

Don’t miss Balboa Fun Zone in the Peninsula. It’s a fun carnival-like atmosphere with games, rides, and food.

If you’re looking for a way to escape the hustle and bustle of Los Angeles, then these day trips are perfect for you! From stunning beaches to awe-inspiring mountain ranges, there’s something for everyone.

7. Go Paddleboarding at Dana Point Harbor

Dana Point is a great weekend trip, but a day trip to Dana Point Harbor will do. Dana Point Harbor has its boats, shops, restaurants, and tourists. It’s definitely a lively spot.

You can plan to go paddleboarding or kayaking. Spot seals sunbathing on the docks.

8. Dine at Laguna Beach and Explore Heisler Park

One of our favorite things to do in Orange Country is Laguna Beach. Grab lunch, or have an early dinner at one of our favorite Italian spots, Alessa’s. After, take a walk over to Heisler Park and find the perfect place to watch the sunset.

Heisler Park is a beautiful park that offers some of the best views in Laguna Beach. It’s a great place for a walk, picnic, or to just sit and take it all in. You’ll also find a few stairs that will take you down to secluded beach areas and tide pools.

There are also plenty of art galleries, shops, and restaurants located close by if you want to explore more of Laguna Beach.

9. Find the Pirate Tower at Victoria Beach

Search for the infamous “Pirate Tower” at Victoria Beach in Laguna Beach.

Yes, there is an actual tower that is over 100 years old that sits out in part of the ocean. The tower was part of a home that no longer exists. It’s a huge tourist attraction because of its mystery, rumors, and folklore.

Note: You can only access and see the tower at low tide.

10. Crystal Cove State Park

Crystal Cove State Park is one of the largest state parks in California. It’s a great place to hike, bike, and explore the trails along the beach.

The park is also home to Moro Canyon. The canyon has some amazing views of the ocean and Laguna Beach.

11. Go Whale Watching

One of the cool things to do in Orange County is to go whale watching. There are plenty of locations where you can book a boat tour from. I suggest booking a tour out of Newport Beach or Dana Point.

It’s a fantastic experience, especially if you do get to see a whale. We got to see one breach while sailing along the coast of Kauai .

12. Enjoy a day at Disneyland

We can’t mention the OC without mentioning Disneyland. A day at Disneyland, at the happiest place on earth, can be a great day for everyone. The park is also home to Disney California Adventure Park, so you can park hop if desired.

While it is an expensive ticket, consider all the fun memories you’ll make at Disney. You can easily spend the entire fun-filled day here with rides, delicious food, and entertainment. Finish off the night with fireworks.

Is a theme park too overwhelming? Just head on down to enjoy some time at City Walk.

13. Enjoy a day at Knott’s Berry Farm

Love rollercoasters, fried chicken, Charlie Brown, Snoopy, and the Peanuts gang?

Knott’s Berry Farm is another family favorite in Orange County. There are rides, plenty of junk food, and attractions.

I suggest heading to lunch or dinner at Mrs. Knott’s Chicken Dinner restaurant for their classic fried chicken and biscuits served with their renowned boysenberry jam.

Is it the best fried chicken? Not really, not compared to the best fried chicken we had in New Orleans , but it’s definitely tasty and a great option for lunch or dinner. We can’t get enough of the biscuits.

14. Go to the OC Zoo

The OC Zoo is a great place to visit if you’re looking for something fun to do with the kids. The zoo isn’t overly large, but it’s very well maintained and has plenty of animals to see. The majority of the animals here are rescues that can no longer be released in the wild.

It’s also one of the cheap things to do in Orange County… a budget-friendly activity with an entrance fee of $2pp.

15. From the OC, take a Day Trip to Catalina Island

Only accessible via ferry, Catalina Island is a great day trip or weekend trip from the OC or LA. It’s a small island, but one that will have you feeling like you’re on the Mediterranean Coast.

Book a zip line tour . Have lunch at a Cafe. Hike to Inspiration Point and Two Harbors, a beautiful vista in Catalina. Or you can go snorkeling or scuba diving in the clear waters near Avalon.

16. Visit the Fullerton Arboretum

The Fullerton Arboretum is a 26-acre Botanical Garden. It’s a great place to explore and learn about plants. It’s also home to the Heritage House, which offers tours of the home and its gardens.

17. Have the Best Napoletana Pizza in Fullerton

While in Fullerton, you might as well grab a bite to eat. How does Napoletana pizza sound?

Fuoco Pizzeria has been one of our favorites since we lived in Anaheim. We used to frequent it all the time because it reminded us of Napoletana pizza from Italy. With reason, Fuoco Pizzeria is VPN certified (Verace Pizza Napoletana).

We were there recently, and it was just as good as we remembered it. Highly recommend it.

18. Take a Hike at Irvine Regional Park

Irvine Regional Park is a great place to go for a hike. You can bring your dog along, as long as they are on a leash.

There are plenty of trails to choose from, but the main one is the Irvine Regional Park loop which is 3.1 miles long and rated easy. This trail also features a river.

19. Visit the Bowers Museum

The Bowers Museum is home to one of the largest art collections from the ancient Americas. They offer family-friendly activities and events throughout the year.

There are a variety of exhibitions that change throughout the year. Currently, there is a Walt Disney World Archives exhibit.

20. Explore Old Towne Orange

If you’re looking for a quaint, historic town to explore, Old Towne Orange is the place. There are plenty of cute shops and restaurants. One of our favorite things to do is wander around this charming downtown area.

21. Go to a Theme Park at Halloween Time

Halloween time in Orange County means going to Disneyland or Knott’s Berry Farm during Halloween time!

I know I mentioned the theme parks earlier in the post. But I can’t miss reminding you that if there is a time to hit the parks, it’s during Halloween time.

Disneyland has the best decor for fall and Halloween . They also have their family-friendly Oogie Boogie Bash , which is a Halloween party that takes place on certain nights. This is one of the best times to enjoy Disneyland and its rides.

Knott’s Scary Farm takes a darker turn for Halloween with its 160 turns of horror. This is a fun Halloween experience for those that love to be scared.

Tickets and reservations for these events should be made in advance.

22. Check out the Orange County Museum of Art

Unfortunately, the Orange County Museum of Art is currently closed. The good news is that construction is underway for a new modern and amazing building under which the arts and exhibits will be housed.

This Orange County Museum of Art should be on your list of things to do in the OC. Keep an eye out for the grand opening of this art museum in 2022. You will not want to miss it.

One Day in Los Angeles, CA

There are so many things to do in Los Angeles, that it can be tough to know where to start. From tourist traps to local spots, these are the best places to go in Los Angeles in a day.

23. Attend a Baseball game at Angel Stadium

While they are called the Los Angeles Angel’s, in reality, Angel’s play and reside in Orange County.

We used to live right next door to Angel Stadium. Whether you’re a fan of Angel’s or baseball, this is a beautiful stadium that even has a water fountain behind left field. Every Saturday night game they set off fireworks.

If you’re lucky, you might be able to catch a game while you’re in town. Hubby was able to experience the Angels vs. the Yankees.

24. Visit the Segerstrom Center for the Arts

Located in Costa Mess, The Segerstrom Center for the Arts is a beautiful opera-style house arts complex that everyone should experience seeing a show here at least once. Plan to see a play, ballet, opera, jazz concert, musical, or one of their many other events.

25. Plan to go to the Orange County Fair

Another one of the popular things to do in Orange County is going to the Orange County Fair . Once a year, for a month, the fair is set up in Costa Mesa.

This is a fantastic place to go with family and friends. Rides, games, food, exhibits, animals, and more. Keep an eye on their events calendar for different music appearances and shows.

We go there to eat our hearts out, usually starting out with turkey legs. We always get fried Oreos and chocolate-covered bacon.

In 2022, the Orange County Fair will run from Jul 15 to Aug 14. Tickets will be limited.

I prefer the Orange County Fair over the LA County Fair.

26. Hike and go birding at Bolsa Chica Wetlands Sanctuary

Bolsa Chica Wetlands Sanctuary in Huntington Beach is a 1,300-acre coastal estuary. It’s a fantastic place to go for birding and hiking. This tranquil sanctuary is home to hundreds of species of birds like herons and egrets.

There is a 3-mile trail loop that can be enjoyed by hikers of all ages.

27. Spend the Day in San Juan Capistrano

Also listed as a popular day trip from Los Angeles , San Juan Capistrano is a lovely and historic city located about 45 minutes from Anaheim. It’s one of our favorite cities in Orange County.

Explore one of the oldest streets in California, the Los Rios District. Visit the Mission San Juan Capistrano and the ruins of the Great Stone Church. It’s one of the oldest ruins in California.

San Juan Capistrano is known as the birthplace of Orange County. This mission is a historic landmark and museum, worth the general admission ticket to tour it.

28. Take the Kids to Discovery Cube Children’s Science Museum

Discovery Cube Children’s Science Museum is a great place for young children to explore and learn about science, technology, engineering, art, and math.

If you’re wondering if passes here are worth it, they are! This was always a hit with our nieces, something to do inside on really hot days or rainy ones. The passes eventually paid for themselves.

29. Go Brewery Hopping in Orange County

If you’re a fan of craft beer, then you’ll love Orange County’s brewery scene. There are over 25 breweries in the county, and they all offer something unique.

30. Spend an Afternoon at Irvine Spectrum Center

Sunbridge annexation fight: Orange County passes conflict resolution procedure

Orlando, orange county continue fight for land annexation.

The City of Orlando and Orange County Commissioners are continuing to discuss the so-called Sunbridge Annexation. Orlando wants to annex the land to build houses, hotels, and office space. But, Orange County claims the land as theirs and has other concerns. Here is the latest on the dispute.

Orange County, Fla. - The dispute between the City of Orlando and Orange County over a proposal to annex a large amount of land within the Sunbridge community continued on Tuesday.

Orange County Commissioners voted unanimously to pass a conflict resolution procedure, which essentially signals to the City of Orlando that Commissioners want everyone to meet to discuss the issues and a possible path forward.

At the heart of the issue is who owns the land – and plans to further develop that land.

Earlier this month, Orlando leaders voted to annex the land near Innovation Way and State Road 528. There are plans to annex more of the property next month.

Orlando leaders are working with the developers behind Lake Nona's entertainment development to build a similar community with homes, hotels, and office buildings.

Orange County argued it's their land, not the City of Orlando's. Commissioners also expressed concerned about growth, infrastructure, and ensuring there are enough police, fire, and law enforcement resources to support that growth. 

Following the resolution's passing, Orange County Commissioners will send a formal letter to the City of Orlando requesting a meeting between staff members to discuss the annexation.

If both municipalities cannot reach an agreement, elected officials with then have to meet. 

If the fight continues, the dispute could be taken to court where a judge would have to decide who owns the land.

The first meeting between the city and county could happen on or around May 30th.

Turistas įsipareigoja, kad pasas galiotų ne trumpiau kaip 6 mėnesius skaičiuojant nuo kelionės pabaigos dienos (Turkija, Egiptas ir kt. ne ES valstybės) (vykstant į kai kurias valstybes, gali būti reikalaujama ir 12 mėnesių galiojančio paso). Tikslios informacijos teiraukitės mūsų konsultantų. Kelionių organizatorius neatsako už pasienio ir migracijos tarnybų priimtus sprendimus turisto atžvilgiu.

1. SUTARTIES ŠALIŲ ĮSIPAREIGOJIMAI 1.1 Kelionių organizatorius įsipareigoja: 1.1.1. Organizuoti turistui(-ams) turistinę kelionę pagal programą, nurodytą kataloge ar kitoje kelionę aprašančioje medžiagoje, arba, jeigu kataloge ar kitoje kelionę aprašančioje medžiagoje nurodytos kelionės programoje buvo padaryti pakeitimai iki šios sutarties pasirašymo, pagal pakeistą programą. Katalogas arba kita kelionę aprašanti medžiaga arba pakeista programa, „Informacija ir patarimai keliaujantiems“, pagrindinės keleivių ir bagažo vežimo užsakomaisiais skydžiais sąlygos, konkretaus oro vežėjo taisyklės, viešbučio aprašymas yra neatskiriamas šios sutarties priedas. Naujausia ir aktualiausia informacija yra skelbiama kelionių organizatoriaus internetiniame puslapyje www.novaturas.lt. Organizuota turistinė kelionė lėktuvu gali būti vykdoma užsakomuoju arba reguliariuoju skrydžio reisu. Užsakomąjį skrydžio reisą gali vykdyti oro vežėjai Avion Express, Getjet Airlines, Freebird Airlines. Reguliarųjį skrydžio reisą gali vykdyti oro vežėjai: Ryanair, Wizz Air, Turkish Airlines, Lufthanza, Air Baltic, Ukraine International Airlines, Finnair ir kt. 1.1.2. Nesurinkus minimalaus turistų skaičiaus, pranešti turistui apie sutarties nutraukimą patvarioje laikmenoje ne vėliau kaip iki kelionės pradžios likus: 1.1.2.1. 20 dienų, jeigu kelionės trukmė yra ilgesnė negu 6 dienos; 1.1.2.2. 7 dienoms, jeigu kelionės trukmė yra ne trumpesnė negu 2 dienos ir ne ilgesnė negu 6 dienos; 1.1.2.3. likus 48 valandoms, jeigu kelionės trukmė yra trumpesnė negu 2 dienos. Minimalus turistų skaičius kelionėje užsakomuoju lėktuvo reisu yra lygus 80 procentų vietų keleiviams atitinkamame lėktuve, o kelionėje autobusu – 25 turistai. Minimalus pažintinę kelionę lėktuvu įsigijusių turistų skaičius – 15 turistų. Jeigu prie užsakomos kelionės aprašymo sutarties prieduose nurodytas kitas minimalus turistų skaičius, galioja pastarasis. 1.1.3. Prieš kelionę turistui tokia forma, kaip buvo sudaryta sutartis arba kita turisto pasirinkta forma, pateikti būtinus kvitus, kuponus, bilietus, informaciją apie tikslią ir neklaidinančią informaciją apie numatytą išvykimo laiką ir, kai taikytina, registracijos terminą ir numatytą laukimo tarpinėse stotelėse, transporto jungčių ir atvykimo laiką; 1.1.4. Suteikti bendro pobūdžio informaciją apie kelionės šalies paso ir vizos reikalavimus, įskaitant apytikslę vizos išdavimo proceso trukmę, ir informaciją apie su sveikata susijusius formalumus (informaciją apie valstybių, į kurias vykstama, užkrečiamųjų ligų epidemiologinę būklę, privalomas ir rekomenduojamas profilaktikos priemones, informaciją apie sveikatos draudimo įforminimo tvarką) arba pateikia nuorodas į šią informaciją. Informacija arba nuorodos į oficialius internetinius tinklapius, kur yra tokia informacija, skelbiama kelionių organizatoriaus internetiniame puslapyje www.novaturas.lt ir/ar šios sutarties prieduose. 1.1.5. Prieš pasirašant sutartį suteikti informaciją apie sveikatos, gyvybės, neįvykusios kelionės rizikos bei kitus draudimus. 1.1.6. Užtikrinti turistui (-ams) visų sutartyje nurodytų paslaugų tinkamą teikimą, atsižvelgdamas į turisto teisėtus lūkesčius, nepaisant to, ar tas paslaugas turi teikti pats kelionių organizatorius ar kiti turizmo paslaugų teikėjai. 1.1.7. Esant galimybei prieš kelionę, o jos nesant – kelionės pradžioje rašytine forma turistui pateikti: kelionių organizatoriaus atstovo pavardę, adresą, telefono numerį ir elektroninio pašto adresą ar vietinių agentūrų ar agentų, į kuriuos turistas galėtų kreiptis pagalbos, adresus ir telefono numerius, jei tokių agentūrų ar agentų nėra, turistui nurodyti telefono numerį, kuriuo jis galėtų skambinti nenumatytu atveju, ar informaciją, kuri jam padėtų susisiekti su kelionių organizatoriumi. 1.1.8. Turisto(-ų) pateiktus asmens duomenis naudoti tik kelionės dokumentų įforminimui ir kelionės paslaugų užsakymui. Kelionių organizatorius turi teisę perduoti šiuos duomenis kelionių pardavimų agentams ir/arba sutartiniams partneriams tinkamam sutarties įvykdymui. Kelionių organizatorius turi teisę gauti turisto (-ų) pateiktus asmens duomenis iš kelionių pardavimų agentų (sutartinių atstovų) ir/ar sutartinių partnerių. Pasirašydamas šią sutartį, turistas suteikia kelionių organizatoriui neatšaukiamą sutikimą dėl asmens duomenų tvarkymo ir perdavimo trečiosioms šalims, aukščiau šiame punkte minimiems vykdomiems įsipareigojimams įgyvendinti. Kitais atvejais turisto (-ų) asmens duomenys gali būti perduodami trečiosioms šalims tik galiojančių teisės aktų nustatyta tvarka. Jei turistas (-ai) davė sutikimą, pateikti asmens duomenys, taip pat gali būti renkami ir naudojami NOVATURO lojalumo programos tikslams bei siunčiant informaciją apie NOVATURO organizuojamas keliones. 1.1.9. Be nepagrįsto delsimo suteikti turistui, kuriam kyla sunkumų, reikalingą pagalbą kelionės metu ar esant nenugalimos jėgos aplinkybėms: 1.1.9.1. teikti atitinkamą informaciją apie sveikatos priežiūros paslaugas, vietos valdžios institucijas ir konsulinę pagalbą; 1.1.9.2. padėti turistui pasinaudoti nuotolinio ryšio priemonėmis; 1.1.9.3. padėti rasti alternatyvių kelionės paslaugų. 1.2 Šioje sutartyje turistas – fizinis asmuo, sudaręs su kelionių organizatoriumi sutartį (sutartį pasirašęs asmuo) arba bet kuris fizinis(-iai) asmuo(-ys), kurio(-ių) vardu sutartį pasirašęs asmuo perka organizuotą turistinę kelionę ir prisiima visas teises ir pareigas pagal sutartį (kiti naudos gavėjai) arba bet kuris fizinis asmuo, kuriam sutartį pasirašęs asmuo arba bet kuris naudos gavėjas perleidžia savo teisę į kelionę. 1.3. Turistas(ai) įsipareigoja: 1.3.1. Sudarant sutartį dėl poilsio/slidinėjimo kelionių lėktuvu, jeigu iki kelionės pradžios lieka daugiau kaip 4 savaitės, sumokėti už poilsio/slidinėjimo kelionę lėktuvu 20% dydžio avansą ir likutį sumokėti ne vėliau kaip 4 savaitės iki išvykimo. Sudarant sutartį, jeigu iki kelionės pradžios lieka mažiau kaip 4 savaitės, iš karto sumokėti už poilsio/slidinėjimo kelionę lėktuvu visą kainą. Sudarant sutartį dėl egzotiškų poilsinių kelionių (Seišelių salos, Indonezija (Balio sala), Tailandas (Bankokas, Puketas), Vietnamas (Ho Či Minis), Kuba (Havana), Meksika (Kankunas), Tanzanija (Zanzibaras), Mauricijus) lėktuvu, jeigu iki kelionės pradžios lieka daugiau kaip 6 savaitės, sumokėti už egzotišką poilsinę kelionę 20% dydžio avansą, ir likutį sumokėti ne vėliau kaip 6 savaitės iki išvykimo. Sudarant sutartį dėl egzotiškų poilsinių kelionių lėktuvu, jeigu iki kelionės pradžios lieka mažiau kaip 6 savaitės, iš karto sumokėti už kelionę visą kainą. Sudarant sutartį, jeigu iki kelionės pradžios lieka daugiau kaip 4 savaitės, sumokėti už pažintinę kelionę autobusu 40 EUR dydžio avansą asmeniui, kuris įeina į bendrą kelionės kainą, ir likutį sumokėti ne vėliau kaip 4 savaitės iki išvykimo. Sudarant sutartį, jeigu iki kelionės pradžios lieka mažiau kaip 4 savaitės, iš karto sumokėti už pažintinę kelionę autobusu visą kainą. Sudarant sutartį dėl egzotiškų pažintinių kelionių (Indija, Šri Lanka, Vietnamas, Azerbaidžanas, Tailandas, Australija) lėktuvu, jeigu iki kelionės pradžios lieka daugiau kaip 6 savaitės, sumokėti už egzotišką pažintinę kelionę 80 EUR dydžio avansą asmeniui, kuris įeina į bendrą kelionės kainą, ir likutį sumokėti ne vėliau kaip 6 savaitės iki išvykimo. Sudarant sutartį dėl egzotiškų pažintinių kelionių lėktuvu, jeigu iki kelionės pradžios lieka mažiau kaip 6 savaitės, iš karto sumokėti už kelionę visą kainą. Sudarant sutartį dėl pažintinių kelionių lėktuvu, jeigu iki kelionės pradžios lieka daugiau kaip 4 savaitės, sumokėti už pažintinę kelionę lėktuvu 80 EUR dydžio avansą asmeniui, kuris įeina į bendrą kelionės kainą, ir likutį sumokėti ne vėliau kaip 4 savaitės iki išvykimo. Sudarant sutartį dėl pažintinių kelionių lėktuvu, jeigu iki kelionės pradžios lieka mažiau kaip 4 savaitės, iš karto sumokėti už kelionę visą kainą. Turistui atsisakius kelionės, jo sumokėtas administracinis mokestis laikomas atlyginimu kelionių organizatoriui už kelionės užsakymo sukūrimą ir aptarnavimą ir turistui nėra grąžinamas šios sutarties 2.2 punkte nurodytais atvejais. Kelionių organizatoriaus paskelbtų akcijų metu gali būti nustatoma kita apmokėjimo už paslaugas tvarka, kurios privalo laikytis turistas. Pasirašęs organizuotos turistinės kelionės sutartį, už kelionę turistas gali sumokėti tiesiogiai kelionės organizatoriui. Turistas, pervesdamas pinigus į kelionės organizatoriaus sąskaitą, mokėjimo paskirtyje turi nurodyti kelionės užsakymo numerį, pavardę, kelionės kryptį ir kelionės datą. Pirkdamas kelionę išsimokėtinai, turistas privalo laikytis atitinkamoje sutartyje numatytos apmokėjimo už paslaugas tvarkos. Jeigu turistas vyksta į kelionę reguliariuoju skrydžiu, taikoma konkretaus oro vežėjo nustatyta atsiskaitymo už skrydžio bilietus tvarka. Gali būti reikalaujama sumokėti skrydžio bilietų kainą iškart po kelionės užsakymo. Jeigu turistas užsakydamas kelionę vykdomą reguliariuoju skrydžiu, perka papildomas paslaugas (pvz. pirmenybinio įlaipinimo, registruotą bagažą ar kt.), gali būti reikalaujama sumokėti ne tik skrydžio bilietų, bet ir papildomų paslaugų kainą iškart po kelionės užsakymo. 1.3.2. Laiku pateikti visą informaciją ir dokumentus reikalingus kelionių organizatoriui įvykdyti šią sutartį; laiku atvykti laiku į nurodytą pirminę bei kelionės vadovo (jei kelionės vadovo paslauga numatyta sutartyje) nurodytas išvykimo vietas, taip pat ir tarpines; laikytis organizatoriaus nurodymų dėl kelionės ar atskirų jos dalių vykdymo; laikytis viešosios tvarkos, tarptautinių keleivių vežimo taisyklių, bagažo gabenimo tvarkos ir į šalį įvežamų daiktų kiekio, skaičiaus ir draudimų reikalavimų. Vykdyti pasienio ir muitinės tarnybų nurodymus. Vykstant į kelionę su nepilnamečiais vaikais, laikytis Lietuvos Respublikos Vyriausybės nutarimu patvirtintos Vaiko laikino išvykimo į užsienio valstybes, nepriklausančias Šengeno erdvei, tvarkos aprašo reikalavimų. 1.3.3. Atlyginti kelionės metu padarytą žalą (sugadintą viešbučio inventorių, transporto priemones ir kt.). Jeigu žala padaryta nepilnamečio, visus nuostolius už jį apmoka atsakingas asmuo. Jeigu turistas prisiima kaltę ir sutinka atlyginti žalą, žalą reikia atlyginti vietoje. Tais atvejais, kai turistas kaltės neprisiima, kelionių organizatorius turi teisę žalą išieškoti Lietuvos Respublikos teisės aktų nustatyta tvarka. Turistas neprivalo atlyginti žalos atsiradusios dėl nenugalimos jėgos. 1.4. DĖMESIO! Neįgalūs arba judėjimo apribojimų turintys asmenys, kuriems kelionės lėktuvu metu gali būti reikalinga speciali pagalba, dėl sėdėjimo vietų patvirtinimo privalo susitarti su faktiniu skrydžio vykdytoju arba kelionių organizatoriumi prieš įsigyjant vežimo bilietą arba organizuotos turistinės kelionės paketą. Skirtingos avialinijos judėjimo apribojimų turinčiais asmenimis taip pat laiko regėjimo, klausos ar protinę negalią turinčius asmenis. Tokiu būdu, judėjimo apribojimų turintys asmenys ar jų atstovai bei atstovai vaikų, keliausiančių be suaugusiųjų palydos, privalo apie tai informuoti faktinį skrydžio vykdytoją arba kelionių organizatorių, kadangi saugumo tikslais viename orlaivyje gali skristi ne daugiau nei 2 keleiviai su judėjimo negalia ir 4 vaikai, keliaujantys be suaugusiųjų palydos. Tam tikrais atvejais asmens psichinė, emocinė, fizinė ar kitokia medicininė būklė gali daryti neigiamą įtaką skrydžio metu tiek pačiam turistui, tiek kartu keliaujantiems asmenims (asmenys su spec. poreikiais, širdies stimuliatoriais, kvėpavimo aparatais, širdies ligomis, besiruošiantys operacijoms ir pan.). Todėl šie turistai prieš sudarant organizuotos turistinės kelionės sutartį, privalo pasitarti su medikais ir gauti jų leidimą ar rekomendacijas dėl kelionės, kartu įvertinant galimas rizikas jos metu. Neįspėjus apie sveikatos būklę ar galimas rizikas bei nesuderinus skrydžio su skrydį vykdančiu vežėju ar kelionių organizatoriumi, turistas prisiima visas galimas tokio elgesio rizikas ir neigiamas pasekmes. Pažymėtina, kad pagal skirtingų avialinijų bendrąsias keleivių ir bagažo vežimo sąlygas, vežėjas turi teisę atsisakyti tokį keleivį vežti. Neįgaliems ir judėjimo apribojimų turintiems asmenims ikisutartinių santykių metu taip pat rekomenduojama su kelionių pardavimo agentu ar kreipiantis į kelionių organizatorių tiesiogiai išsiaiškinti ar konkretus viešbutis bei apie aplink viešbutį esančios infrastruktūros galės suteikti atitinkamas sąlygas poilsiui ir bus pritaikyta neįgaliesiems. 1.5. Turistas, pagrindinė šios sutarties šalis, privalo informuoti kitus turistus - naudos gavėjus, kad kelionė yra organizuojama tik pagal šioje sutartyje nurodytas sąlygas ir visi turistai privalo vykdyti visas sutarties sąlygas bei pateikti jiems visą po sutarties sudarymo kelionių organizatoriaus siunčiamą informaciją.

2. TEISĖ ATSISAKYTI SUTARTIES 2.1. Turistas turi teisę bet kuriuo metu nutraukti sutartį iki kelionės pradžios. 2.2.Turistui nutraukus sutartį, kelionių organizatorius gali reikalauti iš turisto sumokėti pagrįstą sutarties nutraukimo mokestį, nustatytą sutartyje. Šalys susitaria ir sutinka, kad nuostolių dėl turisto sutarties atsisakymo dydis priklausomai nuo atsisakymo laiko yra:

Turistui atsisakius kelionės, vykdomos reguliariuoju skrydžiu, skrydžio bilietų kaina nėra grąžinama. 2.3. Turistas turi teisę nutraukti sutartį ir nemokėti sutarties nutraukimo mokesčio šiais atvejais: 2.3.1. jeigu kelionių organizatorius iki kelionės pradžios pakeičia sutarties sąlygas, o turistas per kelionių organizatoriaus nurodytą protingą terminą nesutinka su kelionių organizatoriaus siūlomais sutarties sąlygų pakeitimais, kai: a) kelionių organizatorius iki kelionės pradžios yra priverstas iš esmės pakeisti bet kurią iš pagrindinių kelionės paslaugų ir (ar) ypatumų; b) kelionių organizatorius negali įvykdyti sutartyje nurodytų specialių turisto reikalavimų; c) kelionių organizatorius pasiūlo padidinti kelionės kainą daugiau kaip 8 procentais pagal Lietuvos Respublikos civilinio kodekso (toliau – Civilinis kodeksas) 6.7521 straipsnį. 2.3.2. jeigu dėl turisto nurodytų trūkumų sutartis negali būti toliau vykdoma, o kelionių organizatorius per turisto nustatytą protingą laikotarpį nepašalina trūkumų. Civilinio kodekso 6.7521 straipsnio 3 dalyje numatytais atvejais turistas gali prašyti sumažinti kelionės kainą arba atlyginti turtinę ir neturtinę žalą; 2.3.3. jeigu kelionės tikslo vietoje ar visiškai greta atsiranda nenugalimos jėgos aplinkybių, dėl kurių gali tapti neįmanoma vykdyti kelionę ar nuvežti turistus į kelionės tikslo vietą. Tokiu atveju turistas turi teisę reikalauti, kad jam būtų grąžinti už kelionę sumokėti pinigai, tačiau jam nesuteikiama teisė papildomai gauti žalos atlyginimą. 2.4. Kelionių organizatorius turi teisę iki kelionės pradžios nutraukti sutartį, grąžinti turistui visas už kelionę sumokėtas sumas ir atlyginti turisto patirtą žalą, išskyrus 2.5 punkte nurodytais atvejais. 2.5. Kelionių organizatoriui nutraukus sutartį turisto patirta žala neatlyginama šiais atvejais: 2.5.1. kelionę įsigijusių asmenų skaičius yra mažesnis nei sutarties 1.1.2 punkte nurodytas minimalus turistų skaičius ir apie tai turistas buvo informuotas sutarties 1.1.2 punkte nustatyta tvarka; 2.5.2. kelionių organizatorius negali įvykdyti sutarties dėl nenugalimos jėgos ir jis nedelsdamas iki kelionės pradžios praneša turistui apie sutarties nutraukimą. 2.6. Kai kelionių organizatoriui ar kelionių pardavimo agentui atsiranda pareiga grąžinti turistui visus ar dalį už kelionę sumokėtų pinigų, pinigai turi būti grąžinti į turisto nurodytą sąskaitą per 14 dienų nuo sutarties nutraukimo dienos.

3. SUTARTIES KAINOS IR SĄLYGŲ PAKEITIMAS 3.1. Kelionių organizatorius po sutarties sudarymo turi teisę didinti kelionės kainą. Kelionių organizatorius patvariojoje laikmenoje aiškiai ir suprantamai informuoja turistą apie kainos padidinimą likus ne mažiau kaip 20 dienų iki kelionės pradžios, nurodydamas kainos padidėjimo priežastis ir kaip buvo apskaičiuotas kainos padidėjimas. Jeigu kelionės kainos padidinimas viršija 8 procentus galutinės kelionės kainos, turistas turi teisę nutraukti sutartį ar pasirinkti kelionių organizatoriaus siūlomą alternatyvią kelionę. 3.2. Kelionės kainos didinimas galimas tik tuo atveju, kai jį tiesiogiai lemia pasikeitęs (-usi): turistų vežimo kaina dėl degalų ar kitų energijos šaltinių išlaidų; su į sutartį įtrauktų paslaugų, susijusių mokesčių ar rinkliavų (pvz. turisto rinkliava, oro uosto mokesčiai, kt.), kuriuos taiko tretieji asmenys, tiesiogiai nedalyvaujantys vykdant kelionę, dydis; su kelione susijusios valiutos keitimo kursas. 3.3. Turistas po sutarties sudarymo turi teisę reikalauti sumažinti kelionės kainą šiais atvejais: sumažėjus sutarties 3.2 punkte nurodytoms išlaidoms po sutarties sudarymo, bet iki kelionės pradžios; dėl netinkamo sutarties vykdymo, nebent kelionių organizatorius įrodo, kad sutartis vykdoma netinkamai dėl turisto kaltės; kai dėl siūlomų alternatyvių paslaugų kelionė tampa žemesnės kokybės, nei nurodyta sutartyje; jeigu kelionės organizatorius dėl pagrįstų priežasčių negali pasiūlyti alternatyvių paslaugų arba turistas jų atsisako pagal Civilinio kodekso 6.754 straipsnio 5 dalį; jeigu dėl turisto nurodytų trūkumų sutartis negali būti toliau vykdoma, o kelionių organizatorius per turisto nustatytą pagrįstą laikotarpį nepašalina trūkumų. Sumažinus kelionės kainą, kelionių organizatorius turi teisę iš turistui turimos sugrąžinti sumos išskaičiuoti faktines administracines išlaidas. Turisto prašymu kelionės organizatorius turi pateikti tokių administracinių išlaidų pagrindimą 3.4. Kelionių organizatorius iki kelionės pradžios turi teisę vienašališkai keisti kitas sutarties sąlygas tik esant visoms šioms sąlygoms: pakeitimai nėra esminiai; kelionių organizatorius turisto pageidaujama forma patvariojoje laikmenoje aiškiai ir suprantamai pateikė turistui informaciją apie pakeitimus. Kelionių organizatorius be nepagrįsto delsimo patvariojoje laikmenoje aiškiai ir suprantamai turi pateikti turistui informaciją apie: siūlomus sutarties pakeitimus; protingą terminą, per kurį turistas turi informuoti kelionių organizatorių apie savo sprendimą; pasekmes, jei turistas neatsakytų per kelionių organizatoriaus nurodytą terminą; alternatyvią kelionę ir jos kainą, kai tokia kelionė pasiūloma. Turistas turi teisę savo pasirinkimu per kelionių organizatoriaus nurodytą protingą terminą sutikti su kelionių organizatoriaus siūlomais sutarties sąlygų pakeitimais ar nutraukti sutartį nemokėdamas sutarties nutraukimo mokesčio. Turistui nutraukus sutartį, kelionių organizatorius gali turistui pasiūlyti lygiavertę ar aukštesnės kokybės kitą kelionę. Jei dėl sutarties pakeitimų ar pasirinktos alternatyvios kelionės suprastėja kelionės kokybė ar sumažėja jos kaina, turistas turi teisę reikalauti grąžinti sumažėjusios kainos skirtumą. 3.5. Po sutarties sudarymo abiejų šalių rašytiniu susitarimu gali būti keičiama bet kuri sutarties sąlyga. 3.6. Turistas turi teisę pakeisti kelionių pardavimų agentą, atstovaujantį kelionių organizatorių, tik dėl kelionių pardavimo agento esminio šios sutarties pažeidimo, apie kurį turistas raštu nedelsdamas informuoja kelionių organizatorių. 3.7. Turistas pageidaujantis rinktis skrydžius, kurie nėra sujungti loginėmis jungtimis (pvz.: skrydis į priekį yra rytinis, o grįžti atgal pageidaujama vėliausiu vakariniu laiku) ir užsisakius papildomą paslaugą „Galimybė pasirinkti skrydį“, galės vieną iš į kelionės paketą įeinančių skrydžių pakeisti kitu. Paslaugos mokestis – 50 eur asmeniui ir šią paslaugą reikia užsakyti visiems sutartyje esantiems turistams. Paslauga galioja tik tose kryptyse, kur yra daugiau nei vienas skrydis per dieną ir tik esant laisvoms vietoms pageidaujamame skrydyje. Įsigijęs minėtą paslaugą ir pageidaudamas sužinoti apie jos įgyvendinimo galimybę, turistas turi kreiptis į jį aptarnaujantį ar jam priskirtą kelionių pardavimo agentą.

4. SUTARTIES ŠALIŲ PASIKEITIMAS 4.1. Bet kuris šios sutarties turistas turi teisę, likus iki kelionės pradžios ne mažiau kaip 7 dienoms ir kelionių organizatoriui pateikus pagrįstą pranešimą, perleisti savo teisę į kelionę trečiajam (kelionę perimančiam) asmeniui, kuris įgys visas turisto teises ir pareigas pagal sutartį. 4.2. Tais atvejais, kai toks perleidimas prieštarauja asmens, kurio pagalba kelionių organizatorius naudojasi, taisyklėms (t.y. jei per laiką, likusį iki kelionės pradžios jau neleidžiama užsakyti vietos transporto priemonėje, viešbutyje ir (ar) gauti vizos naujo asmens vardu), sutarties šalies (-ių) keitimas nėra galimas. 4.3. Toks perleidimas turi būti įformintas sutartimi, atitinkančia Civilinio kodekso reikalavimus, su trečiuoju (kelionę perimančiu) asmeniu, o kelionę perimantis asmuo, sudaręs sutartį, ar turistas, perleidęs kelionę, apie tai raštu privalo pranešti kelionių organizatoriui ir perduoti informaciją bei dokumentus, reikalingus sklandžiai įvykdyti šią sutartį kelionę perėmusio asmens atžvilgiu. Teisę į kelionę perleidžiantis turistas ir trečiasis (kelionę perimantis) asmuo, perėmęs kelionę, atsako solidariai kelionės organizatoriui už kelionės kainos ir išlaidų, susijusių su teisės į kelionę perleidimu, sumokėjimą. Šalys susitaria ir sutinka, kad kelionės perleidimo išlaidos sudaro ne mažiau kaip 50 Eur asmeniui, jeigu šis perleidimas yra įmanomas. Tais atvejais, kai perleidimas yra galimas tačiau asmuo, kurio pagalba kelionių organizatorius naudojasi, yra nustatęs atitinkamą mokestį, perleidimas gali būti atliekamas tik turistui (-ams) sumokėjus atitinkamą mokestį. Turistui pareikalavus, kelionių organizatorius privalo pateikti dėl sutarties šalių pasikeitimo turėtų papildomų išlaidų paskaičiavimą. Jeigu kelionės perleidimas yra neįmanomas dėl 4.2. punkte minėtų ar kitų priežasčių, turistas turi teisę nutraukti sutartį, sumokėdamas 2.2. punkte nurodytą nutraukimo mokestį. 4.4. Sutarties 4.1. – 4.3. punktuose nurodyti kelionės perleidimo terminai ir išlaidos netaikomi pažintinėms kelionėms lėktuvu bei egzotiškoms pažintinėms kelionėms. Turistas, įsigijęs pažintinę kelionę lėktuvu, turi teisę, likus iki kelionės pradžios ne mažiau kaip 28 dienoms, o įsigijus egzotišką pažintinę kelionę, likus iki kelionės pradžios ne mažiau kaip 42 dienoms, perleisti savo teisę į kelionę trečiajam asmeniui, kuris vykdys visas sutarties sąlygas. Šalys susitaria ir sutinka, kad pažintinės kelionės lėktuvu bei egzotiškos pažintinės kelionės perleidimo išlaidos sudaro ne mažiau kaip 60 Eur asmeniui, jeigu šis perleidimas yra įmanomas. Iki pažintinės kelionės lėktuvu ar egzotiškos pažintinės kelionės pradžios likus mažiau dienų nei nurodyta šiame punkte, sutarties šalių pasikeitimas yra galimas tik tada kai tai yra įmanoma pagal oro vežėjo taisykles, tokiu atveju turistas privalo sumokėti oro vežėjo nustatyto dydžio mokestį už keleivio duomenų (vardo, pavardės ir kt.) keitimą. 4.5. Jeigu turistas vyksta į kelionę reguliariuoju skrydžiu ir nori perleisti kelionę trečiajam asmeniui, turistas privalo sumokėti oro vežėjo nustatyto dydžio mokestį už keleivio duomenų (vardo, pavardės ir kt.) keitimą (kai yra įmanoma perleisti skrydžio bilietus trečiajam asmeniui pagal oro vežėjo taisykles). 4.6. Teisę į kelionę perleidžiantis turistas ir kitas asmuo kelionių organizatoriui už kelionės kainos ir išlaidų, susijusių su teisės į kelionę perleidimu, sumokėjimą atsako solidariai.

5. KELIONĖS KEITIMAS 5.1. Turistas, įsigijęs poilsinę kelionę lėktuvu, turi galimybę iki kelionės pradžios likus ne mažiau kaip 14 dienų, pakeisti kelionės datą, trukmę, viešbutį ir/ar kambario tipą, kelionės kryptį ir/ar sezoną. Šiuo atveju taikomi žemiau nurodyti kelionės keitimo mokesčiai

5.2. Rezervuojant poilsio/egzotinio poilsio kelionę lėktuvu užsisakius papildomą paslaugą „Auksinė galimybė keisti kelionę“, turistas turi galimybę vieną kartą keisti kelionės datą, trukmę, viešbutį, kambario tipą ir/ar kelionės kryptį, sezoną: likus ne mažiau kaip 28 dienoms iki išvykimo į poilsinę kelionę; likus ne mažiau kaip 42 dienoms iki išvykimo į egzotinio poilsio kelionę. Tokiu atveju taikomas 15 Eur asmeniui kelionės keitimo mokestis. 5.2.1 Nepriklausomai nuo užsakymų skaičiau , Auksinės galimybės paslauga galima pasinaudoti tik vieną kartą iki išvykimo. Jei turistas jau pasinaudojo Auksinės galimybės paslauga ir keitė kelionės datą, trukmę, viešbutį, kambario tipą, kelionės kryptį ir/ar sezoną nemokamai, tokiu atveju naujoms sudarytoms turizmo paslaugų sutartims, kurios buvo sudarytos pasinaudojant pirminės organizuotos turistinės sutarties Auksinės galimybės sąlygų pagrindu, antrą kartą nemokamas kelionės datos, trukmės, viešbučio, kambario tipo, kelionės krypties ir/ar sezono keitimas negalimas. 5.3.1 Rezervuojant poilsio kelionę lėktuvu, užsisakius papildomą paslaugą „Covid Pauzė“, paslauga leidžia vieną kartą keisti poilsio kelionės datą, trukmę, viešbutį, kambario tipą, kelionės kryptį ir/ar net sezoną, kuomet keliautojui patvirtinamas teigiamas COVID-19 tyrimo rezultatas. Paslauga galima pasinaudoti iki kelionės pradžios likus ne mažiau nei 24 val., pateikiant teigiamą rezultatą patvirtinantį dokumentą ne vėliau nei per 24 val. nuo jo išdavimo. Tokiu atveju taikomas 19 Eur asmeniui kelionės keitimo mokestis. 5.3.2 Rezervuojant poilsio kelionę lėktuvu, užsisakius papildomą paslaugą „Saviizoliacijos Pauzė“, paslauga leidžia vieną kartą keisti poilsio kelionės datą, trukmę, viešbutį, kambario tipą, kelionės kryptį ir/ar net sezoną, kuomet keliautojui LR įgaliotų institucijų yra skiraima saviizoliacijos prievolė, apimanti kelionės pradžią. Paslauga galima pasinaudoti iki kelionės pradžios likus ne mažiau nei 24 val., pranešant apie saviizoliaciją nedelsiant ir pateikiant tai įrodančius, asmens tapatybę identifikuojančius dokumentus ( NVSC pažyma). NVSC pažyma turi būti išversta į anglų kalbą, vertimų biuro, arba notaro. Tokiu atveju taikomas 19 Eur asmeniui kelionės keitimo mokestis. 5.4. Keičiant kelionės datą, trukmę, viešbutį, kambario tipą ir/arba kryptį, sezoną pagal 5.1.,5.2 ir 5.3.1 punktą, kelionės kaina perskaičiuojama pagal keitimo dieną galiojančias kainas ir sąlygas. Keičiant kelionės datą, trukmę, viešbutį, kambario tipą ir/arba kryptį, sezoną pagal 5.3.2 punktą, kelionės kaina perskaičiuojama pagal keitimo dieną galiojančias kainas ir sąlygas, tačiau esant mažesnei kaina – skirtumas nėra grąžinamas. 5.5. Sutarties 5.1 ir 5.3 punkte nurodytos kelionės keitimo sąlygos netaikomos egzotiškoms poilsio kelionėms lėktuvu, o 5.1.-5.3 punktuose nurodytos kelionės keitimo sąlygos netaikomos slidinėjimo kelionėms lėktuvu, pažintinėms kelionėms autobusu ir lėktuvu, savaitgalio kelionėms bei pažintinėms egzotiškoms kelionėms, poilsiui Lietuvoje, bei reguliariųjų reisų bilietams. 5.6. Kelionės keitimas pagal 5.1.-5.3. punktus galimas tik tuo atveju, jei tai yra įmanoma, t.y. galimos kitos datos/trukmės/viešbučiai, yra laisvų vietų skrydžiose ir pan.  Keliaujančių asmenų skaičius bei keliaujantys asmenys (jų vardai ir pavardės) negali būti keičiami. 5.7. Įsigijus 5.2. ir 5.3. punkte nurodytas paslaugas ir nepasinaudojus auksine galimybe keisti kelionę ar „Covid Pauzė“, ar „Saviizoliacijos Pauzė“, paslaugų kaina nėra grąžinama. 6. ATSAKOMYBĖ UŽ NETINKAMĄ SUTARTIES VYKDYMĄ 6.1. Kelionių organizatorius atsako už bet kokius techninius užsakymo sistemos trūkumus, kurių atsirado dėl jo kaltės sudarant sutartį ir už bet kokias užsakymo proceso metu padarytas klaidas. Atsakomybė netaikoma, kai užsakymo klaidos atsirado dėl turisto kaltės arba jas sukėlė nenugalimos jėgos aplinkybės. 6.2. Kelionių organizatorius privalo be nepagrįsto delsimo suteikti turistui, kuriam kyla sunkumų, reikalingą pagalbą, nurodytą sutarties 1.1.7 punkte. 6.3. Jei pagalba turistui yra reikalinga dėl priežasčių, kurios atsiranda dėl turisto tyčinių veiksmų ar aplaidumo, kelionių organizatorius turi teisę už tokios pagalbos teikimą imti atlygį, kurio dydis negali viršyti kelionių organizatoriaus patirtų faktinių išlaidų. 6.4. Turistas be nepagrįsto delsimo turi pranešti kelionių organizatoriui sutartyje nurodytais kontaktais apie bet kokį netinkamo sutarties vykdymo ar sutarties nevykdymo atvejį, jo pastebėtą kelionės metu ir nurodyti protingą terminą trūkumams ištaisyti. Jeigu trūkumus būtina ištaisyti nedelsiant, turistas neprivalo nurodyti termino. 6.5. Jeigu sutartyje nurodytos paslaugos teikiamos ne pagal sutarties sąlygas, kelionių organizatorius per turisto nustatytą protingą terminą privalo ištaisyti turisto nurodytus trūkumus, išskyrus kai to padaryti neįmanoma arba jei tai sukeltų neproporcingų išlaidų, atsižvelgiant į trūkumų mastą ir į netinkamai suteiktų paslaugų, nurodytų sutartyje, vertę. 6.6. Jeigu kelionių organizatorius neištaiso trūkumų dėl sutarties 6.5 punkte nurodytų priežasčių, turistas turi teisę reikalauti, kad jam be nepagrįsto delsimo būtų atlyginta turtinė ir neturtinė žala. 6.7. Jeigu kelionių organizatorius per turisto nustatytą protingą terminą neištaiso trūkumų ne dėl sutarties 6.5 punkte nurodytų priežasčių, turistas gali padaryti tai pats ir pareikalauti padengti būtinas išlaidas. 6.8. Jeigu kelionių organizatorius negali suteikti didelės paslaugų dalies pagal sutartį arba turisto sugrįžimo į išvykimo vietą paslauga nesuteikiama taip, kaip buvo susitarta, kelionių organizatorius privalo pasiūlyti turistui be papildomų išlaidų tinkamas alternatyvias paslaugas, kurių kokybė, jeigu įmanoma, būtų lygiavertė sutartyje nurodytai kokybei arba aukštesnė už ją, kad būtų galima toliau tęsti kelionę. Kai dėl siūlomų alternatyvų kelionė tampa žemesnės kokybės nei nurodyta sutartyje, kelionių organizatorius atitinkamai sumažina kelionės kainą. 6.9. Jei pasiūlytos alternatyvos nėra panašios į tas paslaugas, dėl kurių buvo susitarta sutartyje, arba, jei suteiktas kainos sumažinimas yra neadekvatus, turistas gali jų atsisakyti. 6.10. Jei nepakankama atitiktis iš esmės daro poveikį kelionės vykdymui, o organizatorius per turisto nustatytą pagrįstą laikotarpį padėties neištaiso, turistas gali nutraukti sutartį nemokėdamas sutarties nutraukimo mokesčio ir paprašyti sumažinti kainą ir (arba) atlyginti turtinę ir neturtinę žalą. 6.11. Jeigu nėra įmanoma pasiūlyti alternatyvų arba turistas atsisako pasiūlytų alternatyvų pagal sutarties 6.9 punktą, turistas turi teisę į kainos sumažinimą ir (arba) turtinės ir neturtinės žalos atlyginimą nenutraukiant sutarties. 6.12. Jeigu kelionė apima keleivių vežimo paslaugą, kelionių organizatorius šios sutarties 6.9 – 6.11 punktuose nurodytais atvejais be papildomo užmokesčio turi užtikrinti turisto grąžinimą į pradinę išvykimo vietą lygiavertės rūšies transportu arba nuvežimą į kitą vietovę, dėl kurios sutinka turistas, taip pat grąžinti turistui pinigus už nesuteiktas paslaugas. 6.13. Jeigu dėl nenugalimos jėgos kelionių organizatorius negali užtikrinti turisto grąžinimo taip, kaip numatyta sutartyje, kelionių organizatorius privalo apmokėti būtino apgyvendinimo, kurio kategorija, jeigu įmanoma, yra lygiavertė nurodytajai sutartyje, tam laikotarpiui, kiek trunka nenugalimos jėgos aplinkybės, bet ne ilgesniam kaip trijų nakvynių laikotarpiui kiekvienam turistui, išlaidas, išskyrus atvejus, kai kituose įstatymuose ar Europos Sąjungos teisės aktuose numatyti ilgesni laikotarpiai (pvz., riboto judumo ir juos lydintiems asmenims, nėščiosioms ir nelydimiems nepilnamečiams, taip pat asmenims, kuriems reikia specialios medicinos pagalbos, jei turistas apie jo specialius poreikius praneša kelionių organizatoriui likus ne mažiau kaip 48 valandoms iki kelionės pradžios). 6.14. Turistas turi teisę reikalauti, kad jam be nepagrįsto delsimo būtų atlyginta turtinė ir neturtinė žala šiais atvejais: 6.14.1. jeigu dėl turisto nurodytų trūkumų sutartis negali būti toliau vykdoma, o kelionių organizatorius per turisto nustatytą protingą terminą nepašalina trūkumų; 6.14.2. jeigu kelionės organizatorius dėl pagrįstų priežasčių negali pasiūlyti alternatyvių paslaugų arba turistas jų atsisako pagal sutarties 6.9 punktą; 6.14.3. kitais Civiliniame kodekse nustatytais atvejais. 6.15. Kelionių organizatorius neatsako už netinkamą sutarties įvykdymą, jeigu kelionių organizatorius įrodo, kad sutartis buvo netinkamai vykdoma dėl: 6.15.1. turisto kaltės; 6.15.2. trečiosios šalies, nesusijusios su paslaugų teikimu pagal sutartį, kaltės ir todėl nebuvo įmanoma žalos numatyti arba jos išvengti; 6.15.3. nenugalimos jėgos. 6.16. Jeigu žala, išskyrus žalą, atsiradusią dėl turisto mirties, sveikatos sužalojimo, taip pat tyčinę žalą ar dėl didelio neatsargumo padarytą žalą, turistui padaroma teikiant sutartyje numatytą paslaugą, tačiau tą paslaugą teikia ne pats kelionės organizatorius, kelionės organizatoriaus atsakomybė už tokią žalą gali būti ribojama triguba kelionės kaina. 6.17. Turisto teisė gauti žalos atlyginimą ar teisė į kainos sumažinimą nedaro poveikio keleivių teisėms pagal 2004 m. vasario 11 d. Europos Parlamento ir Tarybos reglamentą (EB) Nr. 261/2004, nustatantį bendras kompensavimo ir pagalbos keleiviams taisykles atsisakymo vežti ir skrydžių atšaukimo arba atidėjimo ilgam laikui atveju, panaikinantį Reglamentą (EEB) Nr. 295/91 (OL 2004 L 046, p. 1), 2007 m. spalio 23 d. Europos Parlamento ir Tarybos reglamentą (EB) Nr. 1371/2007 dėl geležinkelių keleivių teisių ir pareigų (OL 2007 L 315, p. 14), 2009 m. balandžio 23 d. Europos Parlamento ir Tarybos reglamentą (EB) Nr. 392/2009 dėl keleivių vežėjų jūra atsakomybės avarijų atveju (OL 2009 L 131, p. 24), 2010 m. lapkričio 24 d. Europos Parlamento ir Tarybos reglamentą (ES) Nr. 1177/2010 dėl jūrų ir vidaus vandenų keliais vykstančių keleivių teisių, kuriuo iš dalies keičiamas Reglamentas (EB) Nr. 2006/2004 (OL 2010 L 334, p. 1), 2011 m. vasario 16 d. Europos Parlamento ir Tarybos reglamentą (ES) Nr. 181/2011 dėl miesto ir tolimojo susisiekimo autobusų transporto keleivių teisių, kuriuo iš dalies keičiamas Reglamentas (EB) Nr. 2006/2004 (OL 2011 L 55, p. 1), ir pagal tarptautines konvencijas. 6.18. Pagal sutarties 6.14 punktą kelionių organizatoriaus išmokėtas žalos atlyginimas arba kelionių organizatoriaus turistui suteiktas kainos sumažinimas ir pagal sutarties 6.17 punkte nurodytus Europos Sąjungos teisės aktus ir tarptautines konvencijas išmokėtas žalos atlyginimas arba suteiktas kainos sumažinimas turistui išskaitomi vienas iš kito, kad būtų išvengta dvigubo žalos atlyginimo. 6.19. Turistui padaryta turtinė ir neturtinė žala atlyginama Civilinio kodekso nustatyta tvarka.

7. BENDROSIOS SĄLYGOS 7.1. Turisto teises gina Civilinis kodeksas, Vartotojų teisių apsaugos įstatymas, Reklamos įstatymas, Turizmo įstatymas bei kiti įstatymai ir poįstatyminiai teisės aktai bei ši sutartis. 7.2. Kelionės metu kilus konfliktui ar atsiradus nepasitenkinimui dėl šios sutarties netinkamo vykdymo ar nevykdymo, pretenzijos nedelsiant (be ne pagrįsto delsimo) turi būti raštu ar patvariojoje laikmenoje pareiškiamos kelionių organizatoriaus atstovui arba kelionių vadovui, o jei šių nėra, – kelionių organizatoriui. 7.3. Kai sutartis sudaryta per kelionių pardavimo agentą, turistas gali pateikti pranešimus, prašymus ar pretenzijas tiesiogiai kelionių pardavimo agentui, kuris be nepagrįsto delsimo perduoda pranešimus, prašymus ar pretenzijas kelionių organizatoriui. Kelionių pardavimo agentui gavus turisto pranešimus, prašymus ar pretenzijas, laikoma, kad juos gavo kelionių organizatorius. 7.4. Kelionių organizatorius privalo neatlygintinai išnagrinėti turisto kreipimąsi ir, kai nesutinka su turisto reikalavimais, privalo ne vėliau kaip per 14 dienų nuo turisto kreipimosi gavimo dienos, pateikti turistui išsamų motyvuotą rašytinį atsakymą. Turistui prašant, kelionių organizatorius privalo pateikti turistui dokumentus ar kitus įrodymus, pagrindžiančius kelionių organizatoriaus atsakymą. 7.5. Kelionių organizatoriaus vidinė pretenzijų nagrinėjimo tvarka: 7.5.1. Turisto pretenzijos pateiktos kelionės metu yra sprendžiamos vietoje bendraujant su kelionių organizatoriaus atstovu ir rašytinis atsakymas į minėtas pretenzijas turistui nėra pateikiamas. 7.5.2. Nepavykus konflikto išspręsti vietoje, pretenzijas kelionių organizatoriui turistas gali pareikšti raštu el. paštu [email protected] per tris mėnesius nuo tos dienos, kurią sužinojo ar turėjo sužinoti apie savo teisių ar teisėtų interesų pažeidimą. 7.5.3. Pateikiant rašytinę, turisto ar jo atstovo pasirašytą pretenziją joje turi būti nurodoma: turisto vardas ir pavardė, kontaktiniai duomenys (telefono numeris, gyv. vietos adesas ir/ar el.pašto adresas), kelionės data, kryptis, sutarties numeris, situacijos aplinkybės ir jas pagrindžiantys dokumentai bei įrodymai. Jeigu pretenziją pateikia turisto įgaliotas asmuo, jis taip pat turi pridėti turisto atstovavimą patvirtinančius dokumentus. 7.5.4. Kelionių organizatoriui gavus pretenziją, ją peržiūrėjus ir pastebėjus tam tikrus trūkumus, jis turi teisę prašyti turisto pateikti trūkstamą informaciją, dokumentus ar įrodymus apie tai raštu informuodamas turistą ar jo įgaliotą asmenį. Nurodytu atveju 14 dienų terminas rašytinio atsakymo iš kelionių organizatoriaus pateikimui skaičiuojamas nuo nurodytų trūkumų ištaisymo gavimo dienos. 7.5.5. Kelionių organizatorius turi teisę pratęsti pretenzijos nagrinėjimo terminą apie tai raštu informuodamas turistą, jei dėl objektyvių priežasčių negali išnagrinėti pateiktos pretenzijos ir motyvuoto rašytinio atsakymo į pretenziją pateikti per 14 dienų iki numatyto termino dienos. 7.3. Ginčai dėl sutarties netinkamo vykdymo ar nevykdymo ne teisme nagrinėjami Lietuvos Respublikos vartotojų teisių apsaugos įstatymo nustatyta tvarka Valstybinėje vartotojų teisių apsaugos tarnyboje, adresu Vilniaus g. 25, 01402 Vilnius, el. p. [email protected], faks. (8 5) 279 1466, interneto svetainė www.vvtat.lt. Elektroniniu būdu prašymą galima pateikti per EGS platformą http://ec.europa.eu/odr/. 7.4. Po šios sutarties pasirašymo, sutarties sąlygų esminiai pakeitimai (pagrindinė sutartų paslaugų dalis ir kaina) galimi tik abiejų šalių rašytiniu susitarimu. 7.5. Sutartis sudaryta dviem egzemplioriais - po vieną kelionių organizatoriui ir turistui (-ams). Visi egzemplioriai turi vienodą juridinę galią.

8. ASMENS DUOMENŲ APSAUGA 8.1. Teikdamas turizmo paslaugas kelionių organizatorius, kaip duomenų valdytojas, renka ir tvarko turisto ir su juo kartu keliaujančių asmens duomenis, pateikiamus sutarties pasirašymo metu bei kitus su turizmo paslaugų teikimu susijusius duomenis.Šie duomenys yra tvarkomi sutarties sudarymo ir vykdymo pagrindu, taip pat vykdant kelionių organizatoriui taikomus teisės aktų reikalavimus ir siekiant teikti turizmo paslaugas. Atsisakius pateikti šiuos duomenis kelionių organizatorius turi teisę atsisakyti sudaryti sutartį. 8.2. Duomenis kelionių organizatorius tvarko teisės aktų nustatytą terminą arba tiek, kiek yra būtina tvarkymo tikslams pasiekti. Duomenys gali būti perduoti kelionių organizatoriaus grupės įmonėms, taip pat partneriams, paslaugų teikėjams ar kitiems tretiesiems asmenims tiek, kiek tai yra būtina sutarties ar kelionių organizatoriaus teisinių pareigų vykdymui, įskaitant duomenų perdavimą į trečiąsias valstybes, esančias už Europos Ekonominės Erdvės ribų, kuriose gali būti taikomi mažesni reikalavimai duomenų apsaugai. Kelionių organizatorius deda pagrįstas pastangas siekiant užtikrinti tinkamas duomenų apsaugos priemones. 8.3. Turistas turi teisę prašyti, kad kelionių organizatorius leistų susipažinti su tvarkomais jo asmens duomenimis ir juos ištaisytų arba ištrintų, arba apribotų duomenų tvarkymą, teisę nesutikti, kad duomenys būtų tvarkomi, taip pat teisę į duomenų perkeliamumą ir teisę pateikti skundą priežiūros institucijai. 8.4. Turistas, pateikdamas kitų turistų asmens duomenis, tame tarpe vaikų ir (ar) specialių kategorijų asmens duomenis patvirtina, kad asmuo arba teisėtas jo atstovas (pavyzdžiui, vienas iš tėvų, globėjų) sutinka su tokiu duomenų teikimu ir tvarkymu, taip pat įsipareigoja pateikti jiems informaciją, nurodytą šioje sutartyje bei kelionių organizatoriaus viešai skelbiamoje Privatumo politikoje. Kelionių organizatorius turi teisę kreiptis į asmenį nurodytu telefono numeriu ar el. pašto adresu siekiant įsitikinti, kad toks sutikimas buvo duotas. 8.5. Daugiau apie informacijos apie asmens duomenų tvarkymą, duomenų subjekto teises ir jų įgyvendinimo tvarką galima rasti kelionių organizatoriaus viešai skelbiamoje Privatumo politikoje internete www.novaturas.lt, skyrelyje „Svarbi informacija“, arba susisiekus su kelionių organizatoriaus duomenų apsaugos pareigūnu el. paštu [email protected].

Sutarties pasirašymas dar negarantuoja, jog turisto pasirinktam viešbučiui bus patvirtinta rezervacija. Nepatvirtinus rezervacijos turistui bus pranešta atskiru pranešimu. Nepatvirtinus rezervacijos, pasirašyta sutartis, dėl apgyvendinimo konkrečiame viešbutyje, netenka galios. Turistas turi teisę pasirinkti alternatyvų kelionės variantą sudarydamas naują sutartį su kelionių organizatoriumi. Turistui atsisakius sudaryti naują sutartį, kelionių organizatorius turi grąžinti turistui įmokėtus pinigus už netekusią galios sudarytą sutartį.

Užsienio valstybių, neturinčių bevizio režimo susitarimo su Lietuvos Respublika, piliečiams, įsigijusiems turistinę kelionę, kai išvykimas/grįžimas iš/į Lietuvą, būtina daugkartinė (Šengeno arba nacionalinė) viza, galiojanti ne trumpiau kaip kelionės laiklotarpiu (išsami informacija yra skelbiama interneto svetainėje www.migracija.lt).

Šios organizuotos turistinės kelionės sutarties nuostatos privalomos kelionių organizatoriui ir visiems turistams. Turistas patvirtina, kad nuodugniai susipažino su pateikta sutartimi ir suprato visas jos nuostatas bei informavo kitus turistus - naudos gavėjus, kad turistinė kelionė yra organizuojama tik pagal šioje sutartyje nurodytas sąlygas ir visi turistai privalo vykdyti visas sutarties sąlygas.

Sutarties priedai:  Informacija ir patarimai keliaujanties; kelionės aprašymas, programa ar kita kelionę aprašanti medžiaga/nuoroda į elektroninį dokumentą; informacija apie skrydį vykdančio oro vežėjo keleivių ir bagažo vežimo pagrindines sąlygas (jei perkama kelionė lėktuvu); bendrosios keleivių ir vežimo sąlygos. Turistas yra informuotas apie kelionių organizatoriaus interneto svetainę www.novaturas.lt, kurioje yra pateikta su kelione susijusi informacija bei aukščiau išvardinti sutarties priedai. Turistas patvirtina, jog tokį informacijos pateikimą jis laiko tinkamu ir priimtinu. Sutarties prieduose pateikta visa su kelione susijusi informacija: informacija apie apgyvendinimą bei transporto priemones, kelionėje teikiamas paslaugas, kelionės maršrutą, išvykimo ir grįžimo vietą, laiką, lankomas vietas, jų epidemiologinę būklę, imunoprofilaktikos reikalavimus, valiutų keitimą, valstybių sienų perėjimo, vizų gavimą tvarką, daiktų įvežimo apribojimus arba nuorodas į šią informaciją pateikiančias institucijas, informaciją, leisiančią tiesiogiai susisiekti su vaiku ar atsakingu asmeniu vaiko buvimo vietoje (jei į kelionę nepilnamečiai vyksta vieni), kelionių organizatoriaus ar agentūros atstovu, jo telefoną ir kitus kontaktinius duomenis; informaciją apie skrydį vykdančio oro vežėjo keleivių ir bagažo vežimo pagrindines sąlygas (jei perka kelionę lėktuvu); apie galimybę sudaryti draudimo sutartis (medicininių išlaidų, neįvykusios kelionės rizikos, nelaimingų atsitikimų ir/ar kitas). Taip pat yra informuotas apie kelionių organizatoriaus interneto svetainę www.novaturas.lt, kurioje yra pateikta su kelione susijusi informacija. Turistas patvirtina, jog tokį informacijos pateikimą jis laiko tinkamu ir priimtinu.

T uristas patvirtina, kad jam yra žinoma, jog:  kelionių organizatorius vykdo socialinės atsakomybės iniciatyvas ar prisideda prie jų įgyvendinimo ; su šiuo metu vykdomomis iniciatyvomis galima susipažinti kelionių organizatoriaus internetiniame puslapyje www.novaturas.lt; įgyvendinus konkrečią iniciatyvą kelionių organizatorius internetiniame puslapyje www.novaturas.lt paskelbs informaciją apie jai skirtą paramos sumą bei esminę informaciją, kaip minėta pinigų suma buvo panaudota, įsisąvinta; turisto savanoriškai skiriama suma kelionių organizatoriaus socialinės atsakomybės iniciatyvoms yra įskaičiuojama į šia sutartimi įsigyjamų paslaugų kainą.

Turistui yra žinoma, kad atlikęs dalinį ar pilną mokėjimą už šia sutartimi užsakytas paslaugas, jis patvirtina, jog yra susipažinęs ir sutinka su šiomis sutarties sąlygomis, kurios taip pat yra skelbiamos ir kelionių organizatoriaus internetiniame puslapyje www.novaturas.lt.

Sutinku, jog mano pateikti asmens duomenys būtų naudojami NOVATURO rinkodaros tikslais (turisto vardas, pavardė, parašas)

STANDARTINĖS INFORMACIJOS TEIKIMO FORMA, KAI SUDAROMA ORGANIZUOTOS TURISTINĖS KELIONĖS SUTARTIS

1. Ši forma yra privaloma kelionių organizatoriui ir (ar) kelionių pardavimo agentui, teikiant ikisutartinę standartinę informaciją, kai turistas įsigyja organizuotą turistinę kelionę. 2. Kelionių organizatorius ir (ar) kelionių pardavimo agentas iki organizuotos turistinės kelionės sutarties pasirašymo be formoje nurodytos ikisutartinės standartinės informacijos privalo turistui suteikti informaciją, nurodytą Lietuvos Respublikos civilinio kodekso 6.748 straipsnio 1 dalyje. Jei organizuotos turistinės kelionės sutartis sudaroma turisto duomenis perdavus kitam turizmo paslaugų teikėjui, šio punkto pirmoje dalyje nurodytą informaciją suteikia tiek, kiek ji yra susijusi su atitinkamomis jų teikiamomis organizuotos turistinės kelionės paslaugomis. 3. Formoje pateikiama informacija atitinka 2015 m. lapkričio 25 d. Europos Parlamento ir Tarybos direktyvos (ES) 2015/2302 dėl kelionės paslaugų paketų ir susijusių kelionės paslaugų rinkinių, kuria iš dalies keičiami Europos Parlamento ir Tarybos reglamentas (EB) Nr. 2006/2004 ir Direktyva 2011/83/ES bei panaikinama Tarybos direktyva 90/314/ EEB, I priedo A, B, C dalyse nurodytų formų turinį.

STANDARTINĖS INFORMACIJOS FORMA Jums siūlomas turizmo paslaugų derinys yra organizuota turistinė kelionė 2015 m. lapkričio 25 d. Europos Parlamento ir Tarybos direktyvos (ES) 2015/2302 dėl kelionės paslaugų paketų ir susijusių kelionės paslaugų rinkinių, kuria iš dalies keičiami Europos Parlamento ir Tarybos reglamentas (EB) Nr. 2006/2004 ir Direktyva 2011/83/ES bei panaikinama Tarybos direktyva 90/314/ EEB (toliau – Direktyva (ES) 2015/2302).

Todėl Jūs galėsite naudotis visomis ES teisėmis, kurios taikomos organizuotoms turistinėms kelionėms.  AB „Novaturas“ bus visiškai atsakingas už tinkamą visos organizuotos turistinės kelionės vykdymą.

Be to, kaip reikalaujama pagal įstatymus, AB „Novaturas“ turi reikiamą apsaugą, kad Jums būtų grąžinti už organizuotą turistinę kelionę sumokėti pinigai ir, kai transporto paslaugos yra įtrauktos į organizuotą turistinę kelionę, būtų užtikrintas Jūsų repatrijavimas (grąžinimas į pradinę išvykimo vietą) tuo atveju, jeigu AB „Novaturas“ taptų nemokus.

Pagrindinės teisės pagal Direktyvą (ES) 2015/2302:

• Turistas turi gauti visą būtiną informaciją apie organizuotą turistinę kelionę prieš sudarant organizuotos turistinės kelionės sutartį.
• Kelionių organizatorius atsako už tai, kad visos į sutartį įtrauktos kelionės paslaugos būtų suteiktos tinkamai.
• Turistui nurodomas pagalbos telefono numeris arba kontaktinio centro duomenys, kuriais jis gali naudotis norėdamas susisiekti su kelionių organizatoriumi arba kelionių pardavimo agentu.
• Turistas gali perleisti organizuotą turistinę kelionę kitam asmeniui deramai apie tai pranešęs ir dėl to gali atsirasti papildomų išlaidų.
• Organizuotos turistinės kelionės kaina turistui gali būti padidinta tik esant šioms aplinkybėms:
• padidėja konkrečios išlaidos (padidėja turistų vežimo kaina dėl kuro ar kitų energijos šaltinių išlaidų, pasikeičia su į sutartį įtrauktų paslaugų susijusių mokesčių ar rinkliavų, kuriuos taiko tretieji asmenys, tiesiogiai nedalyvaujantys vykdant organizuotą turistinę kelionę, dydis, pasikeičia su organizuota turistine kelione susijusios valiutos keitimo kursas);
• tokia konkrečių išlaidų padidėjimo galimybė aiškiai numatyta sutartyje;
• apie tai turistas informuojamas likus ne mažiau kaip 20 dienų iki organizuotos turistinės kelionės pradžios.
• Jeigu kaina padidėja daugiau nei 8 % bendros organizuotos turistinės kelionės kainos, turistas gali nutraukti sutartį. Jeigu kelionių organizatorius pasilieka teisę didinti kainą, turistas turi teisę už organizuotą turistinę kelionę mokėti mažesnę kainą, jeigu sumažėja atitinkamos išlaidos.
• Turistas gali nutraukti organizuotos turistinės kelionės sutartį nemokėdamas sutarties nutraukimo mokesčio ir visiškai susigrąžinti bet kokias sumokėtas sumas, jeigu labai pakeičiami bet kurie esminiai organizuotos turistinės kelionės elementai, išskyrus kainą. Jeigu iki organizuotos turistinės kelionės pradžios už organizuotą turistinę kelionę atsakingas kelionių organizatorius organizuotą turistinę kelionę atšaukia, turistas tam tikrais atvejais turi teisę susigrąžinti sumokėtus pinigus ir teisę į žalos atlyginimą.
• Turistas gali nutraukti organizuotos turistinės kelionės sutartį iki organizuotos turistinės kelionės pradžios nemokėdamas sutarties nutraukimo mokesčio išimtinėmis aplinkybėmis, pavyzdžiui, jeigu kelionės tikslo vietoje esama rimtų saugumo problemų, galinčių padaryti poveikį organizuotai turistinei kelionei.
• Turistas gali bet kuriuo metu iki organizuotos turistinės kelionės pradžios nutraukti organizuotos turistinės kelionės sutartį sumokėjęs tinkamą ir pagrįstą sutarties nutraukimo mokestį.
• Jeigu iki organizuotos turistinės kelionės pradžios esminės organizuotos turistinės kelionės paslaugos negali būti suteiktos taip, kaip susitarta, turistui be papildomų išlaidų turi būti pasiūlytos tinkamos alternatyvos. Turistas gali nutraukti organizuotos turistinės kelionės sutartį nemokėdami sutarties nutraukimo mokesčio, kai paslaugos nevykdomos pagal sutartį ir taip daromas didelis poveikis organizuotos turistinės kelionės vykdymui, o kelionių organizatorius neišsprendžia problemos.
• Turistas turi teisę į kainos sumažinimą ir (arba) žalos atlyginimą, kai organizuotos turistinės kelionės paslaugos neteikiamos arba jos teikiamos netinkamai.
• Jei turistui kyla sunkumų, kelionių organizatorius turi suteikti pagalbą.
• Kelionių organizatoriaus nemokumo atveju turisto už organizuotą turistinę kelionę sumokėtos sumos bus grąžinamos. Jeigu kelionių organizatorius tampa nemokus prasidėjus organizuotai turistinei kelionei, į kurią yra įtrauktos ir transporto paslaugos, garantuojamas turisto repatrijavimas.
• AB „Novaturas“ pasirūpino apsauga nemokumo atveju apsidrausdamas ADB „Gjensidige“ filiale Lietuvoje.
