Traveler Reviews

We especially liked the canal tour....the views from the water added to our enjoyment of the city. The bus is such a good way to see alot this beautiful city in a short time...well narrated

The 3 different routes of buses cover different parts of Copenhagen city and it's a great way to explore the city at own pace. The boat/canal tour is included in the ticket too which is a nice way to see the city from the water.

We have utilised this ticket to the max. The buses came within a few minutes of their scheduled times. The buses were clean, every headset worked in the seats that we were in. The canal ride was fantastic. Drivers were helpful and informative. We had a great time! Highly recommend this company.

The booked tickets did not provide a route map or start point or location to go to board. It simply states you can hop on and off anywhere! In a foreign city this can be challenging. We had to walk up and down enquiring the bus boarding points. Disappointed. The bus goes in a circular route so if you get off at point 5 , you have to take an entire round of almost 50 minutes to get off at point 4. We were short on time. If there’s a bus in the opposite direction point 4 would be just one stop behind. Again one can only board the bus operated by the company you booked with restricting your time.

Good trips, customer service was good, drivers are polite. The narration on the boat tour was not clear, the mic somehow muffled the narration, probably get better mics and speakers. Boat tour crew were polite.

No clear instructions for all the pick up points. Not clearly stated that there are actually 3 different bus operators running identical red busses. Clear instructions needed stating which line and ALL of the stops actually in operation. Busses tend to linger too long at stops. These are not personally narrated tours so everything is over the headphones pre recorded. We had to abandon our tour is it took longer than supposed to and we had to get a cab back. Anyone wanting to do one of these tours I would recommend not buying in advance and just purchase from the actual location nearest to you when are at your hotel. The boat tour part was good.

This was good value for the money. The bus stop was very hard to find. An app would have been an easy fix. The canal cruise was great.

Good boat trip, the red route was my favourite. Shame the green line stops at 1pm. Staff were very friendly and approachable. Overall I would definitely recommend. Very good pickup service from the cruise ship terminal.

The canal boat tour was great. Sebastian, the boat tour guide, did a wonderful job and was very personable and informative. But the bus tour was very poor. The first day 7/28 the bus left the port early and never came back so we had to find other transportation. On the second day 7/29, we left Celebrity Silhouette around 10am and the driver changed plans 3 times before we finally took off, the bus was in horrible condition (no air, bad transmission and mechanics) and over-filled by the end of the trip with passengers who had to stand.

Our first day was great and looking forward to today. Great staff andcweather was just right. Gojd choice
