Gearing up for another monumental chapter, five-time GRAMMY® Award-winning legend and the best-selling female artist in country music history Shania Twain will release her new album, Queen of Me , on February 3, 2023. It notably stands out as her sixth original full-length offering, first record since 2017, and official debut for her new label partner Republic Nashville , a division of Republic Records .

To celebrate this next era in style, she will also embark on a global 49-date Queen of Me Tour, produced by Live Nation. The tour marks the first time fans around the world will get to see the queen in all of her glory in nearly five years, following a highly successful Vegas residency run. Kelsea Ballerini, Lindsay Ell, Hailey Whitters, Breland, Robyn Ottolini, Priscilla Block, and Mickey Guyton will be joining Shania on select dates throughout the tour.

The Queen of Me Tour kicks off on Friday, April 28th at Spokane Arena in Spokane, WA and makes stops across North America and Europe in Vancouver, Denver, Toronto, Los Angeles, New York, London, Dublin and more before wrapping up on September 26th at Utilita Arena in Birmingham, UK.

Additionally, Shania and Live Nation have announced that $1 of every ticket purchased to Shania’s “Queen Of Me” Tour will be donated to SKC. Established in 2010 by Shania Twain, SKC provides services that promote positive change in children’s lives in times of crises and economic hardship. SKC provides children with one-on-one consultations, academic support and group activities, as well as nutritious snacks and meal programs where needed, all while in the safe, confidence-building environment that is the Shania Kids Can Clubhouse. Shania Twain will release her sixth studio album Queen of M e on Feb. 3, her first full-length record in nearly six years. Alongside her Republic Nashville debut, the country icon will embark on a global arena tour spanning 49 dates, including stops at Nashville’s Geodis Park on June 7 and at New York’s Madison Square Garden on July 11.

“This new record is fun and celebrative, really on the other side of Now ,” Twain told Rina Sawayama in a recent Rolling Stone Musicians on Musicians interview . “I’m happy in my own skin. I’m celebrating that feeling, less apologetic for who I am and what I’ve become. This is me, and I like myself.”

She added: “A lot of it was written during the pandemic. There’s nothing better for me than to not have enough to do, because the first thing I do is pick up my guitar and start songwriting. Now I’ve got four albums’ worth. I’m not kidding.”

The Queen of Me Tour marks Twain’s first proper trip on the road since the completion of her Las Vegas residency. The span of shows kicks off on Friday, April 28, at Spokane Arena in Spokane, Washington. Twain will appear in Seattle, Vancouver, Calgary, Denver, Los Angeles, Montreal, Kansas City, Dallas, London, Dublin, and more. The tour concludes Sept. 26 at England’s Utilita Arena Birmingham.

The “Queen of Country Pop,” Shania Twain, will rule all over North America in summer of 2023 when she takes off on her huge “Queen of Me Tour.”

“Queen of Me,” which is also the name of Twain’s album set for release on February 3, will send the 57-year-old Canadian singer to large venues all over North America, like Seattle’s Climate Pledge Arena on April 29, Los Angeles’ Hollywood Bowl on May 28 and New York City’s Madison Square Garden on July 11.

On Twain’s Instagram , she promises each show will be a big party with no “inhibitions, no conditions” and added, “let’s get a little out of line!!”

Best of all, tickets are now available for the no-holds-barred tour.

Seats for every single one of Twain’s 44 high-profile concerts can be found on Vivid Seats.

That includes 2023’s Ottawa Bluesfest, where Twain is currently listed as the only headliner on the lineup.

No word yet on whether or not Twain will bust out iconic hits like “Man! I Feel Like A Woman,” “You’re Still The One,” and “That Don’t Impress Me Much” at shows.

Rumours of a new tour began circulating on the internet in recent months and fans will be delighted to hear that, to celebrate this next era in style, Shania will embark on the Queen of MeTour across the UK and Ireland. The tour marks the first time fans will get to see the queen in all of her glory in nearly five years.

Shania Twain has polished her crown and is ready to take her throne.

The best-selling female country artist turned to social media Friday (Oct. 28) morning to announce that her sixth studio album “Queen of Me,” will arrive on Feb. 3.

The highly anticipated collection will serve as her Republic Nashville debut and follows her 2017 “ Now ” record, which ended her 15-year hiatus.

Twain paired the announcement with the album cover art and her 2023 worldwide tour dates. The flawless snapshot features the hitmaker riding a luxury horse, while sporting a revealing black blouse and a cowgirl hat.

“I am unbelievably excited to announce ‘Queen Of Me’ – the new album and tour,” declared Twain. “These days, I’m feeling very comfortable in my own skin – and I think this album reflects that musically. Life is short, and I want to be uplifted, colorful, unapologetic, and empowered.”

She continued to touch upon her primary motive behind the forthcoming project and what she hopes listeners take away.

“I want to carry a clear message, particularly as a woman, to always remember my power, and I hope the songs are a reminder to you, of that same power inside you!” shared the vocalist. “I want to celebrate this new chapter with you all on my tour! Vegas has been a dream, but I’m ready to be on the road and sing with you, dance with you and have a kick ass night out with you! This one’s gonna be a big party – no inhibitions, no conditions, let’s get a little out of line!! I’ll be Queen of Me – you be Queen of YOU 👑,” she added.

The Queen of Me Tour will kick off on Friday, April 28, at Spokane Arena in Spokane, Washington. The 50-date trek will hit iconic venues in massive cities across the United States, Canada, and Europe. The trailblazer will bring her astonishing talents to London, Toronto, New York, Los Angeles, Dublin, and more with special guests.

Mickey Guyton, Lindsey Ell, Kelsea Ballerini, Hailey Whitters, Robyn Ottolini, Priscilla Block, and cross-country star BRELAND is slated to appear for select dates.

The powerhouse has yet to share the official tracklist that she will be promoting on tour, but she recently released teaser, “ Last Day of Summer .” The mid-tempo song finds Twain pondering the bittersweet moments of the carefree months. The nostalgic narrative is intertwined with “delicate guitar melts” and an undeniable steady beat.

“ Last Day of Summer ” follows her playful banger “ Walking Up Dreaming ” and chart-topping hit “ Not Just A Girl .” Until “Queen Of Me” is available to the public, fans can snag their tickets to the must-see tour starting Friday, Nov. 4 at 10 a.m. local time via Live Nation.

Shania Twain is a Canadian country music singer-songwriter originally from Ontario who is often affectionally referred to as "The Queen of Country Pop".

After Shania, real name Eileen Edwards graduated from Timmins High in June 1983 she quickly began her pursuit of a musical career after being involved with musicians and bands during her studies. She began experimenting with music yet following the tragic death of her mother and stepfather in a car accident she returned to her hometown to care for her younger siblings.

It was a number of years later that she released her solo album titled 'Shania Twain' through Mercury Nashville records which went on to chart at #67 on the US Country Charts. From this album, Shania's fame and success simply sky rocketed at an alarming pace that nobody could quite predict. 'The Woman in Me' debuted at #5 on the US charts and #6 in Canada, it featured a selection of country hit singles such as 'The Woman in Me (Needs the Man in You)', 'Any Man of Mine' and 'You Win My Love'. In total it featured six number one Country singles and two other top ten hits. It holds a two times diamond selling certificate in Canada and twelves times platinum selling in the States.

Her next album 'Come On Over' was an even greater success. It features two global hits of the 1990s, 'You're Still The One' and 'That Don't Impress Me Much' which charted around the world and turned Shania Twain into a household name. This album holds a twenty times platinum selling certificate in the US, a twelve times platinum in the UK and another double diamond in Canada. It is the highest selling Country album of all time. Shortly after the release of her 2002 album 'Up!' Shania was inducted into Canada's Walk of Fame due to her huge musical success.

Her next album has been delayed for a number of years, she has since released a Greatest Hits package which featured three new tracks and in 2011 she reappeared with her first single in six years 'Today Is Your Day'. To date Twain has sold 85 million albums worldwide making her one of Country music's most successful female artists of all time.

Queen of country pop, Shania Twain, certainly knows how to put on a show. Currently a resident performer at Caesar’s Palace, Las Vegas, Shania is a real crowd pleaser.

This May I paid the venue a visit and boy did I enjoy the show! The opening number is truly spectacular. Three electric guitars jam along to the intro ‘Man I Feel like a Woman’ as strobe lights flash against a backdrop screen showing fire and explosions. Slowly, giant letters spelling the name ‘SHANIA’ descend from the ceiling. Then comes the distinctive trumpet blare and Twain announces in her trademark sultry tones, ‘let’s go girls!’ Stunning! What an opening to get the crowd going!

The show continues in a similar vein, with equally pleasing renditions of ‘That Don’t Impress Me Much’ and ‘I’m Gona Getcha Good.’ This show is guaranteed to get you singing and dancing along. I especially enjoyed the chance to let loose to my favourite tunes from my ’90s childhood!

Twain managed to lend the show an intimate feel in the huge arena, chatting to the audience between songs. The country queen even throws her hat into crowd during the final number, inviting whoever catches it to meet her backstage after the show! Shania Twain’s Caesar’s Palace show is one of the most fun nights out I’ve ever had and I’d thoroughly recommend checking it out.

Watching Shania Twain perform live is like watching an icon. Perhaps because it is watching an icon. Shania Twain is, without a doubt, the queen of Country. Hailing from Ontario, Canada, Twain has made a massive name for herself in the music industry and is one of the most famous names in Country music. Her style is really more Country pop, and her songs are catchy and fun. Even her ballads are catchy and her voice is undeniably beautiful and authentic. She performed all her greatest hits, including the massive ‘Man, I Feel Like a Woman’ (which opened the show on a great note), ‘You’re Still the One’ and the highly anticipated ‘That Don’t Impress Me Much’. The latter song was met with a tremendous uproar as the crowd went wild and started singing along so loudly and robustly that the entire venue was trembling with the force of it. Shania was accompanied with a team of brilliant musicians. The violinists were particularly brilliant. Shania herself owned the stage, running around and singing with such enthusiasm and confidence.

It's rumoured nothing impresses Shania Twain very much but luckily for her fans the live show impresses them plenty. The Canadian singer/songwriter is one of the world's highest selling female artists of all time with a universal appeal so as you can imagine, the touring obligations are pretty serious when you have a fanbase this large to reach.

Unfortunately her appearances in the UK are often dwarfed by her commitments to the States although when she does appear on the British isles, the fans turn out in force. She is an unarguable diva with a stage presence all of her own, she commands everybody else onstage including the musicians, the dancers and even some of the technical crew. Then you take a glance at the hit laced setlist and realise she has 'Man! I Feel Like A Woman' '(If You're Not in It for Love) I'm Outta Here!' 'Come On Over' and 'You're Still the One' to keep the crowds singing, dancing and cheering along with effortless ease.

Fun Concert. Tons of ladies in the audience for a girls night out feel, still some guys though. Shania's male band members were on stage at times for that extra feel. You can't help but dance by a few songs. From her earlier days to mid-career hits and a few later, the pickings were getcha good. When it comes to props, she was "going up" and I enjoyed her outfit changes and some pre-recorded screen coverage of her beautiful in satin. "I feel like a woman!" It was a great concert to celebrate my birthday in my prime. Boots for myself would have enhanced mirroring the event!

I had the best time of my life she was everything I expected and more it was a present for my 65th birthday and I certainly wasn't disappointed I loved every minute of it it was absolutely fantastic I couldn't walk after it for a couple of days but it was worth it I've waited 20 years to see her and she was as good as the day she started out and just as beautiful can't wait to see her again could have stayed there all night and we just got home from New Jersey that morning love love loved it

She has NOT her style! From the moment she stepped out on stage she kept the momentum goin! The highlight was a polish guy proposed to his NOW fiancee twice once in Polish and then in English! They stayed "Up!" there for "You're Still The One" which is really sweet! From This Moment On was another beautifully song sung perfectly by the 1999 CMA Entertainer of the year! It's no wonder why she's Billboards #1 tour!

What an amazing energetic awesome concert!!! Shania was better than I ever dreamed she would be. She played for 2 hours straight playing a mix of old and new and sounded so GOOD in person!!! Her female drummer was HOT!! She can play with any guy out there hands down!!! I’ve been a Shania fan ever since she first came out years and years ago and this concert did nothing but make me a BIGGER fan!! 5 star rating easily

Absolutely fantastic show Shania had great stage prescene and interacted with the audience so well and she brought two audience members up on stage which made their night. Stage looked amazing with great props and lighting and Shania sang all her hits and a few more so brilliantly, she got the crowd on their feet and it was just electric. Enjoyed every minute. Thank you Shania for a brillaint memorable evening. X

It was an awesome show. I love the fact that she entered through one of the seating sections and surprised the audience. The stage was visually spectacular with huge LED box screens and a great drummer and musicians.

She had amazing dancers who were also back up singers. The music was great and as always Shania sounded and looked spectacular. Even my husband loved the song. ❤❤

Beyond AMAZING! The energy level, the stage production, the dancers, the musicians, the opening act, and definitely the star herself

made the evening memorable. Loved the way Shania "connected" with the audience. Just wish the musicians names and hometowns were shared. Even if it was credits that scrolled at the end. Entertainer of the Year award worthy performance!

Due to phenomenal demand following the wildly successful announcement of the first leg, Shania is adding 19 new fall dates to her highly anticipated tour including a stop in Louisville Kentucky at the KFC Yum! Center. The tour is in support of Shania’s forthcoming album Queen of Me , out February 3, 2023.   The Queen of Me Tour marks one of Shania Twain’s biggest tours to date with over 70 dates taking place across North America and Europe next year. This is also her first tour in nearly five years, following a highly successful residency run in Las Vegas. Shania and Live Nation have announced that $1 of every ticket purchased to Shania’s “Queen Of Me” Tour will be donated to SKC. Fans Seen Leaving Early, Left Frustrated And Confused After Disappointing Performances From Shania Twain

So what they’re saying is…that didn’t impress them much?

Shania Twain is BACK as the ’90s country icon recently embarked on her first tour in five years when she kicked off her  Queen of Me World Tour   last month.

Tickets sold out so fast after Shania announced the tour that she had to add more dates as fans jumped at the chance to see the Queen of Pop Country.

But a month into the tour, it seems like quite a few fans are leaving the shows disappointed and confused – and many are even leaving early.

Videos posted from recent concerts show fans flocking out in droves while the superstar is still on the stage.

One video called the show a “trainwreck” as people flooding out of the concert in the middle of the show. (Really missed the opportunity to make a “Twainwreck” joke, but whatever).

And yet another video showed a seemingly bizarre moment from Shania as she was chanting on stage, with the concertgoer commenting that the show was “not the experience I was expecting.”

The comments are just as brutal.

While there are people defending her and saying that she put on an awesome show, others are questioning whether she was drunk or high, accusing Shania of lip-syncing, and saying they too left the show early.

“Just left Seattle show and I am baffled. She was off. Lip syncing and talking weird.”

“Okay…I couldn’t figure out if she was drunk or high but she was horrible. Glad we weren’t the only ones who thought it.”

“I was at this concert last night. It was indeed disappointing and not just because of her new songs. It was disappointing as a whole.”

“All I see is a crazy aunt who took over the mic whilst drunk at a reception.”

Some also commented that Shania doesn’t even look like herself anymore.

Of course, Shania has faced a number of medical issues over the years, publicly revealing her battle with Lyme disease that forced her to undergo throat surgery and affected her voice.

But it seems like her voice isn’t the biggest complaint that people are having on her current tour.

Shania Twain Adds Second Leg To 2023 ‘Queen Of Me’ World Tour

Shania Twain might be the busiest lady in the world come 2023.

She just announced a second leg to her Queen of Me world tour that was added due to “overwhelming demand,” which will kick off in April and is now extended to run through mid November, with some extra U.S. dates as well as a run in her native Canada.

Hailey Whitters, Breland, Lindsay Ell, Kelsea Ballerini, Mickey Guyton, Priscilla Block and Robyn Ottolini will rotate on different as openers:

“I’ll be kissing my horses goodbye in April because mamma’s going on the road for the entirety of 2023!

“And I’m playing even more shows that we’ve just announced!”

Shania Twain Recalls Miracle Throat Surgery That Brought Her Voice Back

Shania Twain is officially back.

The Queen of Pop Country officially dropped her latest album,  Queen Of Me,  her first project since 2017.

However, what many people may not know is that she was almost on the verge of never singing again.

Back in 2003, Twain caught a bacterial infection after she was bitten by a tick when she was out horseback riding in Norfolk, Virginia.

She ultimately lost her voice for awhile, and thought that she may not ever be able to sing again.

Seven years later, she was officially diagnosed with Lyme Disease, and it had severely damaged her vocal cords.

Since the diagnosis, Twain received a number of throat surgeries so that she could get her voice back to 100%, but the surgery back in 2018 was the one that officially got it done.

She recently made an appearance on an episode of The Graham Norton Show , where she discussed the terrifying surgery, knowing that so much was on the line.

“The operation was very invasive, and I’ve got a big scar that I am proud of. I’m very happy to have a scar rather than no voice.

The surgery was a miracle, and I am so grateful. Going back into a studio after the operation was a discovery and I was re-learning voice.

I can get very loud and now I can swear really loudly!”

In celebration of Shania’s biggest summer yet with massive shows across the UK and Ireland, this new super limited edition vinyl highlights the Canadian country-pop queen’s best-selling records, including the 2024 remastered versions of multi-platinum hits such as “Man! I Feel Like A Woman!,” “That Don’t Impress Me Much,” and “You’re Still The One,” as well as the single “Giddy Up!” from her latest chart-topping album, Queen Of Me , and more.

The album will be available on super limited edition single LP vinyl on June 28th via the Sound of Vinyl . Five hundred sets will include a limited edition A4 signed art print.

The release of Greatest Hits Summer Tour Edition 2024 comes just days ahead of Twain’s highly anticipated and coveted performance on the iconic Glastonbury Pyramid Stage in the Legends slot, as part of her extensive UK and Ireland summer tour. The tour also includes stops in Cork, Belfast, Dublin, Stirling, Lytham St Annes, and Chepstow, which marks Twain’s first performance in Wales. Supporting Twain on these shows is renowned singer-songwriter Rag’N’Bone Man who shot to fame in 2016 with his genre-bending sound and baritone vocals. Twain will then bring her UK and Ireland summer shows to an epic close in London for BST Hyde Park with support from highly acclaimed Irish icons The Corrs plus more names to be announced.

With Shania’s 1997 single “Honey I’m Home” opening side two and featuring on the LP’s stunning artwork, Shania says, “‘Honey I’m Home’ seemed fitting for this album cover. I love being in the UK so much and this huge run of festivals feels like a homecoming for me – what an honor and a joy!”

The dates follow the first leg of Shania’s forthcoming Las Vegas residency, Come On Over – The Las Vegas Residency – All The Hits! which she will perform at the Bakkt Theater at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino through December 2024.

2023 saw Shania release her sixth studio album, Queen Of Me , which debuted at No. 1 on the Official Album Chart, plus undertake a tour of the UK and Ireland.

Let's have a little fun: Shania Twain performing as first concert at Geodis Park

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — For the first time, Geodis Park will play host to something other than a soccer game. Shania Twain will host an inaugural performance at the stadium, marking her return to Nashville for the first time in five years.

Thousands of fans will descend upon the stadium including Brittany Hale, who will be making the seven hour drive from West Virginia.

"'You're Still the One' was actually me and my husband's wedding dance song," said Hale. "So that one is extra special to me. I said I'll probably Facetime him or go live whenever that one comes on."

Businesses are also bracing for the Shania Twain takeover.

"I think it's going to look like one giant bachelorette party," said bartender and server at Smokin Thighs, Abigail Teffeteller.

The Wedgewood Avenue business has stepped up staffing in preparation of the crowds.

"People are trying to make reservations, saying that they're going to be nine women coming in for the Shania Twain concert and they want to get dinner real quick before," said Teffeteller. But she warns seating at the restaurant will be first come, first serve.

In a press release, Nashville Soccer Club's CEO Ian Ayre said, “hosting top artists for concerts was one of the key focuses for our stadium design and it is fantastic to see this come to fruition."

The show starts at 6:30 p.m., gates open at 5 p.m. and parking lots opens at 4 p.m. Parking must be purchased in advance of your arrival to Geodis Park. There will be designated ride-share drop-off and pick-up areas, and attendees can only bring a clear bag or a small clutch.
