Splendid house on the beach located in the glamorous and well secured Portobello Resort & Safari condominium, in Mangaratiba. This idyllic villa features a beautiful swimming pool with a direct view of the beach, just a few steps away and directly borders the lawn in the backyard of the house. Right next to the pool, separated by a water curtain, there is access to the property’s whirlpool and sauna, both with unobstructed views of the beach as well. On the strip of sand, in front of the property, guests can also play tennis or volleyball on the sand court, which is also lit at night. The interiors are spacious, open and ready to receive large groups of friends and families. There are 2 integrated rooms, 1 TV room and another living room with a wood-burning fireplace, and the dining room has a dining table for up to 12 people. There are 5 complete suites with another support suite...

• Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

• 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
• More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
• For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

• 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
• More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
