News Disney+

The cast of disney’s jungle cruise talks humor, heart, and adventure.

And now, the moment you’ve all been waiting for… the amazing… the colossal… the stupendous… the eighth wonder of the world… The back side of water, on the big screen! That’s right, the long-awaited film adaptation of Disney’s Jungle Cruise is finally here, taking the Disney Parks attraction we know and love and bringing it to life. Actors Dwayne Johnson, Emily Blunt, Jack Whitehall, and Edgar Ramírez sat down in July to talk about their new movie, Disney’s Jungle Cruise , when it first came to theaters and Disney+ with Premier Access.

Dwayne Johnson, who plays skipper Frank Wolff, is also a producer on the film. He explains of his decision to climb aboard the project, “I immediately just saw the potential of the opportunity to [adapt] a beloved and iconic Disney ride since 1955 when the park opened. This was Walt Disney's baby.” And the spirit of the attraction is alive in this film. Jack Whitehall, who plays MacGregor Houghton, brother to Emily Blunt’s Lily Houghton, says, “I would say the element to the Jungle Cruise ride that I like the most is that it doesn't take itself too seriously, and I think that that is definitely something that we took over into the movie.” Blunt shares, “I know when [Dwayne] and I first met Jaume [Collet-Serra, the director], we both asked him the same question. We said, ‘Well, what do you feel this movie's about?’ And he goes, "You know, it's about love." It was so perfect, 'cause you could've talked about all the action, the spectacle, and the myths, and the legends, and all that. But that's when I knew in Jaume we had an innate romantic, and a world builder, and that's what you need for this type of movie.”

Exactly a year after Jungle Cruise ‘s previous July 24, 2020 release date, the Disney movie starring Dwayne Johnson and Emily Blunt had its world premiere Saturday night at the place where it all began — Disneyland.

Johnson, also a producer on the film, in an on-stage speech paid tribute to Walt Disney who opened the Anaheim park in July 1955 with the Jungle Cruise ride as one of its original attractions.

Disney pulled out all the stops for the Jungle Cruise premiere which temporarily closed a handful of rides and canceled fireworks on Saturday while giving regular park goers a chance to see the stars of the movie, led by Johnson and Blunt who took the Jungle Cruise ride before hitting the red carper at the Fantasyland Theater.

One of the first big Hollywood film premieres since moviegoing restarted this spring following a yearlong Covid -related theater shutdown, the Jungle Cruise opener marked the first major public event for many of the attendees who had to provide proof of vaccination or a negative PCR Covid test. The premiere brought back a sense of normalcy with most movie premiere staples returning intact — from a fan pen and multiple interview stops on the red carpet for the cast, to character costume display and multiple photo ops for guests, to buckets of popcorn — and a nearly hour late screening start.

Except for riding the shuttle from the parking lot to the park, no masks were required. Only handful of attendees — and the majority of Disney staffers — were seen wearing face coverings, including young children who are not currently eligible for a Covid vaccine.

To safely achieve the look and feel of a grand movie premiere from the pre-Covid era with the pandemic still in effect, Jungle Cruise was an entirely outdoor event, from the red carpet, to the open-air Fantasyland Theater to the reception on the streets of Adventureland after the park had closed for the day at 10 PM. (In Los Angeles County, where most of the premiere guests were from, there is a new mask mandate triggered by the new Delta variant only for indoor gatherings; there are no mask guidelines during the current fourth Covid wave for Orange County, where Disneyland is located.)

The long-gestating Jungle Cruise movie adaptation, which went through multiple incarnations over the past 17 years, was originally slated for pre-pandemic October 19 2019 release. It was pushed to July 24, 2020 and subsequently postponed to July 30 2021 because of Covid.

Johnson and Blunt took the stage to address the guests at the premiere and posed for a “big selfie” with the audience (Main photo above) “We wanted to make a movie that was really the adventure of a lifetime, it was more than a tagline for us,” Johnson told the crowd. “It was something we wanted to deliver to families around the world in hopes that they had a good time. We hope that achieved our goal.”

In a departure from the traditional Hollywood premieres of the past, there was no dinner served at the post-screening party — a challenge to pull off safely during a pandemic — with guests treated to Disneyland desert staples they can eat on the go, churros, Dole whip and Mickey Mouse ice cream and cotton candy.

The only indoor activities included in the premiere itinerary were the Indiana Jones and Pirates of the Caribbean rides which, along with Jungle Cruise of course — were open for guests during the party that stretched well past midnight, with a walk through the empty streets of Disneyland also on most attendees’ to-do list.

MOVIE SELECTION

Jungle cruise expedition mode, featurettes, it’s a jungle out there: making jungle cruise, dwayne and emily: undoubtedly funny, creating the amazon, once a skip, always a skip, deleted scenes, macgregor drives the boat, macgregor water skis, joachim and nilo on the dock, frank talks to proxima & lily's nightmares, sub gets stuck, proxima surprises macgregor, frank gets the cold shoulder, trader sam and lily walk in the jungle, macgregor and trader sam say goodbye, frank makes tea for lily, the backside of water, rotten tomatoes® score.

I think we would all agree to hop in a boat with these two as they take us on an adventure.

The SUMMER ADVENTURE you all need to go on! With vibes from Raiders of the Lost Ark to Pirates of the Caribbean! this movie will bring a smile to your face the entire cruise.

Sometimes movies should exist to be entertainment, purely and simply. Jungle Cruise should have been that, and it’s a shame there was not enough charisma to keep it afloat.

Jungle Cruise is exactly what it makes itself out to be: a big-name summer blockbuster...

A family adventure through familiar, albeit shallow, waters.

Any minor quibbles are outshone by the star power wattage generated by Johnson and Blunt. If Johnson is still the Most Electrifying Man In Entertainment, then Emily Blunt is a superconductor.

Book your trip on Jungle Cruise now. It’s a first-class ticket.

JUNGLE CRUISE (the movie) was based on "Jungle Cruise", a Disneyland ride, so I wasn't expecting much, and was definitely pleasantly surprised. All in all, this is a fun movie.

The script (from the trio of Michael Green, Glenn Ficarra and John Requa) is silly and light-hearted, reminiscent of the late-1960’s pulp you would find at a Saturday afternoon matinee.

Inspired, too inspired, on its titular Disney attraction ride. Dwayne Johnson is practically the attraction's tour guide. [Full review in Spanish]

Jungle Cruise 2 - What We Know So Far

Dwayne Johnson in Jungle Cruise

Disney has a long history of adapting its theme park rides for the big screen, and its latest, " Jungle Cruise ," is another hit for the House of Mouse. Based on the ride of the same name, the movie stars Dwayne Johnson, Emily Blunt, and Jack Whitehall as explorers who sail deep into the Amazon jungle to find an ancient tree that grows petals with healing capabilities. Naturally, there are some bad people who want the tree's petals for themselves, and they're not above summoning spirits to aid their cause.

"Jungle Cruise" is a pulpy adventure in the vein of "Pirates of the Caribbean" and "Indiana Jones," making it the perfect viewing for the summer movie season. And now that the film has passed the $100 million mark (per The Hollywood Reporter ), Disney is officially moving forward with a sequel. But what can viewers expect from "Jungle Cruise 2" when it eventually arrives on their screens?

When will Jungle Cruise 2 be released?

At the time of this writing, a release date for "Jungle Cruise 2" has yet to be confirmed. The movie is in the very early stages of the pre-production process, so viewers will just have to be patient for now. As Radio Times points out, studio blockbusters tend to take around two years to complete, so the sequel could arrive in 2023 at the earliest.

Of course, the production of "Jungle Cruise 2" could be delayed due to the unpredictable nature of the pandemic, as well as the schedules of the film's stars. Dwayne Johnson keeps himself very busy, taking on a lot of roles in tentpole flicks. It remains to be seen if "Jungle Cruise 2" will be his priority now that DC's " Black Adam " has finished shooting. However, chances are he'll want to keep the current "Jungle Cruise" momentum rolling and get the sequel wrapped up while the iron is hot.

Who's in Jungle Cruise 2?

As the "The Hollywood Reporter" notes, Dwayne Johnson and Emily Blunt are set to reprise their roles as Frank Wolff and Dr. Lily Houghton, respectively, for the next jungle-faring adventure. While his status for the sequel remains unconfirmed, British comedian Jack Whitehall could return as MacGregor, Lily's younger brother who — often against his better judgment — helps his sibling on her dangerous quests. Whitehall is a big name in the U.K, but "Jungle Cruise 2" is an ideal vehicle for continuing to solidify his presence in Hollywood.

While no other casting announcements have been made official at the time of this writing, the first movie did leave the door open to some interesting possibilities. Given that Frank has a history with Aguirre, Édgar Ramírez might be brought back as the ghostly serpentine villain. While the bad guy was turned to stone at the end of the first "Jungle Cruise," Aguirre's backstory with Frank has only been explored briefly, and the film gave us the impression that the former allies have some unfinished business with each other.

Of course, the "Jungle Cruise" ride has a wealth of interesting characters, and the sequel could feature more of them. With that in mind, expect some fresh faces to appear in "Jungle Cruise 2."

What's the plot of Jungle Cruise 2?

Details about the plot for "Jungle Cruise 2" are being kept under wraps for now, but the good news is that the story is in trustworthy hands. Michael Green, who co-wrote the first film, will pen the script for the next installment. Jaume Collet-Serra is reportedly set to return to the director's chair as well.

According to Digital Spy , the sequel could feature a fish-out-of-water story for Frank now that he's been brought out of the jungle and forced to navigate 1920s London. Additionally, "Jungle Cruise 2" could explore MacGregor's story more after he came out as gay in the first film. However, this was only tacitly implied and the word "gay" is never actually said, so perhaps the next movie could be an opportunity to give MacGregor a positive LGBTQ+ love story and spend more time developing his character.

Regardless of the direction "Jungle Cruise 2" goes in, viewers can look forward to another family-friendly adventure that puts the film's heroes in a perilous situation. And with Frank definitely set to play a huge part, he'll undoubtedly have plenty of corny jokes to share along the way.

Movies in the adventure and suspense genre tend to get our hearts racing with the fast-paced action and the mysterious wilderness setting. No one knows what will pop up on the screen from which direction to startle their senses. Whether it’s a quest to unearth lost treasures, or a journey to find the center of the earth, the best jungle movies always have loads of entertainment for the audiences in store.

Some might think this genre is a little over-explored with various movies finding their own jungle to get lost in, but the charm of having an unknown wild adventure never ceases to amuse. It’s always fun to see filmmakers come up with an engaging backstory and hilarious characters to make the jungle adventure movie one heck of a ride. Fans of this genre find comfort in such forest movies and strive to live vicariously through them. There's no shortage of the best adventure movies that heavily use the jungle setting to tell their fun and exciting stories. Which are the ones worth seeing at least once?

12 'Journey 2: The Mysterious Island' (2012)

Directed by brad peyton.

An ambitious sequel to the 2008 blockbuster Journey to the Center of the Earth , this feature film stars wrestler-turned-actor Dwayne Johnson , Josh Hutcherson , and Vanessa Hudgens , who set out in response to a cryptic signal received from deep within the forest. They venture in pursuit of Sean’s lost grandfather.

Both movies are adapted from epic stories written by Jules Verne . Watch Journey 2: The Mysterious Island for golden comedy, amusing sequences, and obviously the awesome Dwayne Johnson . Its cheesy comedy and formulaic plot aren't for cinephiles, but it's likely one of the guilty pleasure movies that some viewers watch for an uplifted mood.

11 'Uncharted' (2022)

Directed by ruben fleischer.

Starring Tom Holland and Mark Wahlberg , Uncharted follows the undiscovered ventures of Ferdinand Magellan with a desire to find the lost treasure. Existing fans of the game were very excited to see a feature film explore the world of the beloved game, but Uncharted 's adaptation turned out to be nothing like the source material.

While Holland managed to capture Nate's charm, wit, humor, and heart in a way that was uniquely his own, it couldn't make up for the boring plot, missed opportunities, and questionable deviations from the game's story that the creators decided to include. Still, for fans looking for a mindless flick on a boring night, Uncharted offers its fair share of fun action sequences, but not much else .

Rent on Apple TV

10 'The Lost City' (2022)

Directed by adam nee, aaron nee.

Nestled in the plot of the adventure movie The Lost City is a romantic arc that brings together an author and her cover model who goes overlooked otherwise. This modern take on the genre finds Sandra Bollock and Channing Tatum in the wild with an evil Daniel Radcliffe hampering their every move. The unlikely pair must learn to work together if they hope to survive long enough to find the treasure.

The wild plot certainly managed to capture the attention of the viewers, even though most of the jokes didn't land. The Lost City reels you in with the mystic fonts and the legend of a hidden treasure that delighted the kings and queens for centuries, even if many of these hooks are unfortunately predictable clichés. If for nothing else, the movie is a perfect watch just for the unexpected Brad Pitt cameo .

9 'Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull' (2008)

Directed by steven spielberg.

The fourth installment in the beloved adventure franchise, Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull follows the exhilarating journey of the titular archaeologist ( Harrison Ford ), who pursues an artifact with immense power. Alongside an old flame, Marion Ravenwood ( Karen Allen ), Indy travels to the depths of the forests of Peru before being captured and taken to the Amazon.

Although not the best in the massive Indiana Jones franchise , The Kingdom of the Crystal Skull still offers exciting action and gut-busting humor for fans who love the character . It’s also just nostalgic to revisit the legendary films now that its final installment had its disappointing premiere. If anything, The Kingdom of the Crystal Skull is worth watching just for that one epic motorcycle scene.

Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull

Indiana Jones becomes entangled in a Soviet plot to uncover the secret behind mysterious artifacts known as the Crystal Skulls.

8 'Jungle Cruise' (2021)

Directed by jaume collet-serra.

Jungle Cruise was highly anticipated as it brought two very talented and amazing actors together on screen – Emily Blunt and Dwayne Johnson . In this adventurous escapade, fans see a doctor and her brother embark on a trip to the lush Amazon forests to find a lost tree with supposed magical powers.

Of course, their journey has hindrances caused by evil villains who want to use the tree for their malicious purposes and spread their villainous agenda. Jungle Cruise is a fun way to enjoy the marvelous setting and get lost in the world of the Amazon. Don't expect any innovative twists or brilliant writing, though, as it's a basic jungle adventure movie that doesn't try to be anything else. For those looking for a family-friendly flick, this is the perfect one – enjoy it enough and there's a sequel available to watch, too!

Jungle Cruise

7 'jumanji: welcome to the jungle' (2017), directed by jake kasdan.

Even with a simple plot, Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle is so hilarious that it's impossible not to laugh. The film embraces the ridiculous concept of being sucked into a video game – which the original Jumanji game transformed into to fit modern times – but never insults the intelligence of the audience. Adult avatars from the present play alongside other players stuck in the game since the '90s, and they all desperately try to escape.

Featuring Dwayne Johnson, Kevin Hart , Jack Black , Karen Gillan , and a sweet cameo by Nick Jonas , this film is an action extravaganza made to entertain. It does take inspiration from the vintage classic Jumanji game but comes out with a clearer direction and plot. Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle may not live up to its predecessors, but there's no denying it's at least decently entertaining.

Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle

Four teenagers are sucked into a magical video game, and the only way they can escape is to work together to finish the game.

Watch on Hulu

6 'Tropic Thunder' (2008)

Directed by ben stiller.

Tropic Thunder has failings, but at its core, it is an absurd and deliciously wicked satire movie that exposes everything that is wrong with Hollywood. Parodying many classic films based on the Vietnam War, Tropic Thunder follows a group of obnoxious actors shooting their own war movie. When their director accidentally dies in an accident after leaving them in a jungle, the actors have to use what little skills they have to make it out alive.

Tropic Thunder is packed with hilarious and endlessly quotable lines , as well as two scene-stealing performances by Matthew McConaughey and Tom Cruise . Some of the best comedians and actors of the twenty-first century kicked off the century with a bang in this massive ensemble production that lived up to the hype at the time of its release and is still beloved by fans today.

Tropic Thunder

5 'king kong' (2005), directed by peter jackson.

King Kong has been remade multiple times by different filmmakers with more diverse perspectives on the portrayal of the magnificent Gorilla aka King Kong. The movie follows Carl Denham and his crew as they come across a giant ape on Skull Island and imprison it in order to bring it to New York. They run into trouble when the giant ape is released into the city.

A fantastic and exciting film on the whole, King Kong 's plot is epic, with more action and new astounding creatures. This remake contains more action than the original, and obviously maximizes CGI (even though it hasn't aged entirely well). While definitely not director Peter Jackson 's best work (an honor that remains with the Lord of the Rings trilogy), it's a decent enough modern adaptation of the classic story.

4 'Tarzan' (1999)

Directed by kevin lima, chris buck.

A beloved Disney classic, Tarzan is an animated film that needs no introduction. The movie tells the tale of the titular protagonist (voiced by Tony Goldwyn ), a human orphan left in the jungle who is adopted by his gorilla family. He struggles with his identity and place in the world growing up, which becomes even more prominent with the arrival of a group of humans – including the vibrant Jane Porter ( Minnie Driver ).

The rewatchable animated Disney film has everything, from groundbreaking animation to catchy musical numbers to an inspiring heartfelt story. Its story about identity and the meaning of family is wonderfully told against the backdrop of a gorgeous (and sometimes unforgiving) jungle. While some of its aspects haven't aged well, the classic is still worth revisiting with family members today.

3 'The Jungle Book' (1967)

The Jungle Book is an evergreen classic that has been one of the most widely read and watched movies in the history of cinema. The adventures of Mowgli, the hunger of the iconic animated villain Shere Khan, and a pack of wild animals come together to create this masterpiece of a story.

Heartwarming soundtracks and lessons about bravery, friendship, and life, in general, are some of the inspiring takeaways from The Jungle Book . With various animated and live-action iterations, this movie has been made and remade a lot of times over the years, but still manages to maintain the old-school charm of a Disney movie. The 1967 version is undoubtedly still the best, with as much heart and humor as it did when it first premiered.

2 'Jurassic Park' Movies (1993 - 2001)

Spanning seven thrilling movies over almost two decades, the Jurassic Park franchise has nothing but the best in store. A first-of-its-kind plot that explored the comeback of dinosaurs to disrupt the modern world was loved by all and immediately became a huge part of cinematic history.

Along with rampaging monsters and scientific experiments gone wrong, the movies have continuously featured a strong star cast that managed to attract audiences from across the world. The most recent movie, Jurassic Park: Dominion , seemed to be the end of the franchise, which has seen a steady decline in quality. That said, those looking for a nail-biting jungle survival movie may want to check out the first three entries in this award-winning film series.

Jurassic Park

1 'predator' (1987), directed by john mctiernan.

Predator was part of Arnold Schwarzenegger 's string of 1980s hits : half testosterone-drenched shootout movie, half sci-fi horror that dismantles (limb by limb) the action genre and the men who feature in them, who find all their guns and unified body mass completely pointless against a superior warrior who hunts humans for sport.

Predator became an instant action classic thanks to the dreaded creature, one-liners, sweltering jungle setting , and John McTiernan 's directorial style. It's the ultimate jungle movie that birthed a legendary franchise that's still going strong today, with Prey marking a great move forward for the classic film series.

Dwayne Johnson In The MCU? The Rock’s Production Company Signs Disney First Look Deal After Bid For DC Power Fizzles Out

Dwayne johnson's production company, seven bucks, will develop theatrical and streaming films for disney..

jungle cruise hollywood movie

Dwayne Johnson, aka The Rock, one of the wealthiest actors in the world, is amplifying his already astronomical fortune with a lucrative Disney deal. Dwayne Johnson, who shares a long-standing relationship with Walt Disney Pictures, has signed a multi-year first-look deal with the company. The deal will see his production company, Seven Bucks, develop theatrical and streaming films for the platform.

According to Variety, the movie star who has collaborated with Disney before, including launching a 2021 theme park ride inspired by the Jungle Cruise movie, will also potentially star in the projects.

Disney recently released the trailer for Moana 2, which will see Dwayne Johson return to the animation flick as the grandiose demigod Maui. The trailer launch broke Disney records, garnering 178 million views. The prequel was also one of the most streamed films in the United States, earning over $687 million internationally.

Dwayne Johnson had previously pitched a multi-year plan for Black Adam and a Henry Cavill-led Superman

The new deal with Disney comes a year after Dwayne Johnson allegedly made a play for control of the DC universe. According to Variety, the actor had pitched CEO David Zaslav on a multi-year plan for Black Adam and a Henry Cavill-led Superman. The pitch reportedly involved a collaboration between the two superheroes, paving a path for a Superman-versus-Black Adam showdown.

However, the bid reportedly flamed out after Johnson’s movie Black Adam under-performed at the Box office, accumulating $391 million worldwide against a $195 budget plus $40 million in reshoots.

Dwayne Johnson’s multi-year Disney deal details explored. Will he join the MCU?

According to Variety, The Fast and Furious actor’s deal with Disney is not just limited to filming content. It also involves his production company collaborating across all divisions, including parks business, sports service and family cruises.

Johnson’s production company had previously collaborated with Disney’s film adaptation of “Jungle Cruise” starring Johnson and Emily Blunt and produced two seasons of “Behind the Attraction” for Disney+.

The deal also included starring in multiple Disney projects, including Marvel Studios and Star Wars/Lucasfilm. As Johson’s DC dreams flamed out with Black Adam, fans might see him in the MCU alongside the Avengers.

Seven Bucks Dwayne Johnson Disney First Look

The Rock is moving to the Magic Kingdom.

Seven Bucks Productions , the film and TV content label founded by Dwayne Johnson and Dany Garcia, has signed a first-look deal with The Walt Disney Company to develop films for theatrical and streaming, Variety has learned exclusively.

Seven Bucks has been studio agnostic for the majority of its 12 year run but has enjoyed a long-standing relationship with Disney. Highlights include the previously mentioned film adaptation of “Jungle Cruise” starring Johnson and Emily Blunt, and two seasons of “Behind the Attraction” for Disney+.

In November, Johnson will reprise his role as demigod Maui in “Moana 2,” the sequel to the Oscar-nominated 2016 animated film. The latest trailer for the film broke all previous records for Disney animation trailers when it amassed 178 million views in just 24 hours. A live action version of “Moana” is set for a summer 2026 release.

Disney’s ESPN is also a broadcast partner for the UFL, the pro football league owned in part by Johnson, Garcia, and Gerry Cardinale’s RedBird Capital Partners.

"Someone stop this man"- Hilarious reactions fill X as Dwayne Johnson signs multi-year deal with Disney

D wayne Johnson, aka The Rock, is about as big as a Hollywood star gets at this moment, and the iconic actor is not slowing down either. After his latest update about playing Mark Kerr in the upcoming A24 drama, now the ex-WWE star has reportedly signed a multi-year deal with Disney, as per the latest reports.

The actor will reportedly develop and star in multiple theatrical and streaming movies for Disney under this contract. This may result in huge profits for both the actor and the company, which will also be able to capitalize on the huge fanbase of The Rock.

However, fans of both the corporation and the actor reacted with extremely funny tweets on X. User @michael_mrob13 summed up with:

"First WB, and now Disney. Someone stop this man."

Others also chimed in, adding, rather hilariously how the power dynamics inside Disney will change now that The Rock is here. Many also posted gifs of Dwayne Johnson referring to how he will take on CEO Bob Iger whenever there is a disagreement.

"The hierarchy of power at the house of mouse is about to change"- another user added talking about The Rock entering the business with Disney.
"The hierarchy of the Walt Disney cooperation is about to change."- another user commented along the same lines .
"Is this a threat"- another fan hilariously added .
"I'll never trust the rock again after him saying "the hierarchy of power in the DC universe is about to change""- another fan said recalling Johnson's earlier comments.
"Rock fought Superman, why not have Rock fight Spiderman and Darth Vader"- another fan commented about the shared universe where the actor is entering.

What is Dwayne Johnson's deal with Disney all about?

While the deal with Disney is still in the early phases, it was reported earlier on June 14 that Dwayne Johnson's production company, which he co-founded with Dany Garcia, has signed a multi-year deal with Disney. In this deal of Disney with Johnson and Garcia's Seven Bucks Productions, there will be multiple theatrical and streaming releases.

Of course, many of these will likely star Dwayne Johnson , if not all, given the actor's affinity for blockbuster movies. Fans are also speculating that this means that The Rock can also join the Marvel Cinematic Universe. This may necessarily not be part of the deal in question here.

Seven Bucks Production has enjoyed a long collaboration with Disney before this deal. Previously, the company produced Jungle Cruise, which starred Dwayne Johnson. They also collaborated with Behind the Attraction. Moreover, Dwayne Johnson will also collaborate on the upcoming live-action adaptation of Moana.

The actor will also reprise his role in Moana 2 after his initial collaboration with Moana.

Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson is an American actor, businessman, and professional wrestler, who rose to prominence in WWE. He is also regarded as one of the greatest wrestlers of all time.
