Established in 1963, Namdroling Monastery, also known as Golden Temple, is the largest teaching center of Nyingmapa or Tibetan Buddhism. It is the source of enlightenment for young Tibetans. The interior of the temple houses gold images of Guru Rinpoche, Amitayus, and Buddha Sakyamuni. The temple complex has beautiful architecture, calmness, and lush green gardens.
