Hour-long guided tours provide an in-depth look at Busch Stadium, home to the St. Louis Cardinals. Group rates available for 25 or more. Because of seasonal restrictions, please call for availability, time and information.

If your family is among the millions of Americans who love baseball, taking them to a St. Louis Cardinals game at Busch Stadium this season should be high on your list. There’s a lot to do and see at Busch Stadium other than just the game. In fact, while games have always been family-friendly, the team at Busch Stadium has evolved its offerings over the years to provide more kid-focused fun at the ballpark.

If you’re concerned that the cost of seeing a professional team is out of your price range, rest assured that the affordability of tickets is one thing the Cardinals team prides itself on. “I think there's a misconception just in general about professional sports that some sports have kind of priced out the average fan and that gets a lot of publicity,” says Martin Coco, director of marketing and brand execution for the Cardinals. “But we have always tried to counter that and make sure people know there's always special ticket offers that are out there and even just our general pricing can, game by game, be really affordable—as low as $5 or $6.”

Now that you know that taking your kids out to the ball game is an affordable family outing, here’s everything else you need to know to make the most of your time at Busch Stadium.

Sunday Afternoons at Busch Stadium

Sunday-afternoon games at Busch Stadium are planned particularly with kids in mind, making them the perfect family outing at an affordable price.

Start your game day planning by purchasing tickets for Family Sunday at Busch Stadium presented by Smithfield . Fans who purchase these tickets will receive a free jumbo Smithfield hot dog and a Coca-Cola beverage.  

Most Sundays also feature a promotional giveaway , like bobbleheads, baseball hats, and T-shirts. While most giveaways are for ages 16 and older, there are a select few Sundays with giveaways just for the kiddos. ( Check the schedule online to ensure you get tickets for a kids giveaway day.)

Once inside the stadium, make your way to Ford Plaza for ice cream or other frozen treats, games, and prizes as part of Prairie Farms Ice Cream Sundays . And while you’re there, stop by the Hi-Chew Family Pavilion to let your kids work off some pre-game energy at the dedicated toddler play area, a playspace for older kids, and baseball-themed virtual reality. 

After select Sunday games, let your little ones burn off the last of their energy before going home. All kids ages 15 and younger can take to the field and live out their MLB dreams by participating in Hi-Chew Kids Run the Bases . What’s a baseball game without hot dogs and Cracker Jack? Busch Stadium has vendors offering up all the ballpark classics , including hot dogs and bratwurst, nachos, burgers, and popcorn. But it also has a few unique options, like Ultimate Stadium Nacho Tater Tots at Crowd the Plate, Nona’s Italian Beef Sandwich at Nona’s Italian Beef and Top of the 5th, tacos (including a vegan option) at Mission Taco Joint, and cheese curds at Freddy’s.

If you’re looking for a frozen treat on a hot summer day, Coco recommends stopping by Dippin’ Dots or Ben & Jerry’s . They’re both extremely popular with kiddos (and adults love them, too), so Coco advises to get there early as there’s always a healthy line at the stands when you get past the third or fourth innings.

If you’re only going to get one sweet treat at Busch Stadium, Coco says Dingers Donuts is hands-down the can’t-miss food stand—after all, he says his kids always push to get them. Dingers Donuts (a nod to the nickname of a home run) are mini doughnuts that you can see being made on-site as soon as you order them. You can top them with powdered sugar and chocolate or vanilla sauces. And if the whole family is going to enjoy the fried pastries, you can get a souvenir Cardinals helmet filled with the doughnuts.

Best Photo Ops

Before you enter the stadium, stop by the Cardinals STL logo located in Ballpark Village near the Together Credit Union Plaza. The giant red-and-white, light-up logo wasn’t installed with the intent of being a photo op, but Coco says there’s usually always someone snapping a pic in front of it.

Once you’re inside, the photo ops abound. Throughout the ballpark, you’ll find giant bobbleheads of some Cardinals players. It’s one way to guarantee you’ll get a pic with your favorite player. Swing by the area behind home plate (Coco says it doesn’t matter which level you’re on) for an epic shot of the field with the Gateway Arch in the background. And, of course, no Cardinal game outing would be complete without seeing Fredbird.  You can usually spot him roaming the stadium before and throughout the game, but Coco says Fredbird hangs out in Ford Plaza from the first through third innings to take pics with fans.

ADA Accessibility at Busch Stadium

The St. Louis Cardinals are committed to providing an accessible environment so all baseball fans can enjoy a game. These accommodations include accessible parking and seating, Assistive Listening Devices, and captioning for pregame and between-inning announcements. 

New as of last year, Busch Stadium created a sensory room in partnership with Mercy, the official health care provider for the Cardinals. This room was created to provide individuals with sensory sensitivities a safe, relaxing environment to take a break from everything happening in the ballpark. “We just finished our first six-game homestand of the year, and [a stadium operations team member] said they've already gotten a letter from a family who said they've come to Cardinals games for a number of years, and this is the first time they were able to stay for the whole game,” Coco says. The sensory room is located in Ford Plaza, near Gate 5.

A longtime tradition for young fans, the Cardinals Kids Club is an annual membership ($33, plus shipping) that has lots of perks for ages 13 and younger. Club members receive the following (while supplies last):

• Squishable Fredbird
• Reversible bucket hat

• TOPPS Baseball Cards
• Official Pass and lanyard

There are a few other perks, according to Coco. Members are invited to the annual Kids Club Day at the ballpark, which features games, dugout tours, Q-and-As with players, and more. And on select Sundays when kids can run the bases after the game, club members who have their pass and lanyard with them get to be at the front of the line.

Special Attractions & Events

Do you have a little baseball buff? Busch Stadium Tours might be a dream come true for them. “The neat thing for kids is…you get to see a lot of parts of the ballpark that aren't really publicly available,” Coco says. This includes the broadcast booth and the Warning Track—that wide strip of dirt between the field and the wall that surrounds the field—when available on non-game days. “But the dugout is the most unique and special part” of the tour, Coco says.

Stadium Tours are offered daily at 11 a.m., 12:30 p.m., and 2 p.m. (except game days: there will be no tours on dates with games before 6 p.m., and tours will be at 1 p.m. instead of 2 p.m. on days with 6:15 p.m. games). Tickets are $22; $20 for seniors and active military; $18 for children ages 4–15; free for children ages 3 and younger (limit three per group). Bonus: Stadium Tour tickets include admission to the Cardinals Hall of Fame and Museum.

“ The Hall of Fame is really an impressive facility,” Coco says, and “it's definitely kid-friendly.” In addition to the artifacts and memorabilia from the Cardinals’ 125-plus-year history, there are some kid-focused, hands-on parts of the experience you’ll want to check out. Don some gloves and hold bats used by Cardinals players, including Yadier Molina’s, try on some World Series rings, and step into the broadcast booth to announce some historic moments in Cardinals history.

The Hall of Fame is open daily, 10 a.m.–6 p.m. Admission is $12; $10 for seniors and active military; $8 for children.

There are more than 50 games with theme tickets available, and many of them are specifically geared to young Cardinals fans, including Scout Nights, Sesame Street Day, Star Wars Night, DC Super-Villains Night, Harry Potter Night, and Fredbird’s Summer Bash. When you purchase a special theme ticket, you’ll get a special promotional giveaway. For example, you can choose a Cardinals-themed Elmo bobblehead or Cookie Monster plushie on Sesame Street Day or take home a Star Wars -themed Cardinals hat and take pics with characters from the 501st Legion.

Tips for Visiting Busch Stadium with Kids

If you want to make a day of it, consider doing a stadium tour and visiting the Hall of Fame before a game.

Don’t be afraid to get up and walk around during the game, especially if you have young kids who can’t sit in one place for too long. Coco says there are TVs and audio in Ford Plaza and the Family Pavilion, so you can keep tabs on the game while your kids move around.

For Monday–Thursday games during the summer, if you buy tickets early enough, you can find some for as low as $10 (and sometimes even cheaper depending on what kinds of promotions are on offer).

Strollers are welcome, as long as they don’t interfere with other guests or block entryways or aisles. You can store your stroller under your seat or check it at Guest Relations.

Good for: The whole family, even if you or your kids aren’t the biggest baseball fans. There’s so much to do and see on game days—and the stadium prides itself on being an affordable outing for families.

Busch Stadium | Ballpark Info

Accommodations for disabilities.

The Cardinals do a great job of providing accommodations for guests with disabilities. If we haven’t answered your question below, please review their ADA Information guide here . You can also contact them ahead of time at [email protected] or call the Cardlinas at 314-345-9600. Once inside the park, you can text 314-300-1000 for assistance.

Parking: Accessible parking can be found in the following lots: Starr lot near gate 2, Stadium West Parking Garage, and Stadium East Parking Garage. You should see signage with a phone number for a transportation cart which can take you to the ballpark.

Gates: Every gate is accessible, so feel free to enter wherever makes most sense with your ticket. All gates open 90 minutes before first pitch Monday-Thursday, and 2 hours Friday-Sunday.

Elevators: Elevators are located at the following locations:

• Family Pavillion
• Near Gate 6 (Right Field)
• Near Gate 2 (Home Plate)
• Near Gate 3 (3B side)

Seating: Accessible seating is scattered throughout the park, so you should have no problems picking a seat based on your preferred field view. The Cardinals will be happy to help you select your seats, just call the ticket office at 314-345-9000.

The Cardinals do not allow backpacks of any kind. Soft sided bags that are no larger than 16″ x 16″ x 8″ are allowed.

Batting Practice

You can watch and catch batting practice at Busch Stadium if you get there early. Gates open 90 minutes before first pitch Monday – Thursday, and 2 hours Friday – Sunday. You can catch the tail end of the Cardinals BP if you get there right as gates open. All gates open at the same time, so head in through one of the outfield gates. Visitors BP runs until 45 minutes before first pitch, when you’ll be asked to find your seats.

Bring Your Own Food

Busch Stadium allows you to bring your own food and beverages into the ballpark. You can bring any food, as long as it is wrapped. Sealed non alcoholic beverages of less than 2 liters that are in plastic bottles are also allowed.

Guest Services

If you have any issues or questions while at the ballpark, please utilize Guest Services. Each MLB team has this department, and they are solely focused on making sure each fan has a safe and memorable time at the ballpark.

Once inside the ballpark, you can contact guest services by calling 314-345-5331. Guest services desks are also located in the following sections:

All gates open at the same time. 90 minutes prior to first pitch Monday – Thursday, and 2 hours Friday- Sunday.

There are no official Busch Stadium parking lots.

Busch Stadium| Must Do

Visit ballpark village.

Ballpark Village is located outside of the ballpark, behind center field. You’ll find plenty of food and drink options, as well as some shopping (including one of our favorites, Baseballism). The outdoor plaza recreates the original Busch II infield, so you’ll even have a chance to step on the same ground as some of the Cardinals greats. Inside, you’ll find options like FOX Sports Midwest Live!, which is a huge entertainment area very similar to Texas LIVE! at Globe Life Field .

Enjoy the Cardinals Hall of Fame and Museum

Before you head into the ballpark, stop by the Hall of Fame and Museum located in Ballpark Village. You’ll find tons of Cardinal relics and history including a championship gallery, a chance to hold a game used bat, and a section on the three different ballparks the Cards have called home. Tickets are $12 for adults, $10 for seniors and military, and $8 for kids.

Enjoy the Baseball Sky

Busch Stadium’s outfield view ranks pretty high up there. Since the park is situated in the city (as a ballpark should be!), you get amazing skyline views of the Arch and surrounding buildings, including the oddly circular Millennium Hotel Tower. Home plate faces South West, which usually means an amazing sunset view in the beautiful park. It’s hard to think of a better way to spend a summer evening.

Busch Stadium | Transportation and Parking

Busch Stadium is located in the heart of downtown St. Louis, which can make it a little difficult to get to if you haven’t been there before. Like most downtown grids, St. Louis consists of both two-way and one-way streets, so you’ll want to scope out your parking plan ahead of time to avoid confusion and stress. Luckily, you have plenty of parking and transportation options to choose from.

Official Busch Stadium Lots

There are no official parking lots at Busch Stadium.

Off-Site / Free Parking Options Near Busch Stadium

There are no official lots to be found, but you have plenty of parking options near the ballpark. Street parking: You can find free street parking near Busch Stadium if you get there early. You’ll see metered spaces, but they’re only in effect Monday – Saturday from 8am to 7pm. So if you can add enough time run the meter until 7pm, you’ll have a free spot for the remainder of the night. If you’re attending a Sunday game, no need to worry about meters at all.

Shuttles: Just a short ride away is the Soulard neighborhood, which has plenty of bars and restaurants. You can park free at most of those spots, then hop on their shuttle. Be sure to support the business helping you out by buying a beer or some food. Three such places are Llywelyn’s Pub , Duke’s , and Molly’s in Soulard , but there are many options.

If you are staying at one of the nearby hotels, they will also run shuttles to the ballpark, you just need to ask!

Public Transportation

MetroLink’s Stadium Station is a very short walk to Busch Stadium or Ballpark Village. You can take the MLB or MLR train depending on where you are coming from. Keep in mind that the Metro St Louis has several park-n-ride lots where you can park your car for free, then hop on the train into downtown. You also have a few bus options. The #40 Broadway bus and #99 Downtown Trolley each have stops near Busch.

Uber & Lyft

Lyft is the exclusive rideshare partner of the Cardinals. We think that means that their rideshare lots cannot be used by Uber. The official pickup zone is near Ballpark Village.

Since everyone else will be staring at Lyft signage all night, you may be better off walking a block or two and calling an Uber. If you’re new to Uber, you can use this link to get a discount on your first few rides.

Busch Stadium | Best Seats

Best seats for cardinals history.

While you can’t technically sit there, the grassy knoll batter’s eye in center field is probably the most iconic section of Busch Stadium. Most baseball fans will remember a wild Game 6 of the 2011 World Series, where the St. Louis Cardinals battled back — down to their last strike…twice. David Freese’s walk off home run in the 11th inning of Game 6 landed in the grassy knoll, where an Illinois radiologist scrambled to grab it. Traditionally speaking, the folks sitting in either section to the left or right (bleacher sections 197 and 101) have been allowed to dash into the batter’s eye to grab home run balls.

Best Seats for Game Views

The Infield Redbird Club seats along each side of the infield offer great views at a decent price. Sections 241 – 246 and 254 – 257 get our pick for best game views. Keep in mind that Busch Stadium also has amazing outfield / cityscape views, so you may want to consider that when purchasing tickets. While we’ve never sat there personally, we have heard great things about the seats directly behind home plate, on any level.

Where not to Sit

Busch really doesn’t have any major obstructions. There will be a few views where you can’t see the scoreboards though. The worst game view obstructions come in the the first few rows of the upper sections, where the handrails are. If that’s an issue for you, consider moving down to the lower levels, or up a few rows so your line of site is above the rails.

Best Seats for Shade

If you’re looking for shade at a day game, you’ll want to avoid sitting in the bleachers, or near the field. The last few rows in most sections have overhangs that will protect you from direct sun. For mid-day games, your best bet will be to sit on the 1B side, as the sun will set by moving towards home plate.

Best Seats for Foul Balls

Looking to catch a foul ball at Busch Stadium? According to FoulBallz.com , your best bets are in sections 153 – 156 on the 3B side, and 141-146 on the 1B side.

Busch Stadium| Ballpark Food

The must have: the pulled pork nachos.

You’re in BBQ country, so embrace Country Bob’s BBQ. You’ll find house smoked pulled pork topped with Monterey Jack cheese, jalapenos, banana peppers, and special spices and BBQ Sauce. Head to Broadway BBQ in section 109.

Something Special: The Bratzel

Part bratwurst, part pretzel, all awesome. Find the pretzel wrapped Brats in sections 252 and 248 at the Red Bird Club stands.

The Challenge: The Grand Slam Mixed Grill

For the low price of $26, you’ll find 4 chicken bats (chicken legs slathered in sauce), 2 sausage bites, and a shrimp skewer. This feast is served in a box shaped like home plate and is big enough to feed a family, or just you if you’re up for the challenge. Find it in section 429 at the Terrace Grill

Vegetarian and Vegan Options at Busch Stadium

While Busch doesn’t have as many options for Vegans as some of the other parks, you’ll still be able to find a decent meal. Options include Stir Fry in sections 136 and 242. Busch also offers a Beyond Burger in sections 135 and 358, look for the Double Play Tap and Grill. The good news is, the Cardinals claim that their fries are vegan. And of course you can build your own salad at the Red Bird Club Cucina Italiano in section 250. Vegetarians can also enjoy pretzels (section 248), nachos, and cheese pizza (sections 139, 162, 250, 437).

We believe that in order to fully experience a ballpark, you should spend some time in the nearby area. We’re also big believers that pre and post game rushes are awful. We suggest you spend some time at these local establishments instead of sitting in traffic or rushing to the train.

Ballpark Village | 601 Clark Ave, St. Louis, MO 63102  | Website Ballpark Village is directly across the street from Busch and offers plenty of places for you to eat and drink before catching a game. If you’ve ever been to Texas Live! outside of Globe Life Field, or Live! at the Battery Atlanta around Truist Park – this is basically the same concept. Inside, you’ll find restaurants, bars, entertainment, sports gear shops, huge tv screens and the Cardinals Nation Museum and Hall of Fame.

Broadway Oyster Bar | 736 S Broadway, St. Louis, MO 63102 | Website | Menu | Click to Call This place is a local favorite, known for its fun NOLA vibe and great seafood. B.O.B. has been around for 35 years and you just can’t find more traditional Cajun and Creole food anywhere in St. Louis. It’s about a 5 minute walk to Busch Stadium so it makes for a great pre or post game spot to hang out at.

Three Sixty | 1 S Broadway, St. Louis, MO 63102 | Website | Menu | Click to Call If you’re only in the area for a night or two, this rooftop bar, located in the Hilton at The Ballpark, is a cool place to go to get a broad sense of downtown. As the name suggests, you’ll get 360 views of Busch Stadium, the Gateway Arch, the Mississippi river and surrounding St. Louis. They serve snacks, small plates, and pizzas so don’t expect to be super full when you leave but the views and drink selection are the main attraction.

The Midwestern | 900 Spruce St, St. Louis, MO 63102 | Website | Menu | Click to Call The Midwestern is a modern sports bar just one block west of Busch Stadium, so naturally a great spot to pregame or wait for your ride afterwards. And their food is gooood, we like the brisket sandwich. You’re in Missouri, you have to have some BBQ, right?! They also have an awesome brunch menu if you’re heading to an early afternoon Cardinals game.

If you’re traveling with a family or just trying to make the most out of your trip to the St. Louis area, here are some recommended nearby attractions.

The Hill | Website The Hill is a cool old Italian-American neighborhood in the St. Louis area, filled with family-owned delis, bakeries, trattorias and pizzerias. It also used to be home to baseball greats, Yogi Berra and Joe Garagiola. They both grew up in this neighborhood and their childhood homes are actually across the street from each other, on Elizabeth Avenue. It’s a great place to explore, eat and soak up a little baseball history as well.

Forest Park | Website Located about 6 miles west of downtown St. Louis, this awesome park is a great way to spend a day, especially if you are traveling with the family. In it you’ll find the St. Louis Zoo, Missouri History Museum, a planetarium, a golf course, several small lakes, a fish hatchery, tons of historical monuments and landmarks, and lots of picnic areas.

City Museum | Website If you ever wanted to relive your childhood, this is the place to do it. The City Museum has floors and floors of fun, from magic shows to caves you can explore, to vintage pinball and arcade games to a rooftop ferris wheel. The building is full of slides (one is 10 stories!) and oddities, guaranteed fun for kids and kids-at-heart. Trust us, you just gotta go! Tickets run $16-$22 plus tax, kids 2 and under are free.

FYI: City Museum is cashless, there is no re-entry and outside food and drinks are not permitted.

When Was Busch Stadium Built? 

Busch Stadium was built on April 4, 2006, which makes it 17 years old. 

What Can You Bring into Busch Stadium?

Unlike some other stadiums, there are more lenient rules when bringing in items to Busch Stadium. You’re allowed to bring in bags, purses and even soft-sided coolers that do not exceed 10″x8″x10″.

Food and non-alcoholic beverages in a factory-sealed plastic bottle no larger than 2 liters is allowed, as well as empty cups, mugs and plastic bottles.

There are several things that are not allowed at the stadium, and if you’re wanting a complete list, check the website , but here are a few key items.

• Chairs or stools
• Aerosol containers and cans like sunscreen or hairspray
• Any weapons
• Commerical camera equipment like video cameras, tripods or monopods
• Hoverboards, skateboards, roller skates or roller blades
• Laser pointers
• Knives longer than 4 inches when unopened
• Any offensive of obscene clothing

What Happened to the Old Busch Stadium?

The old Busch Stadium, also known as Busch Memorial Stadium, was a multi-purpose sports facility in St. Louis, Missouri that operated from 1966 to 2005, where it was town down for the new stadium.

Now, the stadium serves as a ballpark for the MLB Cardinals.

The new stadium occupies a portion of the former stadium’s footprint, with a commercial area called the Ballpark Village adjacent to the stadium that occupies the rest of that space. The Ballpark Village is used now for dining and entertainment in Downtown St. Louis.

How Much Is Parking at Busch Stadium? 

If you want to park at Busch Stadium, expect to pay between $10 and $40 per spot. Ballpark Village is next to the town and is the most expensive place to park, so fans should arrive early as these lots fill up quickly.

Alternative Transportation

The MetroLink is an alternative to driving and helps avoid traffic congestion. Fans can use one of the 21 free Park-Ride lots along the MetroLink line and take the train to Stadium Station, which is across the stress from the ballpark.

How Much Does Beer Cost at Busch Stadium? 

Beer will cost between $5 and $5.50 at Busch Stadium. It won’t matter what kind of beer you prefer; they will all be $5 or $5.50, whichever beer you choose. 

What to Eat at Busch Stadium? 

If you want to bring in your food, you have to consider the bag policy in order to bring anything in. However, outside food is not permitted in the Cardinals Club, Luxury Suites or any other All-Inclusive areas.

The Suites at Busch Stadium

For some, going to a ball game is a luxury on its own, but others might want to have a whole party with it. Suites are a great way to celebrate the game with a large group while enjoying catering and drinks in an air-conditioned box. Busch stadium offers several varieties of suites to choose from.

• Party Suites : This is great for larger groups, as there are several suites that vary in sizes. You have a smoked BBQ buffet like brisket, hot dogs, brats, chicken with salads and desserts as sides. You also have access to a full bar that includes wine, mixed drinks, and beer.
• Premium Party Suites : This has a more upscale buffer that has enhancements like shrimp, pretzels, desserts and more treats. You have a full-service bar as well, but you also receive additional TVs and 2 Complimentary VIP parking passes.
• Branchy Rickey Room : This room accommodates up to 30 with a buffet and bar. You also receive complimentary access to Cardinals Hall of Fame and Museum before or during the game.

• Obviously one amazing location is Ballpark Village which is located across Clark Street from Busch Stadium. There is optional dining, drinks and entertainment, including a 40-foot TV in the Bally Sports Live! area, and live music.
• Visit the Arch and take a river cruise! You can go up the Arch in St. Louis and take in the breathtaking 360-degree view of the city. There are also riverboat cruises that you can take to get an even more unique look at the Arch.
• Experience the hauntings of the neighborhood at the Lemp mansion, brewery and Marion Hospital through a tour where you can learn from a paranormal investigator.
• Explore the City Garden where you can walk around the park and explore the art exhibits.

Busch Stadium in St. Louis, Missouri, is a place steeped in tradition. The current stadium, built in 2006 to house the St. Louis Cardinals, is the third to carry the Busch name. Named after the Anheuser-Busch brewing company, the first Busch Stadium might have been called Budweiser Stadium, except league rules didn't allow a stadium to be named after an alcoholic beverage.

Busch Stadium is the center of the Ballpark Village development of downtown St. Louis. The stadium is also blessed with a location not far from St. Louis' main shopping and entertainment district. As a result, catching a ball game at Busch Stadium is a great addition to any trip to St. Louis. Drop off your bags at a St. Louis luggage storage locker and catch a game or concert at the arena before seeing what else downtown St. Louis has to offer.

Busch Stadium bag policy

It's not permitted to bring a backpack into Busch Stadium, let alone a heavy suitcase. However, medical bags, clutches and wristlets no larger than 6" x 8", and diaper bags (if you are with a child) are permitted, although they will be subject to search and anyone with a permitted bag will need to use the Inspection Lane at their gate in order to enter. The easiest thing to do is drop off any unnecessary possessions before you head to the game. Track down a luggage storage service near Busch Stadium where you can leave your unwanted bags. Traveling light makes it far easier to enjoy your visit.

Busch Stadium food policy

If you just want to drink water, you can bring empty plastic bottles, cups, and mugs into Busch Stadium. You can also bring any nonalcoholic beverage so long as it comes in a sealed plastic bottle and doesn't exceed two liters or 67 ounces.

There are no specific rules regarding bringing food into Busch Stadium. Outside food is permitted, but you will be limited by the size of the cooler you can carry. As a general rule, it's better not to bring any food that can be thrown, such as apples and other hard fruits and vegetables.

Busch Stadium camera policy

Cameras are allowed in Busch Stadium. However, security staff make a distinction between personal cameras and commercial-grade equipment. Therefore, cameras cannot have lenses that are longer than the length of the camera body. Video cameras, tripods, monopods, and large camera bags are all prohibited. The best thing to do is to leave these items at a suitcase storage near Busch Stadium before you visit. That way, your equipment will stay safe and protected, and you won't need to worry about being refused entry. Stick to shots from your phone and let the professionals get the close-up images of the action on the field.

Busch Stadium rules

• Anything that could conceivably be used as a weapon is not allowed in the stadium. This includes hard-sided coolers, Frisbees, laser pointers, flagpoles, and fireworks.
• Masks and face paint are not permitted inside, along with any kind of costume that covers the wearer's face.
• Alcoholic beverages aren't allowed into the stadium. Additionally, nonalcoholic beer is also not permitted.
• Busch Stadium is easily reached from downtown  St. Louis by public transit. The stadium has its own train station which is served by Metrolink Red and Blue lines.
• The downtown location of Busch Stadium means parking can be tricky. The stadium itself only has a little over 700 spaces, and parking can be difficult to find in the surrounding streets on game day. The best option is to use public transit to reach the stadium if possible.

Busch Stadium lockers

Overlooked by the iconic St. Louis Gateway Arch, Busch Stadium is an atmospheric place to catch a ball game. Although the stadium is relatively new, it continues a long legacy of baseball in the city, and is a point of pride for the residents of St. Louis. Plus, its downtown location makes it part of a far wider entertainment district with almost limitless options for fun.

Busch Stadium has been home to the St. Louis Cardinals since 2006, and will grow into one of Major League Baseball's most historic stadiums as time moves forward. Ballpark Village , the mixed-use development outside of Busch Stadium, has made Busch Stadium a year around destination for St. Louis sports fans and other tourists. When you combine Ballpark Village with Busch Stadium’s proximity to all downtown St. Louis has to offer, and the unrivaled passion of St. Louis Cardinals fans, Busch Stadium is a Major League Baseball stadium you won’t soon forget. Our staff wanted to provide a thorough breakdown of the Busch Stadium seating chart to help baseball fans decide where to sit before purchasing their St. Louis Cardinals tickets.

Where To Sit At Busch Stadium

Busch Stadium is one of the largest stadiums in Major League Baseball and offers a wide array of premium seating options for businesses and large groups of guests. The core non-premium seating areas include the lower level, outfield bleachers, loge level, pavilion level, and terrace level (upper level). We’ll begin by discussing the lower level seats.

100 Level (Lower Level)

The 100 level seats at Busch Stadium consist of sections 101 through 197. The number of rows for the 100 level sections will greatly vary. Lettered rows will always sit closer to the field than numbered rows in sequence. The rows for many 100 level sections are lettered A through L, followed by rows 1 through 18.

The St. Louis Cardinals dugout is located in front of sections 143 and 144. The visiting team’s dugout is located in front of sections 156 and 157. The St. Louis Cardinals’ bullpen is located in front of sections 107 and 109. The visiting team’s bullpen at Busch Stadium is located in front of sections 189 and 191.

Cardinals Club

The Cardinals Club seats at Busch Stadium (also called the green seats) consist of sections CC1 through CC8 behind home plate. The rows for the Cardinals Club sections are lettered either A through H or A through K.

The perks for the Cardinals Club seats at Busch Stadium include the following.

• Access to the exclusive Cardinals Club equipped with dining areas, private bars, and flat-screen HD televisions
• In-seat waiter service
• Private entrance into Busch Stadium (Gate 2)
• All-inclusive food, alcohol, and soft drinks (pregame buffet)
• Private restrooms
• Comfortable padded seats with additional leg room

All season tickets for the Cardinals Club were sold as  personal seat licenses (PSLs)  when Busch Stadium was first constructed.

The bleacher seats at Busch Stadium consist of the following rows and sections.

• Section 101 (Rows 1-13)
• Section 103 (Rows 1-12)
• Section 105 (Rows 1-12)
• Section 107 (Rows 11-13, 20-33)
• Section 109 (Rows 11-13, 20-33)
• Section 111 (Rows 20-33)
• Section 189 (Rows 11-17)
• Section 191 (Rows 11-23)
• Section 193 (Rows 1-24)
• Section 195 (Rows 1-25)
• Section 197 (Rows 1-19)

The Busch Stadium bleacher sections are organized into three areas; the right field bleachers, lower right field bleachers, and lower left field bleachers. Keep in mind that these seats are metal bleachers that provide spectators with seat backs but no cup holders.

As stated earlier, the Busch Stadium bleachers put fans in close proximity to each team's bullpen in the outfield. The Busch Stadium bleachers aren’t quiet as iconic as the bleachers in other Major League ballparks like Wrigley Field and Yankee Stadium . However, bleacher seats are also the best seats at Busch Stadium for catching home runs.  

200 Level (Loge Level)

The loge level seats at Busch Stadium consist of sections 228 through 272. Most loge level sections will have 15 or 16 rows of seats, beginning with row 1.

Redbird Club

Baseball fans receive no special amenities with Redbird Club tickets aside from access to the Redbird Club. The climate-controlled Redbird Club is equipped with private restrooms, upgraded concessions, and a private entrance to your section. Food and beverages are not included in the ticket price. The Redbird Club is equipped with dining areas, private bars, and flat-screen HD televisions. There are no bad Redbird Club seats; every seat is either behind home plate or encircles the infield. Most sections have 8-15 rows of seats and the views are some of the best in all of Busch Stadium. There are two distinct seating areas that comprise the Redbird Club and they are as follows.

Home Redbird Club

The home Redbird Club consists of sections 247-253 (behind home plate). These are the best seats in the Redbird Club.

Infield Redbird Club

The infield Redbird Club consists of sections 241-246 (1st base side) and 254-257 (3rd base side). 

300 Level (Pavilion Level)

The pavilion level seats at Busch Stadium consist of sections 331 through 372. The rows for most pavilion level sections are numbered either 1 through 9 or 1 through 6.

400 Level (Terrace Level)

The terrace level seats at Busch Stadium consist of sections 431 through 454. The rows for the terrace level sections are numbered 1 through 11.

If your seats are in rows 7-11, you can expect a good amount of shade from the sun during day games. Sections 446 through 454 will provide baseball fans with excellent views of the Gateway Arch and St. Louis skyline in the distance. Busch Stadium’s 400 level offer the most affordable tickets for St. Louis Cardinals home games.

Left Field Porch

The left field porch seats at Busch Stadium consist of sections LP1, LP2, and LP3 in left field. The rows for the left field porch sections are numbered 1 through 12. Keep in mind that section LP2 will have an obstructed view of the field from some of the seats due to the left field foul pole. The left field porch seats are protected from the sun and elements due to the loge level overhang.

All-inclusive Seating Areas

Umb champions club.

The UMB Champions Club is an all-inclusive private club located above sections 162, 163, and 165. The UMB Champions Club is perfect for hosting a small office gathering or family reunion. The perks for the UMB Champions Club at Busch Stadium include the following.

• Access to a furnished and climate-controlled club equipped with dining areas, private bars, and flat-screen HD televisions
• Can accommodate up to 438 guests
• All-inclusive food, alcohol, and soft drinks (buffet)
• Outdoor reserved seating on level 2 (in the shade)

National Car Rentals Club

The National Car Rentals Club is an all-inclusive private club located above sections 258, 259, and 260. The perks for the National Car Rentals Club at Busch Stadium include the following.

• Can accommodate up to 397 guests
• Outdoor seating in sections 258 and 259; indoor seating in sections 260

Perficient Red Jacket Club

The Perficient Red Jacket Club is an all-inclusive private club located above sections 128 and 129 in sections RJC1 through RJC4. The rows for the Perficient Red Jacket Club seats are lettered A through D. This area pays tribute to St. Louis Cardinals Hall of Famers. The perks for the Perficient Jacket Club at Busch Stadium include the following.

• Can accommodate up to 119 guests
• Indoor and outdoor seating

Commissioner’s Box

The Commissioner’s Box is an all-inclusive premium seating option located adjacent to the St. Louis Cardinals dugout in section 141. The rows for the Commissioner’s Box seats are lettered A through E. The perks for the Commissioner’s Box seats at Busch Stadium include the following.

• Can accommodate up to 30 guests (sold in increments of 2)
• Access to the UMB Champions Club (see above)
• Comfortable cushioned seats
• VIP parking provided for guests
• In-seat waiter service (menu includes ballpark fare, alcohol, and soft drinks)
• Pre-game field and dugout visits

Legends Club

The Legends Club is an all-inclusive party suite located above sections 228 and 229. The perks for the Legends Club seats at Busch Stadium include the following.

• Reserved seating (indoors and outdoors)
• Access to a furnished and climate-controlled social area equipped with flat-screen HD televisions
• Bar top seating with a view of the field
• Access to a private bar

Coca-Cola Scoreboard Patio

The Coca-Cola Scoreboard Patio is an all-inclusive group seating option located above sections 101, 103, and 105 in right center field. The perks for the Coca-Cola Scoreboard Patio at Busch Stadium include the following.

• Tickets for up to 260 guests
• All-inclusive food, beer, and soda (buffet)
• Picnic-style patio seating
• Drink rails
• Less wait at restrooms

Coca-Cola Rooftop Deck

The Coca-Cola Rooftop Deck is an all-inclusive group seating option located in center field. The perks for the Coca-Cola Rooftop Deck at Busch Stadium include the following.

Powerade Bridge

Scott Credit Union MVP Deck

The Scott Credit Union MVP Deck is an all-inclusive outdoor party deck located above section 197 in left center field. The perks for the Scott Credit Union MVP Deck at Busch Stadium include the following.

Cardinals Nation Rooftop

The Cardinals Nation Rooftop, formerly known as the AT&T Rooftop, is an all-inclusive rooftop seating area located above the Cardinals Nation Restaurant outside of Busch Stadium. The perks for the Cardinals Nation Rooftop include the following.

• Tickets for up to 338 guests
• Free admission to the St. Louis Cardinals Hall of Fame and Museum
• Reserved outdoor seating
• Access to a climate-controlled social area equipped with flat-screen HD televisions, full-service bars, and dining areas
• Stadium’s daily promotional item provided to each guest

The Cardinals Nation Rooftop provides the best views of the playing field out of all of the Ballpark Village seating areas. 

Cardinals Nation Balcony

The Cardinals Nation Balcony is an all-inclusive group seating area located on the 2nd floor of the Cardinals Nation Restaurant. The perks for the Cardinals Nation Balcony at Busch Stadium include the following.

• Tickets for up to 12 guests (sold in groups of four)

Cardinals Nation is a 30,000 square foot venue located at Ballpark Village outside of Busch Stadium. Cardinals Nation is home to the Cardinals Nation Balcony, Cardinals Nation Rooftop, The Cardinals Authentics Shop, the St. Louis Cardinals Hall of Fame and Museum, and official pregame party before every St. Louis Cardinals home game. The Cardinals Nation Restaurant offers three patio decks, four full-service bars, and more than 50 flat-screen HD televisions.

Luxury Suites

Busch Stadium’s luxury suites can be leased for a full season or half season. The perks for the luxury suites at Busch Stadium include the following.

• Access to a climate-controlled and furnished suite equipped with flat-screen HD televisions
• Parking passes provided for guests (VIP Lot C)
• Retractable window panels to create open-air environment

• Access to a furnished and climate-controlled suite equipped with flat-screen HD televisions
• All-inclusive food and soft drinks (ballpark fare)
• Private bar service
• Access to a climate-controlled social area

Branch Rickey Room

The Branch Rickey Room is a party suite located on the 2nd floor of the Cardinals Nation Restaurant outside of Busch Stadium. The perks for the Branch Rickey Room at Busch Stadium include the following.

• All-inclusive food, alcohol, and soft drinks (ballpark fare)
• Tickets for between 22 and 30 guests
• Access to an outdoor patio with a view of the field

Many baseball fans will associate Branch Rickey with Jackie Robinson and the Brooklyn Dodgers. However, Rickey played professionally for the old St. Louis Browns, and served as Manager and General Manager for both the St. Louis Browns and St. Louis Cardinals. Branch Rickey is the face of St. Louis baseball. 

Redbird Roost (Owner’s Suite)

The Redbird Roost is a luxury party suite located behind home plate. The perks for the Redbird Roost suite at Busch Stadium include the following.

• Tickets for up to 30 guests

Budweiser Terrace

The Budweiser Terrace is a multi-level social space located on the 4th level of Busch Stadium in the space formerly known as Riverview Corner. The Budweiser Terrace is open to all fans with tickets for the game and provides guests with the following.

• Two full-service bars
• Lounge seating with a view of the field
• Standing areas for fans
• Cabana seating on the concourse
• Covered performance stage for live music
• Open-air BBQ grill

Budweiser Brew House Deck

The Budweiser Brew House Deck is a Ballpark Village seating area that sits across Clark Street beyond Busch Stadium's outfield area. If you’ve ever been to Wrigley Field to see the Chicago Cubs play, the Budweiser Brew House offers a similar setting to a Wrigleyville rooftop . The Budweiser Brew House is located next to the Cardinals Nation Rooftop; the two are often confused. The Budweiser Brew House Deck provides baseball fans with two rows of drink rail seating that are sold as reserved tickets and everything else is sold as general admission. The area is the perfect place to nonchalantly enjoy a St. Louis Cardinals game with a group of friends, and can be rented out privately. The Budweiser Brew House Deck will provide baseball fans with access to Busch Stadium but they must check in there first. Keep in mind that the view of field isn’t perfect from the Budweiser Brew House Deck; fans will only be able to see maybe 65% of the field.

Paul McCartney has confirmed a brand new date for his 'One On One' tour in St. Louis this summer.

On August 13, Paul will rock Busch Stadium in St. Louis, playing his first area show since since 2012 and joining the Gateway City in celebrating the 50th anniversary of The Beatles’ play at the hallowed ground of the old Busch Stadium.

As with the launch of every new Paul McCartney tour, 'One On One' promises to unveil a dazzling re-designed set, dozens of classics from the most beloved catalog in popular music, spanning Paul's entire career--as a solo artist, member of Wings and of course as a Beatle—and no shortage of surprises.

'One On One' is the first new Paul McCartney tour since the juggernaut that was 'Out There' came to its stunning conclusion on October 22, 2015 with Paul’s first ever concert in Buffalo, NY. 'Out There’s finale capped off an incredible 2015, in which the tour played 27 shows in 22 cities throughout the world, with highlights including Paul’s historic debut in South Korea — where the crowd at Seoul Olympic Stadium’s refusal to stop singing the refrain to 'Hey Jude' literally forced Paul to reprise the song in the first encore, playing that signature bassline live for the first time — three nights at the Tokyo Dome and one at Budokan, a sold out stand at Paris’ majestic Stade de France, more than a dozen packed arena shows across the US, UK and Europe, and triumphant headlines at festivals such as Firefly, Roskilde, and Lollapalooza in Chicago — the latter a tour de force performance for a 100,000-strong crowd featuring a guest appearance from Alabama Shakes’ Brittany Howard on 'Get Back'.

Do you remember where the FIFA World Cup 2018 final was played? Yes, the legendary Luzhniki stadium! On this excursion, you will discover its backstage , following the steps of the most famous football stars through Luzhniki’s private corridors.

Start by visiting the press conference room before entering the players cloakrooms. Sit down at the spot of Lionel Messi or Cristiano Ronaldo while listening to the untold stories from the French team victory night. Continue with a quick warm up in the dedicated room before reaching the impressive field itself, just as a player would do.

Can you hear the 81 000 supporters cheering for you as you enter the field?

In presidential shoes

Our excursion will then bring you on the path of the presidential guests. From the private garage, via the red carpet to the VVIP lodges , gaze at the game from a presidential height.

Sit on the chairs occupied on the World Cup 2018 final by president Macron, the FIFA president, president Putin and the former Croatian president Grabar-Kitarović. Try out the special sit used by MMA artist Conor McGregor. Finally, we will have a final look at beautiful Luzhniki from a high viewpoint.

Throughout your path, we will detail the stadium history from its creation, through the 1980’s Olympic games up to this famous 2018 FIFA World Cup.

Football enthusiasts will not remain unmoved by this unique journey into the very heart of the famous Luzhniki stadium.
