ConnexUC (formerly Connexxus) is the UC managed travel program, a secure web portal for arranging business related travel. It automatically gives active employees access to UC-negotiated prices for airfare, hotels, and car rentals. ConnexUC also provides a UC employee discount on select California rail travel. It can even be used for personal and family travel!
Benefits of Using ConnexUC
The big advantage of ConnexUC is the cost savings to the university. Compared to other education institutions, UC travelers save an average of 5 percent on domestic airfare and 20 percent on international airfare when they use ConnexUC. Travel booked through ConnexUC travel agencies is automatically registered with the UC Travel Insurance program.

Customer service representative's and staff's are excellent in service. I would strongly suggest to book flight tickets from this website.
worst service. Never experienced this in other third party vendors. Mentioned they will provide wheelchair service but did not provide. Upon checking with customer service they said we can't do anything. Then don't fool customers by grabbing money and saying well provide all the services. Never recommend this stupid third party vendor. Waste of money.
The worst experience I had for booking to India with this company.i had a disgusting experience booking to India with this company.
Never trust these guys. To the core, they cheat customers. I have booked a ticket for my father in law and mother in law. Due to some reasons, my father in law unable to travel, and I wanted to cancel this ticket and keep my mother in law's ticket as is. I called and spoke to their customer service team. They checked for a long time and came back with an answer that the cancellation fee is USD 450 whereas the original ticket is USD990. I have requested many times to cross check this as it looks completely off. However, they insisted that I need to pay this or loose the entire USD 990. I trusted these guys and went ahead and paid USD 450 for the cancellation. I lost around USD 540 here. My mother in law traveled as planned and she had to return back earlier than the date of return journey. I called again and spoke to their customer service team, they advised that the fare different is USD 550 and penalty is USD 150 which is a total of USD 700 to change the booking. I got suspicion and called airlines directly the minute I disconnected call with these guys. It took a while to get a customer service team member, however, to my surprise seats are wide open for the dates I requested the change and airlines only charged me USD 104 to change the booking and there is no cancellation fee or fare difference. So, I would have gone with these guys, I would have lost USD 600 straight and I think I have already lost money when I cancelled my father in law's booking. Be careful with this company, when I called them, they don't want to share manager's number or name so that is the kind of company they are running. Wanted to leave this review so that people are aware of what is going on with this company and be cautious!!
Has been waiting for the ticket refund for more than 6 months. When I checked with airlines, I was told that these guys not at all requested for refund and still asking me to wait for the refund. THESE GUYS ARE TOTAL FRAUD!

Flyopedia is a SCAM. They issues you a ticket and then they sell it to last minute buyers, at higher price closer to day of flight and re-book your ticket through a less desired travel sector, flights with longer wait/stopover times or Longer routes leading to a longer flight time. This has been the worst experience ever. I booked ticket for my Mom , through Flyopedia, travelling from US to India. From the time I booked and paid for the fare they kept cancelling the flight and re-booking till the last minute. I had requested for wheelchair through out the trip and the airline personnel just left her out side the gate at Heathrow and told her to wait there. No one came back to assist her to the gate where she would get her connecting flight. She had to walk the long distance to the gate with much difficulty. Now for the return flight its the same issue. They called us that one of the flights is cancelled and we have to re-route her. When I called back to ask for the route/ time options,Flyopedia is now telling me that Airline is claiming that the passenger did not board the flight from Heathrow, London so her return flight is cancelled. Where as she boarded the flight and has been in India for months now. This seems to me like a SCAM. Me and my family has travel a lot internationally as well as within US and this has never happened to us. I would NOT RECOMMEND USING Flyopedia for your booking EVER.
PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THIS PEOPLE, ITS A SCAM , TRUST ME NOT THEM, THEY WILL FOOL YOU. I got the ticket from FlyoPedia, Shashank is the name of the guy who gave me the ticket, but it was just a dummy itinerary of my original flight, he told me i will get the e ticket confirmed in 24 hours but i did not, i was charge half of my airfare till then, then i call him, he is not reachable and then i cam across, Arun kumar, Pooja Patel both being rude and not responsive, not helping me, it went on for another 14 hour making total of 38 hours still no ticket, then finally after so many phone calls and talking to this dumb people, i catch hold of manager Sandeep shukla, who happily tells me we can't get you the flight anymore and will give the refund, i am still not sure if i will get a refund or not and i will fight, i lost a good deal and dint got the ticket, now that flight is 300 to 400 $ expensive, who will pay for the difference. Even Nassima with whom i initiated the talk before booking the ticket dint help,
Let me start saying "Flyopedia cheats you left and right", my personnel experience - even after booking 5 flights tickets in the past with them they still wanted to cheat us, my infant who was 4 - 5 months old was charged $700 nearly and it is supposed to be 10% of base price as per the airlines and when i ask them they either disconnect the call (or) manager is unavailable (or) some BS.. i got this worst service from Arkin, Sandeep, Sam and they never spoke well nor apologized for what they did, all they say is cannot do anything now.. they just want $$$$ and nothing else.
Worst travel agency ever. Do not trust Trustpilot reviews and go ahead. They don't hold responsible and blame everything on airlines for their mistake. The agents here are the worst with most disgusting customer service. Deepak and Shekar are the worst agents you will ever counter. They literally lie about stuff.
Contrary to the other reviews, I had a great experience working with Saurabh Kantiwal from Flopedia. I had no clue about Flyopedia and never heard of it before. I saw the ad on Facebook and gave it a try. Just before the booking, I came across the reviews on Yelp and was really worried. But Saurabh Kantiwal did a good job and made sure I received my tickets while I was on the call with him. Though the process took almost 2 hours, the prices they offered were very good. I'm happy with the overall experience.
