I booked Apex as a “driver-only” service. I knew the wineries we wanted to visit and booked those on my own. As we got to know our driver, Sasha, he gave recommendations for additional wineries we might like. We had extra time in our day so decided to visit two of his recommended wineries. They were phenomenal! Real gems – small, family-owned wineries that you wouldn’t know about if you didn’t live in the area. I originally booked Apex for one day. We enjoyed Sasha so much, I booked them for a second day. Alex was our driver on day 2 and was just as wonderful! Both gentlemen gave a great history of the area, were flexible with our plans and had excellent advice on wineries we might like based on our tastes. I cannot recommend this company enough!

Sonoma wineries I booked a Lincoln MKT for a 6 hr wine tour of Sonoma wineries. I booked via their website and received response next day. I was particularly interested in wineries that had good Rose and Pinot Noir vintages. He did not disappoint. In fact, he brought us to a winery with the best Pinot I ever tasted– Martinelli! Thx Leo!!

Such a fun experience! Peter was our driver and he was super nice and very professional! My husband and I had so much fun and really enjoyed our anniversary visiting both Sonoma and Napa. I loved being able to listen to my playlist from my phone and Peter took a lot of pictures of us to preserve the memories. Every year on our anniversary we try to do something different and this is definitely in our top three memorable experiences. (Hard to compete with a jet boat ride up the Niagara river and a sunset cruise in Honolulu).

We used Apex Transportation for my daughter’s 16th Birthday. I randomly selected them out of the phone book because they were local…I’m so glad I did. The service was impeccable! Scheduling the event was easy and the team was extremely professional. The icing on the cake was our fabulous driver Sasha! He now has a fan club of 16 year olds! He did a really great job and made my daughters birthday that much more special. I will be using Apex for all our special occasions and if you want a memorable event may I suggest you use them to and ask for Sasha!

Alex was an excellent driver and guide My friend and I had scheduled a visit to Napa Valley several weeks before the catastrophic fires of October 2017. Not sure whether we should go, I called Apex every day for 3 days before the actual visit. Nelli was always professional, courteous, and reassuring. She explained that our driver would know which wineries were open and where it was safe to have lunch. Alex, our driver, was exactly on time. He was personable and friendly throughout our 7-hour day. As a wine collector, he knew an extreme amount about wine and the local wineries and related businesses. Although most of the Napa area wineries were closed due to the fires, we saw a great deal of Napa and the surrounding areas while remaining at least 2 miles from the fire and smoke. Then, Alex took us to the Livermore area south of Napa to visit wineries that were open, and we had a nice lunch there. In spite of the fires, we had a very enjoyable day. I intend to come back when Napa and Sonoma areas have had a chance to rebuild and intend to request that Alex from Apex drive again. You won’t go wrong if you hire Apex and ask for Alex!

All limousine transportation services in our company are private transportation. We do not do semi private Sonoma wine tours in our limousines.

If you need help with your itinerary we can help you in the office and create a wine tasting sample itinerary for you or you can talk to your chauffeur on the day of pickup and your driver can recommend plenty of wineries base on your tasting preferences.

We do not push our clients to visit any specific Sonoma wineries – we can only suggest and it’s always your choice where you would like to go.

Our Sonoma wine tour company has a very clear and simple billing set up. When you call us to reserve your Sonoma wine tour, our dispatcher will give you an all inclusive total price. In our experience, the majority of the clients prefer to know the out the door total that they will see on their bill on the day of pickup.

In order to reserve, we ask our clients to put a credit card on file to hold the reservation. We charge for service on the day of the pickup and you can pay with the credit card on file or a different credit card or cash directly to the chauffeur.

We do not charge any commuting fees if the pickup locations are from Napa, town of Sonoma, San Francisco, or East Bay Area.

Please keep in mind that we do have some restrictions how far our limos can travel without commuting fee charges. Please check with the dispatcher, when you call for a quote or reservation for your Sonoma limo wine tour.

Took my family on a wine tour with Zion. We had such an amazing time. Everything was effortless. Scheduling, payment and itinerary all went off without a hitch. Sonny was so kind and gave us plenty of recommendations. Carlos was a wonderful and attentive driver. The service was really a five star experience. We would absolutely book again without hesitation.

Prom night with Carlos in the black limo was a blast for the girls. They all said Carlos was the best, he made all of them super special. When they said they wanted Dutch Bros he said let's go and while they were waiting for their coffee drinks he had the music playing and the light show going. We definitely will use again and always will request Carlos!!!

Thank you Carlos for an amazing Christmas Light Tour! Recommendation to the company: have seatbelts out, available and in working order, spent 10 minutes of our 2hours trying to find them.
