We took Dessert Safari with this company, we were thrilled as heard a lot about dessert safari and wanted to enjoy. An unexpected sand storm came and the whole group of land cruisers had to change the route of dessert safari. But I should praise the drivers the way they handled the situation and made their utmost priority to give the clients the experience of their lives by doing adventurous bit safe safari. The dune bashing was excellent. Our driver was excellent, I forgot his name but the way he explained all of us regarding the change of route and also informed that why they are changing the route was done in a professional manner. At the camp even though the heavy winds were destroying the setup the ground staff was handling the affairs very nicely they were organized and were trying their best to help the clients. The belly dancing was only for 5 minutes as the storm got strong and the dancer was having sand in her eyes so she discontinued, here I have 1 idea that if this happens they could have used individual majlis (covered sitting Area) which were a few available in their site could be used. They did this for the Egyptian dance where the man preformed in the majlis as he couldn’t dance outside so he did two performances in two different Majlis so they can have done the same for the belly dancing. Food was awesome and service was great, dune bashing was excellent. I would thank the management for having such good staff.

Booked both tours on line and everything was perfect.From the beginning I got immediate answers to all my mails asking for information. Both guides (Dubai City Tour and Abu Dhabi Tour) were willing to explain everything and gave us time for photo shooting. The tour coordinator was Syed Asim Ahmed, and he was really very helpful when I had trouble using my credit card. Everything came out fine!!

I visited Dubai with my wife and kid for 4 days and did all my travel and hotel arrangements with RAYNA TOURS LLC. I was communicating with Mr. ATUL K CHAURASIYA at RAYNA TOURS LLC. They arranged our accomodation at Chelsea Plaza Hotel in Bur Dubai. The hotel was very nice with ample choice for breakfast and excellent service. We were picked up from airport and dropped at airport on time. We booked Dubai Desert Safari, Dhow Cruise and Dubai City Tour. All tours were excellent and we had very nice time. I must say that RAYNA TOURS LLC staff were very professional, courteous and punctual during all the trips. It was a very nice and pleasant experience in Dubai during our stay. I strongly recommend RAYNA TOURS LLC to all readers of this review when thry plan their trip to Dubai.

We booked a day trip with Rayna Tours to go to the Hatta Spring Pools. In the description of the tour it is clearly stated that "we embark on an off-road thrilling drive through wadis-ancient dried up rivers to reach the cool mountain pools. Don’t forget to bring your swimming suits and towels should you fancy a dip". When we reached the dried up rivers we were told that this was the end of our trip. We confronted the driver and asked if he was going to drive us to the spring pools or not, and he said that no this was the end of our trip. When we explained that the tour description clearly states to bring your swim wear to enjoy a swim in the mountain pools he claimed that it isn't possible to swim in the Hatta Pools, and it has never been possible to do so either. Why would it be part of the tour description then, and why would there be a picture of people swimming in the Spring Pools on the website? He didn't have any answer for this. He also claimed that the pictures you see of the Hatta Spring Pools online are fake and that a place like this doesn't exist in the Hatta Mountains.. We were taken back to Dubai, and arrived back thirty minutes before the actual tour should have been over. Once back in Dubai we called Rayna Tours to complain, or at least get an explanation. We were asked to wait for the lady to call us back. One hour passed, and we were forced to call them back ourselves to get a proper reply. The explanation we got was that the pools are dried up. Our friends went to see the Hatta Pools one week ago, does the water really disappear in one week? And even if the water was dried up, it would have been appreciated if they told us this when we booked the tour. Obviously, then we wouldn't have gone. Seeing the Spring Pools is one of the main attractions the tour offers, and when one of the main attractions no longer is available I believe we should have been informed about this. We were offered a discount if we wanted to do another tour with them, but we are leaving tomorrow. So how will this help? Besides, why would we want to do another tour with them when their tours don't live up to the descriptions/ expectations you have?! We were stupid enough to pay for our tour in advance, so if you do choose to go on a tour with Rayna Tours- don't make the same mistake. At least then, by the end of tour, you don't have to pay them if you're not happy! The way our complaint was handled and the way the management replied to our requests were very unprofessional. We will definitely NEVER use Rayna tours again, and we recommend you to stay far away from them as well. They are dishonest and don't give you what they promise- there are plenty of other tour operators out there; go for one of them instead!!

Since the entire tour of Musandam is completely an outdoor experience, we would suggest you visit this place during the winter season in the Middle east. Ideally, the right time to visit Musandam is between the months of October and March since these are the winter months in this part of the world. Between April and September, you will find the weather to be quite hot. The water bodies will be warm and not comfortable enough for diving. In January and February, Musandam gets a bout of showers which makes the place the two coolest months to visit Oman. However, if you are affable to warm weather and like to travel to places when they are less crowded, then March would be the ideal time to visit Musandam. You will also find cheaper deals on hotels during the month of March.

Perfect Musandam tour, saw a pod of dolphins feeding, then two of them swam alongside us for a good 5 mins or so. Friendly and helpful crew, plenty of soft drinks, fruit and lunch (curry) on board. Stopped for a swim at Telegraph Island, they had towels for us to use too.

Such a lovely and comfortable Musandam trip, even worked really well with a baby and we saw many many dolphins. The one downside I guess is that I thought the snorkeling bit would be better, the water had poor visibility. However, overall quite a nice tour and the dolphins alone made it well worth it.
