For nearly two decades at sold-out tours, and as the host of three hit podcasts, Nikki Glaser has honed her shockingly honest, no-holds barred style, solidifying herself as one of the funniest voices in comedy today.

Following the success of her Critics Choice Award-nominated HBO standup special, GOOD CLEAN FILTH, Glaser recently premiered her highly anticipated second HBO comedy special, SOMEDAY YOU’LL DIE, on May 11, where it set the record for the best premiere night for an HBO comedy special in more than two years. Taped in front of a soldout audience at the Moore Theater in Seattle, Glaser dives into a wide range of topics including why she doesn’t want kids, the harsh realities of aging, her sexual fantasies, and plans for her own death – all in her hilarious, unapologetic, and brutally honest style.

Glaser also wrote and performed “Someday You’ll Die” the special’s theme song that is available on all streaming platforms. The single was recorded in Glaser’s hometown of St. Louis with producers Dan Monahan and Tim Convy. Released by Bailey Blues in partnership with Redbird Records, the track shows a different side of Glaser, but fans of her comedy will recognize her trademark wit and authenticity throughout the lyrics.

Glaser recently wrapped her global THE GOOD GIRL stand-up tour and is currently on her ALIVE AND UNWELL tour across the country through December.

Glaser was the undeniable standout on Netflix’s THE GREATEST ROAST OF ALL TIME: TOM BRADY which earned her viral attention and reinstated her title as “the best roaster on the planet” according to IndieWire. The roast aired live and unedited on Netflix from the Kia Forum in Los Angeles on May 5.

In March 2021, Glaser launched THE NIKKI GLASER PODCAST for iHeartMedia and Will Ferrell’s Big Money Players Network, where she continues to provide a fun and brutally honest look into pop-culture and her personal life in weekly episodes.

Currently, Nikki hosts and executive produces LOVERS AND LIARS (formerly FGIRL ISLAND), which premiered on the CW on April 11. LOVERS AND LIARS is the female spinoff of the hit HBO Max reality dating series FBOY ISLAND, which Nikki hosted and executive produced for three seasons. THE NATURAL LINES

“Maybe the problem is me,” the artist formerly known as Matt Pond PA sings on the opening track from First Five. At once clearly Pond’s work, yet a huge leap forward in its measured songcraft, melodic immediacy, collaborative detail and wryly questioning lyrics, the result is a gorgeous collection of intimate reflections and personal accountability from a relocated, renamed, revivified talent. Here, The Natural Lines paint a picture of the internal conflict, comedy and ultimate acceptance inside all of us. Recorded with close collaborators and friends over a period that saw Pond make vital adjustments to his life, its stealth emergence reflects his desire to set a fresh pace for himself and come from somewhere new, somewhere more open.

The change of pace is instantly evident on ‘Monotony’, a glistening opener inspired by meditation and the art of breathing. Though taught to meditate as a kid, Matt found it hard to shake his scepticism. On ‘Monotony,’ scepticism takes a back seat to acceptance, a shift reflected in the song’s controlled pace: “Rather than leaning forward, I wanted to lean back on the groove and find the space lyrically, musically and thoughtfully. I feel like I used to rush through a song and not let it breathe. Now I want to work with the song and just find that pocket.”

For Matt, the call to ring the changes came with the recognition of “a certain nihilism or narcissism” involved in making music. “In some ways, you have to get in your own head and I think I went too far with that, with drinking and shutting people out. In something that I believe is collaborative, it’s not helpful. It poisons your thoughts when you’re sleeping and poisons your music.

“I quit lying,” he adds. “I checked my harsher tones. I cut my drinking down. I went to therapy and figured out how to stop shouting at cars."

It’s no secret that Nikki Glaser is a certified Swiftie. The 40-year-old comedian has been extremely vocal about her admiration for Taylor Swift .

Glaser has been to several stops of Swift’s Eras Tour . Last month, she posted videos to her TikTok with her parents at two of the shows, including an adorable video of her dad crying at the show.

She adds that she had hesitation about posting content related to the singer. “I never want to monetize my love for her or ever think that she thinks I’m trying to get a headline by talking about her.” Glaser points out that just talking about Swift tends to make headlines, adding: “It’s a tool that I’m sure she’s aware people are using to… even though they have nothing to do with her, they sound off about her, and suddenly they’re in an article.”

Glaser says there was a part of her that felt embarrassed, pondering whether or not comedians would make fun of her. The comedian likens it to kids at the cool table calling her a dork. Adding the concern that people would say: “She’s doing this to get Taylor’s attention, or she’s doing this for some other reason than just genuinely loving something.”

She admits that she was also partially “embarrassed to love something so much” when most of her friends felt that way about their kids. “I really do want to talk about Taylor Swift as much as my friends want to talk about their kids,” Glaser says.

The FBoy Island host says she considered putting Swift content behind a paywall in order to weed out those looking to make fun of Glaser and other fans. She decided against it. “I didn’t want to make money off it,” she says, adding there was an idea to just donate any money to a cause Swift was passionate about. Glaser decided she wasn’t going to overthink things and started posting the content.

Glaser believes Swifties will understand her hesitance in not wanting to look insincere. “They know that it’s just this unbridled love that doesn’t really make sense but makes total sense,” she says. “I’m maybe a Swiftie before I’m a comedian. That’s how strongly it resonates in my bones.”

She’s built a fan community online, telling a story of her upcoming plans to see a backyard performance by an 8-year-old who performs the Eras Tour at home. Glaser recalls posting or commenting on a clip of the boy and having his parents reach out to see if they could come see her show and then inviting Glaser to see their son’s show for his neighborhood. “I think he’s amazing, and I honestly want to get another Era show in,” she laughs.

The stand-up loves going to Swift’s Eras Tour. She was one of the many fans who traveled to Vienna for the now-canceled shows; a spokesperson for Glaser had no comment. ( This conversation took place before news of the cancellation ).

“I really don’t know what I’m going to do with my life when Eras Tour is over,” Glaser admits. “I really think I will end up flying to different cities to go to Taylor Swift sing-along nights because it’s something that… I won’t say I’m addicted to, but it’s a joy. I just want to chase joy.”

For nearly two decades at clubs across the country, and as the host of three hit podcasts, Nikki has been honing her shockingly honest, no-holds barred style of comedy. Her daily show, THE NIKKI GLASER PODCAST, launched in March 2021 through iHeartMedia and Will Ferrell’s Big Money Players Network. The "On The Floor" singer, who filed for divorce Ben Affleck last month, sent a care package to Nikki Glaser after the comedian defended her from online criticism back in June.

"Maybe someone knows that I love her and sent this to me," Glaser said in a July 18 TikTok. "And someone does. And it's J. Lo."

Included with the JLo Beauty Skincare package, the "Hustlers " actress had a note for Glaser, which read, "I heard your interview. I know it's easy to go along with the crowd and I appreciate you speaking your truth. I respect your strength and humor. Here's a little something for your feet."

Glaser joked, "She knows I have bunions, too probably." Lopez's note continued, "Wishing you the best, always. Jennifer."

The comedian was incredibly moved by the gift, adding that while Lopez will likely never see this video, she really inspires Glaser.

Glaser's gift reached her shortly after a June 14th interview, in which she explained that while she used to think Lopez was "phony" and that she was jealous of the "Let's Get Loud" singer's talent, she found herself becoming obsessed with her, especially as the internet was filled with speculation about her relationship with Affleck following her solo appearance at the 2024 Met Gala in May .

"I saw 'The Greatest Love Story Never Told,'" Glaser explained on the " Zach Sang Show ," "and I watched it, to like, feed my feeling that I already had about her, but it dismantled it."

She added, "I'm like, so team J.Lo. I'm sad her tour is canceled. It was so funny, my boyfriend sent me the news that her tour is canceled ‘cause he knew what a J.Lo head I'd become overnight — literally overnight."

And after watching "This Is Me…Now" twice, she found herself 100% onboard with J. Lo. In fact, her obsession prompted her to take out a section about the Grammy nominee in her most recent comedy special, "Someday You'll Die. "

"I was gonna do a whole bit in my special about how we shouldn't trust anything she sells us," Glaser said, "because she's so hot, she wants us to be ugly, so don't use her skincare."

But she took it out once she started to soften on Lopez, adding that it felt "mean for no reason."

As for the singer, the 55-year-old was recently seen out with Affleck and their children — her 16-year-old twins Max and Emme , whom she shares with ex Marc Anthony , and Affleck and ex Jennifer Garner 's kids Seraphina , 15, and Samuel , 12, for lunch at the Beverly Hills Hotel. Their eldest Violet , 18, is away at college.

The Sept. 14 outing came less than a month after Lopez filed for divorce from Affleck after two years of marriage.

According to court documents previously obtained by E! News, she filed her paperwork exactly two years after the couple's lavish Georgia wedding , but listed their date of separation as April 26.

Singer and songwriter Jennifer Lopez , who filed for divorce from Ben Affleck last month, sent a special gift to comedian Nikki Glaser after he supported her from online criticism back in June, reported E! News.

"Maybe someone knows that I love her and sent this to me," Nikki said in a July 18 TikTok. "And someone does. And it's J. Lo."
