Travel to the Karst region. Your first stop is at the Postojna Cave , one of the largest in Europe. Tour this unique subterranean world by miniature electric train. Day 4, in Piran, to Portoroz & Goriska Brda, Wednesday

See the highlights of Piran this morning, then head to Portoroz, a popular tourist resort. Continue to the hilly region of Goriška Brda. Discover the charming town of Dobrovo and have a delicious dinner at a local tourist farm . Overnight in Nova Gorica. (B,D)

Day 5, to Soca Valley & Bled, Thursday

Drive along the emerald green Soca River, through Kobarid, featured in Hemmingway’s A Farewell to Arms and stop to visit of the WWI Museum . Later, continue to Bled, stopping at Boka waterfall viewpoint. (B,D)

Day 6, in Bled, Friday

A sightseeing tour shows you the highlights of this charming town on the shores of Lake Bled. You’ll also visit imposing Bled Castle , perched on a cliff high above the lake. We will return to the lake shore and taste the famous Bled cream cake . In the afternoon, tour to the other Alpine beauty, Lake Bohinj, enjoy a relaxing walk along the lake shore and take a cable car to Mt. Vogel . Tekad Sabar/Reza untuk Tembus Level Elite di Tur ASEAN

KOMPAS.com - Pasangan ganda putra Indonesia, Sabar Karyaman/M. Reza Pahlevi , berambisi melanjutkan kesuksesan mereka saat berlaga dalam empat turnamen BWF World Tour di negara-negara Asia Tenggara selama satu bulan ke depan.

Sabar Karyaman/M. Reza Pahlevi menyita perhatian dalam tur Eropa pada pertengahan hingga Maret lalu kala mereka menjadi runner-up di ajang Orleans Masters, tembus semifinal di Swiss Open, hingga akhirnya juara di Spain Masters.

Peringkat Sabar/Reza pun melonjak dari 49 dunia sebelum tur Eropa menjadi peringkat ke-26.

Harapan mereka untuk terus menanjak klasemen BWF akan terbuka lagi saat keduanya berpartisipasi di Thailand Open (level 500), Malaysia Masters (level 500), Singapura Open (level 750) hingga Indonesia Open (level 1.000).

“Sejak awal tahun ini target kami ingin menaikkan peringkat dan alhamdullilah karena hasil-hasil bagus di Eropa kemarin, peringkat kami sudah naik ke peringkat 26," ujar Reza dalam sesi konferensi pers di Tebet, Jakarta, pada Rabu (8/5/2024).

"Ini merupakan rangking tertinggi kami. Namun, kami tak boleh cepat puas. Jadi untuk harapan berikutnya di tur ASEAN, kami ingin naik rangking lebih tinggi lagi dan tampil sebaik mungkin."

Namun, mereka juga menyadari bahwa tur ASEAN ini akan beda dengan tur Eropa. Kali ini, jarak antarpertandingan bakal lebih singkat dan lawan-lawan di depan mata juga berkualitas.

“Empat turnamen ke depan kan levelnya lebih tinggi dibanding tur Eropa kemarin," tutur Sabar. 

"Jadi persaingan dan lawan-lawannya jelas lebih ketat. Mungkin targetnya lebih di Thailand dan Malaysia (sama-sama level 500), karena belum semua top player ambil bagian."

"Jadi, saya inginnya bisa tampil bagus dan maksimal di kedua turnamen awal ini,” ujarnya melanjutkan.

“Bukan berarti kami tak ingin maksimal di Singapura Open dan Indonesia Open. Kalau saya justru inginnya, kami bisa mencapai peak-perfomance kami di keempatnya,” timpal Reza.

Kendati di atas kertas lebih sulit, Sabar/Reza akan dapat suntikan motivasi dengan kehdairan pelatih mereka, Andrei Adistia, selama menjalani tur ASEAN.

Andrei sendiri absen dari tur Eropa silam karena keterbasan dana dan dirinya hanya bisa memantau serta mengevaluasi Sabar/Reza via group call.

“Kadang saat main dan lagi bingung-bingungnya tuh harus ada yang mengingatkan sebenarnya. Makanya di tur Asia Tenggara ini kebetulan bujet memungkinkan untuk pelatih ikut dan kita berharap bisa meraih hasil maksimal juga,” ujar Sabar.

“Dengan hadir langsung, pelatih bisa menganalisa dari pinggir lapangan, dibanding kita yang main di lapangan, karena kita kan fokusnya terbagi sama lawan, sama diri sendiri, belum lagi sama partner. Jadi pelatih bisa kasih solusi,” timpal Reza.

Menu mi khas Jepang juga sudah dikenal hingga ke Indonesia, seperti ramen hingga udon.

Ternyata, Jepang punya tujuh jenis mi yang kerap disantap dan diolah menjadi berbagai menu, berikut jenis-jenisnya.

1. Udon  

Udon adalah mi Jepang yang paling tebal dan terbuat dari tepung gandum (terigu). Meski udon lebih sering disajikan dengan kuah kaldu yang hangat, udon juga bisa dinikmati dengan suhu dingin atau dicocolkan ke saus.

Ada juga yang suka menikmati udon dengan cara diberi irisan bawang hijau (daun bawang yang lebih tua) dan kamaboko atau olahan daging ikan yang dikukus. 

2. Ramen 

Mi ramen memiliki bentuk bergelombang atau keriting dan tipis. Berbeda dengan udon yang warnanya putih, ramen biasanya berwarna sedikit kuning.

Ramen dibuat dari tepung gandum, garam, air, dan kansui (cairan pengenyal mi). Adonannya juga didiamkan lebih dulu sebelum diuleni.
