We went in not knowing what we were looking for, but as soon as you walked through the the door it was a friendly, helpful and relaxing experience. Told them where the options of destinations and they talked through everyone with us and were helpful trying to find the flight times and destinations we wanted.

Booking a cruise

On entering Hays in Wakefield we got a warm friendly welcome. We have booked holidays before so when we were greeted by Charlotte we new once again we would get the right holiday. We gave her a bit of information regarding a cruise and there was no stopping her she came up with everything we wanted she explained everything and we felt so reassured and went ahead and booked. I can't fault any of the staff at Wakefield Hays they go out of their way to help. Last year was our first cruise and we must have gone in at least once a week for about 2 months but they never moaned they just helped us which when the time came to sail we felt so calm and happy. Thanks Hays travel.
