Acadian Boat Tours offers three and four hour trips in Frenchman Bay, Bar Harbor. Sailing daily from mid-June through mid-September, these are great family trips! We stay in Frenchman Bay where we fish for cod, harbor Pollock, mackerel, Acadian redfish and more.

We fish with light spinning tackle and Sibiki rigs, making kids and adults alike feel like champion anglers! Was very pleased with this company, but especially our captain and mate Brandon and Ricky. These two went way above and beyond helping out party. We had a elderly disabled person with us and these guys helped and made things happen to ensure that our physically disabled person was safe and able to participate. My daughter asked about seeing dolphins and sharks. Well we fished hit tons of mackerel fallowed a shrimp boat and saw dolphins swimming, then came the best yet (see photo). I can’t brag on these guys more.

I had a great time going out with Little River Fishing Fleet this past December and went on a 1/2 day specialty fishing trip. I wasn't expecting to catch much, but I was able to catch 3 keeper black sea bass and a spottail pinfish along countless other undersized black sea bass. The captain was very knowledgeable and made sure we were on productive fishing spots. I highly recommend this fishing charter company as they put you on the fish and have friendly and helpful staff!

Josh and Dawson were the nicest guys who were always helping with the poles and bait, moving us to better spots and cutting the fish!

Great 4 hour trip with Captain Brandon and crew member Ricky. Brandon moved the boat several times to make sure we kept catching fish. They were very attentive to ensure they kept bait on our hooks and removed the fish as fast as we could catch them. This was an awesome experience! I'd never been deep sea fishing before and it was so fun. I love being outside, being on the water, enjoying nature, and having fun! Excellent fishing trip! We went on a 4 hour private charter. Our first mate was Oscar who is amazing!!!! He was so informative and made sure that we were having a great trip! He let us do the fishing as he baited and helped keep us reeling at the right speed! We all loved when we caught 3 sharks at the same time-2 on one pole and one on another which promptly got tangled! Our Captain did an excellent job of putting us right where we needed to be for the fish! It was a great trip and I would highly recommend them!

My friend and I went on the half day specialty fishing tour with Captain Lee and Alex, we had a blast! I had never fished before and it had been a few years for my friend, and they both made us feel safe and comfortable. Captain Lee and Alex were there to assist putting bait on the hook and cheering us on when we caught any fish. Couldn’t have been a better charter, we recommend for ALL!! Tip the crew they deserve it!

Captain put us spot on the fish. We got a fish or two at the time of dropping the line. We all caught our limits and then had to throw back. Loved my trip ❤️.

We booked a trip to the gulf stream on the Southern Tide. Weather wasn't the best when we got under way, but Captain Dave and mate Michael persevered and got us out to the fish. We had a great day of fishing and the fish were mostly cooperating. Captain Dave moved around until he found the fish that were willing to participate in the fun and they were a tremendous help to us. All those in our group all had a great time and I definitely recommend this crew and boat for anyone's fishing adventure.

Do i need a fishing license.

You are covered under our fishing license. Also, we’ll provide the rod, reel, tackle, and bait. You provide the smiles and sense of adventure.

What am I going to catch?

On the shorter trips, you’ll catch a lot of fish, but due to federal regulations, you’ll have to throw a lot of them back. The further out the trip goes, the more fish you are able to catch, keep, and bring back to the dock with you. Our experienced Captains will always do their best to put you on the fish. Call us in the office to find out what’s currently being caught.

Where does the boat depart?

We have two different departure points. The Little River waterfront and the Calabash waterfront. Both are close to the inlet and allow for maximum fishing time. We’ll give you exact directions when you book your trip, or you can call us for more specifics at 843-361-3323

Is this family friendly?

Yes! We love to take kids fishing, however we don’t recommend that children 4 and under venture out onto the high seas for personal safety reasons. With a mate to help bait hooks and remove fish, this is the perfect chance to take those above 4 out for a day on the water.

Adam’s Northwest Fishing Adventures offers quality river fishing trips on the lower, mid, and upper Columbia river and its tributaries, and the snake river up to hells canyon.  We fish aboard a state of the art 26 foot River Wild open boat and a 24′ North River Scout, both with massive amounts of elbow room that can very comfortably accommodate 6 fishermen.

Adam Geddes, your PNW fishing guide, is a friendly, enthusiastic guide whose extensive fishing knowledge and love for the sport have consistently resulted in successful days of fishing for his customers. This January we focused mostly on walleye and sturgeon fishing in the John day pool in the mid Columbia. As our water temperatures drop and dam flows heighten the sturgeon fishing can slow down a bit, which is quite inconvenient as this is when our keeper sturgeon fishing opens in this section of river.  But before long our water temps should rise some making our keeper and catch and release fishing produce much better.  however our walleye fishing continued to show promise of another great season ahead. dragging worm harnesses and jigging proved to be very productive ways to target walleye. we will be booking walleye and sturgeon fishing trips starting now until the end of July.

This February our main focus is on walleye. most of our fishing will be done in the John day pool between Umatilla OR, and Boardman OR. The fish are still on the bite and waiting for you to get out there and get after them. The later end of this month we will begin trying to chase down our record sized walleye  above McNary dam where some of the largest walleye in the world are caught each and every year. Our Trophy walleye trips are usually carried out with a jigging rod in hand all day long, its a tough way to fish but a productive way to catch large walleye.

Walleye fishing is starting to take off like a rocket! So far this month we have been pounding the waters between irrigon Oregon and Crow Butte state park, jigging the deck in deep holes and dragging worm harnesses over humps and along main channel shelves has been extremely productive for 16-22′ eater sized walleye. casting various walleye jigs into structure and shelves as well as pulling plugs in 15-20′ of water has been productive for our larger pre spawn walleye.  Water temperature is getting up to 40 degrees so, the bigger walleye will be beginning to spawn here very shortly if the good weather persists and keeps rising the water temperature.  Lets get you a date reserved with your friends and family! fishing has been VERY good!

We are hoping that with the rise of water temperature our sturgeon fishery will start to take off at the later end of this month or the beginning of April. Without any doubt, this fishery will be hot and heavy by the time the end of April and may roll around.  Don’t wait to get your sturgeon date booked for this spring/summer as our dates are already getting filled at an alarming rate!

This month was yet another month with lots of walleye to be caught, although some very unusual weather mid month and the walleye spawn provided us with some challenges, but they were also overcame and we were able to have pretty successful fishing.

Our Sturgeon fishing caught FIRE this month with some really high numbers of catches!! The very large fish aren’t consistently biting just yet, BUT we have been seeing lots of fish between 5 feet and 7 feet long which is the perfect size for one adult to be able to reel in solo.  In the next month we expect the sturgeon fishing to be exceptional as it only gets better with warmer water temp and weather.  These are some of the funnest fishing charters that we are able to run in the Tri Cities area because of the high catch rate and extreme power of these fish! Don’t miss your chance this spring/summer to watch your friends or family members squirm trying to reel in one of these giants!

This month will mostly be focused on catch and release sturgeon fishing in search of the fresh water GIANTS on the columbia river.  Last month our sturgeon took a major swing for the better as our water temp raised up to 50 degrees our fishing got very HOT.  At the moment we are catching large oversized fish daily, sometimes several and sometimes one or two along with LOTS of fish 4′ and under.  As the month progresses hopefully our shad will return to the columbia river, and if that is the case it will make for some EPIC days of catching giant sturgeon.  If you’re looking for a very exciting fishing trip with tons of action this is the one for you.

We are also booking walleye fishing trips on the Columbia River. Walleye fishing will continue to be great and we will fish for them for the rest of the summer.  So if you’re looking to put some of these awesome eating fish in the freezer or looking to have a fish fry with friends and family this is a great fishing option for you.

The first half of our month was spent in EPIC oversized sturgeon fishing grounds! If you’ve been in the search for a freshwater giant to best any personal best or big fish records, early June is the time to catch the big ones!  Our walleye fishing was another that was very productive in the first half of June.

The second half of June our Hanford reach sockeye season kicked off, this marks the best time of year for us fishermen!  This season is such a blast and in our hanford fishery this year very few of our trips ended before the entire boat limit of fish was reached!!! and those that did we were very close to achieving limits for all.

July was an absolute blast this year! Our sockeye run was INSANE and fishing was very, very good.  Extremely high water this spring/early summer made for the sockeye taking a bit longer to make their way up the columbia river this year so we had to start our July still fishing in the hanford reach until around the 8th or 9th.  After that we made our way to the fishery below wanapum dam for a few days where the sockeye and summer king fishing was nothing short of spectacular.  

Somehow we timed our annual fishing in Brewster PERFECTLY this year and showed up on the exact day that fishing started to get great, and we stayed there until the end of the month, fishing two and sometimes three groups per day with limits for every soul that stepped aboard this year!!!  This is by far the most action packed, and best salmon fishing that the Pacific Northwest has to offer! if you’re interested in booking a trip for this season, make sure that you get your date early because this fishery books up extremely fast and we will likely not have any available days open when the season rolls around.

This year the fishing at Togiak river lodge was awesome! we had our ups and downs for sure but it was still a legendary season full of silvers (and an insane amount of pink salmon) with some opportunity to catch chum salmon and some very nice sockeye! This is one experience, that I will always highly recommend to any angler of any skill level if you’d like to experience the hands down best salmon fishing in the entire world.  The staff here are 100% class, all of the fishing guides here are highly trained fish ASSASINS, and the food…….. The food is also something that we all very heavily look forward to!

10 out of 10 in my opinion for an alaskan vacation! Go check them out!!!

The first half of Sept this year was spent wrapping up the silver season in Togiak Alaska. But, when i returned home BIG things happened, we finally upgraded our fishing vessel from our trusty ol’ dusty 23′ north river to a huge 26′ river wild!  This is one heck of a fishing machine with every bell and whistle to ensure that you’re going to have as many creature comforts, and the absolute best and most comfortable all around fishing experience that anyone can offer!

With that said, it was time to begin fishing out our hanford reach fall chinook season!  This season is always one that we look forward to.  After months of being out of town, away from loved ones catching other species of salmon it was finally time for the big fish season in our back yard!  This season started out with a bang, early season was extremely successful for us aboard our new vessel.  Most of our season was spent back trolling bait and plugs.  Typically we would spend the majority of our season trolling super baits and spinners around Ringold and vernita bridge, but this year the bait bite was by far superior in the lower end of the hanford reach.

October was more of the same for kings, early October we had a little bit of a lul on the king bite. water flows were unpredictable which made for a little bit of a tough bite for a few days.  But thankfully we were able to get them dialed back in and we were able to successfully finish out our season with plenty of action from the big kings until the end of the month!

So far November has been off to a great start! we have been spending a little bit of time in the columbia river gorge catching beautiful coho.

But the best fishing by a long shot has been the catch and release sturgeon fishing! this is the BEST time of year for catching big numbers of columbia river white sturgeon.  And this year there has been an exceptional amount of very large fish around, one day this month we caught the largest sturgeon that we have seen in the last few YEARS! These fishing trips make for the best fishing memories for our customers and even if they aren’t sure about booking a catch and release trip, they never leave disappointed.  These are the most magnificent fresh water fish in the world, and in November they just get very very bitey!!!!

5 Hour Half Day Fishing Trip

Want to experience deep sea fishing join us for a 5 hr half day fishing trip.

have you ever wanted to try offshore fishing before? If so, you should really join Hubbard’s Marina for a fun filled day on the water aboard one of our 5 hour fishing trips that are fun for the whole family! This trip is our shortest party boat offering closest to shore. Most days when the air is clear you are able to see shore throughout the entire trip. We typically fish about nine to twelve miles offshore in thirty to fifty foot of water targeting grey snapper, porgies, black sea bass and you even have a chance for some hogfish if you use the live bait options. Keeper sized grouper are few and far between and pretty much unrealistic to catch on the half day since were so shallow and close to shore. If grouper is your target species, you should try our longer 10 hour all day fishing trip or do one of our unique private charters.

These five hour half day party boat trips are for any sized group from one or as many as sixty five to seventy. However, we never overfill our trips since our boats are both licensed for over a hundred and ten people plus and we only allow up to seventy. Most days throughout most of the year were only about forty to fifty percent filled, but if you are joining us during spring break, a holiday season, or peak season in the summer then our weekend morning trips become more and more filled. If we get up to fifty percent capacity on a morning half day then that triggers us to open an afternoon half day. This means that afternoon trips are overflow trips so you will not have the option to do the afternoon unless it’s a busier time of year and the morning boat is filling up to at least half full or more. The reason we do this is to ensure all our trips have enough people to go out and we really try to avoid canceling the trips the night before on our guests. We realize most of you are on vacation so we do everything in our power to make it an easy, fun and relaxing day on the water that is fun for the whole family

• Plan to arrive 45 – 60 minutes in advance for check-in and boarding.

You have endless options here, but if you’re a first time angler or a beginning angler the rod rental we provide works well. If you are a more advanced angler you may want to bring your own tackle (but keep in mind this is our shortest trip closest to shore).

We do offer a rod rental option, if you rent our rod and reel we provide all your tackle. On our 5 hour half day fishing trips the rod rental option is only $9.95 that includes all your tackle for the rod and reel for the entire trip. Our rod and reel rental option works fine for the trip, but its not specialized gear it’s meant to last the abuse of daily use and do a little of everything. We will rent you a 4ot conventional reel with a 15-30lb conventional rod that is customized for Hubbard’s Marina. We are sponsored by Bass pro shops and our rental rods and reels are all Bass Pro shops gear that we replace regularly and maintain regularly as well. If you ever have an issue, let our crew know and they will address it on the spot. The tackle we provide as part of the rod rental price is 60lb mainline, 40lb leader, 3-4oz lead and 4ot circle hook with a 3-4ft leader. Egg sinker on the mainline, swivel, then leader, then hook.

If you do NOT rent a rod and reel, that is fine, but you must bring your own rod and reel and supply all your own tackle while on the trip. You could bring a 4ot reel and a 15-30lb class conventional rod like we supply or you can bring more specialized tackle too. When Capt Dylan Hubbard goes out fishing on a 5 hour half day he will bring a 4000-5000 series spinning reel with 20-30lb mainline and 30lb floro leader with 4ot hooks and 1-2oz weights with a 4-5ft leader and also a high gear ratio or even two speed 4ot sized reel with 40-50lb mainline and 40lb floro leader and 4ot hooks with 3-4oz weights. The larger reel with heavier weight is the best when the bite is HOT so we can get down fast, hook em’ fast and get em up fast to fill a stringer fast while the lighter spinning rod is more fun, provides more sensitivity and more of a challenge. Plus, the spinning rod with lighter tackle is best for hogfish. -Porgies – also great eating, mild taste white flakey meat

-Black seabass – awesome fish to eat

-Hogfish – BEST eating fish, but hard to catch takes some serious skill or a lot of luck – LOVE shrimp or fiddlers – fight hard and can get very large

-Mangrove snapper – awesome tasting fish, super smart fish fairly rarely caught on these shorter trips

**Mackerel & Kingfish possible in spring and fall during their runs when water temps and weather cooperate – typically we get these guys while trolling out or trolling in or occasionally on our flat lines that the mates and captains maintain. You can troll in or out if you have the appropriate tackle (see trolling section on the FAQs Page or you can flat line if you talk to the crew and have the appropriate tackle and weather and fishing conditions

-You MUST keep your thumb on the spool when letting your line down to the bottom with a conventional reel

– We are bottom fishing, these fish live on the bottom, eat on the bottom and feed on the bottom so you must keep your lead on the bottom to catch fish

– The best way to catch tons of fish is to hold bottom naturally, meaning learning to keep the line tight enough to feel the lead but not tight enough to disturb the lead on the bottom. This allows the most possible sensitivity and ensures your lead isn’t moving around on the bottom causing puffs of sand and an unnatural presentation

– Hook your bait so the barb of the hook is exposed, meaning make sure the hook goes all the way through the bait

– Ask questions! The crew and captains are there to help and make your trip safe, fun and memorable to use their expertise to your benefit

**the crew will offer a fishing seminar on the ride out to go over lots of these tips and tricks and tell you more about the trip and what to do to ensure your catch the most possible fish. Plus, the captain and the crew will be doing laps throughout the trip to help you to catch the most possible fish while having a great and safe time doing it!

Cut Squid provided on board , this is included in your ticket price of the fishing trip. We pass this out on the way offshore and there’s plenty on board so if you run out we’d bring you more at no extra charge.

Before leaving, there are some live bait options. You can purchase either live shrimp or live fiddler crabs before leaving and pick up on the way to the boat, or you can purchase them at the time of reservation and again pick them up on the way to the boat. Once on board, the only bait option is the included dead bait which is the cut squid so make sure to purchase live bait before leaving if you’d like it and don’t forget to pick it up on the way to the boat if you purchase it.

Shrimp or fiddler crabs are a great extra option , however, it is not needed. The dead bait we provide, the cut squid, works very well that’s why we provide it. Also the squid is very forgiving it’s hard for the fish to pull off the hook while the shrimp and fiddler crabs will fall off the hook at the first nibble. The extra live bait does give you the chances at a wider variety of species able to be caught though. For example, the squid we provide works well for the grey snapper or key west grunts we primarily catch, but the shrimp and fiddlers will give you a chance at the hogfish, lanes or mangroves that won’t bite the squid as quickly or at all. However, the grey snapper or key west grunts are the main staple of these shorter half day fishing trips and will be the most commonly caught and targeted fish.

Shrimp and Fiddler crabs are the same price, $4 per dozen or you can get 2 dozen in a souvenir bait bucket for $10 or 5 dozen in a souvenir bait bucket for $20. Remember, you must purchase and pick these up before boarding the boat. Once on board, the shrimp bucket would go in the live well on the ride out (remember your bucket number and what live well it’s in) then you’d retrieve the bucket when your ready to use them for bait and return the bucket occasionally to get them fresh water to keep them alive. The Fiddler Crabs come without water, they do not need anything you can keep their bucket at your feet under the bench for the entire trip and they are happy. You are more than welcome to take home your bait bucket after the trip or leave it behind on board, up to you!

You have THREE options here, you can bring your own food and drink on board, you could buy food and drinks a la carte in the galley for cash only, or you can purchase a meal package.

Galley will have breakfast sandwiches, hamburgers, cheeseburgers, chips, candy bars, granola bars, snack crackers, water, soda, beer, coffee and more available in the meal package or for cash only during the trip. We will have a helpful galley chef on board to assist you with whatever you may want to purchase, eat or order as a part of your meal package during the trip.

No firearms, illegal drugs, glass, bananas, or alcohol on our 5 hour half day trips. The Boat is us coast guard inspected that means we cannot allow any firearms brought on board. Also, it’s a federally permitted vessel so anything that’s considered to be a federally illegal substance cannot be allowed on board Also, the boat is an aluminum boat so that means no glass since a metal moving boat and glass does not mix. Bananas are bad luck on a fishing boat period, and are in no way acceptable to be brought on board. We cannon unfortunately allow alcohol to be brought on board due to our alcohol license. Just like you can’t bring a beer into a bar in florida we cannot allow any alcohol on board the 5 hour half day half night boat due to the alcohol license on board. This is not our rule, it’s an ATF rule wherever there’s an alcohol license no carry on alcohol is allowed again.

Have you ever wanted to try offshore fishing before? If so, you should really join Hubbard’s Marina for a fun filled day on the water aboard one of our 5 hour fishing trips that are fun for the whole family! This trip is our shortest party boat offering closest to shore. Most days when the air is clear you are able to see shore throughout the entire trip. We typically fish about nine to twelve miles offshore in thirty to fifty foot of water targeting grey snapper, porgies, black sea bass and you even have a chance for some hogfish if you use the live bait options. Keeper sized grouper are few and far between and pretty much unrealistic to catch on the half day since were so shallow and close to shore. If grouper is your target species, you should try our longer 10 hour all day fishing trip or do one of our unique private charters.

These five hour half day party boat trips are for any sized group from one or as many as sixty five to seventy. However, we never overfill our trips since our boats are both licensed for over a hundred and ten people plus and we only allow up to seventy. Most days throughout most of the year were only about forty to fifty percent filled, but if you are joining us during spring break, a holiday season, or peak season in the summer then our weekend morning trips become more and more filled. If we get up to fifty percent capacity on a morning half day then that triggers us to open an afternoon half day. This means that afternoon trips are overflow trips so you will not have the option to do the afternoon unless it’s a busier time of year and the morning boat is filling up to at least half full or more. The reason we do this is to ensure all our trips have enough people to go out and we really try to avoid canceling the trips the night before on our guests. We realize most of you are on vacation so we do everything in our power to make it an easy, fun and relaxing day on the water that is fun for the whole family!

Before you leave on your fun filled near shore deep sea fishing trip at Hubbard’s Marina we will do a short seminar for you in our waiting area 30 minutes before you depart on the fishing trip. This short seminar covers the boarding process, USCG federally mandated bag check process, our company policies that our also laid out on the FAQs page, plus we go over some of the extras like the option to pick up the live shrimp, fishing towels to keep your hands clean, gloves to help you hold the fish for plenty of souvenir photos, and we also have the option to pick up double rigs when available. These extra options are available right after the seminar and we do recommend cash for the seminar extras and for anything you want to purchase on the boat while offshore.

The boat has a full galley where you have hot coffee, cold sodas, plenty of water, cold beer, and tons of hot food options. The galley on board is cash only, but we do have an ATM at the front of our office for your convenience. Also, we offer you the option to grab a meal plan with your reservation. If you get the meal plan you get lots of food and drink included, plus free water the entire trip and happy hour beer prices just check out the options and price on that below.

We are proud to present the newest old member of the Local Lines fleet. To say this 25ft center console has some soul would be a serious understatement. Originally bought by my grandfather (Alex Gorichky Sr.) in 1987, and I can still remember the day we wet tested and brought it home. The decades of family ownership since have seen thousands of ocean trips, vacations to the keys, good times, rough seas, a few Bahamas crossings, and more than one coming of age (most notably mine). With the help of my father (Alex G Jr.) we embarked on a mission to refurbish and retool this great vessel into the perfect offshore / bay charter boat. Our unbridled determination, success, and ole grandpas guiding hand from above gave rebirth to one beautiful fish catching machine. We built in the modern amenities and electronics with a wide open layout for activities, but retained that flair and craftsmanship that was the Space Coast’s own T-Craft Boats (original manufacturer). Where we go is up to you! We could head up into the Kennebunk River to see all the local yachts. Just a little further NE is the Bush compound. If lighthouses are what you want to see there are a few there.

We could also leave Wells Harbor and head south towards Ogunquit, Perkins Cove, or even Boone Island. If seals are what you want to see then we can head for their local haunts as well. It is totally up to you as long as we can fit it into the trip’s time frame. Additional time is available at an hourly rate.

Fun Sandbar Boat Trips

After a quick stop at a few of our lobster traps, these trips will take us to a secluded sandbar in Cape Porpoise just beyond Goat Island Light. We will be surrounded by islands that were once summer campsites for the local Indian tribe. You can explore those and see an old fort from the King Williams War.

There’s lots of fun to be had while swimming, snorkeling, or paddle boarding around the sand bar. While you’re exploring, I’ll be preparing a shore lunch of the lobsters we caught on the way out as well as some local vegetables.

Our Captains and boats are available on an hourly basis as well. We can do just about anything you would like. We have done wedding arrival and departures. Whale watches, photography tours, memorials, drop-offs, and pickups at local restaurants in Kennebunk Port, Perkins Cove, Cape Porpoise, York, etc. We can also add time to most fishing trips and tours as long as it’s done in advance to allow for scheduling.

We also offer Maine fishing charter services for all local tournaments for any species. Each tournament package is custom-built, please contact me for details.

Boat Tours & Sunset Cruise Questions

What should i wear and bring for the trip, what is the maximum number of people per tour, is alcohol allowed onboard, will i get sea sick, how do i book my boat tour or sunset cruise, are these private tours or booked to capacity, how does pricing work & what do i tip, what is our cancellation and refund policy.

The captain has the right to cancel a trip at any time for weather or mechanical failure. If the trip is canceled before it leaves the dock the trip will be fully refunded if arrangements for another day cannot be made. With your safety in mind rain and cold are not normal grounds for cancelations of trips. If you choose to cancel a trip for your comfort, you will be charged the full trip rate. If a trip is terminated mid trip it will then be charged as an hourly rental rate.

With that said, rain typically is not a reason to cancel a trip as the fish are already wet so they don’t care if it’s raining! We do sometimes make exceptions however for kid’s trips and sunset cruises. The wind/marine forecast is what matters to us.

Also our guide Nate entertained us with tales, fables, and jokes as well as true historical facts about our route on the Snake river. He stopped and pointed out Native American paintings on the rocks and gave us time to take photos. All of the above while getting to ride in an open-air jet boat through some great rapids feeling completely safe! It was exhilarating! Don’t say “some day”, just go book it today!

To fish or not to fish?  The choice is yours!

Yellowstone Lake is home to gorgeous native Cutthroat Trout and non-native Lake Trout.  Your experienced Captain provides the gear and takes you to places with the best potential for catching fish.  If you desire sightseeing only, this is the best way to get further into the remote areas of Yellowstone in a short time frame.   Charter guide boats are available throughout the day with a minimum of a 2-hour trip required. Anyone over 16 years or older who intends to fish much purchase a Yellowstone National Park fishing permit.

Advanced Reservation: 2 hours, 4.5 hours, 7 hours, 9.5 hours, 12 hours Short notice reservations made at a Xanterra activity desk: Subject to availability, custom lengths from 2-12 hours.

General Information

• Boat Capacity: 1-5 people from your party only. The maximum capacity is 5 people, regardless of age.
• Advanced reservations are strongly encouraged.
• No overnight rentals are available.
• No pets allowed.
• YNP Fishing permit fees are not included and can be purchased at Bridge Bay Marina upon check in, or online at Recreation.gov
• Guides will need to see your fishing permit before leaving on your tour.  Cell phone service is limited at Bridge Bay Marina. Please be prepared with a paper copy or screenshot of your permit upon arrival for your charter.

Rental Rate Includes:

• Experienced fishing and/or tour guide.
• Fishing gear (rods and tackle). Conditions permitting up to 3 people may fish at one time. Fishing may consist of casting and/or trolling with or without downriggers depending on conditions and guide discretion. Trolling is often conducted with 1 or 2 lines depending on conditions.
• Life jackets for each person
• Fish cleaning upon request

Not Included in the Rental Rate:

• 3 day:             $40

• Annual:          $75
• Children 15 years or younger can fish for free

Taxes and fees are included in the above prices.

If you feel we did a great job, our guides always welcome gratuities though they are not included in the rate.
