Billie Eilish back to Atlanta for two nights Nov. 2 and 3

With her third studio album about to come out, Billie Eilish has also announced a North American arena tour this fall that includes two nights at State Farm Arena in Atlanta Nov. 2 and 3.

Eilish ― who won a Grammy and Academy Award earlier this year for her “Barbie” song “What Was I Made For?” ― last appeared as a headliner in Atlanta at Music Midtown at Piedmont Park in September 2023. That was the last stop of a 100 concert tour that began in 2022.

American Express holders get access to a presale starting Tuesday, April 30, with other presales running throughout the week. Remaining tickets will be available for general on sale on Friday, May 3, at billieelish.com and Ticketmaster.com . It’s unclear if she is opting for a range of set prices or will offer up a range of “dynamically” priced seats that will be priced based on demand.

To thwart scalpers, she said tickets to the tour will be mobile only and will not be transferrable. If a person purchases a ticket and cannot attend, they can sell them at face value through Ticketmaster’s Face Value Exchange.

Each show will feature an eco-village with a plant-based food drive and plant-based food options. Fans will be allowed to bring an empty reusable water bottle or donate for a custom RockNRefill Nalgene bottle to fill up at the free water refill stations located at each venue.

The 22-year-old’s third album “Hit Me Hard And Soft” comes out May 17.

SUSTAINABILITY EFFORTS

Billie Eilish will continue her long-standing partnership with environmental nonprofit REVERB on this tour, building on the success of previous efforts, which resulted in over $1 million donated to environmental, greenhouse gas reduction, and climate justice projects, more than 150,000 fan actions, and much more. Sustainability efforts on this tour will include reducing greenhouse gas pollution, decreasing single-use plastic waste, supporting climate action, and updating concession offerings to promote and encourage plant-based food options with Support+Feed .

In keeping with her commitment to making a difference in the environmental impacts of her music and touring, a portion of the proceeds from ticket sales in North America will go to  REVERB  and its ongoing effort to help support organizations across the country addressing the impacts of food insecurity and the climate crisis.

ECO-VILLAGE

The Billie Eilish REVERB Eco-Villages will be set up at 2 locations in the main concourse of every show where fans can take part in the tour’s sustainability efforts, connect with nonprofits, and take meaningful action for people and the planet.

SUPPORT+FEED

For collective action at the intersection of climate and food, Support+Feed will be launching a 360 campaign throughout the tour. Following the success in 2022, Support+Feed will offer an expanded version of the Support+Feed Pledge inspiring fans to eat one plant-based meal a day for 30 days with digital elements and community activations. Fans will also have the opportunity to participate in Plant-based Food Drives in a selection of cities alongside the tour to raise awareness and gather food to distribute to local communities.

Fans are encouraged to join the effort to make the HIT ME HARD AND SOFT: THE TOUR more sustainable. Where possible, take public transportation and carpool to and from the shows to help reduce greenhouse gas pollution and encourage more public transportation options. Fans will receive information via email about public transportation options before the show.

Venue partners are also helping to lessen the environmental footprint of the tour. In addition to efforts to decrease waste through reducing or eliminating single-use plastics and diverting landfill waste with compost and recycling, venues will be offering plant-based food options at all shows.

FAN PARTICIPATION

Bring an empty reusable water bottle or donate for a custom RockNRefill Nalgene bottle to fill up at the free water refill stations located at each venue. The RockNRefill bottles and refill stations are located at the Eco-Villages in the main concourse at all shows. Fight fast fashion by opting for thrifted, upcycled, or borrowed clothes instead of buying new clothing to wear to shows.

*The tour wants to give fans, not scalpers, the best chance to buy tickets at face value. To make this possible they have chosen to use Ticketmaster’s Face Value Exchange. If fans purchase tickets for a show in the U.S. or Canada and can’t attend, they’ll have the option to resell them to other fans at the original price paid. To help protect the Exchange, the tour has requested all tickets be mobile only and restricted from transfer. This applies to all shows except those in Colorado, Illinois, and New York where Face Value Exchange cannot be mandated. Please note, a valid bank account or debit card within the country of your event is required to sell on the Face Value Exchange. More information on how the Ticketmaster Exchange works is available here .

Billie Eilish, Flume, the 1975 to Headline Music Midtown 2023

By Larisha Paul

Larisha Paul

Music Midtown returns to Atlanta’s Piedmont Park this year with a stacked roster of headliners including Billie Eilish , the 1975 , Lil Baby , Pink , Guns N’ Roses, and Flume . The festival, which was canceled last year after festival organizers were blocked from implementing a gun ban at the event under Georgia law, will shift later into the year for a weekend slot in September.

Pink and Flume will headline opening night on Friday, Sept. 15 with additional performances from Pitbull, J.I.D, Skaiwater and Leah Kate.

Saturday, Sept. 16, will find Billie Eilish and the 1975 closing out the night after sets from Thirty Seconds to Mars, Niall Horan, Yung Gravy, Louis the Child, Fletcher, Lizzy Mcalpine, the Midnight, Sarah Kinsley, and more artists.

Guns N’ Roses and Lil Baby will headline on Sunday, Sept. 17. The day will also see performances from Incubus, Tove Lo, Glorilla, Masego, PJ Morton, Inhaler, Joy Oladokun, the National Parks, and additional acts.

“Music and community is absolutely needed right now, and I hope this cancellation is a wake-up call to what it means for guns to be openly carried — we cannot feel safe to enjoy the beauty of life with the threat of unchecked gun violence,” Latour told Rolling Stone last year when the festival was canceled.

Representatives for Music Midtown did not immediately respond to Rolling Stone ‘s request for comment regarding local gun laws impacting the festival’s return.

Billie Eilish Unveils ‘Hit Me Hard and Soft' World Tour Dates

Billie Eilish's third studio album, Hit Me Hard and Soft, is just under three weeks away from being released. The singer and songwriter - and current Rolling Stone cover star - has made clear that she won't be releasing any singles from the record in advance, but she has announced an extensive global arena tour in support of the release.

The Hit Me Hard and Soft tour will mark Eilish's first return to the road since the conclusion of the Happier Than Ever world tour, which ran for 88 shows from February 2022 through April 2023. This new run of shows will include 81 stops across North America, Australia, and Europe beginning in September 2024 and wrapping in July 2025.

Eilish will begin the tour in Québec on Sept. 29 and perform in Toronto, Philadelphia, Nashville, Cincinnati, Denver, Seattle, Chicago, and more on the North American leg. Multiple venues on the trek will host the musician for more than one night, including New York's Madison Square Garden and Inglewood's Kia Forum, where she's set to perform for three nights in a row in October and December, respectively.

The Australian leg will begin in February 2025, with stops in Melbourne, Brisbane, and Sydney. From there, Eilish will head over to Europe in April 2025 for performances in Stockholm, Amsterdam, Paris, Barcelona, London, Dublin, and more.

General sale for the Hit Me Hard and Soft tour will begin on Friday, May 3 via the official Billie Eilish website . The sale will include any tickets remaining following the conclusion of multiple pre-sales, most of which will begin on Tuesday, April 30.

The North American tour leg, in particular, will feature the use of Ticketmaster's Face Value Exchange, which allows fans to resell their tickets to other people for the original price they paid in an effort to discourage price-gouging resellers. "To help protect the Exchange, the tour has requested all tickets be mobile only and restricted from transfer," a press release notes. "This applies to all shows except those in Colorado, Illinois, and New York where Face Value Exchange cannot be mandated."

The tour will also implement environmental sustainability practices at the request of Eilish. "I have never had an interest in being a role model, ever," she told Rolling Stone . "If you're going to think I'm a role model, think I'm a role model in terms of trying to save the environment, and being more conscious of the way that you live, and your carbon footprint, and your contribution to animal agriculture."

I went to her show in Boston, 2018. The show was great, I really liked her performance, however, my brother who was with me at the time noted that she was singing along to her own vocals with her song, so it wasn’t just the instrumental. For me, the wait in the venue was really a downside. The doors opened at 7, nothing happened until 8, the opening act started and ended at 8:30, and then we waited for another 30-40 minutes. My brother even told me when it was 9 that if she hadn’t come out by 9:30, we’d just leave. Hearing that after waiting four hours before even getting in made me sad. The concert was great though, but the worst part of it for me was the people in front of me. I know it isn’t billie’s fault herself, but I felt that maybe I should say this as a review of my experience. There was a girl beside me who kept glancing at me every two seconds on purpose as if I was doing something wrong!! I don’t know if it was because of my coat (which I couldn’t do anything about, everyone was cramped together anyways, but she was so annoying and aggravating!!!! I was honestly about to tell her something, and my brother noticed too. The fans around me were kind of rude, like going into a space for handicapped people, and pushing against people who were handicapped. But beyond that, maybe if I was actually able to see the show and not have to look through the cracks of two heads, I would have enjoyed it so so much more. So if you’re short and there’s no seats at the venue, I suggest you get there really really early! 4 hours wasn’t enough for me, but it depends.

Seeing Billie Eilish in concert was a great pleasure !

The energy that she gives to the audience is crazy, the control she has on her voice, her dance moves, the musicians with her and her being so young are all the facts that make her concerts amazing.

She is close to her public and really owns the stage, I honestly think she is going to do very great in the music industry if she goes on like this.

The public that attends her concerts is also quite young, problably in a range from 15 to 25. As for the kind of music she makes, I am really not a specialist but if I had to describe it, I would definitely use the words "chill", "confidence", "energy" and "f*ckyou".

As a plus : I personnaly love the fact that she writes and plays with her brother, I think they have such a special bond, it's nice to see them together !

My point of view is really altered beacause I love everything about her, but still, I think you have to see this all by yourself ;)

The Billie Eilish WHEN WE ALL FALL ASLEEP WHERE DO WE GO show was the best night of my life. It was super rainy before the show started and there was a severe weather warning throughout the opener, Denzel Curry. A lot of people left and took shelter, but since it was GA, my group and I stayed put. Denzel was an absolutely AMAZING opener, and he had SOO much energy. His songs were amazing, especially Clout Cobain, my current favorite song ever, other than Billie’s songs. After the opener, there was songs blasting through the speakers, such as Ariana Grande, and Sam Smith. I’m pretty sure Billie picked these songs and that were a great way to get ready for her. It began to get really dark in the sky, and the rain stopped. It was time for the show. There were lights and they turned off and her intro started playing. The show started and she had so much energy and she was so happy. The concert was insane.

It was the best show. Really. If you have any chance to see her take it . The energyyyy. I can’t even describe it. I can still feel it when I think about the show . And she was sooo cute I love her. She got emotional and cried a bit and she thanked us and said that we are the reason that she is living a dream she was so sweet. And for all the songs she was hyped and the whole arena was jumping, screaming, singing just enjoying the show. And when she sang the last song she left and we were all screaming and clapping and screaming Billie because we didn’t want it to end . And then she got back and bad guy went on again and let me tell you that shit was craaazyy. We all gave everything to the song and it was epic . Really , really amazing and I wish I could go again and again on every single show there is. I love her so much ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️. Epic.

I absolutely loved this show!! The way the theater was built, every seat had a great view and it wasn’t too far from the stage. I loved the show very very much. Billie’s graphics and the way she uses her props are amazing, ESPECIALLY the videos and the way she incorporates them into her lyrics. And the way her and her brother (Finneas o’connell) get along are adorable. She talks to the audience enough to get them hyped up for the next song! Billie sadly sprung her foot a few days before the show, but that didn’t stop her from doing ANYTHING, she was a trooper and kept the show going and exciting. Absolutely loved it and so did my family & friends, billie is such an awesome person and i’m so glad i got to go. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE go to her concert if you can, you will NOT regret it. <3<3<3<3<3<3<3

I am a 51 year old Mother of a 15 year old daughter. This was her first concert and she brought a friend. I wasnt that familiar with Billie Eillish but found her to be crazy talented. Her show was filled with amazing theatrics. The relationship between her and her brother Is so sweet. Great Show! Not usually a fan of rap but also enjoyed Denzel Curry. Denzel was nice enough to stop the show when an audience member fainted. At that point he saiid he wanted everyone to have fun but to be safe. He had his crew pass out cold bottled water to as many people as they could. Next time Billie comes to KC, I bet she can fill a bigger auditorium such as Sprint Center. Overall a great experience and a memory for my daughter that she got to see her idol!

Billie Eilish was outstanding! It was one of the best nights ever! Her performance was perfect and vocals on point. I was crying my eyes out! The only problem was the General Admission sections. At first it didn’t seem too bad when we were waiting for Billie but, it so much worse. Everybody from the back started pushing and pushing us. I got bruises on both my arms. I understand that it’s General Admission but there certainly was no need to push. I even saw girls my age (12) getting pushed and trampled. It was horrific. Other than all that, Billie was absolutely the best. If you want to go to her concert, I suggest you spend a little more money on VIP tickets and ensure the best view (and you also won’t get pushed as much).

This was my first concert, I was kinda nervous for it to be standing crowd but OH MY GOD I CRIED! Billie was soooo amazing, I can’t even put it into words. The best part was how she told everyone to be in the moment and just live how you are, I felt so good then, she is the most pure human I’ve ever seen. The funniest part was probably when someone threw something on stage and the next thing Billie said was “that was definitely a bra”. She lit up my life, and having Denzel Curry open was so cool. They are both such woke people and it really changed how I see people that are famous, I thought most celebrities were uptight and dicks, but they were so nice! I LOVED IT SOOO MUCH!!

the billie eilish concert in slc was absolutely amazing. i have been to A LOT of awesome concerts in my life and none compare to her. she did so great. she was always dancing and moving around and the energy around her made u want to have a good time. i love how billie isn’t afraid to be herself and how she will just do whatever she wants. it was pretty crazy to be in the mosh pit because everyone just wanted to be closer to her so we were all shoving and pushing our way to the front. but overall this concert was incredible and i don’t think i will ever be able to go to a concert that out does billie eilish. thank u billie for an amazing night

Before the concert it took a little while longer to set up so the opening act had to stay out for a little longer and keep the crowd etertained. But once it got going the room imidiately lit up. The concert was very high energy and billie has such a great stage presence. Her voice live sounds amazing and her confidence was incredible. The same goes for her brother Phineas who performed with her. Both before and after the show she greeted non VIP fans who stayed late or got there early and she was really kind to them. One of the best and intimate concert experiences I’ve ever had and I hope to see her again live.

The long and winding road of Billie Eilish 's latest tour has come to an end.

The pop superstar delivered her last performance of the Happier Than Ever, The World Tour at day two of the Music Midtown 2023 at Piedmont Park in Atlanta, Georgia on Saturday.

The Ocean Eyes hitmaker appeared to be thoroughly enjoying herself while giving it her all on stage dressed in sheer black shorts that she matched with a white 'Great Oak' football jersey and sneakers.

Spicing up the style, the Los Angeles native also donned sexy black fishnet stockings and fingerless white gloves, along with an assortment of silver necklaces.

Rounding out her look for her swan song show, Eilish went with predominantly black locks, with touches of bright red on the roots and under layers of her hair.

The long tour, which began back in February 2022, was in support of her second studio album, Happier Than Ever (2021).

Eilish co-wrote the album with her brother and frequent collaborator Finneas O'Connell, who also produced the album and played every instrument.

Eilish cited self-reflection during the COVID-19 pandemic as the biggest inspiration for the record that drew heavily from her rise to fame as a teenager and the drawbacks that come with it.

initially, the tour consisted of 50 dates (32 in North America and 18 in Europe), but tickets sold out quickly, leading to the addition of more dates as the days and weeks went by.

During the global trek Eilish did her best to play all of the hits fans come to expect to hear, which include Ocean Eyes, Bad Guy, I Love You, NDA, When The Party's, Everything I Wanted, OverTherefore I Am, and show opener Bury A Friend.

Ahead of Saturday's show Eilish informed her fans that this would be the last of her long tour.

Taking to Instagram stories, the singer wrote, 'Officially the last show of this whole tour tonight. Until next time my loves.'

She sent out the message over a photo of Hollywood leading man Ryan Gosling.

Singer and guitarist Matty Healy led the band's 17-song performance alongside his childhood mates, Adam Hann (lead guitarist), Ross MacDonald (bassist), and George Daniel (drummer and producer).

The end of the tour is likely welcome news for Eilish, considering her previous show at Electric Picnic 2023 in Stradbally, Leinster, Ireland she had been very ill.

Before the performance, the Grammy  winning singer sent a message to her fans on social media, writing, 'Ireland.  I am really, really sick and honestly, really suffering.'

But in the end, the 21-year-old superstar did not disappoint fans and powered through the illness to the delight of the the 50,000 people who had come to see her.

Referring to her work ethic she added, 'You know me and you know that I wouldn't cancel a show if I was like literally dying... (this does feel pretty close tho lol) but the show must go on.'

'I will see you tonight,' the What Was I Made For artist penned.

She then asked for some consideration completing the message with, 'Please keep in mind that I am trying my best and I'm gonna need your help tonight. Go hard for me ;)'

In a video shared by Leinster Express from the top of the show, the ailing hitmaker sounds a little stuffed up as she speaks into the microphone.

The Lovely singer asked the crowd to 'give me all that you've got, okay, because I can only do so much tonight.'

She then ordered them to build up the energy by bouncing with her.

'If I can do it, you can f**cking do it,' she told them.

Billie opened the show singing You Should See Me In a Crown while bouncing across the stage.

The Billboard Music Award winner chose a loose fitting white  Nike top over black basketball shorts, with black socks and white sneakers for the performance.

She placed a cap that with the word 'Danger' on it over her dark hair.

The crowd can be heard singing Happier Than Ever along with the artist, who had to pause to cough in a fan video shared on Instagram.

To build more of a community feeling among the audience, she asked them to turn to the person next to them and give them a hug, according to Independent.ie .

The outlet reported Billie closed the 70 minute show telling the crowd, 'I love you so much, thanks for having me, but I'll see you again. '
