Roadmap to recovery: Bedsonline offers support for UK travel agents
Since the challenges of the pandemic began to show themselves almost a year ago, Bedsonline has launched a number of tools and offers to help travel agents navigate through the ever changing climate of worldwide travel.
The organisation has implemented a Force Majeure policy, offering flexibility and fairness on non-refundable rates and negotiating on behalf of clients for bookings that were unable to go ahead and had to be cancelled or rescheduled.
On top of this, the Bedsonline team also renegotiated supplier contracts for more flexible rates with generous cancellation policies to give agents the upper hand when booking holidays on behalf of clients.
Bedsonline also launched 'The Compass', a travel insight and marketing tool to help agents target the most popular destinations and accommodations by sharing sales data and trends across the industry.

I Will Never Book Them Again
I have been in the industry for over 30 years and have never experienced felt so angry and frustrated. They had some booking engine issues that dragged on forever and the rudest agents ever. I could not get an invoice for a booking and had to get it from customer service. It went to my clients with the commission on it and they had an issue about it. Due to the tech issues resulted in wait times over an hour and you got rude agents who seemed frustrated themselves. When they were Travel Bound it was wonderful working with them and best booking engine for FIT travel. There were numerous dates of experience beginning January thru March.

Smells Fishy
They partner with Hotels and Booking.com for the discounted rooms which seem like the bad and shady rooms at least from my experience and from another person I have spoken to. I booked a bedsonline partner offer with Booking.com and had a traumatizing experience, Booking did not give any customer service because they canāt even see the confirmation number. Itās pretty much a reservation with bedsonline which does not offer customer service to staying customers either. Booking did say that they will offer service during the booking but if they canāt even find your confirmation number, youāre not a customer pretty much. Even the hotel will not help you, they just make you run in circles

Worst service ever!!!
Worst service ever!!! Huge dissatisfaction and am concerned regarding an ongoing issue with the invoice for my recent booking, facilitated by Bedsonline. I have encountered significant difficulties in obtaining a corrected invoice, which is crucial for my expense reporting and compliance with the financial procedures of my company. Despite multiple requests and interactions with your customer service, the issue remains unresolved, with no effective solution provided to date. The inability to obtain a correct invoice is not only frustrating but also impedes my ability to settle accounts with my company's accounting department. This disruption is jeopardizing my eligibility for future delegations, including upcoming trips, as my university mandates the settlement of previous travel expenses before embarking on new assignments.

They don't pay their suppliers
On a recent visit to New Orleans we sayed at Canopy by Hilton, 2 rooms booked via a Travel Agent, via Bedsonline. Upon arrival, only 1 room had been paid for by Bedsonline, the other room had been cancelled. Not a good start having been up since 03:00 am, a 9 hr train journey, and arrival at around 13:30. After several phone calls, was advised we had to pay for the room ourselves, or couldn't stay. As a party of 4, with 2 rooms booked, but now only one confirmed, really had no choice other than to pay for the room again, having already paid the travel agent. What a mess to find ourselves in. Just starting the process of trying to claim a refund.

No empathy and compassion from bedsonline.com even after I sent several emails explaining the situation. 6 days hotel payment unrecovered
I booked through Booking.com and unfortunately, its routed through Bedsonline. When i tried to check in, the hotel (Swiss International Taba Alsalam) mentioned that there is no such Booking number. My payment of abt 600USD (For 6 days stay) cant be recovered up to this day. I was there to perform my religious obligation. Aside from having to scramble for another hotel and pay an additional amount for another hotel, i feel that this is really unprofessional. In no circumstances that i am approving this unrecovered money to be gone just like that. You might not pay it now, i ll claim what ever that is rightfully mine in the afterlife. EASE OF BOOKING AND AVAILABILITY OFā¦
EASE OF BOOKING AND AVAILABILITY OF SERVICES. I would love to have more time to check out because I am on the phone all day and between calls and clients had to reload my car at least 4 times to be able to finish my booking. I do understand why you would empty the car in 30 minutes though - keeps availability open for other clients.

Booking is effortless on the platform
Booking is effortless on the platform, and I love it. This is my go-to for booking my clients and getting them great rates. Two improvements I recommend is having pictures for all the corresponding room options; the room names should match the hotel naming convention.

Many, many changes on BOL. As a longtime user, I was so happy with my BOL relationship, Now, numerous difficulties from REPEATED login problems to reservation difficulties. Today I made a simple res online which required an immediate payment, which I did not want. Corinna told me the option should be there, Was not. So I rebooked and found PAY LATER in my second CART = much wasted time! Jackie

I am a booking agent and I had a veryā¦
I am a booking agent and I had a very difficult time using the website and with some of the suppliers. I have also had a help ticket in for several weeks, followed up multiple times and still have not received any resolutions to this issue. It is too unfortunate that this site has not delivered the quality I was hoping for. I do not recommend.

Shady company
I use Booking.com for regular work travel and booked a stay through one of their partners which happened to be BedsOnline when receiving confirmation. I had to cancel the trip but with free cancellation I wasn't phased, however 1 month later, numerous emails and phone calls, they have no confirmed there is no way to recuperate my money. Absolutely shocking service from both BedsOnline and Booking.com - wouldn't trust any partner offer from them again.

How are booking.com allowing this partnership?! Bedsonline are clearly rogue traders. We placed a booking (booking.com partner) and were billed Ā£2500 instead of Ā£320. Credit card now needs to cancelledā¦ and all that hassleā¦ but worst of all is that booking.com are totally disinterested and donāt seem to believe our story. They say they have no knowledge Do not use this āpartnerā offer

Enjoyed a great deal and expereince with Bedsonline
I read so many negative reviews that was anxious about my booking with Bedsonline (via Booking.com), but it all went super smooth, not a single problem at all. We had a wonderfull trip at half the price! I booked two hotel rooms in Venice for my family. Bedsonline partner deal on Booking.com saved me over 70%!!! Of course I had my doubts, but I thought Booking wouldn't be using a lousy partner, right? And I am very glad I did trust.

No problems for us- 1st time using through travel agent
I wanted to come back and write a review after worrying I would have issues after booking my travel with my travel agent who uses this company and then reading the reviews. I did reach out to the resort after reading reviews and they confirmed my reservation and room category and no problems when we checked in 4 months later to Secrets in the DR. We just booked Secrets again through our travel agent who listed them again for the site. I will use the same process to make sure we are set and update if issues. But they saved me over $800 vs all the other companies we checked.

Booked through booking.com I received a confirmation but no follow up instructions. When I tried contacting the āhotelā the number was invalid. I found another number on booking.com that got me through to a different company altogether that had never heard of bedsonline. I then tried contacting booking.com but none of the numbers I entered were recognised. At this point I smelt a rat and realised I better find another hotel and contacted PayPal to raise a dispute as this feels like a total scam. What the hell are booking.com playing at????

Hotel excelsior Lisboa
I made a reservation at this hotel thinking it would be a three star. However, this is not the case, the bathroom smells of mold, it leaks water, I even had a cockroach. The mattresses are old and sagging and the room is full of cracks. I need my money back and I will find another hotel. They cannot allow agencies like bedsonline to advertise unhealthy establishments without any type of hygiene.

The hotel had never heard of "bedsonline"!
After reading the reviews here I got a bad feeling and asked a friend in Rio to call the hotel I had booked through booking.com but that SOMEHOW mysteriously got booked through this clown company. Sure enough, the hotel didn't have a reservation in my name and they had never even heard of bedsonline. I booked another hotel and thankfully was NOT destined to roam the streets of Rio in a dangerous part of town because of these scammers. If you ended up here reading the comments, you've likely already been scammed, but if not STAY AWAY from these a-holes!

Unauthorised credit card charge
Booked for one night through booking.com with free cancellation. I did cancel and was refunded the amount HOWEVER they took double the original cost of the booking from my credit card. Booking.com should be ashamed of being associated with this company.

Spent the night on the streets of Rome via Bedsonline
First off, I will note you canāt even leave a review, unless you give them one star. If I could give them less than that, I would. We booked a holiday to Rome, got to the hotel address on our travel documents only to find the hotel business office was closed. Now we have to spend the first night on the streets of Rome. Why would anyone use Bedsonline as a booking partner I donāt know. The trip was so bad because of the incompetence of the Bedsonline organization. They clearly donāt care about the service they provide to customers.

Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs. It seems that end users, travel agents, and hotels alike feel scammed by this company. Personally I booked through Booking, and did not realize it was through Bedsonline. The invoice stated that all taxes and charges were included. Guess what, I had to pay city taxes when arriving at the hotel. On top of that, apparently when Booking uses Bedsonline, it does not count towards your Genius membership, nor is it possible in any way to get a hold of Bedsonline.

Beware of Bernina Train tickets!
Beware! Our trip on the Bernina Train to Bernina Pass from Milan to St Moritz was not the experience we paid for. Even though our ticket said āExpressā train, we were on a local train that made multiple stops, had no food or drink service, and no rooftop windows as advertised. When we requested a refund, Bedsonline refused because we were not able to provideāproofā of our experience!

We stayed at the Beach Republic in Koh Samui.We looked at the star ratings and your information about the āresort ābefore booking.This is false advertising! We paid $150 Australian per night.We found out soon after we arrived that it is in administration.One pool was open,there was no reception, no room service no Tv and no buffet breakfast. There were 2 green pools and a lot of ākeep out signsā Thrre is no gym,no game room and the rooms only get serviced every 3 days, which meant we had to go and buy toilet paper and tea etc.

Awful service
Awful service! They donāt deliver as paid for and contracted! They shy away from being responsible by replying to complaints āservices non refundableā! Never used them before never will again. I am seasoned traveler have used many travel services before and this was by far the worst!!! Reported them to the Better Business Bureau! Their excuse? Unreachable customer service
They are selling their rooms via booking.com and say that customer service can be done through booking.com, which is NOT TRUE. Booking.com can not make any chances due to it being booked through a third partner, the hotel can't make any chances due to it being booked through a third partner. So you the customer are screwed because BedsOnline is not reachable whatsoever. Nowhere. Absolutely impossibe to reach. Horrible horrible service. They need to stop selling through booking.com if they won't provide customer service
Not good at all
Not good at all. Terrible delivery and had to return mattress as it wouldn't fit. For this we were charged Ā£45. A few days later another company delivered a mattress which went in fine.

Terrible service - From2Travel
This company booked From2travel taxi service for an airport transfer (via a cruise company). I contacted the taxi service to inform them we were delayed through passport control and they agreed the taxi would be sent when we were ready to be collected. This did not materialise and we were left without transport. Could not get through to either company or driver by phone. Finally got a public taxi after hour and a half and paid then reclaimed costs through our cruise Company. Avoid using From2travel.

We booked through Booking.com who usedā¦
We booked through Booking.com who used Bedsonline. When we arrived at Avani on Broadbeach we were told that they had no power and we could not check in. They had a water leak the previous week and were still in the process of cleaning up. At no point were we contacted prior to arrival. We then scrambled to find somewhere else at the last minute. Now here is the kicker. We paid upfront, the hotel can't or will not help us, Booking.com will not help us and we have no way of contacting Bedsonline. Booking.com have actually said we can't get a refund as per conditions of booking! That's despite the cancellation being due to the hotel not us. We were ready to check in...

Bedsonline deteriorate my hotel business by interfering on booking.com as collaborating agent. I make clear that i never accept in my hotel customers via bedsline. So avoid them you will loose your money. Also, they do not give you any phone number just to give them a notice that we do not want them
